Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau composite de blindage électromagnétique et un procédé de préparation associé. Ledit matériau composite de blindage électromagnétique comprend une première couche de feuille de cuivre et une seconde couche de feuille de cuivre disposées à un intervalle, et une couche d'alliage amorphe formée entre la première couche de feuille de cuivre et la seconde couche de feuille de cuivre, l'épaisseur de la première couche de feuille de cuivre et de la seconde couche de feuille de cuivre étant comprise entre 3 et 6 µm, et la couche d'alliage amorphe est préparée à l'aide d'un matériau en bande non cristallin de Fe40Ni38Mo4B18 dopé avec un matériau de poudre de fer magnétique et a une épaisseur comprise entre 30 et 100 µm. Ledit matériau composite de blindage électromagnétique présente des performances de blindage relativement bonnes à basses fréquences et augmente la portée d'application des matériaux de blindage électromagnétique.
