本公开一些实施例提供一种医疗信息的显示方法,本公开实施例中的医疗信息的显示方法的实施主体为电子设备。电子设备例如为手机、平板电脑、手持计算机、笔记本电脑以及个人计算机(personal computer,PC)等具有任何显示功能的产品或者部件,本公开实施例对该电子设备的类型不做特殊限制。
如图1所示,显示方法包括S10-S40。
S10、电子设备显示第一界面。
S20、电子设备至少响应于用户在第一界面上的第一操作,确定目标患者。
在一些示例中,如图2所示,电子设备显示的第一界面为搜索界面,该搜索界面包括第一搜索框S1。上述S20中,电子设备至少响应于用户在第一界面上的第一操作,即,电子设备至少响应于用户在搜索界面上的第一操作。该第一操作可以被理解为:在搜索界面上的第一搜索框S1中输入关键词。
示例的,用户将一与目标患者具有唯一关联性的证件号码作为关键词输入第一搜索框S1中进行搜索。电子设备响应于用户在搜索界面上的第一操作(即,输入证件号码),在第一界面呈现与该证件号码匹配的一个患者,则该患者即为目标患者。
另示例的,用户将一姓名作为关键词输入第一搜索框S1中进行搜索。电子设备响应于用户在搜索界面上的第一操作(即,输入姓名),显示患者列表界面(如图3所示),该患者列表界面呈现至少一个与该姓名相同的姓名以及与每个姓名匹配的患者的基本信息。这里,基本信息包括姓名、照片、性别、出生日期、年龄、电话号码、证件号码、联系人、联系人电话号码中 的至少一种。
在此基础上,电子设备响应于用户在其中一个姓名上的点击操作,确定目标患者。
或者,如图3所示,患者列表界面也可以包括第二搜索框S2。在患者列表界面呈现多个相同的姓名以及与每个姓名匹配的患者的基本信息的情况下,用户将除姓名外的其他基本信息作为关键词输入第二搜索框S2中进行搜索。电子设备响应于用户在患者列表界面上输入的关键词(例如,输入目标患者“张三”的年龄),确定目标患者。
在另一些示例中,如图2所示,第一界面为搜索界面,该搜索界面还包括展示区域A。
示例的,展示区域A位于搜索框的下方。展示区域用于展示历史搜索记录,该历史搜索记录指用户在使用过程中多次搜索的词语,或者用户在本次搜索之前所搜索过的多个词语,且该多个词语以反向顺序(例如:从最近一次输入的关键词到之前输入的第6个关键词)进行展示。
S30、电子设备以当前设定的显示模式显示第二界面,第二界面至少呈现目标患者的医疗信息的索引项。
在本公开实施例中,医疗信息指目标患者的与医学相关的数据,包括:时间,地点,医疗检查、检验的项目名称及对应的数据,诊断结果,处方以及住院信息等。索引项指在第二界面上的起引导指示作用的标识。通过索引项可方便用户查找目标患者的医疗信息。本公开实施例中,用户指医生或其他医务工作者。为了保证患者的隐私,本公开实施例中的医疗信息的显示方法可以对用户的使用权限进行设置。
这里,当前设定的显示模式是至少两种显示模式中的一种,不同的显示模式对应的第二界面中的索引项不同。至少两种显示模式包括第一显示模式和第二显示模式。这样,用户在使用时可以根据自己的喜好和使用习惯进行不同显示模式之间的切换。
需要说明的是,此处不对显示模式的设定方式进行限定,可以是系统设置中默认的一个显示模式,也可以由用户进行提前设定。
在一些示例中,第二界面还呈现目标患者的基本信息。
第二界面上呈现的目标患者的基本信息的项目与上述患者列表界面上呈现的患者的基本信息的项目可以相同,也可以不同,本公开实施例不对此做限定。例如,患者列表界面上呈现的患者的基本信息的项目包括头像、姓名、性别、年龄,第二界面上呈现的目标患者的基本信息的项目包括头像、姓名、 性别、年龄、出生日期、电话、证件号码、地址。
S40、响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,该目标索引项为所述索引项中的一个,并显示目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
这里,第二操作可以被理解为点击操作。
在本公开一些实施例提供的医疗信息的显示方法中,电子设备显示第一界面,然后至少响应于用户在第一界面上输入的第一操作,确定目标患者,并根据确定的目标患者以当前设定的显示模式显示第二界面;在此基础上,电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。由于当前设定的显示模式是至少两种显示模式中的一种,并且不同的显示模式对应的第二界面中的索引项不同,因此,用户可以根据喜好和使用习惯选择不同的显示模式查看目标患者的医疗信息,从而全面、多方位的了解目标患者,为医治目标患者提供有力支持。
在一些实施例中,所述显示方法还包括S50-S60。
S50、电子设备响应于第一显示模式切换指令,将第二界面的显示模式设定为第一显示模式,以第一显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项包括第一索引项。
S60、电子设备响应于第二显示模式切换指令,将第二界面的显示模式设定为第二显示模式,以第二显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项包括第二索引项。
在一些示例中,电子设备响应于用户在第一界面或第二界面上的显示模式设置指令,电子设备显示设置显示模式界面。如图4所示,该设置显示模式界面呈现至少两个选项,分别对应不同的显示模式,例如第一显示模式和第二显示模式。当用户在设置显示模式界面选择“第一显示模式”时,电子设备响应于该第一显示模式切换指令,将第二界面的显示模式设定为第一显示模式。当用户在设置显示模式界面选择“第二显示模式”,电子设备响应于该第二显示模式切换指令,将第二界面的显示模式设定为第二显示模式。
在一些示例中,第一索引项包括个人自测信息、健康体检、门诊摘要、妇幼保健、预防接种、公共卫生事件报告、专病健康管理、住院摘要、会诊信息、转诊或转院信息中的至少一种类别。
该第一索引项的类别可基于中华人民共和国卫生行业标准(WS 365-2011城乡居民健康档案基本数据集)进行的划分。例如,按照城乡居民健康档案基本数据集,将其中的测量项目名称、测量结果值、测量日期、标志(正常 或异常)、参考范围等项目归类为个人自测信息,将体温、脉率、呼吸频率、身高、体重、腰围、体质指数等项目归类为健康体检,将就诊机构名称、就诊机构代码、就诊科室名称、就诊时间等项目归类为门诊摘要,将新生儿、儿童健康、产前随访、产后访视等归类为妇幼保健,将疫苗名称、疫苗接种日期、接种剂次等项目归类为预防接种,将传染病报告、职业病报告等归类为公共卫生事件报告,将高血压患者随访、糖尿病患者随访等归类为专病健康管理,将住院机构名称、住院机构代码、入院科室名称、入院时间、入院原因等项目归类为住院摘要,将会诊原因、会诊意见、会诊日期等项目归类为会诊信息,将转入医疗机构名称、转入机构科室名称、转出医疗机构名称、转诊原因等项目归类为转诊或转院信息。
此外,用户可以根据需要对第二界面呈现的第一索引项的类别进行增加或减少。用户也可以根据需要将多个第一索引项进行排序。
示例的,如图5所示,第二界面还呈现“第一索引项显示设置”的设置选项,电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的设置第一索引项显示指令(例如点击该设置选项),显示第一索引项显示设置界面。
如图6所示,该第一索引项显示设置界面呈现所有第一索引项的类别以及与每个第一索引项对应的选框,用户通过对任一第一索引项的选框进行勾选,将其添加至第二界面进行呈现,或将任一第一索引项的选框中的勾选去掉,将其从第二界面中隐藏。
示例的,如图6所示,该第一索引项显示设置界面还呈现与每个第一索引项对应的“更改顺序”选项,用户通过对任一第一索引项对应的“更改顺序”选项进行拖拽操作,则可以将该第一索引项按照自己的喜好向前或向后移动。电子设备响应于用户在设置第一索引项界面的拖拽操作,第二界面呈现按照不同顺序排列的多个第一索引项。
在一些示例中,第二索引项包括至少一个医疗事件。
在本公开实施例中,医疗事件指目标患者的与医学相关的事件,如某一天在某医院会诊或住院。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,第二界面还包括目标患者的基本信息栏,该目标患者的基本信息栏呈现目标患者的基本信息。示例的,该目标患者的基本信息栏呈现目标患者的照片、姓名、性别、年龄、证件号码、电话等。
在此基础上,该目标患者的基本信息栏还呈现与目标患者匹配的至少一个标签,该标签用于说明该目标患者的特殊情况,以提醒医疗人员注意该目标患者的特殊情况。例如,标签为“易感体”、“过敏体”等字样,表明该 目标患者属于易感体和过敏体。

S411、电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,该目标索引项为第一索引项中的一个。

示例的,如图5所示,用户在第二界面上的第二操作可以被理解为:点击会诊信息。则电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项为会诊信息。
S412、电子设备根据确定的目标索引项,显示第三界面。第三界面包括第一列表区(如图7A和图7B中的B 1所示的区域)和第一详情区(如图7B中的C 1所示的区域),第一列表区呈现目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件。第一详情区呈现目标患者的与一个医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
需要说明的是,目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗事件可能不存在或者只有一个或者多个。本公开实施例以与目标索引项匹配的医疗事件为至少一个为例进行说明。可以理解的是,在目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗事件不存在的情况下,第三界面的第一列表区不呈现任何内容。相应的第一详情区也不呈现任何内容。
在一些示例中,在目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗事件为多个的情况下,多个医疗事件按照医疗事件发生的时间顺序反向排列,例如最近一次的医疗事件呈现在第一列表区的最上方。在此基础上,第一详情区可以默认呈现排列在第一列表区最上方的医疗事件的医疗信息。
示例的,若目标患者为“王小明”,目标索引项为“门诊摘要”。如图7A和图7B所示,第三界面的第一列表区呈现“王小明”患者的与“门诊摘要”这一第一索引项匹配的所有医疗事件。例如,一个医疗事件为“针对肠胃炎输液3天,2019.06.01 8:30,某大学附属医院”,另一个医疗事件为“针对肠胃炎输液2天,2019.03.01 8:30,某大学附属医院”。时间为2019.06.01 8:30 的医疗事件呈现在第一列表区的最上方,且第一详情区呈现该医疗事件的医疗信息,比如症状、一般检查、咨询问题、检验等。
S413、响应于用户在第三界面上的第三操作,确定目标医疗事件,该目标医疗事件为所述至少一个医疗事件中的一个,并在第一详情区呈现与该目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
在一些示例中,第三界面中的第一列表区呈现目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件。电子设备响应于用户在第三界面上的第三操作(例如,点击其中一个医疗事件),确定该医疗事件为目标医疗事件。
示例的,如图7B所示,用户在第三界面上的第三操作可以被理解为:点击医疗事件“针对肠胃炎输液2天,2019.03.01 8:30,某大学附属医院”。则电子设备响应于用户在第三界面上的第三操作,确定医疗事件“针对肠胃炎输液2天,2019.03.01 8:30,某大学附属医院”为目标医疗事件,并在第一详情区呈现与该目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
在一些示例中,如图7A和7B所示,第三界面还包括第三搜索框S3。用户可在第三搜索框S3中输入与第一列表区呈现的医疗事件相关的关键词,例如肠胃炎,则电子设备响应于用户在第三搜索框S3中输入的肠胃炎,在第一列表区仅呈现与肠胃炎相关的医疗事件。
在一些示例中,第三界面还包括多个时间选项。基于此,用户可通过该时间选项对医疗事件进行筛选。例如:该多个时间选项分别为“某年某月某日至某年某月某日”(如图7A和图7B中的T1所示的选项),“近三个月”、“近半年”和“近一年”,用户选择“近半年”的时间选项,则第三界面的第一列表区对应呈现在用户当前操作的时间之前的半年时间内,与目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的所有医疗事件。
在另一些示例中,第三界面还呈现时间选择器,用户可以根据需要筛选出某一时间发生的医疗事件。例如,选择“2019年11月3日”,将筛选出2019年11月3日这一天发生的医疗事件。
在另一些实施例中,当前设定的显示模式为第一显示模式,上述S40包括S411′-S313′。
S411′和S412′与上述实施例中的S411和412相同,在此不再赘述。
S413′、电子设备响应于用户在第三界面上输入的第三操作,确定目标医疗事件,所述目标医疗事件为所述至少一个医疗事件中的一个,并显示与该目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
在一些示例中,S413′包括:电子设备响应于用户在第三界面上输入的第 三操作,确定目标医疗事件;并根据确定的目标医疗事件显示详情界面,该详情界面呈现与该目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。

需要说明的是,“下一个”指相对于当前呈现的医疗事件发生时间晚且时间跨度最小的一个医疗事件;“上一个”指相对于当前呈现的医疗事件发生时间早且时间跨度最小的一个医疗事件,本领域人员可以理解的是,当参照的医疗事件不同时,“下一个”和“上一个”所指的医疗事件不同。
示例的,如图8所示,第二界面以时间轴的形式呈现多个医疗事件。电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项。这里,第二操作可以被理解为点击多个医疗事件中的其中一个,则用户点击的该医疗事件即为目标索引项。例如,目标索引项为一医疗事件“2019.03.01 8:30,北京协和医院”。电子设备响应于第二操作,显示第五界面。第五界面呈现目标患者的与“2019.03.01 8:30,北京协和医院”这一医疗事件匹配的医疗信息,例如包括症状、一般检查、咨询问题、检验等内容。
在另一些实施例中,如图8所示,当前设定的显示模式为第二显示模式,以第二显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项还包括与每个第二索引项相对应的第一索引项。即,第二界面中的索引项包括第二索引项以及与每个第二索引项对应的第一索引项。
第一索引项起标识作用,其形式可以为文字、图标、符号等,本公开对此不进行限定。
在此基础上,上述S40包括S421′-S424′。

并且,不同类别的第一索引项所包括的第三索引项的类别可以重复。例如,第一索引项为健康体检,健康体检包括检验;第一索引项为专病健康管理,专病健康管理也包括检验。
在一些示例中,与以第一显示模式显示的第二界面中第一索引项类似,用户可以根据需要对以第三显示模式显示的第二界面中的第三索引项的类别进行增加或减少,还可以根据需要将多个第三索引项进行排序。在此不再赘 述。
在一些实施例中,当前设定的显示模式为第三显示模式,第二界面包括第三列表区和第三详情区。在此基础上,上述S40包括S431-S432。
S431、电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,所述目标索引项为所述第三索引项中的一个,并在第三列表区呈现与目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件。
S432、响应于用户在第二界面上的第七操作,确定目标医疗事件,目标医疗事件为与目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件中的一个,并在第三详情区呈现与目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
示例的,电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作(例如点击诊断),确定目标索引项为诊断,在第三列表区呈现目标患者的与诊断匹配的至少一个医疗事件。
在一些示例中,医疗事件以时间、地点和与第三索引项的种类对应的结果的形式标识,例如,如图10和图11所示,与诊断对应的结果包括感冒、咳嗽、重度骨质疏松等中的至少一个,一医疗事件为“感冒2019.06.01 8:30北京协和医院”。
在一些示例中,第三列表区呈现目标患者的与诊断匹配的多个医疗事件,且该多个医疗事件按时间顺序反向排序。如图10和图11所示,第三列表区包括多个医疗事件:排列在第一个的医疗事件为“感冒2019.06.01 8:30北京协和医院”,排列在第二个的医疗事件为“咳嗽2019.05.01 8:30 AA诊所”,排列在第三个的医疗事件为“咳嗽2019.03.01 8:30 AA诊所”以及排列在第四个的医疗事件为“重度骨质疏松2019.02.01 8:30北京协和医院”。
此外,多个医疗事件还可以按年度划分,用户可以根据需要在第三列表区中进行隐藏或呈现。
用户在第二界面上的第七操作可以被理解为:点击第三列表区所呈现的其中一个医疗事件。例如,如图11所示,用户点击第三列表区排列在第二个的医疗事件“咳嗽2019.05.01 8:30 AA诊所”,则电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第七操作(点击第三列表区排列在第二个的医疗事件),确定该医疗事件为目标医疗事件,并在第三详情区呈现与该医疗事件匹配的医疗信息,包括:“诊断名称:咳嗽,诊断医生:赵六,诊断类型:门诊,诊断日期:2019.05.01,是否主诊断:是,是否疑似诊断:否”。
在另一些实施例中,当前设定的显示模式为第三显示模式,如图10所示,第二界面包括第三列表区和第三详情区。在此基础上,上述S40包括S431′。
S431′、电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,所述目标索引项为所述第三索引项中的一个,并在第三列表区呈现与目标索引项匹配的所有医疗事件,第三详情区呈现与目标索引项匹配的所有医疗事件的医疗信息。
例如,如图10所示,电子设备响应于第二操作(例如,点击诊断),确定目标索引项,在第三详情区呈现与该目标索引项匹配的所有医疗事件的医疗信息。
在又一些实施例中,当前设定的显示模式为第三显示模式,第三详情区默认呈现目标患者的基本信息。
示例的,如图9所示,第三详情区默认呈现目标患者的基本信息,该基本信息包括:个人档案编号、建档单位、建档日期、姓名、性别、出生日期、年龄、工作单位、职业、身份证号、文化程度、电话、民族、血型、籍贯、户口所在地、联系人、联系人电话等。
在一些示例中,第三详情区还默认呈现与目标患者匹配的体征信息、健康摘要、既往史、亲友关系、吸烟史等其他信息。
示例的,如图9所示,第三详情区呈现的与目标患者匹配的体征信息包括:身高、体重、体质指数、血糖、血压、心率、脉搏、呼吸、血氧、体温、入量、出量等。
基于以上描述,在一些示例中,第二界面还呈现一个类别选项,例如,该类别选项为“首页”。电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的点击该类别选项的操作(例如点击“首页”),在第三详情区呈现目标患者的基本信息及上述其他信息。
在上述基础上,如图9-11所示,第三列表区还可以包括第六搜索框S6,其所产生的有益效果与第三搜索框S3在第三界面以及第五搜索框在第五界面上产生的有益效果相同,在此不再赘述。
并且,如图9-11所示,以第三显示模式显示的第二界面还可以包括第七搜索框S7。用户可在第七搜索框S7中输入与第三列表区或第三详情区呈现的内容相关的关键词,以便于用户根据需要进行搜索。
此外,以第三显示模式显示的第二界面还可以包括时间选择器或多个时间选项,其所产生的有益效果与第三界面和第五界面相同,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,第一详情区、第二详情区和第三详情区所呈现的医疗信息均包括至少一个项目名称和与每个项目名称对应的医疗数据。
当前显示模式为第一显示模式,所述显示方法还包括S41。
S41、响应于用户在第三界面上的第四操作,确定目标项目名称,所述目标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面;第四界面呈现目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中与该目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
当前显示模式为第二显示模式,所述显示方法还包括S42。
S42、响应于用户在第五界面上的第六操作,确定目标项目名称,所述目标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面;第四界面呈现目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中与该目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
当前显示模式为第三显示模式,所述显示方法还包括S43。
S43、响应于用户在第二界面上输入的第八操作,确定目标项目名称,所述目标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面;第四界面呈现目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中与该目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
需要说明的是,第四界面中的与目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据的呈现形式可以为列表、二维图、三维图等,本公开对此不作限定。
此外,与目标项目名称匹配的医疗事件可能只有一个或者多个。本公开实施例以与目标项目名称匹配的医疗事件为至少两个举例说明。可以理解的是,在目标患者的与目标项目名称匹配的医疗事件只有一个的情况下,第四界面不呈现任何内容。
在一些示例中,第四界面还可以呈现医疗数据呈现形式选项,不同的医疗数据呈现形式选项对应不同的医疗数据呈现形式。
在此基础上,显示方法还包括:电子设备响应于医疗数据呈现形式切换指令,使第四界面上以不同的医疗数据呈现形式呈现与目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。例如,医疗数据呈现形式切换指令为列表切换指令,则电子设备响应于列表切换指令,使第四界面以列表的形成呈现与目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。以使得用户可以根据需要进行切换,从而更清晰的了解患者,进而为医治患者提供有力的支持。
示例的,如图12A和图12B所示,若目标患者为“王小明”,目标医疗事件为“血常规2019.05.01 8:30北京协和医院”,以第三显示模式显示的第二界面的第三详情区C3呈现与该目标医疗事件匹配的多个项目名称及对应的医疗数据。例如,其中一个项目名称为白细胞计数,对应的数据值为4.64。电子设备响应于用户在第二界面上的第八操作(例如点击白细胞计数),确定白细胞计数为目标项目名称,并显示第四界面。
若在目标患者“王小明”有4个医疗事件中包含有“白细胞计数”这一 项目名称,则第四界面呈现“王小明”的该4个医疗事件中与该“白细胞计数”匹配的医疗数据。例如,第四界面以横坐标为时间、纵坐标为白细胞计数的趋势图形式呈现该4个医疗事件中的白细胞计数的变化情况,方便用户全方位的了解患者,为医治患者提供有力的支持。
需要说明的是,第四操作、第六操作与上述示例中的第八操作类似,且S41、S42所产生的有益效果与S43所产生的有益效果相同,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,所述显示方法还包括S01。
S01、从多个医疗机构的服务器获取多个患者的医疗信息,并存储于数据库中。
在本公开实施例中,目标患者即为该多个患者中的一个。
在此基础上,上述S40中,响应于第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,包括S40A和S40B。
S40A、响应于第二操作,确定目标索引项,从数据库中调取目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
S40B、显示目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
本公开的一些实施例提供一种健康档案设备,如图13所示,包括显示器10和处理器20,显示器10与处理器20相耦接。
显示器10被配置为显示画面。
处理器20被配置为:控制显示器10显示第一界面;至少响应于用户在第一界面上的第一操作,确定目标患者;根据确定的目标患者,控制显示器10以当前设定的显示模式显示第二界面;第二界面至少呈现目标患者的医疗信息的索引项;当前设定的显示模式是包含第一显示模式和第二显示模式的至少两种显示模式中的一种,不同的显示模式对应的第二界面中的索引项不同。
处理器20还被配置为:响应于用户在第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项;目标索引项为索引项中的一个;根据确定的目标索引项,控制显示器10显示目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
在一些实施例中,处理器还被配置为:响应于第一显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第一显示模式;以第一显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项包括第一索引项;以及,响应于第二显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第二显示模式;以第二显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项包括第二索引项。
在另一些实施例中,至少两种显示模式还包括第三显示模式。在此基础 上,处理器还被配置为:响应于第三显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为第三显示模式,以第三显示模式显示的第二界面中的索引项包括第三索引项。
在一些实施例中,处理器还被配置为从多个医疗机构的服务器获取多个患者的医疗信息。这里,医疗机构包括:诊所、医务室、医院、体检机构、卫生服务站中的至少一种。
在此基础上,如图13所示,健康档案设备还包括存储器30,存储器30与处理器20相耦接;存储器30被配置为存储处理器所获取多个患者的医疗信息于数据库中。
处理器还被配置为根据确定的目标索引项,从数据库中调取目标患者的与目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,并控制显示器10显示该医疗信息。
在一些示例中,处理器通过API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口)从多个已对接的医疗机构的服务器中获取多个患者的医疗信息。示例的,基于城乡居民健康档案基本数据集,处理器将医疗信息分类存储于数据库中。
本公开实施例提供的一种健康档案设备与上述医疗信息的显示方法具有相同的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,健康档案设备可以是上述任一实施例中医疗信息的显示方法的实施主体,即上述的电子设备。
本公开的一些实施例提供一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器;所述存储器上存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序指令时实现如上所述的医疗信息的显示方法。该计算机设备可以是上述的健康档案设备。
本公开的一些实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质(例如,非暂态计算机可读存储介质),该计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序指令,计算机程序指令在处理器上运行时,使处理器执行如上述实施例中任一实施例所述的医疗信息的显示方法中的一个或多个步骤。
示例性的,上述计算机可读存储介质可以包括,但不限于:磁存储器件(例如,硬盘、软盘或磁带等),光盘(例如,CD(Compact Disk,压缩盘)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk,数字通用盘)等),智能卡和闪存器件(例如,EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,可擦写可编程只读存储器)、卡、棒或钥匙驱动器等)。本公开描述的各种计算机可读存储介质可代表用于存储信息的一个或多个设备和/或其它机器可读存储介质。术语“机 器可读存储介质”可包括但不限于,无线信道和能够存储、包含和/或承载指令和/或数据的各种其它介质。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种医疗信息的显示方法,包括:
    显示第一界面;
    至少响应于用户在所述第一界面上的第一操作,确定目标患者;
    以当前设定的显示模式显示第二界面;所述第二界面至少呈现所述目标患者的医疗信息的索引项;所述当前设定的显示模式是包含第一显示模式和第二显示模式的至少两种显示模式中的一种,不同的显示模式对应的所述第二界面中的所述索引项不同;
    响应于用户在所述第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项,所述目标索引项为所述索引项中的一个,并显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗信息的显示方法,还包括:
    响应于第一显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第一显示模式,以所述第一显示模式显示的第二界面中的所述索引项包括第一索引项;
    响应于第二显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第二显示模式,以所述第二显示模式显示的第二界面中的所述索引项包括第二索引项。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述第一索引项包括个人自测信息、健康体检、门诊摘要、妇幼保健、预防接种、公共卫生事件报告、专病健康管理、住院摘要、会诊信息、转诊或转院信息中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述第二索引项包括至少一个医疗事件。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述当前设定的显示模式为所述第一显示模式;
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,包括:
    响应于所述第二操作,确定所述目标索引项;
    根据确定的所述目标索引项,显示第三界面;所述第三界面包括第一列表区和第一详情区;所述第一列表区呈现所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件;
    响应于用户在所述第三界面上的第三操作,确定目标医疗事件,所述目标医疗事件为所述至少一个医疗事件中的一个,并在所述第一详情区呈现与 所述目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述医疗信息包括至少一个项目名称和与每个项目名称对应的医疗数据;所述至少一个医疗事件包括至少两个医疗事件;
    所述显示方法还包括:
    响应于用户在所述第三界面上的第四操作,确定目标项目名称,所述目标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面;所述第四界面呈现所述目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中与所述目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述当前设定的显示模式为所述第二显示模式,响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,包括:
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项;
    根据确定的所述目标索引项,显示第五界面,所述第五界面呈现所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
  8. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述当前设定的显示模式为所述第二显示模式,所述索引项还包括与每个第二索引项相对应的第一索引项;
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,包括:
    响应于所述第二操作,确定所述目标索引项,所述目标索引项为所述第二索引项中的一个,以及确定与所述目标索引项相对应的第一索引项;
    根据确定的与所述目标索引项相对应的第一索引项,显示第五界面;所述第五界面包括第二详情区和第二列表区;所述第二列表区呈现所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项对应的第一索引项所匹配的至少一个医疗事件;响应于用户在所述第五界面上的第五操作,确定目标医疗事件,所述目标医疗事件为所述至少一个医疗事件中的一个;以及,响应于所述第五操作,在所述第二详情区呈现与所述目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述医疗信息包括至少一个项目名称和与每个项目名称对应的医疗数据;所述至少一个医疗事件包括至少两个医疗事件;
    所述显示方法还包括:
    响应于用户在所述第五界面上的第六操作,确定目标项目名称,所述目 标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面;所述第四界面呈现所述目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中与所述目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述至少两种显示模式还包括第三显示模式;
    所述显示方法还包括:
    响应于第三显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第三显示模式,以所述第三显示模式显示的所述第二界面中的索引项包括第三索引项。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述第三索引项包括诊断、处方、检查、检验、电子病历、收费中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述当前设定的显示模式为所述第三显示模式,所述第二界面至少包括第三列表区和第三详情区;
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,包括:
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,所述目标索引项为所述第三索引项中的一个,并在所述第三列表区呈现与所述目标索引项匹配的至少一个医疗事件;
    响应于用户在所述第二界面上的第七操作,确定目标医疗事件,所述目标医疗事件为所述至少一个医疗事件中的一个,并在所述第三详情区呈现与所述目标医疗事件匹配的医疗信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的医疗信息的显示方法,其中,所述医疗信息包括至少一个项目名称和与每个项目名称对应的医疗数据;所述至少一个医疗事件包括至少两个医疗事件;
    所述显示方法还包括:
    响应于用户在所述第二界面上的第八操作,确定目标项目名称;所述目标项目名称为所述至少一个项目名称中的一个,并显示第四界面,所述第四界面呈现所述目标患者的至少两个医疗事件中的与所述目标项目名称匹配的医疗数据。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗信息的显示方法,还包括:
    从多个医疗机构的服务器获取多个患者的医疗信息,并存储于数据库中;
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,并显示所述目标患者的与所述 目标索引项匹配的医疗数据,包括:
    响应于所述第二操作,确定目标索引项,从所述数据库中调取所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,并显示所述医疗信息。
  15. 一种健康档案设备,包括:
    显示器,被配置为显示画面;
    处理器,与所述显示器相耦接,被配置为:控制所述显示器显示第一界面;至少响应于用户在所述第一界面上的第一操作,确定目标患者;根据确定的目标患者,控制所述显示器以当前设定的显示模式显示所述第二界面;所述第二界面至少呈现所述目标患者的医疗信息的索引项;所述当前设定的显示模式是包含第一显示模式和第二显示模式的至少两种显示模式中的一种,不同的显示模式对应的所述第二界面中的所述索引项不同;以及,响应于用户在所述第二界面上的第二操作,确定目标索引项;所述目标索引项为所述索引项中的一个;根据确定的目标索引项,控制所述显示器显示所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的健康档案设备,其中,所述处理器还被配置为:响应于第一显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第一显示模式;以所述第一显示模式显示的所述第二界面中的所述索引项包括第一索引项;以及,响应于第二显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第二显示模式;以所述第二显示模式显示的所述第二界面中的索引项包括第二索引项。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的健康档案设备,其中,所述至少两种显示模式还包括第三显示模式;
    所述处理器还被配置为:响应于第三显示模式切换指令,将所述第二界面的显示模式设定为所述第三显示模式,以所述第三显示模式显示的所述第二界面中的所述索引项包括第三索引项。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17中任一所述的健康档案设备,其中,所述处理器还被配置为从多个医疗机构的服务器获取多个患者的医疗信息;
    所述健康档案设备还包括:
    存储器,与所述处理器相耦接,被配置为存储所述处理器获取的所述多个患者的医疗信息于数据库中;
    所述处理器还被配置为:根据确定的目标索引项,从所述数据库中调取所述目标患者的与所述目标索引项匹配的医疗信息,并控制所述显示器显示所述医疗信息。
  19. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器;所述存储器上存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序指令时实现如权利要求1-14任一项所述的医疗信息的显示方法。
  20. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机程序指令,所述计算机程序指令在处理器上运行时,使处理器执行如权利要求1-14任一项所述的医疗信息的显示方法中的一个或多个步骤。
