Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de support d'isopression (100), un matelas d'isopression (200) et un lit d'isopression (300). L'ensemble de support d'isopression (100) comprend : un sac de support (110) rempli de gaz et/ou de liquide; et une grille de couchage flottante (120); le sac de support (110) supporte des parties à deux extrémités de la grille de couchage flottante (120) ou des parties à proximité des deux extrémités, de telle sorte que, lorsqu'un corps humain est situé sur la grille de couchage flottante (120), les parties concaves et convexes du corps humain transfèrent différentes pressions à différentes parties du sac de support (110) au moyen de la grille de couchage flottante (120), provoquant la circulation du gaz et/ou du liquide dans le sac de support (110), permettant ainsi d'obtenir une homogénéité des pressions sur différentes parties de la grille de couchage flottante (120) en contact avec le sac de support (110), et ainsi la grille de couchage flottante (120) et la surface courbe du corps humain sur laquelle agit la grille de couchage flottante (120) sont adaptées.
