当伸缩段51从卷线盘2中抽拉出来或收卷于卷线盘2中时,卷线盘2的转盘22转动。由于固定段52内置于卷线盘2中,且固定段52的两端分别连接转盘22和卷线盘2的壳体,转盘22带动固定段52进行收卷和放卷操作。由于固定段52的柔软度高于伸缩段51的柔软度,因此,固定段52的收卷和放卷操作相比于伸缩段51更容易,不会产生较大的阻力。因此,使卷线盘2的导线5收放更加顺畅。
具体地,在本实施例中,固定段52为扁平线材,伸缩段51为圆截面线材或椭圆截面线材。扁平线材相较于圆截面线材或椭圆截面线材的柔软弯曲性能更好,因此,当固定段52收卷和放卷时,需要的力更小,使卷线盘2的导线5收放更加顺畅。
在本实施例中,固定段52的截面尺寸小于伸缩段的截面尺寸。导线5的截面尺寸越小,其柔软度越高,收卷和放卷所需要的力越小。
在本实施例中,固定段52和伸缩段51均可以包括外包皮和线芯,固定段52的线芯的柔软度高于伸缩段51的线芯的柔软度。选择合适材质的线芯,使固定段52的线芯更加柔软。
在本实施例中,固定段52的外包皮的柔软度高于伸缩段51的外包皮的柔软度。选择合适材质的外包皮,使固定段52的外包皮更加柔软。与此同时,固定段52的线芯与伸缩段51的线芯可以是相同材质或不同材质,优选地,固定段52的线芯的柔软度高于伸缩段51的柔软度。
在本实施例中,伸缩段51内还包含纤维丝,通过纤维丝提高伸缩段51的抗拉性能和抗弯性能,防止断裂。而固定段52对此没有较高的要求。
在本实施例中,伸缩段51和固定段52焊接连接或通过连接端子连接。只要能够实现伸缩段51和固定段52的连接即可,并不局限于本实施例所列举的连接形式。
如图1-图4所示,基于以上任一实施例所描述的导线5,本申请实施例还提供了一种卷线盘2,包括壳体、转盘22和导线5。转盘22转动连接于壳体内,导线5为如以上任一实施例所描述的导线5。壳体优选地包括面壳21和底壳24,壳体为圆饼状结构。转盘22转动连接于壳体内。导线5的伸缩段51卷绕于转盘22的一侧盘面,伸缩段51的一端伸出壳体。固定段52松散地卷绕于转盘22的另一侧盘面,固定段52的一端定位于壳体上。固定段52随着伸缩段51的放卷(即,将伸缩段51从卷线盘2向外拉出)而卷绕收紧。转盘22优选为两层结构,伸缩段51卷绕于转盘22的两层结构之间,固定段52松散地卷绕于转盘22的一侧盘面上,且位于转盘22的盘面和面壳21之间。伸缩段51的另一端和固定段52的另一端相连接且二者相连的区段定位于转盘22。
如图3所示,进一步地,在本实施例中,转盘22的中心设置有弯折卡槽221和通孔50,伸缩段51和固定段52相连的区段嵌合定位于弯折卡槽221中并穿过 通孔。具体地,弯折卡槽221为C形、Ω形、Z形等,对于具有两层结构的转盘22,弯折卡槽221可设置于转盘22的外侧盘面的中心,固定段52的部分区段可嵌合定位于弯折卡槽221中。或者,弯折卡槽221可设置于两层结构之间的中心位置,伸缩段51的部分区段可嵌合定位于弯折卡槽221中。导线5穿过通孔50,实现伸缩段51和固定段52的分段布置于转盘22的不同位置。通过弯折卡槽221与导线5之间的嵌合摩擦实现伸缩段51和固定段52相连的区段定位于转盘22中,从而使伸缩段51在拉出转盘22的过程中不会扯动固定段52。
如图2和图4所示,进一步地,在本实施例中,卷线盘2还包括复位弹性件23,复位弹性件23连接转盘22和壳体,用于使转盘22复位至伸缩段51的收卷位置。复位弹性件23优选为卷簧,对于具有两层结构的转盘22而言,卷簧安装于转盘22的远离固定段51的一侧盘面外部。随着伸缩段51的拉出,转盘22转动,使卷簧积聚回复扭力。当收线时(将伸缩段51收回到卷线盘2内),在卷簧的回复扭力作用下,转盘22自动反向转动,从而将伸缩段51收卷。
当然,也可以不设置复位弹性件23,而是人工通过连接于转盘22中心并伸出壳体外部的转动杆反向转回,实现人工收线。
如图1所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种人体成分检测秤,包括秤体1、手柄3和卷线盘2,其中,卷线盘2为如以上任一实施例所描述的卷线盘2,卷线盘2的导线5的伸缩段51的一端连接手柄3,导线5的固定段52的一端与秤体1的内部构件电连接。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的卷线盘使用时,将导线5的伸缩段51拉出,伸缩段51放卷并带动转盘22转动。由于伸缩段51和固定段52相连的区段定位于转盘22,因此,只能拉出伸缩段51。转盘22带动松散卷绕的固定段52逐渐卷绕收紧,即固定段52逐渐向转盘22的中心收紧并增加绕线圈数,卷绕的直径变小,但固定段52收紧后的总长度不变。当转盘22反向转动收卷伸缩段51时,固定段52随转盘22放松。因此,固定段52在收放的整个过程中,固定段52的一端始终保持与壳体的相对位置不变。且由于固定段52的柔软度高于伸缩段51的柔软度,因此,固定段52的收卷和放卷操作相比于伸缩段51更容易,不会产生较大的阻力,因此,使卷线盘2的导线5收放更加顺畅。
应用有该卷线盘2的人体成分检测秤在使用时,双脚踩在秤体1上,手握 手柄3并将导线5的伸缩段51拉出,伸缩段51放卷并带动转盘22转动。由于伸缩段51和固定段52相连的区段定位于转盘22,因此,手柄3只能拉出伸缩段51,转盘22带动松散卷绕的固定段52逐渐卷绕收紧,即固定段52逐渐向转盘22的中心收紧并增加绕线圈数,卷绕的直径变小,但固定段52收紧后的总长度不变。当转盘22反向转动收卷伸缩段51时,固定段52随转盘22放松,因此,固定段52在收放的整个过程中,固定段52的一端始终稳定地与秤体1内部构件导电连接。由于本申请中的人体成分检测秤所使用的卷线盘2不需要采用电刷将导线5与秤体1的内部构件可转动地电连接,因此,保持了导线5与秤体1内部构件稳定的电连接,从而提高了导线5电阻的一致性,进而提高了阻抗测量的准确度。并且由于采用了本申请中卷线盘2,因此,能够实现导线5的顺畅收放。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种卷线盘的导线,其中,包括相连的伸缩段(51)和固定段(52),所述伸缩段(51)能够从所述卷线盘(2)抽拉出,所述固定段(52)用于内置于所述卷线盘(2)中,所述固定段(52)的柔软度高于所述伸缩段(51)的柔软度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导线,其中,所述固定段(52)为扁平线材,所述伸缩段(51)为圆截面线材或椭圆截面线材。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的导线,其中,所述固定段的截面尺寸小于所述伸缩段的截面尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的导线,其中,所述固定段(52)和所述伸缩段(51)均包括线芯和套设在所述线芯外部的外包皮,其中所述固定段(52)的线芯的柔软度高于所述伸缩段(51)的线芯的柔软度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导线,其中,所述固定段(52)的外包皮的柔软度高于所述伸缩段(51)的外包皮的柔软度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的导线,其中,所述固定段(52)的线芯的柔软度高于所述伸缩段(51)的线芯的柔软度。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的导线,其中,所述伸缩段(51)内还包含纤维丝。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的导线,其中,所述伸缩段(51)和所述固定段(52)焊接连接或通过连接端子连接。
  9. 一种卷线盘,包括壳体、转盘(22)和导线(5),所述转盘(22)转动连接于所述壳体内,其中,所述导线(5)为如权利要求1-8任一项所述的导线(5),所述导线(5)的伸缩段(51)卷绕于所述转盘(22)的一侧盘面,所述固定段(52)松散地卷绕于所述转盘(22)的另一侧盘面,所述伸缩段(51)的一端伸出所述壳体,所述固定段(52)的一端定位于所述壳体,所述伸缩段(51)的另一端和所述固定段(52)的另一端相连接且二者相连的区段定位于所述转盘(22),所述固定段(52)随着所述伸缩段(51)放卷而卷绕收紧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卷线盘,其中,所述转盘(22)的中心设置有弯折卡槽(221)和通孔,所述伸缩段(52)和所述固定段(51)相连的区段嵌合定位于所述弯折卡槽(221)中并穿过所述通孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卷线盘,其中,所述弯折卡槽(221)设置于所述转盘(22)的另一侧盘面的中心。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的卷线盘,其中,所述转盘(22)为双层结构,所述弯折卡槽(221)设置于所述双层结构之间的中心位置。
  13. 根据权利要求9至12中任一项所述的卷线盘,其中,所述卷线盘(2)还包括复位弹性件(23),所述复位弹性件(23)连接所述转盘(22)和所述壳体,用于使所述转盘(22)复位至所述伸缩段(51)的收卷位置。
  14. 一种人体成分检测秤,包括秤体(1)、手柄(3)和卷线盘(2),其中,所述卷线盘(2)为如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的卷线盘(2),所述卷线盘(2)的导线(5)的伸缩段(51)的一端连接所述手柄(3),所述导线(5)的固定段(52)的一端与所述秤体(1)的内部构件电连接。
