Abstract

본 발명은 이미지 센서 기반 객체 분류 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발 명의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지 센서 기반 객체 분류 방법은 (a) 분류대상객체의 2D 이미지와 3D 이미지를 획득하는 단계; (b) 상기 2D 이미지의 색상 정보와 3D 이미 지의 기울기 정보 및 높이 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기반하여 상기 분류대상객체의 검사영역을 결정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 분류대상객체의 검사영역에 대하여 레이저 유도 플라즈마 분광법(laser induced breakdown spectroscopy)을 수행하여 상기 분 류대상객체를 분류하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
