发明内容

请结合图1、图2及图4,插孔7为形成在底座1上且沿底座1的横向延伸的两个,该横向延伸方向与工作支撑单元2安装在底座1上时自由端22延伸方向相同。两个插孔7与两个插杆呈一对一设置,每个插孔7包括埋入在底座1内的卡固槽72和自卡固槽72沿底座1的横向延伸并暴露在外的插入槽73,该插入槽73自卡固槽72向两个插孔7中间方向延伸。自由端22经插入槽73插入在卡固槽72内。请参见图5,该卡固槽72为暴露在底座1的底面上的开口。
具体地,插入槽73为暴露在底座1的上表面11的开口;两个插孔7沿底座1的纵长方向(该底座1的纵长方向即为锯机的纵长方向,图1中箭头b所指方向)镜像设置,自由端22经插入槽73进入卡固槽72内,竖直杆体部21处于插入槽73的两壁之间。
需要说明的是,本实施中,由弯折形成的工作支撑单元2的管体的各部分的直径相同,且为了使插杆与插孔7之间的配合更牢固,该竖直杆体部21部分弯曲以增大竖直杆体部21弹性(见图3)。
请见图4,为了使工作支撑单元2的延伸支撑平面25在展开位置时与底座1的上表面11处于同一平面,上表面11上内凹形成有两个收容槽71,每个收容槽71自对应的插入槽73沿底座1的纵长方向朝侧面23延伸并贯穿侧面23,工作支撑单元2处于展开位置时,竖直杆体部21至少部分置于收容槽71内。
为了在加工工件时,工作支撑单元2牢固可靠,底座1上形成有用以保持工作支撑单元2位于展开位置的水平棘爪61(如图1)。具体地,水平棘爪61伸入至收容槽71内,卡住竖直杆体部21,使之在收容槽71内不上下跳动。在本实施例中,收容槽71包括相对设置且沿底座1的纵长方向延伸的两内侧壁711,水平棘爪61自其中一个内侧壁711朝另一个内侧壁711延伸,该水平棘爪61与另一个内侧壁711之间形成有供竖直杆体部21下压通过的间隙(未标号),从而不需要打开水平棘爪61,就能够将工作支撑单元2拆卸或翻转。请结合图 4和图5,本实施例中,该水平棘爪61为一单独部件,仅在其中一个收容槽71的一侧设置,该收容槽71的一侧开设有安装该水平棘爪61的安装槽610,诚然,在其他实施方式中,该水平棘爪61可以一体形成在底座1上或卡固在底座1上;例如:注塑成型的弹性件,或者安装在底座1上的弹片。
在工作支撑单元2处于收折位置时,为了将工作支撑单元2稳定地保持在垂直于底座1的上表面11上(如图2所示位置,工作支撑单元2垂直于上表面11时,工作支撑单元2位于收折位置),底座1上形成有用以保持工作支撑单元2位于收折位置上的垂直棘爪62,此时,工作支撑单元2位于底座1的上表面11内侧,即,该工作支撑单元2于高度方向(即,锯机的高度方向)上,该工作支撑单元2的投影完全落于底座的上表面11内。具体地,垂直棘爪62为形成在收容槽71与插入槽73之间且靠近固定槽72的台阶62。作为一种优选,把台阶62的侧面23设计为弧形面,可以防止刮伤作为工作支撑单元2。台阶62的横向宽度大于或等于工作支撑单元2的直径,从而使台阶62在工作支撑单元2垂直于底座1以卡持竖直杆体部21。该台阶62的横向宽度为沿底座1的横向延伸的部分。
为了将自由端22枢接在底座1上,插入槽73的横向长度大于或等于自由端22的长度,自由端22伸入插入槽73后,进入卡固槽72内。
在本实施例中,工作支撑单元2插接在底座1的上表面11上;在其他实施例中,工作支撑单元2也可以插接在底座1的侧面23上。
在安装时不需要其他工具,在两个靠近自由端22的竖直杆体部21之间的方向上施力,使开口变小,此时可将两个自由端22插入到两个插入槽73中,然后松开竖直杆体部21让其自然伸展,自由端22进入卡固槽72中,竖直杆体部21放入收容槽71中,此时,工作支撑单元2处于展开位置;将工作支撑单元2以两自由端22所在的直线为轴,向上翻转90度,竖直杆体部21垂直于底座1所在平面,两自由端22进一步伸展,越过垂直棘爪62,竖直杆体部21处于插入槽73的两壁之间;此时工作支撑单元2处于收折位置。由此实现工作支撑单元2与底座1的枢接,并且工作支撑单元2相对底座1翻转以在展开位置 和收折位置之间变化。在拆卸时不需要其他工具,在两个靠近自由端22的竖直杆体部21之间的方向上施力,使开口变小,此时可将两个竖直杆体部21互相靠拢,越过垂直棘爪62,两自由端完全处于插入槽73中,从暴露在底座1的上表面11的插入槽取出自由端和竖直杆体部21。由此实现工作支撑单元2与底座1的可拆卸。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种锯机,包括底座、旋转支撑在底座中心部分的锯切单元和设置在所述底座端部的工作支撑单元,其中底座的上表面形成支撑工件的支撑平面;所述工作支撑单元具有延伸支撑平面;其特征在于,所述工作支撑单元通过插接的方式相对底座可拆卸连接在所述底座上,所述插接结构包括插孔和与所述插孔配合的插杆,所述工作支撑单元、底座之一上形成有所述插孔,另一上形成有所述插杆,所述工作支撑单元可相对所述底座翻转以在展开位置和收折位置之间变化,在展开位置时,所述延伸支撑平面与底座上表面共面;工作支撑单元相对底座向上翻转可以从展开位置到达收折位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锯机,其特征在于,所述工作支撑单元由管体弯折形成。
  3. 如权利要求1 -2任一项所述的锯机,其特征在于,所述插杆包括相对设置的两个竖直杆体部和自所述每个竖直杆体部弯折延伸形成的自由端,两个所述自由端平行且相反延伸;所述插孔为形成在所述底座上且与所述自由端延伸方向相同的两个,两个所述插孔与两个所述插杆呈一对一设置,每个所述插孔包括埋入在所述底座内的卡固槽和自所述卡固槽向两个插孔中间方向延伸并暴露在外的插入槽,所述自由端经所述插入槽插入在所述卡固槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的锯机,其特征在于,所述支撑平面上内凹形成有两个收容槽,每个所述收容槽自对应的插入槽沿所述底座的纵长方向朝所述底座的侧面延伸并贯穿所述侧面,所述工作支撑单元处于展开位置时,所述竖直杆体部至少部分置于所述收容槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的锯机,其特征在于,所述底座上形成有用以保持所述工作支撑单元位于展开位置上的水平棘爪;所述水平棘爪伸入至所述收容槽内;所述收容槽包括相对设置且沿所述底座的纵长方向延伸的两内侧壁,所述水平棘爪自其中一个内侧壁朝另一个内侧壁延伸,且与另一个内侧壁之间形成有供所述横向杆体部下压通过的间隙。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的锯机,其特征在于,在所述收容槽与插入槽之间设置有用以保持所述工作支撑单元位于收折位置的台阶,所述台阶的侧面为弧形面。
