实施例1
如图1-3所示,本实用新型的用于手杆的分段相连结构,包括第一管件1、第二管件2以及连接件3。第一管件1和第二管件2同轴设置。连接件3包括第一端部31、第二端部32。第一端部31和第二端部32之间采用柔性连接结构相连。第一端部31、第二端部32分别与第一管件1和第二管件2相连。第一管件1和第二管件2可拆卸连接。柔性连接又称挠性连接、可曲挠连接。允许连接部位发生轴向伸缩、折转和垂直轴向产生一定位移量的连接方式。
在本实施例中,在展开状态下,第一管件1和第二管件2固定,从而第一管件1和第二管件2处于稳定的连接状态。在展开状态向折叠状态转变过程中,第一管件1和第二管件2拆卸分离;同时,第一端部31和第二端部32通过柔性连接结构折叠,第一管件1和第二管件2随之折叠。

在本实施例中,第二管件2固定套设有锁定套4。锁定套4朝向第一管件1设有超出第二管件21的内螺纹段41,第一管件1设有与内螺纹段41匹配的外螺纹段12。其中,锁定套4与第一管件1旋接固定时,第二管件21套设于第一管件1。第一管件1与第二管件21相互套接,使得展开状态下第一管件1与第二管件2的连接稳固,使用时更加稳定。
锁定套4的设置,方便用户在第一管件1和第二管件2装卸时把握和用力,更利于用于手杆的分段相连结构的实际使用;且降低了第一管件1和第二管件2在连接处的制造要求。
在本实施例中,连接件3还包括中间段33。中间段33相连于第一端部31和第二端部32之间。第一端部31和中间段33之间采用柔性连接结构相连,第二端部32和中间段33中间采用柔性连接结构相连。通过中间段33的设置,可以减少第一端部31和第二端部32的旋转角度,防止过度旋转导致的变形或使用寿命减短。第一端部31、中间段33以及第二端部32可以采用一体浇注成型,结构简便。
第一端部31、第二端部32分别与第一管件1和第二管件2相连,即连接件3两端与第一管件1和第二管件2的连接方式,可以为连接件3一端固定连接,另一端轴向可伸缩连接;也可以为连接件3两端均为轴向可伸缩连接。且固定连接的是第一管件1或第二管件2,轴向可伸缩连接的第一管件1或第二管件2,均不影响本实用新型的发明目的。这些变形,均在本实施例的保护范围内。
在实施例中,第二端部31与第二管件2之间的连接方式为:第二端部32设有凸台32a,第二管件2的内部形成有抵接凸台32a以限制连接件3远离第二管件2的凸面21,从而防止连接件3与第二管件2脱离。从而,第二端部31与第二管件2之间轴向可伸缩,轴向可旋转。
在实施例中,第一端部31与第一管件1固定连接。具体为:第一端部31插接于第一管件1。
进一步地,第一管件1开设有朝向第一端部31的定位凹槽11,第一端部31形成有匹配嵌入定位凹槽11的定位凸起31a。通过定位凹槽11和定位凸起31a的配合,提高了装配的效率。
