本发明涉及聚氨酯发泡技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚氨酯发泡设备。
背景技术
目前,聚氨酯发泡机的加工工艺是通过在发泡机内设置电加热丝来实现加温保温的,但是当液料输送出来进行加工时,其温度无法保证,由于生产工艺要求其应保持在一定温度范围内进行浇注使用,而现有的发泡机无法保证合适的温度,导致生产出的产品质量差,工作效率低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种聚氨酯发泡设备,保证发泡温度,保证产品的质量与生产效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种聚氨酯发泡设备,包括罐体,所述罐体的内部设有搅拌装置,所述罐体由外壳和设置在所述外壳内部的反应罐组成,所述外壳与所述反应罐之间为真空空腔,所述真空空腔内设有加热管,所述加热管的入口及出口均延伸至所述罐体的外部,并连接有加热装置,所述反应罐的侧壁设有温度传感器,所述加热装置与温度传感器电连接。
优选地,所述加热装置包括加热器和循环水泵,所述加热器、所述循环水泵及所述加热管之间管道连接,且所述加热器与所述温度传感器电连接。
优选地,所述加热管呈螺旋状缠绕在所述反应罐的外表面。
优选地,所述搅拌装置包括电机和设置在所述罐体内的搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上交错设有多个搅拌杆,且所述搅拌轴的上端穿透所述罐 体连接所述电机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例优选实施例的一种聚氨酯发泡设备,包括罐体,所述罐体的内部设有搅拌装置,所述罐体由外壳1和设置在所述外壳1内部的反应罐2组成,所述外壳1与所述反应罐2之间为真空空腔3,所述真空空腔3内设有加热管4,所述加热管4的入口及出口均延伸至所述罐体的外部,并连接有加热装置,所述反应罐的侧壁设有温度传感器5,所述加热装置与温度传感器5电连接。
基于上述技术特征的聚氨酯发泡设备,通过设置温度传感器5及加热装置,当原料被添加进罐体后温度传感器5实时对温度进行检测,并控制加热装置进行加热,同时搅拌装置启动,保证反应罐2里面的原料受热均匀,当加热到合适的温度后停止加热,由于罐体的外壳1与反应罐2之间为真空,具有较好的保温作用,能很好地保证原料的发泡温度,保证产品的质量及生产效率。本发明使用效果好,易于推广使用。
本实施例中,所述加热装置包括加热器6和循环水泵7,所述加热器6、所述循环水泵7及所述加热管4之间管道连接,且所述加热器6与所述温度传感器5电连接。当所述温度传感器5检测到所述罐体内原料的温度较低时,所述加热器6启动,对所述加热管4的水进行加热,同时,所述循环水泵7带动水进行循环,从而实现与所述反应罐2进行热量交换,使得所述反应罐2的温度升高。较佳地,所述加热管4呈螺旋状缠绕在所述反应罐2的外表面。这种连接方式可以增加所述加热管4与所述反应罐2的接触面积,从而实现更好的热交换效果。

本实施例中,所述罐体的内部设有喷淋花洒11,所述喷淋花洒11固定连接在所述罐体的顶部。当发泡完成后可以启动所述喷淋花洒11对所述反应罐2进行清洗,保证所述反应罐2的清洁,避免所述反应罐2内粘结有原料影响加热及所述温度传感器5对温度进行测量,保证测量的准确性及加热充分。
另外,为保证清洗效果,所述喷淋花洒11上连有水泵12,所述水泵12与所述喷淋花洒11之间设有增压阀13。通过设置所述增压阀13,增大了从所述喷淋花洒11喷出的水的压力,提高了清洗效果。
本实施例中,所述聚氨酯发泡设备还包括机架14,所述罐体设置在所述机架14的上端。由于所述罐体的上端设置进料口,所述罐体的下端设置出料口,通过设置所述机架14,并将所述罐体设置在所述机架14的上端,从而保证了所述罐体与地面之间有一定的间距,方便所述出料口连接出料管。
