Description

一种LED植物补光灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及植物补光技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED植物补光灯具。
背景技术
由于LED植物补光灯具市场的快速发展,传统的红蓝LED灯珠组合的植物补光灯显然已经不适合植物全程生长补光,光照留在植物表面而无法深入植物丛林,因此采用全光谱灯珠的LED植物补光灯应用显得非常有必要。
另外,在通用照明市场竞争剧烈、环保健康问题日益突出的客观环境影响下,植物照明应用逐渐成为LED主要发展的方向之一。
基于此,本申请人对此进行专门研究,开发出一种LED植物补光灯具,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种LED植物补光灯具,可以充分利用LED灯珠能发出全光谱的特性对植物各个生长阶段进行补光。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案如下:
一种LED植物补光灯具,包括一驱动盒组件、分布安装在驱动盒组件下方的多个LED发光组件、以及安装于驱动盒组件上方并位于两侧的挂绳组件;所述驱动盒组件内设有用于驱动LED发光组件发出全光谱光源的驱动模块。
所述LED发光组件包括灯罩、安装于灯罩底部的PC透镜、以及分布在PC透镜上的多个LED灯珠;所述灯罩两侧安装有侧板。PC透镜的作用是与LED灯珠紧密联系在一起能增强光的使用效率和发光效率。
所述驱动盒组件包括一电器盒,所述电器盒包括下盖、上盖和侧盖,侧盖上设有从驱动模块引出的防水接头、天线和开关按钮;下盖上设有从驱动模块引出的对插接头。
作为优选,为了保证散热效果良好,所述电器盒的上盖和LED发光组件的灯罩采用拉伸铝型材。
作为优选,由于植物在生长过程中,不同生长阶段的植物高度不同,为了保证对植物各个生长阶段进行补光的均匀性,所述LED发光组件上方设有挂绳组件,挂绳组件可以调节LED植物补光灯具的高度。所述挂绳组件包括第一拉索、第二拉索、第三拉索、设于第一拉索一端的第一挂扣、设于第二拉索一端的第二挂扣、系挂端、以及设于所述第一拉 索、第二拉索和第三拉索之间的调节部件,所述两个挂扣分别与LED发光组件连接。
作为优选,为了便于LED发光组件在驱动盒组件上的分布,所述驱动盒组件与LED发光组件均为长条形,两者在同一平面上垂直相交。
作为优选,为了方便用户远程调控LED补光灯具,所述驱动模块包括远程调光电路。
本实用新型能实现如下技术效果:本实用新型补光均匀,补光灯可以调节高度,LED灯珠发出的全光谱可以在植物幼苗期、开花期、结果期各个生长阶段都有较好的补光促进生产的作用。

如图1-2所示,本实施例的一种LED植物补光灯具,包括一驱动盒组件2、分布安装在驱动盒组件2下方的多个LED发光组件1、以及安装于驱动盒组件2上方并位于两侧的挂绳组件3;驱动盒组件2内设有用于驱动LED发光组件1发出全光谱光源的驱动模块。
本实施例的LED发光组件1包括灯罩11、安装于灯罩11底部的PC透镜13、以及分布在PC透镜13上的多个LED灯珠14;灯罩11两侧安装有侧板12。PC透镜13的作用是与LED灯珠14紧密联系在一起能增强光的使用效率和发光效率。同时LED灯珠14与PC透镜13的连接处设有硅胶密封件,硅胶密封件陷于PC透镜13下面,起到密封的作用。
本实施例的驱动盒组件2包括一电器盒,电器盒包括下盖21、上盖22和侧盖23,侧盖23上设有从驱动模块引出的防水接头24、天线26和开关按钮27;下盖21上设有从驱动模块引出的对插接头25,防水插头和对插接头25用于连接电源和其他电器。
本实施例电器盒的上盖22和LED发光组件1的灯罩11采用拉伸铝型材,该材料散 热效果良好。
本实施例的驱动盒组件2与LED发光组件1均为长条形,两者在同一平面上垂直相交。挂绳组件3设有两个,分别设于位于两最外侧的铝基板11上,挂绳组件呈倒Y字型设置。电器盒位于LED发光组件的中部。
本实施例LED发光组件1上方设有挂绳组件3,挂绳组件3可以调节LED植物补光灯具的高度。挂绳组件3包括第一拉索31、第二拉索32、第三拉索33、设于第一拉索31一端的第一挂扣34、设于第二拉索32一端的第二挂扣35、系挂端37、以及设于第一拉索31、第二拉索32和第三拉索33之间的调节部件36,两个挂扣分别与LED发光组件1连接。两个挂扣分别连接在LED发光组件的两侧的侧盖上。系挂端37设有锁扣38,在拉索伸入锁眼中,锁扣38能将拉索扣住,既便于系挂,也便于固定。
本实施例的驱动模块包括远程调光电路,方便用户远程调控LED补光灯具。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述LED发光组件包括灯罩、安装于灯罩底部的PC透镜、以及分布在PC透镜上的多个LED灯珠;所述灯罩两侧安装有侧板。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述驱动盒组件包括一电器盒,所述电器盒包括下盖、上盖和侧盖,侧盖上设有从驱动模块引出的防水接头、天线和开关按钮;下盖上设有从驱动模块引出的对插接头。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述电器盒的上盖和LED发光组件的灯罩采用拉伸铝型材。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述LED发光组件上方设有挂绳组件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述挂绳组件包括第一拉索、第二拉索、第三拉索、设于第一拉索一端的第一挂扣、设于第二拉索一端的第二挂扣、系挂端、以及设于所述第一拉索、第二拉索和第三拉索之间的调节部件,所述两个挂扣分别与LED发光组件连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述驱动盒组件与LED发光组件均为长条形,两者在同一平面上垂直相交。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种LED植物补光灯具,其特征在于:所述驱动模块包括远程调光电路。
