定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置。
背景技术
为了避免定子铁芯表面生锈,需要在定子铁芯表面涂油。申请号为201910324685.8的专利公开了一种对定子铁芯内部进行涂油的装置,仍需要一种对定子铁芯周向外壁进行涂油的装置。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种能对定子铁芯周向外壁进行涂油定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,包括设置在平台上的定子固定机构和出油端移动机构,所述定子固定机构包括涨套和锥体,所述涨套偏离上端的部位向周向外侧延伸有用于支撑定子铁芯的凸台,所述平台下侧设有旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括竖向设置的转轴,所述锥体可拆卸固定于转轴上端,所述旋转机构启动以带动涨套自转,所述出油端移动机构的输出端设有出油端,出油端在出油端移动机构的作用下向涨套侧移动。
进行本发明装置的使用时,将定子铁芯套设在涨套外,随后 使锥体具有向下移动趋势以使锥体的锥面与涨套内壁相抵,以使涨套涨开以固定定位铁芯,然后使出油端移动机构控制出油端向涨套侧移动,以使出油端与定子铁芯周向外壁相贴,最后通过旋转机构进行定子铁芯的转动,以使定子铁芯周向外表面都能均匀的涂上防锈油。其中,锥体可以是螺纹固定在转轴上的,也可以是紧固件固定,需保证锥体与转轴固定后锥体能撑开涨套。
作为优选,所述平台下设有拉紧机构,所述拉紧机构包括拉紧气缸,所述转轴与拉紧气缸联动,所述锥体下端与转轴上端设有相互配合的螺纹结构。上述设置以保证锥体撑住涨套,同时以实现锥体、涨套、定子铁芯三者的紧配联动。其中,可以通过转动锥体以调整转轴的轴向位移行程。
作为优选,所述旋转机构的驱动轴与转轴平行设置,所述驱动轴与转轴通过联动机构联动,所述联动机构包括主动轮、被动轮及围绕在主动轮和被动轮上的皮带。本发明的转轴所需轴向位移很小,不会造成皮带倾斜以致联动失效。其中,皮带传动时运转更为稳定,能够缓和传动带来的冲击。
作为优选,所述转轴与轴承内圈相固定,所述轴承固定在轴承座上,所述轴承座通过支架固定于平台下侧,所述轴承座具有向上开口的固定槽,轴承紧配在所述固定槽内。本发明的转轴所需轴向位移很小,轴承的内圈相对外圈移动距离也较小。
作为优选,所述出油端上固定有涂油棉。上述设置以便于涂油,且不需要考虑出油端与定子铁芯碰撞所造成的零部件受伤。其中,涂油棉可通过粘附的方式固定在出油端,比如采用双面胶、胶水等。
作为优选,所述平台上固定有固定套,所述涨套支撑在所述固定套上端面上侧并使涨套内缘位于固定套内缘内侧。上述设置以减少涨套转动时下端面所受到的摩擦力。其中,只需要对固定套表面进行打磨加工,以便于涨套的转动。
有益效果
本发明具有使定子铁芯周向外表面都能均匀的涂上防锈油的优点。

下面根据附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
由图1、图2、图3所示,本发明的一种定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,包括设置在平台1上的定子固定机构和出油端移动机构,定子固定机构包括涨套2和锥体3,涨套2偏离上端的部位向周向外侧延伸有用于支撑定子铁芯4的凸台21,平台1下侧设有旋转机构,旋转机构包括竖向设置的转轴5,锥体3可拆卸固定于转轴5上端,旋转机构启动以带动涨套2自转,出油端移动机构6的输出端设有出油端61,出油端61在出油端移动机构6的作用下向涨套2侧移动。其中,出油端61上固定有涂油棉62,出油端移动机构6包括直线气缸。
平台1下设有拉紧机构,拉紧机构包括拉紧气缸7,转轴5与拉紧气缸7联动,锥体3下端与转轴5上端设有相互配合的螺纹结构。
旋转机构包括旋转电机51,旋转电机51的驱动轴52与转轴6平行设置,驱动轴52与转轴6通过联动机构联动,联动机构包括主动轮53、被动轮54及围绕在主动轮53和被动轮54上的皮带55。
转轴5与轴承56内圈相固定,轴承56固定在轴承座57上,轴承座57通过支架(图中未画出)固定于平台1下侧,轴承座57具有向上开口的固定槽,轴承56紧配在固定槽内。
平台1上固定有固定套11,涨套2支撑在固定套11上端面上侧并使涨套2内缘位于固定套11内缘内侧。
进行本发明装置的使用时,将定子铁芯套设在涨套外,随后 使锥体具有向下移动趋势以使锥体的锥面与涨套内壁相抵,以使涨套涨开以固定定位铁芯,然后使出油端移动机构控制出油端向涨套侧移动,以使出油端上的涂油棉与定子铁芯周向外壁相贴,最后通过旋转机构进行定子铁芯的转动,以使定子铁芯周向外表面都能均匀的涂上防锈油。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,其特征在于包括设置在平台上的定子固定机构和出油端移动机构,所述定子固定机构包括涨套和锥体,所述涨套偏离上端的部位向周向外侧延伸有用于支撑定子铁芯的凸台,所述平台下侧设有旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括竖向设置的转轴,所述锥体可拆卸固定于转轴上端,所述旋转机构启动以带动涨套自转,所述出油端移动机构的输出端设有出油端,出油端在出油端移动机构的作用下向涨套侧移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,其特征在于所述平台下设有拉紧机构,所述拉紧机构包括拉紧气缸,所述转轴与拉紧气缸联动,所述锥体下端与转轴上端设有相互配合的螺纹结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,其特征在于所述旋转机构的驱动轴与转轴平行设置,所述驱动轴与转轴通过联动机构联动,所述联动机构包括主动轮、被动轮及围绕在主动轮和被动轮上的皮带。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的定子铁芯周向侧涂油装置,其特征在于所述转轴与轴承内圈相固定,所述轴承固定在轴承座上,所述轴承座通过支架固定于平台下侧,所述轴承座具有向上开口的固定槽,轴承紧配在所述固定槽内。
