Nevertheless, when cash income is generated by sales at a store managed by a small-sized company, the small-sized company has no financial margin to make such a request to a cash transportation service in exchange for payment. Therefore, the problem arises that, when a manager or an employee belonging to a small-sized company stops transporting or hesitates to transport the cash to a bank or an automatic teller machine, the cash stays in the store managed by the small-sized company. In general, small-sized companies account for a percentage higher than the total percentage of large and medium- sized companies in companies overall, and therefore small-sized companies holding cash can also be a factor in suppressing cash distribution throughout the country.
[0005]
For small-sized companies, this problem makes it difficult to accurately manage deposits and withdrawals from a bank account since deposits are not processed into the bank account. As a result, cash deposit and withdrawal records must be processed manually, which may cause a problem of complicating the accounting work of the small sized company.
[0006]
Further, for banks, when deposits are not made into a bank account of a small-sized company, this problem may cause a problem of a decrease in the deposit balance of the bank managing the bank account. When the deposit balance of the bank decreases, the amount of lending, investment, and the like that the bank manages to generate profits decreases, which may further lead to a problem of a decrease in bank earnings.
[0007]
Further, when a deposit amount of an automated teller machine managed by the bank decreases, the bank must transport cash from the bank to the automated teller machine, and therefore a problem may arise that the bank has to pay the transportation cost and incur the risk of robbery associated with cash transport.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of these points and an object of the present invention is to provide an on-demand cash processing program, a storage medium, an on-demand cash processing system, and an on-demand cash processing method that allow an individual to utilize an agent to securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit without the individual transporting cash to a bank or an automatic teller machine. Means for Solving the Problems
[0009]
(1) To achieve the aforementioned object, an on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to execute a request information transmitting process for transmitting request information required when a deposit requester requests an agent to make a proxy deposit, including amount information and position information of the deposit requester, by a deposit requester application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the deposit requester application, an acceptance information transmitting process for transmitting acceptance information including intention information indicating that the agent who confirmed the request information intends to accept responsibility of deposit proxy, by an agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the agent application, a deposit remitting process for automatically remitting a deposit in an amount equivalent to a proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information from an agent bank account to an administrator deposit account on the basis of transmission of the acceptance information, a delivery information transmitting process for transmitting, after account remittance of the deposit, delivery information indicating the fact that cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount has been delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and delivery information indicating a delivered amount stating a cash amount actually delivered, by at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to at least the agent application, and a depositing process for automatically depositing the deposit from the administrator deposit account to a deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information. [0010]
This makes it possible to deposit an amount corresponding to the proxy deposit amount as a deposit by the agent before cash delivery related to the proxy deposit, and therefore securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit into the deposit requester bank account without disclosing bank information and without being swindled out of the cash even via an unknown agent by the deposit requester. Further, the agent can withdraw cash from the deposit requester with the deposit requester serving as a withdrawal agent of the bank without withdrawing the cash from the bank or an automatic teller machine. Furthermore, the bank can process cash deposits and withdrawals of the deposit requester and the agent without reducing cash balances of the bank and the automatic teller machine.
[0011]
(2) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute a request information displaying process for displaying a part or all of the information included in the request information on a map screen by the agent application.
[0012]
This makes it possible to display request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, in the agent application. Further, it is also possible to display only a part of the request information. [0013]
(3) Further, preferably, in the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention, in the request information displaying process, the agent application does not display the request information on the map screen when a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is less than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information.
[0014]
Accordingly, because the request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, is not displayed in the agent application of the agent having a withdrawable amount less than the proxy deposit amount, it is possible to prevent deposit troubles such as the account deposit amount based on the deposit being less than the proxy deposit amount.
[0015]
(4) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute an acceptance canceling process for canceling transmission of the acceptance information by the agent application when a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is less than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information.
[0016] Accordingly, transmission of the acceptance information is cancelled even when the request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, is displayed in the agent application, regardless if the withdrawable amount is less than the proxy deposit amount, making it possible to prevent deposit troubles such as the account deposit amount based on the deposit being less than the proxy deposit amount.
[0017]
(5) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute a request remuneration remitting process for automatically remitting a request remuneration for system use to the deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information.
[0018]
This makes it possible to increase the number of deposit requesters in the on- demand cash processing program of the present invention and thus solve the problem of cash drag.
[0019]
(6) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute a proxy remuneration remitting process for automatically remitting a proxy remuneration for system use to the agent bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information and a cash deposit into the agent bank account by the agent.
[0020]
This makes it possible to increase the number of agents in the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention and thus solve the problem of cash drag. Further, because the cash deposit into the agent bank account serves as remuneration condition, it is possible to promote a flow of proxy deposit from the deposit requester to the bank via the agent.
[0021]
(7) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute a deposit refunding process for automatically refunding the deposit from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account when the delivery information is not transmitted from the agent application within a predetermined period from the time of account remittance of the deposit.
This makes it possible to prevent the deposit from being unduly collected even when the agent cannot receive cash from the deposit requester.
[0022]
(8) Further, preferably, in the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention, in the deposit refunding process, the administrator application transmits delivery presence/absence confirmation information for confirming whether or not the cash has been delivered to at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the deposit requester application before the deposit is automatically refunded and, after transmission of the delivery presence/absence confirmation information, cancels the refund of the deposit when the administrator application receives, from at least the deposit requester application, delivery presence information indicating that there was a delivery of the cash.
[0023]
This makes it possible to prevent a fraudulent acquisition of a refund of the deposit on the basis of delivery presence information from the deposit requester, even if the agent tries to fraudulently acquire the refund of the deposit by falsely saying that the cash could not be received from the deposit requester. Subsequently, with the situation beyond the scope of processing by the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention, three persons, including the two persons and a system administrator, hold a discussion. For example, the administrator confirms the situation from both the deposit requester and the agent. When the two reach an agreement, the administrator manually transfers the deposit to the deposit requester bank account or the agent bank account. When the two do not reach an agreement, the judgment of the correct transfer destination is entrusted to a third-party judgment organization such as a court, and the administrator manually transfers the deposit to the deposit requester bank account or the agent bank account on the basis of the judgment result.
[0024]
(9) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute a difference refunding process for automatically refunding a shortfall from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account when the delivered amount is less than the deposit.
This makes it possible to perform cash processing correctly even if the delivered amount actually delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and the deposit differ. [0025]
(10) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention causes a computer to further execute an authenticating process for, after account remittance of the deposit, transmitting an authentication code from the administrator application to one application of the deposit requester application and the agent application, and permitting, by the administrator application, transmission of the delivery information when the administrator application authenticates the authentication code via the other application.
[0026]
This makes it possible to prevent one of the deposit requester and the agent from transmitting the delivery information without the permission of the other, and thus avoid delivery trouble between the deposit requester and the agent.
[0027]
(11) Further, a storage medium of the present invention is a computer-readable storage medium storing the on-demand cash processing program described in any one of (1) to (10) .
[0028]
This makes it possible to utilize the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention as a system as long as the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention is installed in various communication terminals via the storage medium of the present invention. [0029]
(12) Further, an on-demand cash processing system of the present invention preferably comprises a plurality of communication terminals for causing the on-demand cash processing program described in any one of (1) to (10) to function.
This makes it possible to utilize the on-demand cash processing program of the present invention as a system.
[0030]
(13) Further, an on-demand cash processing method of the present invention preferably comprises a request information transmitting step for transmitting request information required when a deposit requester requests an agent to make a proxy deposit, including amount information and position information of the deposit requester, by a deposit requester application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the deposit requester application, an acceptance information transmitting step for transmitting acceptance information including intention information indicating that the agent who confirmed the request information intends to accept responsibility of deposit proxy, by an agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the agent application, a deposit remitting step for automatically remitting a deposit in an amount equivalent to a proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information from an agent bank account to an administrator deposit account on the basis of transmission of the acceptance information, a delivery information transmitting step for transmitting, after account remittance of the deposit, delivery information indicating the fact that cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount has been delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and delivery information indicating a delivered amount stating a cash amount actually delivered, by at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given from at least the agent application, and a depositing step for automatically depositing the deposit from the administrator deposit account to a deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information.
[0031] This makes it possible to deposit an amount corresponding to the proxy deposit amount as a deposit by the agent before cash delivery related to the proxy deposit, and therefore securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit into the deposit requester bank account via an unknown agent by the deposit requester.
Effect of the Invention
[0032]
According to an on-demand cash processing program, a storage medium, an on- demand cash processing system, and an on-demand cash processing method of the present invention, an amount corresponding to a proxy deposit amount is promptly deposited as a deposit by an agent before cash delivery related to a proxy deposit, thereby achieving an effect of allowing an individual to utilize an agent to securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit without the individual transporting cash to a bank or an automatic teller machine.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0033]

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating each process by the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0034]
The following describes an on-demand cash processing program, a storage medium, an on-demand cash processing system, and an on-demand cash processing method of the present embodiment.
[0035]
[On-Demand Cash Processing System 1] An on-demand cash processing system 1 of the present embodiment is configured by the following general configuration requirements and specific configuration requirements. The general configuration requirements and the specific configuration requirements do not exist separately. The specific configuration requirements are configured on the basis of the general configuration requirements.
[0036]
[General Configuration Requirements] The on-demand cash processing system 1 of the present embodiment includes one or two or more deposit requester communication terminals 2, one or two or more agent communication terminals 3, one or two or more administrator communication terminals 4, and one or two or more bank communication terminals 5, as illustrated in Fig. 1. Each of these various communication terminals 2, 3, 4, 5 includes general components such as a central processing unit, a storage device, an input/output device, and a communication device (not illustrated), and therefore exhibits general functions as a computer. Further, these various communication terminals 2, 3, 4, 5 are mutually connected to the Internet via a computer network.
[0037]
Further, in the on-demand cash processing system 1 of the present embodiment, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment is installed. This on- demand cash processing program is stored in another communication terminal or various storage media such as a CD or a USB memory (not illustrated) before the installation work.
[0038]
When the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment functions as a native application (an application stored in a local computer), all of the communication terminals 2, 3, 4, 5 use, via the Internet or the recording medium described above, a deposit requester application, an agent application, an administrator application, and a bank application, installed respectively in the communication terminals 2, 3, 4, 5, to execute the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment. [0039]
Conversely, when the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment functions as a web application, at minimum, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment need only be installed on the administrator communication terminal 4 via the Internet or the recording medium described above. The deposit requester communication terminal 2, the agent communication terminal 3, and the bank communication terminal 5 exhibit the function of the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment on a website via Internet browsers functioning as the deposit requester application, the agent application, the administrator application, and the bank application, respectively.
[0040]
Then, the on-demand cash processing method of the present embodiment is realized by executing each process described below as respective steps in the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment.
[0041]
It should be noted that the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment utilizes distributed ledger technology or distributed network technology called block chain technology. That is, in the following description, each process represented by "acceptance contract," "record of deposit," "remittance of deposit," and the like, which are established by the transmission of request information and acceptance information, utilizes block chain technology.
[0042]
[Specific Configuration Requirements] The on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer (example: communication terminals 2, 3, 4, 5) to execute a request information transmitting process, an acceptance information transmitting process, a deposit remitting process, a delivery information transmitting process, and a depositing process. Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a request information displaying process, an acceptance canceling process, a request remuneration remitting process, a proxy remuneration remitting process, a deposit refunding process, and a difference refunding process.
[0043]
[Request Information Transmitting Process] As illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, when the deposit requester selects a "Request" button displayed on a screen of the deposit requester communication terminal 2 via the deposit requester application, the deposit requester application transmits an instruction signal (process SOI). Subsequently, in the request information transmitting process, the deposit requester application transmits request information on the basis of the instruction signal given to the deposit requester application (process S02).
[0044]
[Deposit Requester] The deposit requester is an individual or a corporation who intends to request a deposit by proxy via a third party into a deposit requester bank account. The deposit requester is presumably primarily a sole proprietor or a small-sized company that operates a store that does not request cash transport by a cash transportation service in exchange for payment, and holds cash received as consideration for selling products and providing services to consumers.
[0045]
[Instruction Signal] The instruction signal is information indicating that the deposit requester intends to request a proxy deposit via the deposit requester application. [0046]
[Request Information] The request information is information including amount information and position information of the deposit requester required when the deposit requester requests an agent to make a proxy deposit. Specific examples of the request information include information required to request a proxy deposit, such as a name or a phonetic transcription in kana of the deposit requester, contact information of the deposit requester, a proxy deposit amount, a delivery location where the deposit requester is to deliver the cash, a distance from the delivery location to the current location of the agent, and an estimated arrival time (ETA). There is no direct transaction between the deposit requester bank account and an agent bank account, and therefore information specifying a bank account is not included in the request information.
[0047]
[Agent] The agent is an individual or a corporation who intends and desires to receive cash or proxy remuneration corresponding to the deposit amount as consideration for being requested by a third party to make a deposit proxy. The agent is presumably an individual who, rather than directly making a withdrawal from a bank or an automatic teller machine, intends to indirectly withdraw cash corresponding to a deposit amount via the deposit requester or obtain a proxy remuneration as consideration for a deposit proxy.
[0048]
[Proxy Deposit / Proxy Withdrawal] A proxy deposit is an act in which an agent makes a deposit on behalf of a deposit requester. A proxy withdrawal is a phrase that means an "indirect withdrawal of cash via the deposit requester" described above.
[0049]
[Various Applications] The deposit requester application, the agent application, the administrator application, and the bank application perform screen display, input/output, notification, remittance, authentication, and other suitable processes via the installed deposit requester communication terminal 2, the agent communication terminal 3, the administrator communication terminal 4, or the bank communication terminal 5 to execute the respective processes of the on-demand cash processing program.
[0050]
[Administrator] The administrator is an individual or a corporation that manages the on-demand cash processing program. The administrator is a managing company and/or a bank. The administrator has the authority to transmit various information to the deposit requester application and the agent application via the functions of the administrator application, and to make a remittance from the administrator deposit account to other bank accounts. That is, the administrator application can execute all processes related to the on-demand cash processing program. However, from the viewpoint of security, from among all processes related to the on-demand cash processing program, the processes for which execution is prohibited by the bank are not executed based on a restriction function thereof.
[0051]
[Bank] The bank is a corporation that manages bank accounts that support electronic remittance technology. For ease of explanation in this specification, the bank manages the agent bank account.
[0052]
[Request Information Displaying Process] When the withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is greater than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information (process S03 + YES), in the request information displaying process, the agent application displays a part or all of the information included in the request information on the map screen (process S04). Judgment of which information is to be displayed in the request information is made by the administrator in advance on the basis of whether the information is required when the agent accepts the request. For security reasons, the proxy deposit amount is not displayed on the map screen before the agent accepts the request, but is displayed after the agent accepts the request.
[0053]
Further, in the request information displaying process, when a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is less than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information (process S03 + NO), the agent application does not display the request information on the map screen (process S03).
[0054]
[Acceptance Information Transmitting Process] Once the request information is displayed on the agent application (process S04), the "Accept" button displayed on the screen of the agent communication terminal 3 become selectable by the agent application function. When the agent selects the "Accept" button, the agent application transmits an instruction signal (process S05). Subsequently, in the acceptance information transmitting process, the agent application transmits acceptance information on the basis of the instruction signal given to the agent application (process S06).
[0055]
[Instruction Signal] The instruction signal is information indicating that the agent intends to accept the proxy deposit request via the agent application.
[0056]
[Acceptance Information] The acceptance information is information including intention information indicating that the agent who confirmed the request information intends to accept responsibility of deposit proxy. Specific examples of the acceptance information include information required to request a proxy deposit, such as a name or a phonetic transcriptions in kana of the agent, contact information of the agent, a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account, a current location of the agent, a distance from the delivery location to the current location of the agent, and an ETA. There is no direct transaction between the deposit requester bank account and the agent bank account, and therefore information specifying a bank account is not included in the acceptance information.
[0057]
[Acceptance Canceling Process] Here, it is presumed that the request information is displayed on the map screen even though, due to an abnormality such as an application error or a system error, the withdrawable amount is less than the proxy deposit amount when the agent acquires the request information via the agent application. At this time, in the acceptance canceling process, the agent application cancels the transmission of the acceptance information (process S06) on the basis of the fact that the withdrawable amount is less than the proxy deposit amount. This acceptance canceling process is an optional function for enhancing the security function.
[0058]
[Deposit Remitting Process] When transmission of the acceptance information (process S06) is performed normally, in the deposit remitting process, a deposit in an amount equivalent to the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information is automatically remitted from the agent bank account to the administrator deposit account by the administrator application on the basis of transmission of the acceptance information (process S07). "Automatically remitted" is a process performed mechanically by the agent application solely on the basis of the fact of transmission of acceptance information, independently of the intention of the agent and not requiring a manual operation by the agent. Therefore, when transmission of the acceptance information (process S06) is performed normally, execution of the deposit remitting process cannot be refused.
[0059]
When the deposit remitting process is executed normally, in the request information displaying process, the agent application displays a part or all of the information included in the request information, such as the distance from the delivery location to the current location of the agent and the ETA on the map screen, and guides the agent with route information from the current location of the agent to the delivery location of the deposit requester (process S08).
[0060]
[Authenticating Process] After account remittance of the deposit by the deposit remitting process, an authentication code is transmitted from the administrator application to the deposit requester application in the authenticating process. Further, when the agent application authenticates the authentication code, the transmission of the delivery information is permitted by the administrator application (process S09).
[0061]
[Authentication Code] The authentication code is a code requested when making a transaction with another. The authentication code may be an identification code. Specific examples of the authentication code include various codes capable of high-speed authentication such as a two-dimensional code such as a QR code (registered trademark in Japan) and a one-dimensional code such as a barcode. [0062]
[Other] It should be noted that, in the authenticating process, the administrator application may transmit an authentication code to one application of the deposit requester application and the agent application, and permit transmission of the delivery information when the administrator application authenticates the authentication code via the other application. Therefore, in the authenticating process of another embodiment, contrary to the above-described explanation, the administrator application may transmit the authentication code to the agent application, and permit transmission of the delivery information when the administrator application authenticates the authentication code via the deposit requester application.
[0063]
[Delivery Information Transmitting Process] When the agent arrives at the delivery location where the deposit requester is located, the deposit requester delivers cash in an amount equivalent to the proxy deposit amount to the agent. At the same time, the deposit requester presents the authentication code to the agent via the deposit requester application and, when the authentication code is read by the agent application by an operation of the agent, the administrator application authenticates the authentication code via the agent application. Subsequently, the administrator application permits transmission of the delivery information. When transmission of the delivery information is permitted after account remittance of the deposit, at least the agent application automatically or manually transmits the delivery information in the delivery information transmitting process on the basis of at least the instruction signal given to the agent application (process S09). To avoid conflict between the deposit requester and the agent caused by a difference between the proxy deposit amount desired by the deposit requester at the time of transmission of the request information (= deposit collected by the agent in advance) and the delivered amount stating the cash amount actually delivered from the deposit requester to the agent, the agent preferably enters the delivered amount into the agent application before transmission of the delivery information.
[0064] [Instruction Signal] The instruction signal is a signal given from at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application. When the authenticating process is performed, a permission signal permitting the transmission of the delivery information may also serve as the instruction signal. When the authenticating process is not performed, the instruction signal is a signal transmitted by selection of a "Delivery complete" button displayed on at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application, by the functions of at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application.
[0065]
[Delivery Information] The delivery information is information indicating the fact that cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount has been delivered from the deposit requester to the agent, and the delivered amount stating the cash amount actually delivered. Specific examples of the delivery information include information required for requesting a proxy deposit, such as information indicating the fact of a delivery, a proxy deposit amount, a delivered amount, a delivered time, and a delivery location. "Cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount" is a description permitting not only cash in an amount equivalent to the proxy deposit amount but also cash in an amount different from the proxy deposit amount. Although the proxy deposit amount is the amount presented when the request information is sent, it is expressed as such in anticipation that it may be different from the delivered amount actually delivered.
[0066]
[Other] It should be noted that, in another embodiment, in the delivery information transmitting process, the delivery information may be transmitted on the basis of an instruction signal given to both applications of the deposit requester application and the agent application. The reason why the deposit requester application does not transmit the delivery information on the basis of only the instruction signal given to the deposit requester application in the delivery information transmitting process is that, when this is permitted, delivery of the delivery information without delivery of cash from the deposit requester to the agent is possible, which leads to unauthorized acquisition of deposits.
[0067]
[Depositing Process] When the agent enters the delivered amount and the deposit and the delivered amount match (process S 10 + YES), in the depositing process, the deposit is automatically deposited by the administrator application from the administrator deposit account to the deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information (process S 11 ) . Conversely, when the delivered amount does not match the deposit amount (process S 10 + NO), only the delivered amount of the deposit is automatically deposited as a deposit in the depositing process (process S l l).
[0068]
[Difference Refunding Process] In the difference refunding process, when the delivered amount is less than the deposit, the depositing process of the delivered amount is performed and the shortfall is automatically refunded from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account by the administrator application (process S 12). Actually, from the viewpoint of development of the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment, preferably the delivered amount delivered from the deposit requester to the agent is an amount equivalent to the proxy deposit amount. Nevertheless, in consideration of the convenience of the deposit requester, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment permits the delivery amount to be not only an amount equivalent to the proxy deposit amount (example: 300 SGD), but also an amount lower than the proxy deposit amount (example: 280 SGD) in correspondence with changes in economic circumstances of the deposit requester during the period after transmission of the request information and before transmission of the delivery information.
[0069]
Further, in consideration of the convenience of the deposit requester, the delivered amount may be higher than the proxy deposit amount (example: 320 SGD). However, when the delivered amount is higher than the proxy deposit amount, the difference refunding process (= deposit remitting process + depositing process for the difference) is performed for the negative difference (process S 12). When the depositing process of the delivered amount is performed after the delivered amount is delivered from the deposit requester to the agent, the deposit information is recorded in the deposit requester bank account.
[0070]
[Deposit Refunding Process] Next, it is presumed that the delivery information is not transmitted from the agent application within a predetermined period from the time of account remittance of the deposit, such as when the agent does not arrive at the delivery location, the deposit requester does not deliver cash to the agent, or the authenticating process is not be performed normally. In this case, in the deposit refunding process, the administrator application transmits delivery presence/absence confirmation information to at least the deposit requester application (process S 13).
[0071]
[Delivery Presence/Absence Confirmation Information] The delivery presence/absence confirmation information is questionnaire information for confirming whether or not cash has been delivered. When the delivered amount is not delivered to the agent, as long as the agent does not transmit the delivery information, the deposit is refunded and therefore there is no economic loss for the agent. Nevertheless, when the delivery information is not transmitted, a deposit corresponding to the delivered amount is not made to the deposit requester bank account, and therefore an economic loss occurs for the deposit requester. Therefore, in the deposit refunding process, the administrator application transmits delivery presence/absence confirmation information to at least the deposit requester application.
[0072]
It should be noted that, from the perspective of a questionnaire, in the deposit refunding process, the administrator application may transmit delivery presence/absence confirmation information to both the deposit requester application and the agent application (process S 13). [0073]
After transmission of the delivery presence/absence confirmation information, when there is no indication that the cash has not been delivered via the deposit requester application, or no indication from the deposit requester regarding the delivery of the cash, in the deposit refunding process, the deposit is automatically refunded from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account by the administrator application (process S 14).
[0074]
Conversely, after transmission of the delivery presence/absence confirmation information, when the administrator application receives delivery presence information indicating that there was a delivery of cash from at least the deposit requester application, the administrator application cancels the refund of the deposit (process S 15). When the deposit is not refunded, the deposit is left as is in the administrator deposit account, and thus the bank account to which the deposit is to be remitted is decided by consultation between the deposit requester and the agent or by other dispute resolution measures. [0075]
[Request Remuneration Remitting Process] Next, the processing method of remuneration to the user of the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment will be described. The reason why remuneration is paid is for consideration of the profit of the bank to carry out a withdrawing process by the agent with the cash of the deposit requester being utilized without a reduction in the cash balance of the bank. [0076]
In the request remuneration remitting process, as illustrated in Fig. 1, a request remuneration for system use is automatically remitted to the deposit requester bank account by the administrator application or the bank application on the basis of transmission of the delivery information (process S 16). The reason why transmission of the delivery information is a condition for acquiring the request remuneration is that the depositing process into the deposit requester bank account is performed thereby, which is profitable for the bank. [0077]
[Proxy Remuneration Remitting Process] Further, after transmission of the delivery information, when the agent deposits cash corresponding to the delivered amount into the agent bank account, in the proxy remuneration remitting process, as illustrated in Fig. 1, a proxy remuneration for system use is automatically remitted to the agent bank account by the administrator application or the bank application on the basis of a deposit history (process S 17). The reason why a cash deposit corresponding to the delivered amount is a condition for acquiring the proxy remuneration is that the cash balance of the bank increases thereby, which is profitable for the bank. It should be noted that "cash corresponding to the delivered amount" means not only cash in an amount equivalent to the delivered amount but also cash in an amount different from the delivered amount. [0078]
[Remuneration] The amounts of the request remuneration and the proxy remuneration are determined by the administrator or the bank. For example, the amount of the request remuneration or the proxy remuneration is determined according to the delivered amount or the cash corresponding to the delivered amount. Further, the request remuneration and the proxy remuneration may be benefits unrelated to the delivered amount or an amount corresponding to the delivered amount, such as free use of a bank account or preferential interest rates.
[0079]
With the above, the execution of the processes by the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment ends.
[0080]
Next, the effect of the on-demand cash processing program, the storage medium, the on-demand cash processing system 1, and the on-demand cash processing method of the present embodiment will be described.
[0081]
(1) An on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to execute a request information transmitting process for transmitting request information required when a deposit requester requests an agent to make a proxy deposit, including amount information and position information of the deposit requester, by a deposit requester application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the deposit requester application, an acceptance information transmitting process for transmitting acceptance information including intention information indicating that the agent who confirmed the request information intends to accept responsibility of deposit proxy, by an agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the agent application, a deposit remitting process for automatically remitting a deposit in an amount equivalent to a proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information from an agent bank account to an administrator deposit account on the basis of transmission of the acceptance information, a delivery information transmitting process for transmitting, after account remittance of the deposit, delivery information indicating the fact that cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount has been delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and delivery information indicating a delivered amount stating a cash amount actually delivered, by at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to at least the agent application, and a depositing process for automatically depositing the deposit from the administrator deposit account to a deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information.
[0082]
[0083]
(2) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a request information displaying process for displaying a part or all of the information included in the request information on a map screen by the agent application.
[0084]
This makes it possible to display request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, in the agent application. Further, it is also possible to display only a part of the request information. [0085]
(3) Further, preferably, in the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment, in the request information displaying process, the agent application does not display the request information on the map screen when a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is less than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information.
[0086]
Accordingly, because the request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, is not displayed in the agent application of the agent having a withdrawable amount less than the proxy deposit amount, it is possible to prevent deposit troubles such as the account deposit amount based on the deposit being less than the proxy deposit amount.
[0087]
(4) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute an acceptance canceling process for canceling transmission of the acceptance information by the agent application when a withdrawable amount of the agent bank account is less than the proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information.
[0088] Accordingly, transmission of the acceptance information is cancelled even when the request information, such as the position information of the deposit requester and the proxy deposit amount, is displayed in the agent application, regardless if the withdrawable amount is less than the proxy deposit amount, making it possible to prevent deposit troubles such as the account deposit amount based on the deposit being less than the proxy deposit amount.
[0089]
(5) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a request remuneration remitting process for automatically remitting a request remuneration for system use to the deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information.
[0090]
This makes it possible to increase the number of deposit requesters in the on- demand cash processing program of the present embodiment and thus solve the problem of cash drag.
[0091]
(6) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a proxy remuneration remitting process for automatically remitting a proxy remuneration for system use to the agent bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information and a cash deposit into the agent bank account by the agent.
[0092]
This makes it possible to increase the number of agents in the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment and thus solve the problem of cash drag. Further, because the cash deposit into the agent bank account serves as remuneration condition, it is possible to promote a flow of proxy deposit from the deposit requester to the bank via the agent.
[0093]
(7) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a deposit refunding process for automatically refunding the deposit from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account when the delivery information is not transmitted from the agent application within a predetermined period from the time of account remittance of the deposit.
[0094]
This makes it possible to prevent the deposit from being unduly collected even when the agent cannot receive cash from the deposit requester.
[0095]
(8) Further, preferably, in the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment, in the deposit refunding process, the administrator application transmits delivery presence/absence confirmation information for confirming whether or not the cash has been delivered to at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the deposit requester application before the deposit is automatically refunded and, after transmission of the delivery presence/absence confirmation information, cancels the refund of the deposit when the administrator application receives, from at least the deposit requester application, delivery presence information indicating that there was a delivery of the cash.
[0096]
This makes it possible to prevent a fraudulent acquisition of a refund of the deposit on the basis of delivery presence information from the deposit requester, even if the agent tries to fraudulently acquire the refund of the deposit by falsely saying that the cash could not be received from the deposit requester. Subsequently, with the situation beyond the scope of processing by the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment, three persons, including the two persons and a system administrator, hold a discussion.
[0097]
(9) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute a difference refunding process for automatically refunding a shortfall from the administrator deposit account to the agent bank account when the delivered amount is less than the deposit.
[0098]
This makes it possible to perform cash processing correctly even if the delivered amount actually delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and the deposit differ. [0099]
(10) Further, preferably, the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment causes a computer to further execute an authenticating process for, after account remittance of the deposit, transmitting an authentication code from the administrator application to one application of the deposit requester application and the agent application, and permitting, by the administrator application, transmission of the delivery information when the administrator application authenticates the authentication code via the other application.
[0100]
This makes it possible to prevent one of the deposit requester and the agent from transmitting the delivery information without the permission of the other, and thus avoid delivery trouble between the deposit requester and the agent.
[0101]
(11) Further, a storage medium of the present embodiment is a computer-readable storage medium storing the on-demand cash processing program described in any one of (1) to (10).
[0102]
This makes it possible to utilize the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment as a system as long as the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment is installed in various communication terminals via the storage medium of the present embodiment.
[0103]
(12) Further, the on-demand cash processing system 1 of the present embodiment preferably includes a plurality of communication terminals for causing the on-demand cash processing program described in any one of (1) to (10) to function.
[0104]
This makes it possible to utilize the on-demand cash processing program of the present embodiment as a system.
[0105]
(13) Further, an on-demand cash processing method of the present embodiment preferably includes a request information transmitting step for transmitting request information required when a deposit requester requests an agent to make a proxy deposit, including amount information and position information of the deposit requester, by a deposit requester application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the deposit requester application, an acceptance information transmitting step for transmitting acceptance information including intention information indicating that the agent who confirmed the request information intends to accept responsibility of deposit proxy, by an agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given to the agent application, a deposit remitting step for automatically remitting a deposit in an amount equivalent to a proxy deposit amount obtained from the request information from an agent bank account to an administrator deposit account on the basis of transmission of the acceptance information, a delivery information transmitting step for transmitting, after account remittance of the deposit, delivery information indicating the fact that cash corresponding to the proxy deposit amount has been delivered from the deposit requester to the agent and delivery information indicating a delivered amount stating a cash amount actually delivered, by at least, from among the deposit requester application and the agent application, the agent application on the basis of an instruction signal given from at least the agent application, and a depositing step for automatically depositing the deposit from the administrator deposit account to a deposit requester bank account on the basis of transmission of the delivery information.
[0106]
This makes it possible to deposit an amount corresponding to the proxy deposit amount as a deposit by the agent before cash delivery related to the proxy deposit, and therefore securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit into the deposit requester bank account via an unknown agent by the deposit requester.
[0107]
That is, according to the on-demand cash processing program, the storage medium, the on-demand cash processing system 1, and the on-demand cash processing method of the present embodiment, an amount corresponding to a proxy deposit amount is promptly deposited as a deposit by an agent before cash delivery related to a proxy deposit, thereby achieving an effect of allowing an individual to utilize an agent to securely, safely, and promptly make a proxy deposit without the individual transporting cash to a bank or an automatic teller machine, and allowing the deposit requester to make a proxy withdrawal without withdrawing cash from a bank or an automatic teller machine.
[0108]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments and the like, and various changes can be made as necessary.
