本发明主要涉及充电宝的技术领域,具体涉及一种新型手机充电宝。
背景技术
移动电源,是一种集供电和充电功能于一体的便携式充电器。其一般由锂电芯作为储电单元,使用方便快捷,可以给手机、平板电脑等数码设备随时随地充电。在现有的充电宝结构中,没有一种结构是在其内部安装电吹风式的散热结构,所以,导致充电宝在工作过程中,常常会造成充电宝本体发热发烫的现象,基于此,需要研制一种在充电宝壳体内部安装有散热结构的充电宝,以此满足充电宝的散热需求。

本发明解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案为:
一种新型手机充电宝,包括外壳体,所述外壳体内,对称固定有两个固定板,两个对称设置的所述固定板上均匀设有多个长腰形孔,所述外壳体的内壁上,所述固定板与外壳体内壁之间的间隔内,固定有多个电机,每个所述电机的输出轴的顶端,均固定有小型旋转叶片;
所述外壳体内部设有中央处理器和温度检测仪,所述中央处理器内设有执行程序,且所述温度检测仪与电机逐一通过导线与中央处理器通过电性连接,所述温度检测仪会将检测到的温度信号传送到中央处理器中的执行程序中进行数据判定。
进一步的,环所述固定板的四周顶角,分别设有固定孔,所述固定板通过螺钉 逐一贯穿固定孔,将固定板固定在外壳体内壁上。
进一步的,多个所述长腰形孔至少设有十一个,且从上到下,依次均匀设在固定板上,且每个所述长腰形孔逐一贯穿所述长腰形孔本体。
进一步的,每个所述长腰形孔沿固定板的长度方向设置。
进一步的,环所述电机的底部一周,均匀设有多个定位孔,每个所述电机通过螺钉贯穿定位孔,固定在外壳体内壁上。
进一步的,所述中央处理器内的执行程序为,判断温度检测仪检测的温度结果,如果检测到的温度值大于预设值,执行程序就会把信号传送到中央处理器系统内,中央处理器系统就会控制电机启动,电机就会带动旋转叶片启动,对外壳体内部进行散热。

本发明结构设计合理,使用方便,主要通过在外壳体内部安装有电机,并且在电机的输出轴顶端固定有旋转叶片,当中央处理器内的执行程序判定外壳体内部热量超过预设值后,就会将信号传送给中央处理器的控制系统,中央处理器就会控制电机启动,电机带动旋转叶片,对外壳体内部的电器元件进行散热作用,从而实现了外壳体内部降温的效果。

请参照附图3,环所述电机12的底部一周,均匀设有多个定位孔12c,每个所述电机12通过螺钉贯穿定位孔12c,固定在外壳体1内壁上。

  1. 一种新型手机充电宝,包括外壳体(1),其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)内,对称固定有两个固定板(11),两个对称设置的所述固定板(11)上均匀设有多个长腰形孔(11a),所述外壳体(1)的内壁上,所述固定板(11)与外壳体(1)内壁之间的间隔内,固定有多个电机(12),每个所述电机(12)的输出轴(12a)的顶端,均固定有小型旋转叶片(12b);所述外壳体(1)内部设有中央处理器和温度检测仪,所述中央处理器内设有执行程序,且所述温度检测仪与电机(12)逐一通过导线与中央处理器通过电性连接,所述温度检测仪会将检测到的温度信号传送到中央处理器中的执行程序中进行数据判定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型手机充电宝,其特征在于,环所述固定板(11)的四周顶角,分别设有固定孔(11b),所述固定板(11)通过螺钉逐一贯穿固定孔(11b),将固定板(11)固定在外壳体(1)内壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型手机充电宝,其特征在于,多个所述长腰形孔(11a)至少设有十一个,且从上到下,依次均匀设在固定板(11)上,且每个所述长腰形孔(11a)逐一贯穿所述长腰形孔(11a)本体3。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型手机充电宝,其特征在于,环所述电机(12)的底部一周,均匀设有多个定位孔(12c),每个所述电机(12)通过螺钉贯穿定位孔(12c),固定在外壳体(1)内壁上。
