Abstract

Aspects of the disclosure relate to prioritizing neighbor cell measurement reporting. In an example operation, a device performs a first measurement of at least one synchronization signal transmitted on a first range of frequencies and performs a second measurement of at least one synchronization signal transmitted on a second range of frequencies. The device can prioritize reporting of the second measurement to a network over reporting of the first measurement to the network. The device can report the second measurement to the network prior to the first measurement based on the prioritization. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
