Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé d'aide à une procédure d'ablation sur une région cible d'un sujet. L'appareil comprend une interface utilisateur, un estimateur de risque et une unité de positionnement d'alerte de risque. L'interface utilisateur est conçue pour visualiser une image de la région cible et au moins une région critique du sujet. L'estimateur de risque est conçu pour estimer un impact de l'ablation sur chacune desdites régions critiques, et pour générer des informations d'alerte de risque sur la base des impacts estimés et d'une règle d'alerte de risque. Les informations d'alerte de risque comprennent une ou plusieurs alerte de risque, chacune comprenant des informations indiquant la région critique correspondante. L'unité de positionnement d'alerte de risque est conçue pour obtenir des informations de position d'alerte de chacune desdites régions critiques. Les informations de position d'alerte d'une région critique indiquent une position d'alerte pour la région critique dans l'image où l'alerte de risque doit être visualisée, et la position d'alerte se situe au niveau ou à côté d'une position de la région critique dans l'image. L'estimateur de risque est en outre conçu pour, en réponse à un quelconque changement de l'impact estimé ou de la règle d'alerte de risque, mettre à jour automatiquement les informations d'alerte de risque ; et l'interface utilisateur est en outre conçue pour, en réponse à un quelconque changement des informations d'alerte de risque, visualiser automatiquement, dans l'image, la ou les alertes de risque sur la base des informations d'alerte de risque et des informations de positionnement d'alerte. L'appareil proposé fournit une visualisation intuitive et interactive du risque relatif à la lésion d'un tissu/d'un organe autre que la cible d'ablation. Par exemple, la ou les alertes de risque peuvent être visualisées nettement par rapport à la région critique correspondante, ce qui est particulièrement avantageux lorsqu'il y a plusieurs régions critiques dans l'image. De plus, la ou les alertes de risque sont automatiquement mises à jour en réponse à un quelconque changement de l'impact, y compris un changement initié par l'utilisateur, ce qui permet un flux de travail plus efficace soit pour la planification de l'ablation, soit pour une procédure d'ablation réelle.
