本发明涉及5G车联网技术领域,具体为一种便于布线的5G车联网视频采集装置及使用方法。
背景技术
5G车联网是基于5G技术,实现智能网联汽车和新型交通服务体系的发展,在5G车联网中,设备和系统前端,需要对视频信息进行采集,基于5G的强大网络传输,通过后台进行数据分析和储存等,然而现有的视频采集装置存在以下问题:
视频采集装置的使用,大都安装于室外,为提高其使用寿命,需要对线路进行固定和保护,便于线路的布线,同时基于采集装置使用的摄像头以及外部防护玻璃罩,需要定期清理,避免灰尘堆积,影响清晰度。
针对上述问题,急需在原有视频采集装置的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于布线的5G车联网视频采集装置,以解决上述背景技术提出现有的视频采集装置,需要对线路进行固定和保护,便于线路的布线,同时需要定期清理摄像设备外部防护玻璃罩,避免灰尘堆积的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于布线的G车联网视频采集装置,包括安装板、玻璃罩和电机,所述安装板的一侧焊接有安装杆,且安装杆的底部开设有固定槽,所述固定槽的内壁上预留有活动槽,且活动槽内安装有活动球,所述安装杆的底部开设有收放槽,且收放槽位于固定槽的外侧,并且收放槽内通过弹簧固定有第一挡板,所述安装杆的底部焊接有安装座,且安装座的上端开设有导槽,并且导槽内放置有第二挡板,所 述安装座内固定有电机,且电机的输出端连接有齿轮,所述安装座的下端面开设有限位槽,且限位槽内设置有齿盘,所述齿盘的底部固定有扫杆,且扫杆位于安装座的下端,所述安装座底部连接有玻璃罩,且玻璃罩位于扫杆的内侧。
优选的,所述活动球的直径等于活动槽的内径,且活动槽关于固定槽的中心轴线对称设置有2组。

1.通过设置的两组活动球的直径等于活动槽的内径,通过活动球在活动槽内的转动,配合线路自身的韧性,将线路卡在固定槽的底部,便于线路的布线,同时第一挡板与收放槽之间滑动连接,第二挡板与导槽之间转动连接,可以通过第一挡板和第二挡板对线路外部进行防护,避免雨水等侵蚀线路;
2.通过设置的齿盘与限位槽之间转动连接,同时扫杆的截面为弧形结构设计,且扫杆关于齿盘的中心轴线等角度分布,使得齿轮在带动齿盘转动时,扫杆与玻璃罩外部接触,对玻璃罩上的灰尘进行清理。

活动球5的直径等于活动槽4的内径,且活动槽4关于固定槽3的中心轴线对称设置有2组,当将线路卡入固定槽3内时,线路与活动球5接触,带动活动球5在活动槽4内转动,同时配合线路自身的韧性,将线路卡在固 定槽3的底部,对线路进行固定安装,避免杂乱,方便布线;
第一挡板8与收放槽6之间滑动连接,且第一挡板8的外侧与收放槽6的内壁之间相互贴合,通过将第一挡板8在收放槽6内稳定滑动,方便固定槽3的展开和遮挡,从而方便对固定槽3内的线路进行防护;
第二挡板11与导槽10之间转动连接,且导槽10为环形结构设计,通过将第二挡板11在导槽10内转动,调整第二挡板11的位置,从而通过第二挡板11对线路端部进行保护;
齿盘14与限位槽13之间转动连接,且齿盘14与玻璃罩16之间共中心轴线,当电机17驱动齿轮12转动时,带动与齿轮12啮合的齿盘14在限位槽13内转动;
扫杆15的截面为弧形结构设计,且扫杆15关于齿盘14的中心轴线等角度分布,当齿盘14转动时,其底部的扫杆15跟随转动,通过扫杆15与玻璃罩16的外侧接触,对其外侧进行清理,避免灰尘堆积,影响玻璃罩16内摄像设备的使用。
一种便于布线的5G车联网视频采集装置的使用方法:在使用该便于布线的5G车联网视频采集装置时,如图1中,首先将安装板1通过紧固螺栓安装在对应位置,将线路集中卡入图1-2中的固定槽3内,线路与活动球5接触,带动活动球5在活动槽4内转动,配合线路自身的韧性,将线路卡入固定槽3内部,然后松开第一挡板8,第一挡板8在弹簧7的作用下,从收放槽6内弹出,通过第一挡板8对固定槽3开口处进行遮挡,同时如图1和图3中,转动第二挡板11,第二挡板11在安装座9上的导槽10内转动,根据线路接头端部位置,调整第二挡板11的位置,通过第二挡板11对线路端部进行遮挡防护,完成线路的布线和保护安装;
接着,如图1和图4中,长期使用的设备,玻璃罩16上会粘附灰尘等杂质,为不影响内部摄像设备的正常使用,需要对其进行清理,启动电机17, 电机17带动齿轮12的转动,通过齿轮12与齿盘14的啮合接触,带动齿盘14在限位槽13内转动,齿盘14在带动其底部的扫杆15转动,扫杆15与玻璃罩16的外部接触,对玻璃罩16上的杂质进行清理。
