在图5至图7所示出的示例中,限位圈124包括相互连接的内圈1240、外圈1242以及球体。其中,内圈1240套设于外圈1242的内侧,两者可以通过螺栓连接保护相对固定,但不仅限于此。
球体夹持于内圈1240与外圈1242之间,内圈1240设有通孔50, 球体从通孔50处凸出,与转动篮122接触,球体形成凸部30。该方案中,一方面,限位圈124设置成分体式结构,通过内圈1240与外圈1242的组装,将球体夹持在内圈1240与外圈1242之间,降低了球体的安装难度;另一方面,将球体作为凸部30,使得顶限位部124a和侧限位部124b与转动篮122接触时为点接触,点接触进一步减小了接触面积,由此进一步降低了摩擦力。
可选择的示例中,为了保证球体夹持于内圈1240与外圈1242之间的稳定性,外圈1242还包括凹坑60,其中,凹坑60与通孔50正对,凹坑60与通孔50共同组成容纳球体的容纳腔。基于球体的形状,凹坑60设置为半球形凹坑,通孔50为球形弧面孔,球体从通孔50处凸出,裸露于外侧。
进一步,为了增加球体的活动自由度,球体与容纳腔间隙配合。这样设置后,球体与转动篮122之间的接触方式由滑动摩擦改善为滚动摩擦,进一步减小了接触时的摩擦力。
图5至图7示出了顶限位部124a中设置球体的示例,容易理解的,侧限位部124b可以采用与上述相同的设置方式,此处不再赘述。
请继续参考图5,限位圈124还包括定位部,其中,内圈1240与外圈1242通过定位部定位配合,以确保两者之间正确的安装位置,从而确保凹坑60与通孔50处于正对的位置。
一种示例,定位部包括设置于内圈1240与外圈1242中一者上的定位凸台42和另一者上的定位凹槽(图中未示出),内圈1240与外圈1242组装时,定位凸台42插置于定位凹槽内,由此实现两者之间 在圆周方向的安装定位。
请参考图8和图9,图8示出了本申请一示例性示例示出的转动篮的示意图;图9示出了图8中转动篮的剖视图。
为了方便食材脱水,转动篮122的外壁设有多组出水孔122a,每组出水孔122a包括多个纵横排列的长条形孔。并且,为了加强转动篮122的强度,每组出水孔122a之间间隔预设距离,间隔位置处设有加强筋122b。
转动篮122的底部设有连接孔122c,连接孔122c供连接轴70(请参考图5)插装,连接轴70的下端与上连接头20传动连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,包括:
    杯体(120);
    转动篮(122),转动设置于所述杯体(120)内,用于盛装食材,所述转动篮(122)的外壁设有出水孔(122a);
    限位圈(124),与所述杯体(120)相对固定,所述限位圈(124)包括顶限位部(124a)和侧限位部(124b),所述顶限位部(124a)限制所述转动篮(122)向上窜动时的窜动量,所述侧限位部(124b)限制所述转动篮(122)左右晃动时的窜动量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述顶限位部(124a)和所述侧限位部(124b)中的至少一者包括凸部(30),所述凸部(30)与所述转动篮(122)接触限位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述限位圈(124)包括固定连接的内圈(1240)和外圈(1242),以及夹持于所述内圈(1240)与所述外圈(1242)之间的球体,所述内圈(1240)设有通孔(50),所述球体从所述通孔(50)处凸出,形成所述凸部(30)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述外圈(1242)包括凹坑(60),所述凹坑(60)与所述通孔(50)正对,所述凹坑(60)与所述通孔(50)共同组成容纳所述球体的容纳腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述 球体与所述容纳腔间隙配合。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述限位圈(124)还包括定位部,所述内圈(1240)与外圈(1242)通过所述定位部定位配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述定位部包括设置于所述内圈(1240)与所述外圈(1242)中一者上的定位凸台(42)和另一者上的定位凹槽,所述定位凸台(42)插置于所述定位凹槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述清洗杯(12)还包括杯盖(126),所述杯盖(126)盖合于所述杯体(120)的口部,所述限位圈(124)通过所述杯盖(126)与所述杯体(120)保持固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的料理机的清洗杯,其特征在于,所述杯体(120)包括突出于内壁的突出部(120a),所述限位圈(124)包括凹陷部(124c),所述凹陷部(124c)与所述突出部(120a)配合,所述杯盖(126)压设于所述限位圈(124)。
  10. 一种料理机,其特征在于,包括:
    主机(11);以及
    权利要求1至9任一项所述的清洗杯(12),所述清洗杯(12)可拆卸地组装于所述主机(11)。
