Description

This disclosure relates to tweezers.
Conventionally, tweezers having a pair of arm pieces connected at a base end portion facing each other with their tips slightly separated from each other are known (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 5).
Design registration No. 1418016
Here, when removing the targeted hair using the above-mentioned tweezers, it is necessary to operate the tip of the tweezers.
However, with the tweezers described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, since the fingertips are slippery on the outer surfaces of the pair of arm pieces, it is difficult to accurately operate the tip of the tweezers to remove the targeted hair. Here, the first resin convex portion 11A1 is configured to fit into the first resin concave portion 11B1 via the first through hole 101.
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3, the second member 12 is composed of the third resin part 12B and the fourth resin part 12A. The second member 12 may be composed of one member or three or more members.
As shown in FIG. 3, a second through hole 102 is formed on the other side of the pair of arm pieces 10. The third resin part 12B and the fourth resin part 12A have a structure in which the other of the pair of arm pieces 10 is sandwiched through the second through hole 102.
For example, the third resin part 12B has a second resin convex portion 12B1. Further, the fourth resin part 12A has a second resin recess 12A1. Here, the second resin convex portion 12B1 is configured to fit into the second resin concave portion 12A1 via the second through hole 102.
According to this configuration, the first resin part 11A and the second resin part 11B (or the third resin part 12B and the fourth resin part 12A) sandwich the metal arm piece 10 so that the first synthetic resin part is made of synthetic resin. The fixing of the member 11 (or the second member 12) can be stabilized, that is, the risk of the first member 11 (or the second member 12) coming off from the metal arm piece 10 is reduced. It is possible to realize a structure in which the first member 11 (or the second member 12) made of synthetic resin does not protrude outward from the metal arm piece 10.
As shown in FIG. 4, the first member 11 has a first recess 111 recessed inward in the thickness direction T on the outer surface of the pair of arm pieces 10 in the thickness direction T. Specifically, the first resin part 11A constituting the first member 11 has such a first recess 111.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a convex portion 112 is formed on the inner surface of the first member 11 in the thickness direction T. Specifically, the second resin part 11B constituting the first member 11 has such a convex portion 112.
As shown in FIG. 5, the second member 12 has a second recess 121 recessed inward in the thickness direction T on the outer surface of the pair of arm pieces 10 in the thickness direction T. Specifically, the third resin part 12B constituting the second member 12 has such a second recess 121.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the second member 12 is formed with a third through hole 122 that penetrates between the outer surface and the inner surface in the thickness direction T in the second recess 121. ..
Here, the convex portion 112 is configured so that it can be fitted into the third through hole 122. By fitting the convex portion 112 into the third through hole 122, it is possible to prevent the pair of arm pieces 10 from being displaced in the width direction. In particular, by forming the first member 11 and the second member with ABS resin, the convex portion 112 has an appropriate altitude, and the pair of arm pieces 10 can be more reliably prevented from being displaced in the width direction. Can be done.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the convex portion 112 is configured so as not to protrude from the third through hole 122 to the outside in the thickness direction T of the pair of arm pieces 10.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 are arranged on the tip 10X side of the boundary 10Z between the first intermediate portion 10B and the second intermediate portion 10C. ..
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the region between the tip 10X and the boundary 10Z is divided into a first region R1 on the tip 10X side and a second region R2 on the boundary 10Z side, the first region R1 The ratio of the length L3 in the longitudinal direction L of the tweezers 1 to the length L4 in the longitudinal direction L to the second region R2 is configured to be 1.5: 3.5. Here, the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 are arranged in the second region R2.
According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, the user of the tweezers 1 is formed on the outer surface of the pair of arm pieces 10 in a state where the convex portion 112 is fitted into the third through hole 122. By placing the fingertips in the first recess 111 and the second recess 121, the fingertips can be stabilized and the operability of the tip 10X of the tweezers 1 is improved, so that the targeted hair can be removed. ..
More specifically, since a synthetic resin portion that is recessed inward is provided on the outer surface of the pair of metal leg pieces 10, the fingertips are less likely to slip due to the difference in material.
Further, according to the above-described configuration, the convex portion 112 is configured so as to fit into the third through hole 122 but not to protrude from the third through hole 122 to the outside of the arm piece 10, so that the tweezers 1 The length of T in the thickness direction can be shortened (that is, the tweezers 1 can be thinned), and a compact structure can be realized. As a result, it is possible to realize the tweezers 1 which is not bulky on a pouch or the like and has excellent portability.
Further, according to the above configuration, since the convex portion 112 is configured so as not to protrude outward from the third through hole 122 in the thickness direction T, as shown in FIG. 6, the pair of leg pieces 10 Since the third through hole 122 exists as a portion further inwardly recessed in the second recess 121 provided on one side, it is possible to achieve the effect of making it easier to place the fingertip.
Generally, if the part where the fingertip of the user of the tweezers 1 is placed is too close to the tip 10X, the finger comes into contact with the skin (skin such as the face) in the vicinity of the targeted hair when removing the targeted hair. Therefore, the operability of the tweezers 1 deteriorates. On the contrary, when the part where the fingertip of the user of the tweezers 1 is placed is on the base end 10Y side of the center of the longitudinal direction L of the tweezers 1, even if the fingertip does not slip and is stable, it is difficult to apply force with the finger and the tip 10X is operated. The sex gets worse. Therefore, in the tweezers 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 are arranged in the above-mentioned second region R2.
