根据本申请实施例的耳机,包括:耳挂部,所述耳挂部具有第一磁吸件;耳机部,所述耳机部具有第二磁吸件,所述第二磁吸件和所述第一磁吸件相吸配合以使所述耳机部与所述耳挂部连接;心率检测模块,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳挂部和/或所述耳机部上。
根据本申请实施例的耳机,通过设置第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件,耳挂部与耳机部可以通过第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件实现可拆卸地连接,磁吸式的配合方式相对于卡扣式的连接方式,拆装更加方便,拆装过程中的磨损也相对较少,使用寿命更长,同时磁吸式的配合方式,还可以降低佩戴的难度,提升用户的使用体验。其次,当用户在进行运动时,可以将耳挂部与耳机部连接在一起,佩戴会更加牢靠,可以支持用户进行剧烈运动,当用户不运动时,可以仅佩戴耳机部,从而减少耳机施加在耳朵上的作用力,进而提升用户使用的舒适性,同时使用也更加方便。还有,用户在对耳机进行充电时,经拆卸后,耳挂部和耳机部可以单独放置在充电盒中,大大减小了充电盒的体积。再者,耳机上还设有心率检测模块,利用心率检测模块可以实时检测用户的心率,由此用户可以更为准确、及时的获取 自身的健康状况。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述耳挂部的一端具有第一限位槽,所述第一磁吸件设在所述第一限位槽内,所述耳机部的一端具有第二限位槽,所述第二磁吸件设在所述第二限位槽内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件中的至少一个为磁铁。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述耳机部上设有耳机芯片,所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接,所述耳机还包括用于检测所述耳挂部和所述耳机部连接状态的连接传感器,所述连接传感器与所述耳机芯片电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一磁吸件为磁铁,所述连接传感器为霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器设在所述耳机部上,当所述第二磁吸件为磁铁时,所述霍尔传感器与所述第二磁吸件间隔开。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述耳机部上还设有蓝牙模块,所述蓝牙模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳机部上,所述耳机部上设有第一电池,所述第一电池与所述心率检测模块电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳挂部上,所述耳挂部上设有第二电池,所述第二电池与所述心率检测模块电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的一个上设有弹片,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的另一个上设有触点,通过所述弹片与所述触点的配合实现所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的一个上设有插脚,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的另一个上设有插孔,通过所述插脚与所述插孔的配合实现所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例的耳机100,包括:耳挂部1、耳机部3和心率检测模块5。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,耳挂部1具有第一磁吸件2,耳机部3具有第二磁吸件4,第二磁吸件4和第一磁吸件2相吸配合以使耳机部3与耳挂部1连接。可以理解的是,耳挂部1与耳机部3可以通过第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4实现可拆卸地连接。用户在佩戴时,可以先佩戴上耳挂部1,再将耳机部3吸附在耳挂部1上,通过耳挂部1和耳机部3的分步佩戴,可以降低耳机100的佩戴难度,提升了用户的使用体验。
相关技术中,耳机部与耳挂部通过卡扣连接,但是卡扣处容易损坏,使用寿命较短。而在本申请中,耳机部3和耳挂部1可以通过第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4连接,使用寿命较长。而且利用第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4的磁吸连接相比于卡扣连接的难度更小,拆装也更为方便。
其次,当用户在进行运动时,可以将耳挂部1与耳机部3连接在一起,佩戴会更加牢靠,可以支持用户进行剧烈运动,当用户不运动时,可以仅佩戴耳机部3,从而减少耳机100施加在耳朵上的作用力,进而提升用户使用的舒适性,同时使用也更加方便。还有用户在对耳机100进行充电时,经拆卸后,耳挂部1和耳机部3均可以单独放置在充电盒200中,大大减小了充电盒200的体积。例如,在图3所示的实施例中,耳挂部1和耳机部3 可以单独放置在充电盒200中,相比于相关技术中的一体式的耳机,本申请中的耳机100所占用的充电盒200的体积更小,由此可以减少充电盒200的尺寸,便于用户携带。
如图1和图2所示,作为一个实施例,心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1和/或耳机部3上。优选的,心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1上或者设在耳机部3上。利用心率检测模块5可以实时检测用户的心率,通过在耳机100上设置心率检测模块5,用户可以更为准确、及时的获取自身的健康状况。
需要说明的是,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一磁吸件2可以为多个,第二磁吸件4可以为一个或者多个;或者第二磁吸件4为多个,第一磁吸件2为一个或多个。
根据本申请实施例的耳机100,通过设置第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4,耳挂部1与耳机部3可以通过第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4实现可拆卸地连接,磁吸式的配合方式相对于卡扣式的连接方式,拆装更加方便,拆装过程中的磨损也相对较少,使用寿命更长,同时磁吸式的配合方式,还可以降低佩戴的难度,提升用户的使用体验。其次,当用户在进行运动时,可以将耳挂部1与耳机部3连接在一起,佩戴会更加牢靠,可以支持用户进行剧烈运动,当用户不运动时,可以仅佩戴耳机部3,从而减少耳机100施加在耳朵上的作用力,进而提升用户使用的舒适性,同时使用也更加方便。还有,用户在对耳机100进行充电时,经拆卸后,耳挂部1和耳机部3可以单独放置在充电盒200中,大大减小了充电盒200的体积。再者,耳机100上还设有心率检测模块5,利用心率检测模块5可以实时检测用户的心率,由此用户可以更为准确、及时的获取自身的健康状况。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1和图2所示,耳挂部1的一端具有第一限位槽11,第一磁吸件2设在第一限位槽11内,耳机部3的一端具有第二限位槽31,第二磁吸件4设在第二限位槽31内。第一限位槽11对第一磁吸件2具有容纳和限位的作用,通过在耳挂部1上设置第一限位槽11,可以将第一磁吸件2固定在耳挂部1上,以实现第一磁吸件2与耳挂部1的一体性。同样地,第二限位槽31对第二磁吸件4也具有容纳和限位的作用,通过在耳机部3上设置第二限位槽31,可以将第二磁吸件4固定在耳机部3上,以实现第二磁吸件4与耳机部3的一体性。具体地,在本申请的一个示例中,第一磁吸件2与第一限位槽11通过过盈配合,第二磁吸件4与第二限位槽31通过过盈配合。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4中的至少一个为磁铁。可以理解的是,可以是仅第一磁吸件2为磁铁;或者,仅第二磁吸件4为磁铁;或者,第一磁吸件2和第二磁吸件4均为磁铁。例如,在本申请的一个示例中,第一磁吸件2为磁铁,第二磁吸件4为铁件,利用磁铁与铁相吸的原理,实现耳挂部1与耳机部3的连接;再如,在本申请的另一个示例中,第一磁吸件2为铁件,第二磁吸件4为磁铁。又如,在本申请的另一个示例中,第一磁吸件2为磁铁,第二磁吸件4为磁铁,第一磁吸件2的磁性和第二磁吸件4的磁性相反。需要说明的是,上述磁铁可以为永磁铁或电磁铁。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1和图2所示,耳机部3上设有耳机芯片6,心率检测 模块5与耳机芯片6电连接,耳机100还包括用于检测耳挂部1和耳机部3连接状态的连接传感器7,连接传感器7与耳机芯片6电连接。连接传感器7可以是霍尔传感器、压力传感器、光电传感器等,在一个实施例中,连接传感器7优选为霍尔传感器,当耳机部3与耳挂部1连接时,连接传感器7发出耳挂部1与耳机部3连接的信号,表示用户即将进入运动模式,耳机芯片6接收连接传感器7发出的信号,控制心率检测模块5开启,实时检测用户的心率数据,同时将耳机的播放模式切换为运动风格。
可以理解的是,所述运动风格可以是预设的均衡器模式(比如摇滚模式或用户自定义的模式),或者播放预设的节奏感强的曲目等。当耳挂部1与耳机部3断开连接时,表明用户运动结束,连接传感器7检测到断开,此时耳机芯片6控制心率检测模块5停止采集心率数据,同时将播放模式调回普通风格。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一磁吸件2为磁铁,连接传感器7为霍尔传感器,霍尔传感器设在耳机部3上。可以理解的是,当耳机部3与耳挂部1连接时,连接传感器7可以感应到第一磁吸件2的磁场,此时连接传感器7可以向耳机芯片6发出信号,耳机芯片6接收连接传感器7信号后可以控制心率检测模块5开启。
相关技术中,耳机部上设有按键,用户通过按压按键可以开启心率检测模块。而在本申请提供的实施例中,当耳机部3与耳挂部1连接时,表示用户即将进入运动模式,心率检测模块5可以自动开启,当耳挂部1与耳机部3断开连接时,表明用户运动结束,心率检测模块5可以自动关闭,由此不再需要手动开启/关闭心率检测模块5,从而可以提升用户使用的方便性,并能及时关闭心率检测模块5,提升了耳机100的续航能力。另一方面,自动切换音乐播放模式,提升了用户体验。再者,还可以取消相关技术中的按键,从而可以减小耳机部3的体积,有利于实现耳机部3的小型化,以及提高耳机100防水、防尘性能。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,当第二磁吸件4为磁铁时,霍尔传感器设置在耳机部3上,并与第二磁吸件4间隔开。可以理解的是,当第二磁吸件4为磁体时,第二磁吸件4具有一定的磁场强度,通过将霍尔传感器与第二磁吸件4间隔开,可以避免第二磁吸件4的磁场干扰霍尔传感器感应第一磁吸件2的磁场,由此,可以提升霍尔传感器感应的准确性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,耳机部3上还设有蓝牙模块8,蓝牙模块8与耳机芯片6电连接。可以理解的是,心率检测模块5可以将检测到的心率信息传递至耳机芯片6上,耳机芯片6再将获取的心率信息传递给蓝牙模块8,然后蓝牙模块8再将心率信息传递至与其蓝牙连接的移动终端上。用户可以通过移动终端了解自身的心率信息。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,心率检测模块5设在耳机部3上,耳机部3上设有第一电池,第一电池与心率检测模块5电连接。可以理解的是,耳机部3上 设置有第一电池,利用第一电池可以给心率检测模块5供电。需要说明的是,耳机部3上的第一电池还可以给耳机部3上的其他模块供电。
例如,在本申请的一个示例中,心率检测模块5设在耳机部3上,当用户将耳机部3与耳挂部1连接时,耳机部3上的连接传感器7可以感应到耳挂部1上的第一磁吸件2,然后向耳机芯片6发射信号,当耳机芯片6接收到连接传感器7发出的信号时,可以控制心率检测模块5开启。
需要说明的是,耳机100可以通过蓝牙模块8与移动终端蓝牙连接,当耳机芯片6接收到连接传感器7发出的耳机部3与耳挂部1连接的信号时,可以向移动终端发射信息,并在移动终端上显示是否开启运动模式提醒,当用户选择进入运动模式时,耳机100的播放模式自动进入运动风格。当然,本申请不限于此,当耳机芯片6接收到连接传感器7发出的信号时,也可以直接控制耳机100的播放模式变为运动模式。而当耳机芯片6接收到连接传感器7发出的耳机部3与耳挂部1断开连接的信号时,可以控制心率检测模块5关闭,并将耳机100的运动模式调成普通的播放模式,提升了耳机100的续航能力及用户的体验。
在本申请的一些实施例中,心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1上,耳挂部1上设有第二电池,第二电池与心率检测模块5电连接。通过将心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1上,可以减少心率检测模块5占用的耳机部3的空间,从而可以实现耳机部3的小型化,使得耳机部3更加的美观简洁。
例如,在本申请的一个示例中,心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1上,当用户将耳机部3与耳挂部1连接时,耳机部3上的霍尔传感器可以感应到耳挂部1上的磁铁,然后向耳机芯片6发射信号,当耳机芯片6接收到霍尔传感器发出的信号时,控制心率检测模块5开启。
在本申请的一些实施例中,心率检测模块5设在耳挂部1上,耳挂部1和耳机部3的一个上设有弹片,耳挂部1和耳机部3的另一个上设有触点,通过弹片与触点的配合实现心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接。可以理解的是,弹片与触点配合连接的方式相比于利用连接线连接的方式,可以降低心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的难度,提升心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的效率,同时可以保证心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的稳定性。
例如,在本申请的一个示例中,心率检测模块5可以将检测到的数据信息通过弹片与触点的配合传递给耳机芯片6,耳机芯片6将获取的数据信息通过蓝牙模块8传输给外部的移动终端。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,耳挂部1和耳机部3的一个上设有插脚,耳挂部1和耳机部3的另一个上设有插孔,通过插脚与插孔的配合实现心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接。通过插脚与插孔的配合可以降低心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的难度,提升 心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的效率,同时可以保证心率检测模块5与耳机芯片6电连接的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机,其特征在于,包括:
    耳挂部,所述耳挂部具有第一磁吸件;
    耳机部,所述耳机部具有第二磁吸件,所述第二磁吸件和所述第一磁吸件相吸配合以使所述耳机部与所述耳挂部连接;
    心率检测模块,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳挂部和/或所述耳机部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳挂部的一端具有第一限位槽,所述第一磁吸件设在所述第一限位槽内,所述耳机部的一端具有第二限位槽,所述第二磁吸件设在所述第二限位槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件中的至少一个为磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机部上设有耳机芯片,所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接,所述耳机还包括用于检测所述耳挂部和所述耳机部连接状态的连接传感器,所述连接传感器与所述耳机芯片电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件为磁铁,所述连接传感器为霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器设在所述耳机部上,当所述第二磁吸件为磁铁时,所述霍尔传感器与所述第二磁吸件间隔开。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机部上还设有蓝牙模块,所述蓝牙模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳机部上,所述耳机部上设有第一电池,所述第一电池与所述心率检测模块电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述心率检测模块设在所述耳挂部上,所述耳挂部上设有第二电池,所述第二电池与所述心率检测模块电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的一个上设有弹片,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的另一个上设有触点,通过所述弹片与所述触点的配合实现所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的一个上设有插脚,所述耳挂部和所述耳机部的另一个上设有插孔,通过所述插脚与所述插孔的配合实现所述心率检测模块与所述耳机芯片电连接。
