具体实施方式
现在将详细地参照本发明的实施方式,其中的一个或多个示例示于附图中。每个示例都以对发明进行解释的方式给出,并不对本发明构成限制。实际上,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,能够在不偏离本发明的范围或者精神的前提下对本发明进行多种改型和变型。例如,作为一个实施方式的一部分示出或者进行描述的特征能够用于另一个实施方式,从而产生又一个实施方式。因此,期望的是,本发明覆盖落入所附权利要求及其等同形式的范围内的这些改型以及变型。
如本文所用的,术语“第一”、“第二”和“第三”可以互换使用以将一个部件与另一个部件区分开,并且这些术语并不旨在表示各个部件的位置或重要性。诸如“内”和“外”的术语是指相对于制冷电器并且特别是限定在其中的食物储存室的内部和外部的相对方向。例如,“内”或“向内”是指朝向制冷电器内部的方向。诸如“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”、“顶”或“底”的术语参考进入制冷电器的用户的视角来使用。例如,用户站在冰箱的前面以打开门体,并且把手伸进食物储存室中以接近其中的物品。
现在参见图1至图3,根据本发明实施方式的制冷电器10限定了竖向V、侧向L以及横向T(例如参见图2),各个方向彼此相互垂直。如可以看到的,制冷电器10包括壳体或箱体12,该壳体或箱体沿着竖向V在顶部14与底部16之间延伸,沿着侧向L在左侧18与右侧20之间延伸,并且沿着横向T在前侧22与后侧24之间延伸。(例如参见图2)。
箱体12限定用于接收食品以便储存的食物储存室100(图3)。特别地,食物储存室100设置在箱体12的顶部14或与其相邻。然而,应当理解,食物储存室100可以设置在制冷电器10内的任何合适的位置处。例如,在一个实施方式中,食物储存室100可以沿着竖向V从顶部14延伸到底部16。
制冷电器10可以包括冷藏门体40、50,冷藏门体可旋转地安装到箱体,例如使得冷藏门体40、50允许选择性地进入食物储存室100。如图所示,冷藏门体40、50包括右冷藏门体40和左冷藏门体50。右冷藏门体40可以在箱体12的右侧20可旋转地安装到箱体12。左冷藏门体50可以可旋转地安装到箱体12的左侧18。如图所示,把手108可以设置在冷藏门体40、50中的每一个上,以便于冷藏门体40、50 在关闭位置(图1)与打开位置(图3)之间的移动。
制冷电器10还可以包括用于分配液态水和/或冰的分配组件132。分配组件132包括分配器134,该分配器134设置在制冷电器10的外部上或安装到该外部,例如,安装在左冷藏门体50上。另外,制冷电器10可以包括布置在冷藏门体40、50下方的冷冻抽屉150,用于选择性地接近冷冻食物储存室(未示出)中的物品。冷冻抽屉150包括把手152,并且可滑动地安装到箱体12。因此,冷冻抽屉150可以沿着横向T移动进出冷冻食物储存室(未示出)。
如图3所示,如本领域技术人员将理解的,各种储存部件被安装在食物储存室100内,以促进食品在其中的储存。特别地,储存部件包括安装在食物储存室100内的盒116、抽屉120以及搁架122。盒116、抽屉120以及搁架122被构造为接收食品(例如,饮料或/或固体食品),并且可以辅助整理这种食品。
现在参见图4至图6,制冷电器10可以被构造为门中门冰箱。特别地,右冷藏门体40可以是或包括嵌套门组件,该嵌套门组件包括外门102和内门105。在可选实施方式中,左冷藏门体50可以是或包括嵌套门组件。在另一可选实施方式中,冷藏门体40、50都可以是或包括嵌套门组件。
内门105可以包括外表面128和相对的内表面130,并且内门105可以可旋转地铰接到箱体12,例如,使得内门105可以在关闭位置与打开位置之间移动(图4示例了在图1的关闭位置与图3的打开位置之间的中间位置),以允许选择性地进入箱体12的食物储存室100。特别地,内门105可以在箱体12的右侧20处安装到箱体12。内门105可以限定延伸穿过外表面128和内表面130并进入食物储存室100的开口。另外,内门105可以包括框架106(图6)。如图所示,框架106可以设置在内门105的内表面130上,并且框架106可以围绕由内门105限定的开口的周边延伸。另外,当内门105处于关闭位置时,框架106可以延伸到食物储存室100中。
嵌套门组件的外门102可以包括外表面124和相对的内表面126。如图所示,外门102可以可旋转地铰接到内门105,并且外门102可以在关闭位置与打开位置之间移动,在关闭位置,外门102抵靠内门105和/或诸如经由下述的封条140与内门105密封接合。在一些实施方式中,外门102是可移动的,以允许通过由内门105限定的开口选择性地进入食物储存室100的一部分。在一些实施方式中,外门102的一部分可以被接收在内门105的框架106内,以限定第二食物储存室101。特别地,第二食品储存室101可以与食物储存室100连续。然而,应该理解,第二食物储存室101可以与食物储存室100隔离。例如,第二食物储存室101可以是限定在内门105 的外表面128中的容纳腔。特别地,容纳腔可以不延伸穿过内门105的内表面130,因此可以与食物储存室100隔离。
应当理解,外门102和内门105在锁在一起时沿相同的方向移动,如将在下面更详细地描述的。例如,外门102和内门105当朝向打开位置移动时,可以各自离开食物储存室100。相反,外门102和内门105当朝向关闭位置移动时,可以各自朝向食物储存室100移动。进一步地,解锁内门102和外门105允许各个门102和105彼此独立地移动。
制冷电器10还可以包括设置在外门102的内表面126上的封条140。随着外门102朝向关闭位置移动,外门102可以将封条140压靠在内门105的外表面128上。更具体地,封条140可以密封抵靠内门的外表面128,以封闭食物储存室100,或可选地,封闭第二食物储存室101。在可选实施方式中,封条140可以设置在内门105的外表面128上,并且随着外门102朝向关闭位置移动,内门105可以将封条140压靠在外门102的内表面126上。更具体地,封条140可以密封抵靠外门102的内表面126。应当理解,封条140可以由任何合适的材料组成。例如,在一个实施方式中,封条140可以由橡胶组成。
制冷电器10还可以包括闩锁组件,以将外门102和内门105锁在一起,例如,用于将外门102固定在关闭位置。如图4和图5所示,闩锁组件可以包括锁扣110和闩锁112。在一些实施方式中,锁扣112可以设置在内门105上,并且闩锁112可以设置在外门102上。另外,设置在外门102上的把手108可以包括连接到闩锁112(例如,与其可操作地联接)的触发器113。例如,触发器113和闩锁112可以是在诸如枢转接头、卡扣配合接头等的接头处连接在一起的单独件。作为另一示例,触发器113和闩锁112可以通过整体地接合连接或整体地形成触发器113和闩锁112来连接。另外,闩锁壳体114可以安装到把手108,并且闩锁112可以至少部分地设置在闩锁壳体114内。闩锁112可操作为接合锁扣110,使得当闩锁112与锁扣110接合时,外门102固定到内门105,例如,外门102处于关闭位置。
在操作中,用户可以抓住外门102的把手108,致动触发器113以从锁扣110释放闩锁112,从而从内门105解锁外门102。当外门102从内门105解锁时,外门102可以独立于内门105旋转。由此可见,用户可以在不打开内门105的情况下接近盒116。可选地,在不致动触发器113的情况下操作把手108允许外门102和内门105一起打开,以完全进入食物储存室100。
现在参见图7至图9,示例了闩锁组件的示例性实施方式的其他细节。如图中一 般看到的,在各种示例性实施方式中,触发器113可在垂直于竖向V的平面内从第一位置移动到第二位置和/或第三位置,并且在闩锁112联接到触发器113的情况下,触发器113到第二和/或第三位置的这种移动导致闩锁112离开锁扣110,使得通过使触发器113在垂直于竖向V的平面内移动到第二位置或第三位置而使闩锁112与锁扣110脱离接合。当触发器113移动到第二位置或第三位置时,闩锁112也在垂直于竖向V的平面内移动。例如,图7是在垂直于竖向V的平面中穿过把手108和闩锁组件的截面。当内门105处于关闭位置时,那么横向T将在图7中的页面上从顶部延伸到底部,并且侧向L将在图7中的页面上水平地延伸。图7和图9描述了闩锁112,该闩锁112处于接合位置,例如与锁扣110接合,凭此嵌套门组件被锁住,如上所述。特别地,如在锁扣110的一部分被去除以更清楚地示例其内部部件的图9中最佳地看到的,锁扣110可以包括突起或凸片111,该突起或凸片111当处于接合位置时与闩锁112接合,例如被闩锁112钩住。当闩锁112处于接合位置时,触发器113处于第一位置,该第一位置可以是居中位置,例如如图7和图9所示。在触发器113的第一位置为居中位置的实施方式中,触发器113可在垂直于竖向V的平面内沿第一方向或与第一方向相反的第二方向移动,以使闩锁112与锁扣110脱离接合。例如,触发器113可在垂直于竖向V的平面内沿第一方向从第一位置移动到第二位置,并且触发器可在垂直于竖向V的平面内沿第二方向从第一位置移动到第三位置。
在各种实施方式中,触发器113可以从制冷电器10的前面可见。这种实施方式可以防止或最小化触发器113的意外致动,其中,站在制冷电器10前面的用户能够看到触发器113,这使得在期望时更容易致动触发器113和/或避免在不期望时致动触发器113。例如,如在图7中可以看到的,在一些实施方式中,把手108可以在垂直于竖向V的平面内限定第一宽度160,并且触发器113可以限定平行于第一宽度160的第二宽度162。在触发器113的第二宽度162大于把手108的第一宽度160的情况下,触发器113可以更容易被用户感知,例如,即使当触发器113如图7所示在把手108后面时。在一些实施方式中,把手108可以限定面向箱体12的内表面164和与内表面164相对并且背对箱体12的外表面166。在一些实施方式中,例如,如图8和图9所示,触发器113可以布置在把手108的外表面166上。由此,在这种实施方式中,触发器113可以更容易被感知,因为它在超前或朝外的面上。
如在图8和图9中最佳地看到的,闩锁112通常包括臂168和在臂168的端部处的钩170。在一些实施方式中,钩170可以沿着竖向V定向,诸如沿着竖向V向 上,例如朝向箱体12的顶部14,如图5所示,或者沿着竖向V向下,例如朝向箱体12的底部16,如图9所示。在其它实施方式中,钩170可以与竖向V成一定角度定向,例如,垂直于竖向V,例如,如图8所示。在钩170沿着垂直于竖向V的方向定向的实施方式中,当嵌套门组件处于关闭位置时,例如当内门105和外门102两者均处于上述相应的关闭位置时,钩170可以沿着侧向L定向。
在各种实施方式中,闩锁组件还可以包括联接到闩锁112的偏置构件。例如,在一些实施方式中,偏置构件可以直接联接到闩锁112的臂168。在其它实施方式中,偏置构件可以直接联接到连杆臂172,连杆臂172直接连接到触发器113,例如,如图7所示,其中,偏置构件包括至少一个螺旋弹簧180,使得偏置构件间接联接到闩锁112。偏置构件可以被构造为将闩锁112偏置为与锁扣110接合。例如,偏置构件可以被构造为将触发器113偏置到第一位置。在第一位置是居中位置的实施方式中,例如,如图7所示,闩锁组件可以包括第一偏置构件和与第一偏置构件相对的第二偏置构件,诸如图7所示的第一螺旋弹簧和第二螺旋弹簧180,其中,第一偏置构件可以例如被构造为将触发器113从第二位置偏置到第一位置,并且第二偏置构件可以例如被构造为将触发器113从第三位置偏置到第一位置。在一些实施方式中,偏置构件可以是压缩弹簧,例如,如图7所示的一个或多个螺旋形弹簧180、或片簧、或者其它压缩弹簧。在其它实施方式中,偏置构件可以是扭簧182。例如,同样如图7所示,闩锁112可以包括直接连接到触发器113的第一臂,例如连杆臂172,和在枢转接头174处连接到第一臂的第二臂,例如臂168。在这种实施方式中,偏置构件可以是联接至枢转接头174(并且经由枢转接头174间接地联接到闩锁112)的扭簧182。在这种实施方式中,扭簧182可以被构造为将臂168和其上的钩170偏置为与锁扣110接合。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种制冷电器,其特征在于,所述制冷电器限定竖向、侧向以及横向,所述竖向、所述侧向以及所述横向相互垂直,所述制冷电器包括:
    箱体,所述箱体限定食物储存室;
    内门,所述内门可旋转地铰接到所述箱体,所述内门可在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动,以允许选择性地进入所述食物储存室;
    外门,所述外门可旋转地铰接到所述内门,所述外门可在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动;以及
    闩锁组件,所述闩锁组件用于将所述外门固定在所述关闭位置,所述闩锁组件包括:
    锁扣;
    闩锁,所述闩锁可操作为与所述锁扣接合以使所述外门在所述闩锁与所述锁扣接合时被固定在所述关闭位置;以及
    触发器,所述触发器连接到所述闩锁,所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的平面内从第一位置移动到第二位置,其中,当所述触发器移动到所述第二位置时,所述闩锁在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内移动,通过使所述触发器在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内移动到所述第二位置,所述闩锁与所述锁扣脱离接合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述外门上的把手,其中,所述把手在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内限定第一宽度,所述触发器限定平行于所述第一宽度的第二宽度,并且所述第二宽度大于所述第一宽度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述外门上的把手,其中,所述把手限定面向所述箱体的内表面和与所述内表面相对且背对所述箱体的外表面,其中,所述触发器布置在所述把手的所述外表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内沿第一方向从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置,并且所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向从所述第一位置移动到第三位置,通过使所述触发器在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置或者所述第三位置而使所述闩锁与所述锁扣脱离接合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁包括臂和钩。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述钩沿着垂直于所述竖向的方向定向。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述钩沿着所述竖向定向。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁组件还包括联接到所述闩锁的偏置构件,所述偏置构件被构造为将所述闩锁偏置为与所述锁扣接合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述偏置构件包括压缩弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁包括直接连接到所述触发器的第一臂、在枢转接头处连接到所述第一臂的第二臂、形成在所述第二臂上并被构造为接合所述锁扣的钩、以及联接到所述枢转接头的扭簧,所述扭簧被构造为将所述第二臂和其上的所述钩偏置为与所述锁扣接合。
  11. 一种制冷电器,其特征在于,所述制冷电器限定竖向、侧向以及横向,所述竖向、所述侧向以及所述横向相互垂直,所述制冷电器包括:
    箱体,所述箱体限定食物储存室;
    食物储存室,所述食物储存室包括设置在所述食物储存室的前部的开口;
    嵌套门组件,所述嵌套门组件安装在所述箱体的前部,所述嵌套门组件包括内门、外门以及闩锁组件,所述闩锁组件可操作为选择性地将所述内门和所述外门闩锁在一起,和将所述内门和所述外门解锁以允许各个门独立于彼此移动,所述内门可在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动,以允许选择性地进入所述食物储存室,所述外门可在打开位置与关闭位置之间移动,以允许选择性地进入所述食物储存室的一部分,所述闩锁组件包括:
    锁扣;
    闩锁,所述闩锁可操作为与所述锁扣接合以使所述外门在所述闩锁与所述锁扣接合时被固定在所述关闭位置;以及
    触发器,所述触发器连接到所述闩锁,所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的平面内移动,以从第一位置移动到第二位置,其中,当所述触发器移动到所述第二位置时,所述闩锁在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内移动,通过使所述触发器在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内移动到所述第二位置,所述闩锁与所述锁扣脱离接合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述外门上的把手,其中,所述把手在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内限定第一宽度,所述触发器限定平行于所述第一宽度的第二宽度,并且所述第二宽度大于所述第一宽度。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述外门上的 把手,其中,所述把手限定面向所述箱体的内表面和与所述内表面相对且背对所述箱体的外表面,其中,所述触发器布置在所述把手的所述外表面上。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内沿第一方向从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置,并且所述触发器可在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向从所述第一位置移动到第三位置,通过使所述触发器在垂直于所述竖向的所述平面内从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置或者所述第三位置而使所述闩锁与所述锁扣脱离接合。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁包括臂和钩。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述钩沿着所述侧向定向。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述钩沿着所述竖向定向。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁组件还包括联接到所述闩锁的偏置构件,所述偏置构件被构造为将所述闩锁偏置为与所述锁扣接合。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述偏置构件包括压缩弹簧。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的制冷电器,其特征在于,所述闩锁包括直接连接到所述触发器的第一臂、在枢转接头处连接到所述第一臂的第二臂、形成在所述第二臂上并被构造为接合所述锁扣的钩、以及联接到所述枢转接头的扭簧,所述扭簧被构造为将所述第二臂和其上的所述钩偏置为与所述锁扣接合。
