Description
本发明属于儿童座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,可通过巧妙的结构设计,使安全座椅具有适用性强的推车功能,并在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,增强安全座椅的侧面防护性能。
目前,社会对儿童的行车安全要求越来越高,很多国家对安全座椅的安全性能要求更严格,要求更高的安全座椅侧翼强度以更好地保护儿童免受侧面撞击带来的伤害;政府也修改相关的法规和条例,比如:欧洲的新法规R129要求安全座椅满足更高的安全标准才可以在市场上出售。有不少用户提出了让安全座椅具有推车功能的需求,也出现了可提供推车功能的安全座椅,但是缺乏实用性,特别是无法适用于大龄儿童,大龄儿童需要座椅具有更强的稳定性。
现有儿童汽车安全座椅产品及专利技术的不足,主要体现在以下几个方面。
(1)传统安全座椅,需要在侧翼内侧和外侧额外添加部件,以提升侧翼的结构强度来增强侧面保护能力,以便通过侧面碰撞测试达到更高的安全标准。
(2)有的专利技术把前后支撑腿都放置在底座内,这时安全座椅的底座太高,车顶的冲击力会更容易伤到儿童头部,因此底座空间的限制导致此种结构有以下缺陷:(a)前后轮没法做得足够大,成品无法适应凹凸不平的路面;(b)由于底座宽度限制,左右轮子间距无法做到足够宽,成品的支撑稳定性差;(c)轮子上的脏东西会与汽车座椅表面直接接触,弄脏座椅;(d)在某些体积小的汽车后排座上,安全带连接处和安全带插孔位置距离非常小,成品的底座后侧宽度可能超过这个距离,导致车载3点式安全带的插孔被遮挡而无法正常使用;
(3)有的专利技术把前后支撑腿的上端像传统推车一样旋转连接在一起,有点像A字一样的外观,这种结构有以下不足:(a)折叠后的前后轮挨在一起,导致折叠后的轮子体积过大,无法完全隐藏到安全座椅内部;(b)此种结构与底座的连接处位于底座的中间位置,无法平衡前后左右的宽度带来的重量差进而无法支撑大龄儿童和整个安全座椅的重量。
(4)有的专利技术把前后腿设计成伸缩的联动机构,前后腿可以相对于座椅本体进行伸缩动作,以完成收纳的目的。这种机构结构复杂,装配了大量的连接杆和转轴,使用久了容易出现机械故障,存在成本高,维护麻烦,产品重量太重等缺陷。
为了克服以上的一点或几点不足,有必要设计一种新型的儿童汽车安全座椅结构,不但 可让安全座椅在使用推车功能时的适用性更强,同时也让靠背的侧翼具有更高的安全防护性能。
发明内容
为了解决当前儿童汽车安全座椅所存在的在使用推车功能时适用性差以及在使用安全座椅时侧翼防护性能有限的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种新型的且具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,可通过巧妙的结构设计,使安全座椅具有适用性强的推车功能,并在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,增强安全座椅的侧面防护性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,包括有座椅本体、前支撑腿、前轮、后支撑腿和后轮,其中,所述座椅本体包括有底座部、靠背部和侧翼部;
所述前支撑腿的顶部通过前端转轴转动连接所述底座部的前端,所述前支撑腿的底部转动连接所述前轮;
所述后支撑腿的顶部通过后端转轴转动连接所述靠背部的左侧底端和/或右侧底端,所述后支撑腿的底部转动连接所述后轮;
所述靠背部的底端连接所述底座部的后端,所述侧翼部连接所述靠背部的侧边且一一对应地与所述后支撑腿同侧,在所述侧翼部的后视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述后支撑腿及所述后轮的第一收纳槽,使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿及所述后轮向后旋进所述第一收纳槽中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿及所述后轮从所述第一收纳槽中向前旋出。
优化的,当所述前支撑腿一一对应地与所述侧翼部同侧设置时,在所述底座部的仰视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述前支撑腿顶部及中部的第二收纳槽,所述第一收纳槽还用于容纳对应侧的所述前支撑腿底部及所述前轮,使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿顶部及中部向后旋进所述第二收纳槽中,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿底部及所述前轮向后旋进所述第一收纳槽中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿顶部及中部从所述第二收纳槽中向前旋出,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿底部及所述前轮从所述第一收纳槽中向前旋出。
进一步优化的,同侧的所述第二收纳槽与所述第一收纳槽连通;和/或,在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,使所述前支撑腿底部及所述前轮与所述后支撑腿在所述第一收纳槽中错位放置。
优化的,在支撑腿顶部的旋转面上环向设有折叠孔位和展开孔位,并在所述座椅本体上设有与所述支撑腿顶部对应的状态锁定组件,其中,所述支撑腿顶部为所述前支撑腿的顶部或所述后支撑腿的顶部,所述折叠孔位位于所述展开孔位的转动前方;
所述状态锁定组件包括手拉开关、拉线、拉栓、复位弹性件和限位件,其中,所述手拉开关连接所述拉线的一端,所述拉线的另一端连接所述拉栓的尾部,所述复位弹性件套在所 述拉栓上且两端分别与所述拉栓的头部和所述限位件相抵,所述限位件固定在所述座椅本体上;

本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明创造提供了一种既具有适用性强的推车功能又能增强侧面防护性能的新型安全座椅,即一方面通过将后支撑腿及后轮收纳进座椅本体的侧翼部,可对侧翼部起到一个加肋增强的作用,进而形成一个整体结构,大大提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,另一方面由于收纳槽位于座椅本体的侧翼部,其容纳尺寸可以做到很大,进而利于将后轮的尺寸做到足够大,适用不同程度的凹凸不平地面,可提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性;
(2)通过将前支撑腿的顶部及中部收纳进底座部的对应侧中,可以对底座部的侧边也起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大提升底座部在对应侧边的防护性能,同时还可以通过将前支撑腿底部及前轮收纳进座椅本体的侧翼部,进一步对侧翼部起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大 提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,以及进一步利于将前轮的尺寸也做到足够大,提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性;
(3)通过对前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿在收纳槽中进行错位放置设计,可以使前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿不会相互阻碍对方的旋进/旋出,确保能够正常折叠收纳或展开使用,同时还可使前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿在折叠收纳时,能够形成一个加厚的整体性加肋增强结构,进一步提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能;
(4)可使前后支撑腿收纳进安全座椅内部,这些支撑腿也可以同时增加安全座椅的结构强度,并且在展开前后支撑腿后可提供推车功能;
(5)可把两条前支撑腿与安全座椅的连接处设置在底座部前端的左右两侧,把两条后支撑腿与安全座椅的连接处设置在靠背部的底端左右两侧,然后把前支撑腿底部和/或前轮与后支撑腿和/或后轮往座椅本体内旋转再被收纳进侧翼部的凹形收纳槽内,使前支撑腿底部和/或前轮、后支撑腿和/或后轮与侧翼两侧一起形成一个整体的结构,这时的侧翼有前支撑腿底部和/或前轮与后支撑腿和/或后轮的支撑,侧翼整体结构强度会增加很多,侧翼变形程度降到最低且对侧面碰撞具有更高地吸能作用,这种结构使儿童身体侧面保护更充分和完全;
(6)由于可把前支撑腿底部和/或后支撑腿与前轮和/或后轮完全收纳进侧翼部的凹形收纳槽,可使靠背部的整体强度变得更高,对冲击力的吸能作用更强,对儿童的头部、手臂和肩膀的保护更充分;同时可以把前轮和/或后轮的直径做到足够大,甚至可以做到20公分的直径,进而适应不同程度的凹凸不平路面;并且当从推车转换为安全座椅在车内使用时,可确保轮子上的脏东西不与车内成人座椅表面相接触,车内环境更卫生;此外,这种设计结构还可以使前轮和后轮以及轮上的污物完全地隐藏在侧翼内部,使外观看起来更整洁美观;
(7)可将支撑腿的转轴作为转动中心点,使前支撑腿底部和/或后支撑腿与前轮和/或后轮往座椅靠背方向旋转折叠并收纳进侧翼部,相对于同类产品的支撑腿的伸缩收纳机构,此旋转折叠机构去掉了大量的连接杆和转轴,具有生产成本更低、机构简单、维护方便和产品重量少等优点;
(8)前后支撑腿的左右轮间距可达到较大距离,加上前后支撑腿分别处于安全座椅本体的最前端和最后端,四个轮子的着力点分别位于前后左右的外侧,此种结构支撑稳定性更高,更能平衡前后左右的宽度带来的重量差;
(9)在不妨碍前支撑腿在侧翼内顺畅进行折叠和展开的前提下,对后支撑腿与座椅本体的连接处的左右间距进行了优化:左右间距小于大部分小体积轿车后排座的安全带插孔位置的距离,让车载3点式安全带的插孔不再受遮挡并可以正常使用。

实施例一
如图1~5所示,本实施例提供的所述具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,包括有座椅本体1、前支撑腿2、前轮3、后支撑腿4和后轮5,其中,所述座椅本体1包括有底座部101、靠背部102和侧翼部103;所述前支撑腿2的顶部通过前端转轴601转动连接所述底座部101的前端,所述前支撑腿2的底部转动连接所述前轮3;所述后支撑腿4的顶部通过后端转轴602转动连接所述靠背部102的左侧底端和/或右侧底端,所述后支撑腿4的底部转动连接所述后轮5;所述靠背部102的底端连接所述底座部101的后端,所述侧翼部103连接所述靠背部102的侧边且一一对应地与所述后支撑腿4同侧,在所述侧翼部103的后视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5的第一收纳槽1031,使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5向后旋进所述第一收纳槽1031中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5从所述第一收纳槽1031中向前旋出。
如图1~5所示,在所述儿童汽车安全座椅的具体结构中,所述座椅本体1用于承载儿童身体,其可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成,优选的,所述底座部101、所述靠背部102和/或所述侧翼部103构成一体成型结构。所述前支撑腿2、所述前轮3、所述后支撑腿4和所述后轮5用于构成所述座椅本体1的手推行走机构,以便使所述儿童汽车安全座椅具有推车功能;所述前支撑腿2、所述前轮3、所述后支撑腿4或所述后轮5可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、 化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。所述前端转轴601用于作为前端转动中心点,使所述前支撑腿2能够相对于所述底座部101向前或向后旋转,以便展开推车(向前旋转)或折叠收纳(向后旋转);所述后端转轴602用于作为后端转动中心,使所述后支撑腿4能够相对于所述靠背部102向前或向后旋转,以便展开推车(向前旋转)或折叠收纳(向后旋转);所述前端转轴601或所述后端转轴602可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
如图2所示,由于在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,所述第一收纳槽1031可以旋进收纳对应侧的所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5,因此一方面通过将所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5收纳进所述座椅本体1的侧翼部103,可对所述侧翼部103起到一个加肋增强的作用,进而形成一个整体结构,大大提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,另一方面由于所述第一收纳槽1031位于所述座椅本体1的侧翼部103,其容纳尺寸可以做到很大,进而利于将所述后轮5的尺寸做到足够大,适用不同程度的凹凸不平地面,可提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性。具体的,如图2所示,所述后支撑腿4为两根,并分别转动连接所述靠背部102的左侧底端和右侧底端,所述侧翼部103也分别一一对应地设置在所述靠背部102的左右两侧,进而使所述座椅本体1的左右两侧都能大大提升侧翼防护性能;为了增强后部支撑腿的稳定性,两根所述后支撑腿4还可以通过一根横杆(图中未标识)互连。此外,为了方便折叠收纳所述后支撑腿4及所述后轮5,所述后支撑腿4具体可采用单节腿结构、可旋转折叠的双节腿结构或可旋转折叠的多节腿结构,所述后支撑腿4的底部可根据需要转动连接一个、两个或多个所述后轮5。如图3所示,所述后支撑腿4具体采用了单节腿结构,所述后支撑腿4的底部转动连接一个所述后轮5。
优化的,当所述前支撑腿2一一对应地与所述侧翼部103同侧设置时,在所述底座部101的仰视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述前支撑腿2顶部及中部的第二收纳槽1032,所述第一收纳槽1031还用于容纳对应侧的所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3,使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿2顶部及中部向后旋进所述第二收纳槽1032中,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3向后旋进所述第一收纳槽1031中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿2顶部及中部从所述第二收纳槽1032中向前旋出,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3从所述第一收纳槽1031中向前旋出。如图2和3所示,通过将所述前支撑腿2的顶部及中部收纳进所述底座部101的对应侧中,可以对所述底座部101的侧边也起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大提升所述底座部101在对应侧边的防护性能,同时也可以通过将所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3收纳进所述座椅本体1的侧翼部103,进一步对所述侧翼部103起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大提升整个安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,以及也可利于将所述前轮3的尺寸做到足够大,进一步适用不同程度的凹凸不平地面,提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性。具体的,如图3所示,所述前支撑腿2也为两根,并分别转动连接所述底座部101的左侧前端和右侧前端,进一步使所述座椅本体1的左右两侧都能大大提升侧翼防护性能;为了增强前部支撑腿的稳定性,两根所述前支撑腿2还可以通过一根横杆(图中未标识)互连。此外,为了方便折叠收纳所述前支撑腿2及所述前轮3,所述前支撑腿2也具体可采用单节腿结构、可旋转折叠的双节腿结构或可旋转折叠的多节腿结构,所述前支撑腿2的底部可根据需要转动连接一个、 两个或多个所述前轮3。如图3所示,所述前支撑腿2具体采用了可旋转折叠的三节腿结构,所述前支撑腿2的底部也转动连接一个所述前轮3。
进一步优化的,同侧的所述第二收纳槽1032与所述第一收纳槽1031连通。通过前述连通设置,可使所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3在同步地向后旋进对应侧的所述第一收纳槽1031中时,无隔板阻碍,确保旋进正常和方便。另外,在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,使所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3与所述后支撑腿4在所述第一收纳槽1031中错位放置。如图2所示,通过前述设计,可以使所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3与所述后支撑腿4不会相互阻碍对方的旋进/旋出,确保能够正常折叠收纳或展开使用,同时还可使所述前支撑腿2底部及所述前轮3与所述后支撑腿4在折叠收纳时,能够形成一个加厚的整体性加肋增强结构,进一步提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能。
优化的,在支撑腿顶部7的旋转面上环向设有折叠孔位701和展开孔位702,并在所述座椅本体1上设有与所述支撑腿顶部7对应的状态锁定组件,其中,所述支撑腿顶部7为所述前支撑腿2的顶部或所述后支撑腿4的顶部,所述折叠孔位701位于所述展开孔位702的转动前方;所述状态锁定组件包括手拉开关801、拉线802、拉栓803、复位弹性件804和限位件805,其中,所述手拉开关801连接所述拉线802的一端,所述拉线802的另一端连接所述拉栓803的尾部,所述复位弹性件804套在所述拉栓803上且两端分别与所述拉栓803的头部和所述限位件805相抵,所述限位件805固定在所述座椅本体1上;在拉动所述手拉开关801时,所述拉栓803的头部随着所述拉线802的后撤,抽出对应的所述折叠孔位701或所述展开孔位702,使对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿处于可旋转切换状态;在松开所述手拉开关801时,所述拉栓803的头部由所述复位弹性件804驱动复位,插入对应的所述折叠孔位701或所述展开孔位702,使对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿处于锁定状态。
如图4和5所示,所述状态锁定组件用于锁定对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿,使他们保持折叠收纳状态(当所述拉栓803的头部插入对应的所述折叠孔位701时)或展开使用状态(当所述拉栓803的头部插入对应的所述展开孔位702时)。在所述状态锁定组件的具体结构中,所述手拉开关801用于提供手动作用部,以便用手拉动所述拉线802,使所述拉栓803的头部随着所述拉线802的后撤,抽出对应的所述折叠孔位701或所述展开孔位702,实现状态解锁目的;所述手拉开关801可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。所述拉线802用于传导拉力,其可具体设置在走线方式固定的拉线管道中,以便在所述座椅本体1上进行布置;所述拉线802可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。所述拉栓803用于在抽出孔位时实现状态解锁目的,以便切换状态,而在插入孔位时实现状态锁定,以便稳定作为安全座椅或推车使用;所述拉栓803可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。所述复位弹性件804用于在所述手拉开关801被拉动时,压缩存储动能,而在所述手拉开关801被松开时,复位释放动能,以便驱动所述拉栓803插入此时位置对应的孔位(可通过旋转支撑腿的角度,调整所述拉栓803与所述折叠孔位701或所述展开孔位702的相对位置);所述复位弹性件804可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制 成,优选为弹簧。所述限位件805用于作为所述复位弹性件804在压缩存储动能或复位释放动能时的固定支点,止挡所述复位弹性件804;所述限位件805可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
前述状态锁定组件的折叠使用方法,可以但不限于包括如下步骤:用一只手拉动所述手拉开关801,该开关拉动所述拉线802移动,然后由所述拉线802带动所述拉栓803退出展开孔位702,此时所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4不受所述拉栓803锁定,可用另外一只手将所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4往座椅侧翼方向转动;然后松开所述手拉开关801,同时将所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4继续往座椅侧翼方向转动,当所述折叠孔位701对着所述拉栓803时,所述拉栓803由于所述复位弹性件804的弹性作用,将进入所述折叠孔位701,此时所述前支撑腿2底部和/或所述后支撑腿4被固定在侧翼收纳槽内,与对应的所述侧翼部103形成一体的整体结构,这个整体结构可以很大程度地提升侧面防护性能。此时可以作为安全座椅使用,通过所述前支撑腿2底部和/或所述后支撑腿4使所述侧翼部103的碰撞吸能效果更强。
优化的,在所述座椅本体1上还设有与所述支撑腿顶部7一一对应的扭簧9,其中,所述扭簧9的一端固定连接所述座椅本体1,所述扭簧9的另一端固定连接对应的所述支撑腿顶部7;当所述支撑腿顶部7的折叠孔位701被对应的所述拉栓803头部插入时,所述扭簧9处于扭曲待复位状态。如图1~3所述,通过设置所述扭簧9,可在所述拉栓803头部抽出所述折叠孔位701时(即手拉所述手拉开关801时),利用所述扭簧9的复位作用,使对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿自动或被助力地向前旋转展开,实现单手或省力地将安全座椅展开为推车的目的,方便使用和省力。此外,所述扭簧9可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
前述状态锁定组件与扭簧的展开使用方法,可以但不限于包括如下步骤:用一只手拉动所述手拉开关801,该开关拉动所述拉线802移动,然后由所述拉线802带动所述拉栓803退出所述折叠孔位701,此时所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4不受所述拉栓803锁定,可通过所述扭簧9带动支撑腿向前旋转;然后松开所述手拉开关801,当支撑腿旋转到最远端时,所述拉栓803将对准所述展开孔位702,然后所述拉栓803由于所述复位弹性件804的弹性作用,将进入所述展开孔位702,固定所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4并使其无法转动。此时可以作为推车使用。
另外,基于前述相同的结构原理,也可以在所述支撑腿顶部7的展开孔位702被对应的所述拉栓803头部插入时,使所述扭簧9处于扭曲待复位状态,进而在所述拉栓803头部抽出所述展开孔位702时(即手拉所述手拉开关801时),利用所述扭簧9的复位作用,使对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿自动或被助力地向后旋转折叠,实现单手或省力地将推车折叠为安全座椅的目的。
优化的,还包括固定连接所述座椅本体1的ISOFIX接头;在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,所述ISOFIX接头在向后拉出后可用于锁定连接汽车座椅上的ISOFIX接口。通过前述设计,可在安全座椅处于折叠状态时,使所述ISOFIX接头(ISOFIX是指一种儿童约束系统 与车辆连接的一种系统,它包括车辆上的二个刚性连接点,儿童约束系统上的二个相适应的刚性连接装置,还有一种抗翻转的方法,它是一个关于在汽车中安置儿童座椅的新标准,这一标准正在为众多汽车制造商所接受,附图中未示出)恰好能够与汽车座椅上的ISOFIX接口进行锁定连接,以便将安全座椅被牢牢地固定在汽车的成人座椅上面,使所述座椅本体1可以吸收由ISOFIX接口及接头带来的冲击力,然后再传导到所述后支撑腿4、整个靠背部102、侧翼部103和座椅本体1;在推车状态时,所述后端转轴602可以固定所述后支撑腿4且与所述后支撑腿4旋转连接,进而支撑整个座椅和儿童的重量。此外,所述ISOFIX接头可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
前述ISOFIX接头与ISOFIX接口的连接方法,可以但不限于包括如下步骤:在将所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4固定在侧翼收纳槽内后,用手按住所述ISOFIX接头的解锁开关,然后拉出所述ISOFIX接头并对准汽车座椅上的ISOFIX接口,再用手把安全座椅往汽车成人座椅上向推,当听到“嗒”的一声响时,所述ISOFIX接头即与ISOFIX接口成功咬合固定在一起,使安全座椅被牢牢地固定在汽车的成人座椅上面。此时,与所述ISOFIX接头一起固定连接的后端转轴602(即具体连接在所述后端转轴602上)可以吸收由ISOFIX接口及接头带来的冲击力,然后再传导到所述后支撑腿4、整个靠背部102、侧翼部103和座椅本体1;所述后支撑腿4、后轮5、前支撑腿2、前轮3、ISOFIX接头、前后端转轴、侧翼部103和/或靠背部102可形成一个系统全面的吸能固定整体结构,使安全座椅的安全性更高,进而更好地保护儿童行车安全。
优化的,在所述靠背部102的后视面顶部设有可抽出及缩进的推杆11和用于锁定所述推杆11的推杆锁定开关12。如图2~3所示,通过前述结构设计,可在展开使用时,解锁所述推杆锁定开关12,将所述推杆11从所述靠背部102中拉出,进行推车使用。前述推杆11及所述推杆锁定开关12的工作原理可参照现有的行李箱拉杆机构。此外,所述推杆11或所述腿管锁定开关12可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
优化的,在所述靠背部102的前视面上设有安全带13以及位于顶部的U型护头枕14。如图1所示,通过设置所述安全带13,可将儿童身体有效束缚在安全座椅上,确保刹车安全。另外通过设置所述U型护头枕14,可以进一步利用U型结构的两翼加强对儿童头部的侧翼保护。此外,所述安全带13或所述U型护头枕14可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
综上,采用本实施例所提供的具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,具有如下技术效果:
(1)本实施例提供了一种既具有适用性强的推车功能又能增强侧面防护性能的新型安全座椅,即一方面通过将后支撑腿及后轮收纳进座椅本体的侧翼部,可对侧翼部起到一个加肋增强的作用,进而形成一个整体结构,大大提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,另一方面由于收纳槽位于座椅本体的侧翼部,其容纳尺寸可以做到很大,进而利于将后轮的尺寸做到足够大,适用不同程度的凹凸不平地面,可提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性;
(2)通过将前支撑腿的顶部及中部收纳进底座部的对应侧中,可以对底座部的侧边也起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大提升底座部在对应侧边的防护性能,同时还可以通过将前支撑腿底部及前轮收纳进座椅本体的侧翼部,进一步对侧翼部起到一个加肋增强的作用,大大提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能,以及进一步利于将前轮的尺寸也做到足够大,提升推车使用的稳定性和路面适用性;
(3)通过对前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿在收纳槽中进行错位放置设计,可以使前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿不会相互阻碍对方的旋进/旋出,确保能够正常折叠收纳或展开使用,同时还可使前支撑腿底部及前轮与后支撑腿在折叠收纳时,能够形成一个加厚的整体性加肋增强结构,进一步提升安全座椅在对应侧的侧翼防护性能;
(4)可使前后支撑腿收纳进安全座椅内部,这些支撑腿也可以同时增加安全座椅的结构强度,并且在展开前后支撑腿后可提供推车功能;
(5)可把两条前支撑腿与安全座椅的连接处设置在底座部前端的左右两侧,把两条后支撑腿与安全座椅的连接处设置在靠背部的底端左右两侧,然后把前支撑腿底部和/或前轮与后支撑腿和/或后轮往座椅本体内旋转再被收纳进侧翼部的凹形收纳槽内,使前支撑腿底部和/或前轮、后支撑腿和/或后轮与侧翼两侧一起形成一个整体的结构,这时的侧翼有前支撑腿底部和/或前轮与后支撑腿和/或后轮的支撑,侧翼整体结构强度会增加很多,侧翼变形程度降到最低且对侧面碰撞具有更高地吸能作用,这种结构使儿童身体侧面保护更充分和完全;
(6)由于可把前支撑腿底部和/或后支撑腿与前轮和/或后轮完全收纳进侧翼部的凹形收纳槽,可使靠背部的整体强度变得更高,对冲击力的吸能作用更强,对儿童的头部、手臂和肩膀的保护更充分;同时可以把前轮和/或后轮的直径做到足够大,甚至可以做到20公分的直径,进而适应不同程度的凹凸不平路面;并且当从推车转换为安全座椅在车内使用时,可确保轮子上的脏东西不与车内成人座椅表面相接触,车内环境更卫生;此外,这种设计结构还可以使前轮和后轮以及轮上的污物完全地隐藏在侧翼内部,使外观看起来更整洁美观;
(7)可将支撑腿的转轴作为转动中心点,使前支撑腿底部和/或后支撑腿与前轮和/或后轮往座椅靠背方向旋转折叠并收纳进侧翼部,相对于同类产品的支撑腿的伸缩收纳机构,此旋转折叠机构去掉了大量的连接杆和转轴,具有生产成本更低、机构简单、维护方便和产品重量少等优点;
(8)前后支撑腿的左右轮间距可达到较大距离,加上前后支撑腿分别处于安全座椅本体的最前端和最后端,四个轮子的着力点分别位于前后左右的外侧,此种结构支撑稳定性更高,更能平衡前后左右的宽度带来的重量差;
(9)在不妨碍前支撑腿在侧翼内顺畅进行折叠和展开的前提下,对后支撑腿与座椅本体的连接处的左右间距进行了优化:左右间距小于大部分小体积轿车后排座的安全带插孔位置的距离,让车载3点式安全带的插孔不再受遮挡并可以正常使用。
实施例二
如图6~8所示,本实施例在实施例一的技术基础上还提供了另一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其采用了拉簧方案来替代扭簧方案,即在所述座椅本体1上还设有与所述支撑腿顶部7一一对应的拉簧10,其中,所述拉簧10的一端固定连接位于所述座椅本体1 上的第一固定柱,所述拉簧10的另一端固定连接位于对应所述支撑腿顶部7上的第二固定柱,当所述支撑腿顶部7的折叠孔位701被对应的所述拉栓803头部插入时,所述拉簧10处于伸长待复位状态。
如图6~8所示,通过设置所述拉簧10,可在所述拉栓803头部抽出所述折叠孔位701时(即手拉所述手拉开关801时),利用所述拉簧10的复位作用,使对应的支撑腿顶部7及支撑腿自动或被助力地向前旋转展开,实现单手或省力地将安全座椅展开为推车的目的,方便使用和省力。此外,所述拉簧10可以但不限于由金属、塑料、树脂、硅胶、木材、化纤、布料、玻璃、纤维和/或陶瓷等材质制成。
前述状态锁定组件与拉簧的展开使用方法,可以但不限于包括如下步骤:当所述手拉开关801被拉起并带动所述拉栓803移出所述折叠孔位701时,所述前支撑腿2和/或所述后支撑腿4不受所述拉栓803锁定,可通过所述拉簧10拉动对应支撑腿旋转直到最前端时,所述展开孔位702正好对准所述拉栓803,此时松开所述手拉开关801,所述拉栓803即插入所述展开孔位702,这时前后支撑腿被固定,可以作为推车使用;当所述手拉开关801被拉起并带动所述拉栓803移出所述展开孔位702时,可把座椅放在一个物体的平面(比如地面或者汽车的成人座椅平面)后再松开所述手拉开关801,可利用座椅的重力作用,使前支撑腿2向后旋转进侧翼凹槽内,对应的拉栓803会弹回对应前支撑腿2的折叠孔位701,然后用手把后支撑腿4往靠背方向旋转进侧翼凹槽后,对应的拉栓803会弹回对应后支撑腿4的折叠孔位701,此时前后支撑腿均被限位在侧翼凹槽内而无法旋转,可以作为儿童安全座椅使用。由此还可以通过设置所述拉簧10,方便自动展开和省力地完成折叠目的。

Claims (10)
- 一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:包括有座椅本体(1)、前支撑腿(2)、前轮(3)、后支撑腿(4)和后轮(5),其中,所述座椅本体(1)包括有底座部(101)、靠背部(102)和侧翼部(103);所述前支撑腿(2)的顶部通过前端转轴(601)转动连接所述底座部(101)的前端,所述前支撑腿(2)的底部转动连接所述前轮(3);所述后支撑腿(4)的顶部通过后端转轴(602)转动连接所述靠背部(102)的左侧底端和/或右侧底端,所述后支撑腿(4)的底部转动连接所述后轮(5);所述靠背部(102)的底端连接所述底座部(101)的后端,所述侧翼部(103)连接所述靠背部(102)的侧边且一一对应地与所述后支撑腿(4)同侧,在所述侧翼部(103)的后视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述后支撑腿(4)及所述后轮(5)的第一收纳槽(1031),使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿(4)及所述后轮(5)向后旋进所述第一收纳槽(1031)中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述后支撑腿(4)及所述后轮(5)从所述第一收纳槽(1031)中向前旋出。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:当所述前支撑腿(2)一一对应地与所述侧翼部(103)同侧设置时,在所述底座部(101)的仰视面上开有用于容纳对应侧所述前支撑腿(2)顶部及中部的第二收纳槽(1032),所述第一收纳槽(1031)还用于容纳对应侧的所述前支撑腿(2)底部及所述前轮(3),使得在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿(2)顶部及中部向后旋进所述第二收纳槽(1032)中,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿(2)底部及所述前轮(3)向后旋进所述第一收纳槽(1031)中,以及在展开作为推车时,可将对应侧的所述前支撑腿(2)顶部及中部从所述第二收纳槽(1032)中向前旋出,并同步地将对应侧的所述前支撑腿(2)底部及所述前轮(3)从所述第一收纳槽(1031)中向前旋出。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:同侧的所述第二收纳槽(1032)与所述第一收纳槽(1031)连通;和/或,在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,使所述前支撑腿(2)底部及所述前轮(3)与所述后支撑腿(4)在所述第一收纳槽(1031)中错位放置。
- 如权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:在支撑腿顶部(7)的旋转面上环向设有折叠孔位(701)和展开孔位(702),并在所述座椅本体(1)上设有与所述支撑腿顶部(7)对应的状态锁定组件,其中,所述支撑腿顶部(7)为所述前支撑腿(2)的顶部或所述后支撑腿(4)的顶部,所述折叠孔位(701)位于所述展开孔位(702)的转动前方;所述状态锁定组件包括手拉开关(801)、拉线(802)、拉栓(803)、复位弹性件(804)和限位件(805),其中,所述手拉开关(801)连接所述拉线(802)的一端,所述拉线(802)的另一端连接所述拉栓(803)的尾部,所述复位弹性件(804)套在所述拉栓(803)上且两端分别与所述拉栓(803)的头部和所述限位件(805)相抵,所述限位件(805)固定在所述座椅本体(1)上;在拉动所述手拉开关(801)时,所述拉栓(803)的头部随着所述拉线(802)的后撤, 抽出对应的所述折叠孔位(701)或所述展开孔位(702),使对应的支撑腿顶部(7)及支撑腿处于可旋转切换状态;在松开所述手拉开关(801)时,所述拉栓(803)的头部由所述复位弹性件(804)驱动复位,插入对应的所述折叠孔位(701)或所述展开孔位(702),使对应的支撑腿顶部(7)及支撑腿处于锁定状态。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:在所述座椅本体(1)上还设有与所述支撑腿顶部(7)一一对应的扭簧(9),其中,所述扭簧(9)的一端固定连接所述座椅本体(1),所述扭簧(9)的另一端固定连接对应的所述支撑腿顶部(7),当所述支撑腿顶部(7)的折叠孔位(701)和/或展开孔位(702)被对应的所述拉栓(803)头部插入时,所述扭簧(9)处于扭曲待复位状态;或者,在所述座椅本体(1)上还设有与所述支撑腿顶部(7)一一对应的拉簧(10),其中,所述拉簧(10)的一端固定连接位于所述座椅本体(1)上的第一固定柱,所述拉簧(10)的另一端固定连接位于对应所述支撑腿顶部(7)上的第二固定柱,当所述支撑腿顶部(7)的折叠孔位(701)被对应的所述拉栓(803)头部插入时,所述拉簧(10)处于伸长待复位状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:还包括固定连接所述座椅本体(1)的ISOFIX接头;在折叠作为儿童汽车安全座椅时,所述ISOFIX接头在向后拉出后可用于锁定连接汽车座椅上的ISOFIX接口。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:在所述靠背部(102)的后视面顶部设有可抽出及缩进的推杆(11)和用于锁定所述推杆(11)的推杆锁定开关(12)。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:在所述靠背部(102)的前视面上设有安全带(13)以及位于顶部的U型护头枕(14)。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述前支撑腿(2)或所述后支撑腿(4)采用单节腿结构、可旋转折叠的双节腿结构或可旋转折叠的多节腿结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有推车功能的儿童汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述底座部(101)、所述靠背部(102)和/或所述侧翼部(103)构成一体成型结构;和/或,所述前支撑腿(2)的底部转动连接一个、两个或多个所述前轮(3);和/或,所述后支撑腿(4)的底部转动连接一个、两个或多个所述后轮(5)。
