Abstract
A computer-implemented method for identifying a parting line for a mould for an article comprises the steps of: creating a model of the article at a first voxel resolution; identifying a parting line for moulding the model at the first voxel resolution; refining the model by increasing the voxel resolution; and checking whether the previously identified parting line is also a parting line at the increased voxel resolution.
