腰椎患者受伤经医生治疗后,通常都需要一个较长时间的康复期,此间为了避免二次损伤(如再次闪腰或受撞损伤等),多数康复者会佩戴护腰用具,对腰椎进行保护,现有技术中,常用的护腰产品大致有以下两种:
1、刚性支撑类护具。
其是医院针对患者具体身体结构设计的一种硬支撑式的护具,其由若干根刚性结构的骨架框将患者的前胸、后背和后腰包裹起来,将患者的整个上身限定在一个固定空间内,以防止患者二次损伤,以利其受损的骨胳和肌肉愈合。
该护具主要是应用于手术后的1-3个月,优点是强度高、固定效果好,缺点是重量重、舒适性差,不宜长期佩戴,另外,因为固定强度高,因此长期佩戴还可能引发腰腹部的核心肌群萎缩和流失。因此只适用于术后急性期佩戴。
2、柔性护腰带。
其为由针织品制作的连体结构的腰带,该腰带可长期佩戴,其对应后腰的护腰部较宽较厚且为多层结构,多层结构内间隔设置多根竖向且可对后腰起一定支撑作用的钢条带,钢条带呈弧形且车缝在护腰部内,钢条的弧形度与后腰弯曲度适配,以此达到分摊腰椎负荷的目的。护腰部的左右为左腰带和右腰带,在左腰带与右腰带的尾部分别设有魔术贴的勾面和毛面,使用时,将护腰部置于后腰位置,再将左腰带与右腰带收紧并重叠粘贴在一起即可。

在护腰板上叠置有调高板,护腰板上沿其竖向间隔设有多个定位孔,对应的,在调高板上设有可嵌入所述定位孔中的定位块,通过将所述定位块固定在不同的定位孔中调节该调高板向上伸出的高度。
所述拉绳的外端固接在可收放绳索的收线盒上,在该收线盒的底面设有魔术贴的勾面,对应的,在左腰带与右腰带的外表面上分别设可使所述收线盒粘贴其上的毛面。
在所述压腹带的外表面的左边和右边分别设有一个可轻松收紧所述后收紧结构的绕线铰。
在所述护腰板、调高板和压腹板上均设有若干个透气孔。
在所述护腰板的内侧还设有气囊垫。
所述左腰带和右腰带后端过长的部分通过配置的剪带模板和剪刀切除。。
本发明将保护后腰的部件设置为硬质的护腰板,再将其与左腰带和右腰带设置为分离结构,通过后收紧结构将它们连接在一起,左腰带与右腰带的前端部通过魔术贴结构可拆装连接在一起。将该护腰预定位套置在人的腰部后,通过牵拉后收紧结构中的拉绳,可使护腰板对后腰产生预设的分布均匀的压力。又通过在腹部增设压腹板,使得收紧拉绳后,压腹板和护腰板同时分别从前和后对后腰部进行施压,对保护腰椎起到较佳的效果。其还可通过调节调高板伸出的长度,达到适应不同腰长群体的目的。还可通过牵拉左向拉绳与右向拉绳的力度,调节左连接板与右连接板之间间隙的形状,以达到适应不同腰形群体的目的。

如图1、2、3所示,本发明的腹压式护腰90由分离设置的后腰带、后收紧结构、拉绳、左腰带71、右腰带72和压腹板80构成。
1、后腰带。
1)材质和厚度。
与现有技术不同,本发明的后腰带为具有弹性的硬质塑胶板(也称护腰板10),其形状按照人体工学原理进行曲线设计,菱形花纹透气孔14,材料厚度做渐薄设计更易贴合人体。其中间部分的厚度不大于2.5mm,周边部分的厚度不大于2.0mm。
2)弧形内面。
如图2、4、5所示,该护腰板10的内侧面为双曲面,以与脊椎对应的中轴区为界,护腰板10的左右两侧部分分别向左腰侧和右腰侧方向延伸;以与第三或第四腰椎对应的较小区域为界,护腰板10的上半部分和下半部分分别向后略微弯曲,此形状可使该护腰板10与人体下背部肌群达到较好的贴合,以此保证护腰板10两侧可以贴合不同身形的人,同时,护腰板10的厚度由中央至边缘从厚至薄(护腰板10从中间往两侧逐渐变薄的设计)。中间厚,可以保证其有很好的支撑强度,两侧渐薄可确保该两侧有很好的贴合弹性,以达到能够与人体腰部两侧曲线相吻合的目的。上述结构和形状可有效防止后腰有些部分悬空,使腰椎、腰部得到最有效的保护。
3)调高板13。
为了使该护腰板10适用于不同腰长的人使用,本发明在护腰板10上外设一块增高板,通过调整增高板与护腰板10之间的相对位置达到调节其升高的长度(参见图5所示)。
增高板与护腰板10材质相同,厚度也基本相同,其上也设有若干个透气孔14,其内表面形状与护腰板10的上半部形状基本相同。
在护腰板10上所述的中轴区,由上至下间隔设有若干个定位孔11,对应的,在增高板上设有至少二个定位块(两个以上定位块可有效将增高板稳定固定在护腰板10上),该定位块可卡置并固定在所述定位孔11中并将该调高板13叠置在护腰板10的内侧。通过调整定位块插入不同的定位孔11中的方式来调节调高板13向上突出护腰板10的高度。
本发明可调节4个档位的高度,分别为1h-4h(参见图5)。
4)用于安装所述后收紧结构的滑槽12。
在护腰板10上所述定位孔11之下方,设有长条状且为横向(即当该护腰板10对位紧贴后腰时,沿腰围走向的方向为横向)设置的滑槽12。该滑槽12可为一条,最好为隔开设置的左向的滑槽12和右向的滑槽12。
5)气囊垫15。
如图13所示,为了提高使用者佩戴该护腰的舒适性,在护腰板10与使用者后腰之间设置一件可充放气的气囊垫15,该气囊垫15膨胀后的厚度在25mm-35mm之间,其不仅可以给使用者带来较舒适感,同时,其还可以弥补护腰板10内侧面的形状与少数人后腰表面形状不太匹配的缺陷。
2、后收紧结构。
如图6、7、7a、7b、7c、8、9所示,后收紧结构由一左一右活动安装在护腰板10上的左连接板21和右连接板22以及拉绳构成,在左连接板21与右连接板22上设有动滑轮组,通过拉动拉绳可使左连接板21与右连接板22沿护腰板10的表面相向或相背移动,相向移动时为收紧,两块连接板即可对护腰板10产生对后腰的压力,相背移动时则相反。
1)连接板。
左连接板21与右连接板22均由塑胶材质制作,其竖直方向上的形状接近矩形,其内侧面为弧形面,弧形面各向曲率与所述护腰板10对应的左半侧或右半侧的内面形状基本相同,具体形状以其能在护腰板10表面左右适配滑动为宜。
左连接板21的左边为卡接板23,卡接板23的右边通过胶粘、热压、车缝或螺钉连接结构与该连接板固接在一起,卡接板23的左边为双夹板结构,双夹板相对侧为魔术贴的毛面,所述左腰带71的后侧边(也称后部)的内外表面为魔术贴的勾面,将该勾面置于卡接板23上的双夹板内,即可将该左腰带71的后侧边与左连接板21固接在一起(参见图2所示)。同样,右连接板22的右边为所述的卡接板23,右腰带72的后侧边也通过前述工艺与右连接板22固接在一起。
在左连接板21与右连接板22的中部位置设有滑块24,分别为结构和形状相同的左向滑块和右向滑块,滑块24的形状为卧式的“T”形,“T”形的竖部下端与连接板固接在一起,“T”形的横部与连接板的长边平行,“T”形横部的长度大于护腰板10上的滑槽12的宽度,其宽度小于滑槽12的宽度,安装时,将连接板水平放置,“T”形横部与滑槽12平行,此时,将滑块24插入滑槽12,然后,逆时针或顺时针旋转90度,即可将连接板卡接在护腰板10上(参见图10所示),并且连接板上的滑块24可携该连接板沿所述滑槽12横向移动。
在护腰板10的背面设有可使左连接板21与右连接板22相向移动至设定的极限位置的限位结构。
2)动滑轮组。
在左连接板21和右连接板22上相对应的位置可以各设一组动滑轮组,分别为左向动滑轮组和右向动滑轮组。将一条拉绳的里端头加以固定,再将该拉绳缠绕在左向动滑轮组与右向动滑轮组之间,手持拉绳的外端即可通过收紧或释放该拉绳使左连接板21与右连接板22相向移动或相背移动。
本发明优选的左向动滑轮组与右向动滑轮组各为二组,分别设置在对应的连接板的上部和下部,分别称为左向上部动滑轮组31、左向下部动滑轮组32、右向上部动滑轮组33和右向下部动滑轮组34。左向上部动滑轮组31与右向上部动滑轮组33所在位置相对应,同样,左向下部动滑轮组32与右向下部动滑轮组34所在位置相对应。
上述的动滑轮组结构均相同,每组动滑轮组由套接在一起的大径滑轮41和小径滑轮42组成,大径滑轮41与小径滑轮42同轴线套接在一起,大径滑轮41安装在大径轴套上,小径滑轮42安装在小径轴套上。大径滑轮41与小径滑轮42在垂直于对应连接板的方向上错位设置,即大径滑轮41偏内(靠近连接板的内侧面),小径滑轮42偏外。
本发明优选的动滑轮组安装方式如下(参见图8、9所示):
在连接板的内表面上设有凹腔25,凹腔25的腔壁突出连接板的外表面并向外延伸,凹腔25内设有大径轴套与小径轴套,凹腔25的腔壁和大、小轴套可以是与连接板为一体的结构,也可以是通过零配件以组合装配形式组成。
大径滑轮41与小径滑轮42分别套接在大径轴套和小径轴套上且可绕对应轴套自由旋转。
大径滑轮41与小径滑轮42沿直径方向的断面形状为“工”字形,所述拉绳缠绕在“工”字形的槽内。
在凹腔25的腔壁上开设有多个缺口26,所述拉绳的里端可穿过对应的缺口26缠绕在对应的左向动滑轮组与右向动滑轮组之间。拉绳的外端穿过设置在连接板背面上的为拉绳导向的孔或槽27向外伸出。
3)拉绳。
拉绳的材质使用编织绳,并在编织前编织后均进行了涂层工艺处理,该涂层可使该拉绳在收拉时的摩擦力尽可能小。对应前述的两组左向动滑轮组和右向动滑轮组,拉绳为两条,分别为左向拉绳51(向左边拉动)和右向拉绳52(向右边拉动)。
左向拉绳51缠绕在左向上部动滑轮组31与右向上部动滑轮组33之间;右向拉绳52缠绕在左向下部动滑轮组32与右向下部动滑轮组34之间(当然也可以是:左向拉绳51缠绕在左向下部动滑轮组32与右向下部动滑轮组34之间,右向拉绳52缠绕在左向上部动滑轮组31与右向上部动滑轮组33之间)。
当左向拉绳51向左拉动的力与右向拉绳52向右拉动的力为平衡状态时,左连接板21与右连接板22相平行;当左向拉绳51的拉力大于右向拉绳52的拉力时,左连接板21与右连接板22的上部之间的距离小于左连接板21与右连接板22的下部之间的距离,其间隙的形状呈“A”形,反之,则呈“V”形(参见图6所示)。该结构可使康复者根据自己腰部的具体形状(人的腰部形状并不是完全相同,会有不同)做适应性调整,使连接板对腰部施加的压力分布更加均匀,尽可能达到最佳的舒适效果。
每根拉绳的外端固接一个收线盒60,当需要调整拉绳长度时,可将该拉绳缠绕在收线盒60内,或者将缠绕于收线盒60内的部分拉绳释放出来。
在收线盒60的底面设有魔术贴的勾面,当将所述后收紧结构调节到所需的松紧程度后,可将该收线盒60粘贴在设置于左腰带71与右腰带72外表面上的毛面上,即可达到收紧本发明的腹压式护腰90的目的,又可方便使用,以免除因系绑拉绳所带来的操作不便。
所述收线盒60由线盒底座61、固定环62和胶套63构成(参见图14、15所示)。
线盒底座61上设有向上延伸的圆筒形的轴套,在该轴套的外围周边,间隔设有多个卡扣孔64和一个固定绳头的卡孔;固定环62的形状为两端面是敞口的圆筒,在该固定环62的底面沿其周边间隔设有多个卡块65和绳头的嵌位扣66,每个卡块65可卡置在一个对应的所述卡扣孔64中,所述嵌位扣66可卡置在所述卡孔中;胶套63为弹性橡胶制成,其为台阶型筒状,分别为下部的小径胶套和上部的大径胶套,所述固定环62的圆环部卡嵌在小径胶套上,所述固定环62携该胶套63固接在所述轴套上。
所述拉绳可缠绕在所述固定环62的圆环部的外壁上,拉绳的引出端由设置在线盒底座61上的出线孔67伸出。
在所述大径胶套与小径胶套之间设有一个过渡平台,大径胶套可向下翻转180度罩在所述底座上并将缠绕其中的拉绳罩住。
所述拉绳为编织绳,其表面设有可减少摩擦力的涂层。
3、左腰带71与右腰带72。
如图1、2、3所示,所述左腰带71和右腰带72均由两段材质经车缝组成,一段材质是由弹性变形稍大的材质制作的弹性段(以下简称可弹布料74),可弹布料74具有可适当伸缩的特质,另一段材质是由弹性变形较小材质制作的非弹性段(以下简称非可弹布料75),非可弹布料75具有不可伸缩的特质。
1)可弹布料74。
本发明优选的可弹布料为由面层、中间层和内层构成的复合层,其中,面层(即外层)使用有弹性且具有魔术贴毛面的面料,中间层使用有拉伸弹性和压缩弹性的面料,内层(与人体肌肤触接的布料层)的面料使用有弹力且亲肤、吸汗的材料。
所述复合层中,面层外表面上的魔术贴毛面可以与收线盒背面的勾面相粘结;中间层使用的拉伸弹性是指面料具有经向和纬向的拉力,压缩弹性是指垂直面料方向上可以有弹力,当收紧所述拉绳时,通过中间层的压缩弹性,降低护腰拉绳对于腰部的局部压强,提高舒适性;内层具有的弹力、亲肤、吸汗特点以提高产品使用时的舒适性。
更具体的,复合层优选:
内层,选天鹅绒材质的布料,如尼龙+氨纶的混合材质,可以达到亲肤、吸汗、防止下滑的作用,且该材料具备很好的弹力。
中间层,选冲孔海绵,可以达到拉升在收紧后紧贴腰部,通过添加海绵层降低拉绳对腰部的局部压强,提高舒适性,而冲孔是为了保证腰带的透气性。
面层,选常用的弹性毛面布料,可以与收线盒背面的魔术贴的勾面粘合。
2)非可弹布料75。
为常规护腰带使用的弹性较小的布料。
3)两种布料设置特点。
局部采用可弹布料74结构,即可有效保持腰部的绑束,也可给腰部左右留出少许活动空间(即允许肌肉活动所需的伸缩空间),从而避免将人体的核心肌群长时间限定在固定的死空间内,因无法动弹、过于僵硬而造成的肌肉萎缩等新的疾病。
其它部位采用非可弹布料75结构,可避免左腰带71和右腰带72太过于弹性而失去左腰带71和右腰带72对肌肉的束缚和保护。
本发明将可弹布料74设置于左腰带71和右腰带72上与两侧腰相对的区域,将非可弹布料75设置于左腰带71和右腰带72的前部,即与腹部相对的区域。
在左腰带71与右腰带72的前端部分别设有魔术贴的毛面和勾面,穿戴时,先将护腰板10和后收紧结构对位贴于后腰上,然后将左腰带71与右腰带72的前端部粘贴在一起(简称叠置区域为压腹带73,下同),将该护腰以预定位状态套在腰部。
4)剪带模板76。
由于胖瘦体型的人的腰围会有较大差别,通常,出厂时,左腰带71和右腰带72对于较瘦体型的使用者来说就显得过于长,因此,需要将左腰带71和右腰带72上过长的部分剪掉。
为了提高剪切时不产生歪斜,本发明配置了专用的剪带模板76。
如图12所示,剪带模板76为塑料制作的平板,其上设有插带孔761、对位卡边762和剪带基准边763。使用时,将左腰带或右腰带的后端插入插带孔761中,移动剪带模板76至设定的位置使剪带基准边763与待剪切掉部分的内端边缘对位,剪切时,使对位卡边762卡接在对应腰带的上下两个侧边上,再用剪刀沿剪带基准边763切掉多余部分即可,按此方法剪切的边缘整齐并平直。
4、压腹板80。
为了有效避免康复者在佩戴护腰后过度往前倾,保持直立状态,充分保护脊椎,同时,在收紧后收紧结构时,为了使压腹带73对腹部产生的压力分布均匀,本发明设计了压腹板80,该压腹板80对人体腹部加压,同时配合与护腰板10背部加压,对腰椎的保护可以起到意想不到的有益效果。
压腹板80由塑胶材质制作的硬质板,其上设有若干透气孔14,其为弧形面(参见图11所示)。
在所述左腰带71或右腰带72的前部设有内兜,使用时,将该压腹板80插入内兜中,当左腰带71与右腰带72的前部为压腹带73状态时,插入内兜中的压腹板80的中轴线大致与过肚脐的中垂线相一致。也可以直接用魔术勾黏贴在腹部与所述压腹带73之间。
通过拉动左向拉绳51和右向拉绳52来调节护腰板10与压腹板80分别对腰椎和腹部施加的压力。
为了向左和向右比较省力的牵拉拉绳,可在压腹板80的左边和右边设置绕线铰81,比如,向右牵拉右向拉绳52时,先将该拉绳从绕线铰81的上方、前方绕过并勾挂在该绕线铰81上,再向后施以拉力,即可较轻松的达到收紧所述后收紧结构的目的。

Claims (12)
- 一种腹压式护腰,包括对腰椎进行保护的后腰带和将该护腰环绕腰部固定并可调节该护腰腰围的左腰带(71)和右腰带(72),其特征在于:所述后腰带为一块塑胶材质制作的护腰板(10),所述左腰带(71)与右腰带(72)的前部以重叠方式置于腹部前构成对腹部施压的压腹带(73),所述左腰带(71)与右腰带(72)的后部与所述护腰板(10)分离设置,其间通过后收紧结构与该护腰板(10)相接,当该护腰缠绕在腰部并预定位后,通过调节所述后收紧结构的松紧程度来调节护腰板(10)与压腹带(73)分别对腰椎和腹部施加的压力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:在所述左腰带(71)或右腰带(72)的前部与所述压腹带(73)对应的位置设有一块塑胶材质制作的压腹板(80)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述左腰带(71)和右腰带(72)均由两段材质带经车缝组成,一段为弹性变形稍大材质制作的弹性段,另一段为弹性变形较小材质制作的非弹性段,压腹带(73)为非弹性段。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述后收紧结构由塑胶材质制作且与所述护腰板(10)在腰椎和腰围方向上曲率相同的左连接板(21)和右连接板(22)组成,其中,左连接板(21)的左端侧与左腰带(71)后部的右侧边固接,左连接板(21)的右端侧为自由端,在左连接板(21)的内表面上设有左向滑块(24),对应的,在所述护腰板(10)上设有横向滑槽(12),所述左向滑块(24)卡入该滑槽(12)中可携左连接板(21)在腰部横向方向上往复移动;在左连接板(21)上设有至少一组左向动滑轮组;右连接板(22)的右端侧与右腰带(72)后部的左侧边固接,右连接板(22)的左端侧为自由端,在右连接板(22)的内表面上设有右向滑块(24),对应的,在所述护腰板(10)上设有横向滑槽(12),所述右向滑块(24)卡入所述滑槽(12)中可携右连接板(22)在腰部横向方向上往复移动;在右连接板(22)上设有至少一组右向动滑轮组;在所述左向动滑轮与右向动滑轮之间穿设有拉绳,收紧拉绳可使左连接板(21)与右连接板(22)相向移动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述左向动滑轮组为二组分别设置在左连接板(21)上部和下部,所述右向动滑轮组为二组分别设置在右连接板(22)上部和下部;在左向上部动滑轮组(31)与右向上部动滑轮组(33)之间设有将左连接板(21)与右连接板(22)的上端收紧或放松的拉绳,在左向下部动滑轮组(32)与右向下部动滑轮组(34)之间设有下将左连接板(21)与右连接板(22)的下端收紧或放松的拉绳。
- 根据权利要求5所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述左向动滑轮组和右向动滑轮组均由套接在一起且同轴线设置的大径滑轮(41)和小径滑轮(42)组成,大径滑轮(41)与小径滑轮(42)在垂直于对应连接板的方向上错位设置;对应的,在左连接板(21)与右连接板(22)的内表面上设有嵌置大径滑轮(41)和小径滑轮(42)的凹腔(25),凹腔(25)在对应连接板的外表面上外凸,在凹腔(25)壁上开设有多个缺口(26),所述拉绳的内端穿过对应的缺口(26)缠绕在对应的左向动滑轮组与右向动滑轮组之间。
- 根据权利要求6所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:在护腰板(10)上叠置有调高板(13),护腰板(10)上沿其竖向间隔设有多个定位孔(11),对应的,在调高板(13)上设有可嵌入所述定位孔(11)中的定位块,通过将所述定位块固定在不同的定位孔(11)中调节该调高板(13)向上伸出的高度。
- 根据权利要求7所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述拉绳的外端固接在可收放绳索的收线盒(60)上,在该收线盒(60)的底面设有魔术贴的勾面,对应的,在左腰带(71)与右腰带(72)的外表面上分别设可使所述收线盒(60)粘贴其上的毛面。
- 根据权利要求8所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:在所述压腹带(73)的外表面的左边和右边分别设有一个可轻松收紧所述后收紧结构的绕线铰(81)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:在所述护腰板(10)、调高板(13)和压腹板(80)上均设有若干个透气孔(14)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:在所述护腰板(10)的内侧还设有气囊垫(15)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的腹压式护腰,其特征在于:所述左腰带(71)和右腰带(72)后端过长的部分通过配置的剪带模板(76)和剪刀切除。
