L'invention concerne un dispositif capteur de commande double soleil-vent et communication bidirectionnelle pour stores bannes, rideaux et persiennes qui, outre un anémomètre à moulinet (4) avec des godets (5) un capteur de luminosité (6) et une carte électronique pour activer un mécanisme électrique de store banne, rideau ou persienne, comprend des moyens de régulation électroniques connectés à ladite carte électronique qui comprennent : des boutons-poussoirs (8, 9) pour réguler la valeur du capteur de luminosité (6) et de l'anémomètre à moulinet (4), et un écran LCD (10) qui les affiche en chiffres; un récepteur de radiofréquence pour une commande à distance; et un microprocesseur programmable de type émetteur-récepteur à communication bidirectionnelle à application installée dans un téléphone intelligent, une tablette ou similaire, qui permet de recevoir des notifications; et un moulinet (4) à godets (5) facilement amovibles de manière indépendante et sans outils.
