一种木塑集成车库,包括有混泥土地基(1)以及设于混泥土地基上(1)的库体,所述库体的四周由4面库墙(2)首尾相接围城,其中一面库墙(2)上设有库门(3),库墙(2)包括有分别位于库墙(2)上边和下边的木塑横梁(4),相邻两面库墙(2)之间通过一根木塑立柱(5)连接,木塑立柱(5)下端插接在混泥土地基(1)中,混泥土地基(1)中预留有供木塑立柱(5)下端插入的预制孔,库墙(2)由若干片木塑板构成,所述库体的顶部具有顶棚板(10)。该木塑集成车库,结构强度高,能够对汽车形成全方位的保护。集成式的安装结构,在保证了车库结构强度的前提下,根据设计要求生产后能够实现用户现场快速组装,减少施工时间,降低人工成本。

本发明属于车库技术领域,具体涉及一种木塑集成车库。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的高速发展,人民群众的生活水平和生活质量不断提高,城市、乡村居民的汽车、新能源汽车的拥有量及需求量也在不断增加。解决日益严重的停车问题,是政府所关心的实事工程之一。现有汽车的停车大部分是露天或者是地下车库等方式停车,只能算是给汽车提供了一个停车位,没有对汽车形成全方位的保护。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种木塑集成车库,包括有混泥土地基以及设于混泥土地基上的库体,所述库体的四周由4面库墙首尾相接围城,其中一面库墙上设有库门,库墙包括有分别位于库墙上边和下边的木塑横梁,相邻两面库墙之间通过一根木塑立柱连接,混泥土地基中浇筑固定有若干铁脚,木塑立柱下端设有供铁脚完全插入的插孔,库墙由若干片木塑板构成,所述库体的顶部具有顶棚。
作为优选,所述顶棚包括有若干等距间隔排列的刀梁,相邻刀梁之间设有顶棚板,刀梁的两端和顶棚板的两端均分别固定在两面相对库墙上边的木塑横梁上。
作为优选,所述刀梁由铝合金或者木塑制成。
作为优选,所述顶棚板为PC透明板材、钢化玻璃、PVC人造瓦片、PVC发泡板或者顶面铝板。
作为优选,所述棚板上铺设有人造草坪或者光伏电池板。
作为优选,所述木塑板的两端分别插接在其两侧的木塑立柱上,木塑板均倾斜设置,相邻木塑板之间形成倾斜透气层,倾斜透气层的最高点连通库体内部,倾斜透气层的最低点连通库体外部。
作为优选,,所述库墙由木塑板紧密排列构成,库墙中部设有由钢化玻璃或者亚克力有机玻璃制成的采光板。
作为优选,所述库门为自动卷帘门,自动卷帘门通过遥控器或者感应器控制开启。
作为优选,所述库体内部的混泥土地基上铺设有木塑底板。
作为优选,所述混泥土地基设有多个依次排列的库体,相邻库体之间共用一面库墙。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的木塑集成车库,结构强度高,能够对汽车形成全方位的保护。集成式的安装结构,在保证了车库结构强度的前提下,根据设计要求生产后能够实现用户现场快速组装,减少施工时间,降低人工成本。适用于全国农村地区,新建设农村社区,城市别墅和排屋,工矿企业等。

如图1-2所示,一种木塑集成车库,包括有混泥土地基1以及设于混泥土地基1上的库体,所述库体的四周由4面库墙2首尾相接围城,其中一面库墙2上设有库门3,库墙2包括有分别位于库墙2上边和下边的木塑横梁4,相邻两面库墙2之间通过一根木塑立柱5连接,混泥土地基1中浇筑固定有若干铁脚6,木塑立柱5下端设有供铁脚6完全插入的插孔,库墙2由若干片木塑板7构成,所述库体的顶部具有顶棚8。顶棚8包括有若干等距间隔排列的刀梁9,相邻刀梁9之间设有顶棚板10,刀梁9的两端和顶棚板10的两端均分别固定在两面相对库墙2上边的木塑横梁4上。刀梁9由铝合金或者木塑制成。顶棚板10为PC透明板材、钢化玻璃、PVC人造瓦片、PVC发泡板或者顶面铝板。顶棚板10上铺设有人造草坪12。木塑板7的两端分别插接在其两侧的木塑立柱5上,木塑板7均倾斜设置,相邻木塑板7之间形成倾斜透气层14,倾斜透气层14的最高点连通库体内部,倾斜透气层的最低点连通库体外部。库体可以根据需要安装倒车止退器,左右防撞条,照明设备以及新能源汽车的充电桩等。还可以增设温控报警器,放置灭火器等,提高车库的消防性能。
实施例2
如图3-4所示,一种木塑集成车库,包括有混泥土地基1以及设于混泥土地基上的多个库体,所述库体的四周由4面库墙2首尾相接围城,相邻库体之间具有共用库墙2。库体其中一面库墙2上设有库门3,库墙2包括有分别位于库墙2上边和下边的木塑横梁4,相邻两面库墙2之间通过一根木塑立柱5连接,混泥土地基1中浇筑固定有若干铁脚6,木塑立柱5下端设有供铁脚6完全插入的插孔,库墙2由若干片木塑板7构成,所述库体的顶部具有顶棚8。所述顶棚8包括有若干等距间隔排列的刀梁9,相邻刀梁9之间设有顶棚板10,刀梁9的两端和顶棚板10的两端均分别固定在两面相对库墙2上边的木塑横梁4上。所述刀梁9由木塑制成。所述顶棚板10上铺设有光伏电池板。所述库墙2由木塑板7紧密排列构成,库墙2中部设有由钢化玻璃或者亚克力有机玻璃制成的采光板11。
所述库门3为自动卷帘门13,自动卷帘门13通过遥控器或者感应器控制开启。
所述库体内部的混泥土地基1上铺设有木塑底板。
值得一提的是,本发明专利申请涉及的PVC人造瓦片、PC透明板材、钢化玻璃、人造草坪、照明灯、充电插座、充电桩、光伏电池板、蓄电池、倒车止退器、防撞条、温控报警器、自动卷帘门、遥控器、感应器等技术特征应被视为现有技术,这些技术特征的具体结构、工作原理以及可能涉及到的控制方式、空间布置方式采用本领域的常规选择即可,不应被视为本发明专利的发明点所在,本发明专利不做进一步具体展开详述。

  1. 一种木塑集成车库,其特征在于,包括有混泥土地基以及设于混泥土地基上的库体,所述库体的四周由4面库墙首尾相接围城,其中一面库墙上设有库门,库墙包括有分别位于库墙上边和下边的木塑横梁,相邻两面库墙之间通过一根木塑立柱连接,混泥土地基中浇筑固定有若干铁脚,木塑立柱下端设有供铁脚完全插入的插孔,库墙由若干片木塑板构成,所述库体的顶部具有顶棚。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述顶棚包括有若干等距间隔排列的刀梁,相邻刀梁之间设有顶棚板,刀梁的两端和顶棚板的两端均分别固定在两面相对库墙上边的木塑横梁上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述刀梁由铝合金或者木塑制成。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述顶棚板为PC透明板材、钢化玻璃、PVC人造瓦片、PVC发泡板或者顶面铝板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述棚板上铺设有人造草坪或者光伏电池板。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述木塑板的两端分别插接在其两侧的木塑立柱上,木塑板均倾斜设置,相邻木塑板之间形成倾斜透气层,倾斜透气层的最高点连通库体内部,倾斜透气层的最低点连通库体外部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述库墙由木塑板紧密排列构成,库墙中部设有由钢化玻璃或者亚克力有机玻璃制成的采光板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述库门为自动卷帘门,自动卷帘门通过遥控器或者感应器控制开启。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的木塑集成车库,其特征在于,所述库体内部的 混泥土地基上铺设有木塑底板。
