但是,上述技术中还存在不足之处,该装置将PCB板固定到夹持装置上时还需要伸入到烘干箱内进行,从而加大了固定PCB板的难度,降低了整体的工作效率,因此,提出一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:包括顶部和一侧设有开口的第一箱体(1)、底板(9)、支撑杆(10)、顶盖板(11)、第二电机(12)、驱动杆(13)、夹持框(14)、一侧设有开口的第二箱体(15)、第三电机(16)、扇叶(17)、电热网(18)和自动开启机构(19),所述底板(9)滑动安装在第一箱体(1)内,四个呈矩形分布的支撑杆(10)固定安装在底板(9)的顶部,所述支撑杆(10)的顶端延伸至第一箱体(1)外,所述顶盖板(11)的底部与四个支撑杆(10)的顶端固定连接,所述顶盖板(11)的底部与第一箱体(1)的顶部滑动连接,所述第二电机(12)固定安装在顶盖板(11)的顶部,所述驱动杆(13)转动安装在底板(9)上,所述驱动杆(13)的顶端贯穿顶盖板(11)并与第二电机(12)的输出轴固定连接,多个夹持框(14)固定安装在驱动杆(13)上,所述第二箱体(15)固定安装在第一箱体(1)的一侧,所述第三电机(16)固定安装在第二箱体(15)的一侧,所述第三电机(16)的输出轴延伸至第二箱体(15)内,所述扇叶(17)固定安装在第三电机(16)的输出轴上,所述电热网(18)固定安装在第二箱体(15)内,所述自动开启机构(19)装置在第一箱体(1)内;
    所述自动开启机构(19)包括固定安装在第一箱体(1)底部内壁上的第一电机(2),所述第一电机(2)的输出轴上固定安装有第一齿轮(3),所述第一箱体(1)内转动安装有内螺纹管(4),所述内螺纹管(4)上固定套设有第二齿轮(5),所述第一齿轮(3) 与第二齿轮(5)啮合,所述内螺纹管(4)内螺纹安装有螺杆(6),所述螺杆(6)的一端延伸至内螺纹管(4)外并固定安装有挡板(7),所述挡板(7)的一侧与底板(9)固定连接,所述第一箱体(1)内固定安装有隔板(8),所述隔板(8)位于内螺纹管(4)的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:所述第一箱体(1)的一侧内壁上固定安装有转动块,所述转动块上开设有第一转动凹槽,所述内螺纹管(4)与第一转动凹槽转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:所述第一箱体(1)与隔板(8)之间固定安装有同一个支撑块,所述支撑块上开设有第一转动通孔,所述内螺纹管(4)与第一转动通孔转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:所述第一箱体(1)的两侧内壁上均开设有限位滑轨,所述底板(9)与限位滑轨滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:所述第一箱体(1)的一侧内壁上开设有多个热流传输孔,所述第二箱体(15)的一侧内壁上开设有多个通风孔,所述第一箱体(1)的两侧内壁上均开设有多个通气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板棕化生产用快速烘干设备,其特征在于:所述第一箱体(1)设有开口的一侧装置有箱门,所述箱门上固定安装有把手。
