一种一次性防污吸汗贴 技术领域
本实用新型涉及日用品技术领域,具体涉及一种一次性防污吸汗贴。
背景技术
日常生活中,容易出汗的人们常会遇到下述情况,如额头、颈部出汗将衣服浸湿,使人的皮肤处于湿润状态而感到不适,同时,上述部位出汗后会浸透衣物或帽子,在清洁时即使是直接刷洗也难以完全清洁干净,虽然说市面上因此出现许多针对领口、袖口、帽檐等专用的清洁剂,不仅难以清洗,并且衣物受到汗水浸染后清洗效果相当有限。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提出提供的一种一次性防污吸汗贴,具有良好的防污和吸汗效果;具体方案是:
一种一次性防污吸汗贴,包括防污吸汗贴本体,所述防污吸汗贴本体包括防浸透层,所述防浸透层其中一表面设有粘接贴合层、另一表面设有依次向外层合布置的吸汗层和亲肤透气层,所述粘接贴合层以可撕除的方式贴合有贴合面防护层;所述亲肤透气层外表面均匀布置有引流槽,所述引流槽两侧布置有与吸汗层相通的吸附孔。
本技术方案中:防污吸汗贴本体可通过粘接贴合层粘贴在易出汗的部位,使用时,撕除贴合面防护层,将防污吸汗贴本体粘接相应位置,亲肤透气层能够与出汗部位相接触,亲肤透气层具有透气性,避免产生闷热、粘滞等不适感;出汗部位大量出汗时,汗水可通过吸汗层充分吸收,本技术方案在亲肤透气层 上布置有供汗水流动的引流槽,通过引流槽的汗水通过吸附孔充分吸收至吸汗层内。同时,由于本技术方案中还设置了防浸透层,可防止汗水浸透防污吸汗贴本体,避免汗水浸透至衣物上导致衣物难以清洗,在使用完毕后撕除即可,即保持了衣物洁净,又使人体皮肤干爽舒适。
优选的,所述吸汗层包括双层吸汗片,所述两吸汗片之间层合有除菌片,所述除菌片上涂覆有除菌剂。这样,吸汗层一方面可充分吸收汗水,还可实现除菌。
优选的,两所述吸汗片之间还布置有吸水树脂颗粒。吸水树脂颗粒可进一步提高吸汗层的吸汗效果。
优选的,所述亲肤透气层外表面均匀布置有透气孔。透气孔可确保亲肤透气层的透气性,提高使用舒适度。
优选的,所述防污吸汗贴本体上均匀间隔布置有微孔撕扯线。设置微孔撕扯线方便根据需要撕下相应使用长度的防污吸汗贴本体。
优选的,所述贴合面防护层为离型纸防护层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的防污吸汗贴本体可通过粘接贴合层粘贴在易出汗的部位,亲肤透气层能够与出汗部位相接触,亲肤透气层具有透气性能够提高舒适感;当出汗部位大量出汗时,汗水通过引流槽上的吸附孔充分吸收至吸汗层内。在使用时还可防止汗水浸透至衣物上导致衣物难以清洗,在使用完毕后撕除整个防污吸汗贴本体即可,即保持了衣物洁净,又使人体皮肤干爽舒适。有效解决了现有技术中存在的技术问题,具有较高的实用价值。

具体实施方式

如图1至图4所示,在一实施例中,本实用新型提供一种一次性防污吸汗贴,包括防污吸汗贴本体,所述防污吸汗贴本体包括防浸透层500,所述防浸透层500其中一表面设有粘接贴合层100、另一表面设有依次向外层合布置的吸汗层300和亲肤透气层400,所述粘接贴合层100以可撕除的方式贴合有贴合面防护层200;亲肤透气层400外表面均匀布置有引流槽410,所述引流槽410两侧布置有与吸汗层300相通的吸附孔。防污吸汗贴本体可通过粘接贴合层100粘贴在易出汗的部位。使用时,撕除贴合面防护层200,将防污吸汗贴本体粘接相应位置,例如,在运动时,额头部位出汗剧烈,使用者可将吸汗贴上的贴合面防护层200撕除后贴合在帽檐内侧,额头上的出汗可有效得到遏制,粘接在帽子700的帽檐内侧的防污吸汗贴本体的亲肤透气层400能够与额头部位相接触,由于亲肤透气层400具有透气性,避免产生闷热、粘滞等不适 感;额上的汗水能够通过引流槽410流入亲肤透气层400上,设置在引流槽410上的吸附孔可将汗水充分吸收至吸汗层300内。同时,由于本技术方案中还设置了防浸透层500,可防止汗水浸透防污吸汗贴本体,避免汗水浸透至衣物上导致衣物难以清洗,在使用完毕后撕除即可,即保持了衣物洁净,又使人体皮肤干爽舒适。
如图2所示,为了提高对汗水的吸附处理效果,提高防污能力,本实施例中的吸汗层300包括双层吸汗片,所述两吸汗片之间层合有除菌片,所述除菌片上涂覆有除菌剂。当汗水浸在吸汗片上时,涂覆有除菌剂的除菌片能够起到杀菌处理作用,避免汗水产生异味等不适感。
进一步,由于吸汗片的吸水能力有限,位于两吸汗片之间还布置有吸水树脂颗粒310。吸水树脂是一种功能型高分子材料。具有吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能优良,一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时,即使加压也很难把水分离出来。高吸水性树脂是一种带有大量亲水基团的功能性高分子材料。吸水树脂颗粒310具有较强的水吸附力,可充分吸附汗水,防止衣物被浸透导致难以清洗。
如图3所示,本实施例为了确保亲肤透气层400的透气效果,在亲肤透气层400外表面均匀布置有透气孔。透气孔能够提高透气性,提高使用舒适感。
进一步,由于不同区域出汗面积不同,所需的吸汗贴大小不同,为了便于用户使用,本实施例在防污吸汗贴本体上均匀间隔布置有微孔撕扯线600。设置微孔撕扯线600便于用户撕下不同的使用长度,减小使用上的浪费。
如前所述,防污吸汗贴本体在使用前需要撕除粘接防护层200,为了确保撕除后的粘接贴合面的粘性,本实施例中的贴合面防护层200为离型纸防护层。离型纸防护层采用的离型纸又称隔离纸。能够防止预浸料粘连,又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸,可确保粘接贴合面的粘性。

  1. 一种一次性防污吸汗贴,其特征在于:包括防污吸汗贴本体,所述防污吸汗贴本体包括防浸透层(500),所述防浸透层(500)其中一表面设有粘接贴合层(100)、另一表面设有依次向外层合布置的吸汗层和亲肤透气层(400),所述粘接贴合层(100)以可撕除的方式贴合有贴合面防护层(200);所述亲肤透气层(400)外表面均匀布置有引流槽(410),所述引流槽(410)两侧布置有与吸汗层相通的吸附孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1的一次性防污吸汗贴,其特征在于:所述吸汗层包括双层吸汗片,所述两吸汗片之间层合有除菌片,所述除菌片上涂覆有除菌剂。
  3. 根据权利要求2的一次性防污吸汗贴,其特征在于:两所述吸汗片之间还布置有吸水树脂颗粒(310)。
  4. 根据权利要求1的一次性防污吸汗贴,其特征在于:所述亲肤透气层(400)外表面均匀布置有透气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1的一次性防污吸汗贴,其特征在于:所述防污吸汗贴本体上均匀间隔布置有微孔撕扯线(600)。
