Description

FOOD DISPLAY CABINET WITH COOLING SYSTEM OPERATING WITH A SINGLE
COOLING CYCLE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention caters to the general store sector, and relates to refrigerated display cabinets where food items such as pizza, pastry, etc. is displayed.
The invention, in particular, is related to a refrigerator system, which is integrated into refrigerated display cabinets where the food is displayed, and which combine the gastronom refrigerator and worktop with under the counter refrigerator shelf, and refrigerate all of these with a single refrigerator.
STATE OF THE ART
Industrial type refrigerators are equipped with different forms and features according to their field of use and purpose of use.
The most commonly used type of refrigerator in professional kitchens is the counter type refrigerator. The top of this type of cooler is a counter that the staff use, while the bottom is a refrigerator. The kitchen layout follows this condition products that are required to be stored in the refrigerator are kept in these cabinets.
The refrigerated display cabinets used in the state of the art are devices which operate independently from each other where each of the under the counter refrigerators used as gastronom tub refrigerators and store closets. Therefore, the pizza ingredients are stored in separate under the counter refrigerator, resulting in product losses and temperature problems while transfering form there to the other refrigerator. In addition, refrigerator units working independently from each other increase energy consumption.
There are some references in the national and international patent literature regarding counter type refrigerated display cabinets.
Application no. TR201803892 found in the national patent literature is related to a worktop which is used for rapid refrigeration in order to continuously freeze chocolate to obtain pastry decoration rapidly, comprising cabin, counter, gastronom tub, digital screen, thermostat, fan motor, conducting pipe, gastronom tub pool and resistance parts.
The application no. CN202166253 found in Chinese patent literature relates to an industrial pizza cooling counter. It comprises an air outlet on the evaporator, an air return port on the bench on the tank body, a gastronom basket on the top of the tank body. In the industrial pizza refrigeration counter, cooling the empty volume is avoided. Refrigeration of food is realized on the counter and in the gastronom basket and cooling temperature of food can be effectively provided on the counter and gastronom basket.
Therefore, due to the aforementioned problems and lack of a solution have made it necessary to make a development in the related technical field.
PURPOSE OF INVENTION
The invention aims to solve all the problems mentioned above, eliminate all disadvantages and bring additional advantages to the structure.
The main purpose of the invention is to cool refrigerated display shelves, gastronom tub refrigerators and under counter refrigerators used as material storage with a single refrigerator system. To accomplish this goal, air transmission gaps are opened between the display section, the gastronom basket and the material storage, to allow cold air transmission. In addition, in order in order to recover the heated air back into the refrigerator system, storage outlet gap and display outlet gap are introduced respectively form the storage cabinet and shelf section.
Another benefit provided by the invention is that energy consumption is minimized with a monolithic refrigerating system.
Another benefit provided by the invention is preventing product loss and temperature problems that may be encountered during the transfer of food supplies such as pizza, pastry etc. from under the counter storage to the other gastronom basket.
The structural and characteristic features and operating principles and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly through the following figures and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be based on these figures and the detailed description.

The refrigerator system (140) provides refrigeration of the refrigeration section (14), the display section (11), the gastronom basket (12) and the material storage (13), which are introduced separately inside the refrigerated display cabinet (10), with and integrated air circulation, and comprises a display outlet gap (141 ), a fan box (142), refrigerator (143), a storage outlet gap (144) and an air transmission gaps (145).
The fan box (142) is the section that allows the air to be sucked and sent to the cooler (143) to be cooled, comprising a group of fans. The fan box (142) is located under the display section (11 ).
The display output gap (141 ) is a grated section that allows air suction for fans located in the fan box (142) in the display section (11).
Refrigerator (143) is a heat exchanger that allows the air absorbed through the fans in the fan box (142) to be cooled. The refrigerator (143) is an evaporator and is located in the refrigerator section (14) in the fan box (142) towards the +y direction. The storage outlet gap (144) is a channel that allows the storage containers (121 ) located in the gastronom basket (12) and the heated air circulating in the material storage (13) to reach the fan box (142) again. The storage outlet gap (144) is a channel that opens to the fan box (142) along the +x direction at the bottom of the material storage (13).
Air transmission gaps (145) are the channels that allow the passage of the cold air leaving the refrigerator (143) in the refrigerator section (14) to be distributed to the display section (11 ), the gastronom basket (12), the material storage (13). The cold air leaving the refrigerator (143) through air transmission gaps (145) are provided to circulate inside the refrigerated display cabinet (10) with a single air circulation and cooling cycle.
The display section (11 ) is the section where the food items are displayed to the customers and is located at the front of the refrigerated display cabinet (10). In the display section (11 ), foods are uniformly refrigerated from the bottom and top. In the display section (11 ), shelves (100) where the food items are stored in the -z direction, air transmission gaps (145) under the shelves (100) which provide cooling from the bottom, air dispenser (112) which provides cooling from above, outlet gap (141) through which the air heated inside the display section (11 ) is evacuated. The air dispenser (112) has a honeycomb shaped structure that looks at the display section (11) from the top with a specific angle positioned along the +y direction in the display section (11).
