本申请提供一种快速清理结构及应用该快速清理结构的灭蚊灯,所述快速清理结构设有的滑动清理件在外力驱动作用下,沿着所述高压管滑动,所述滑动清理件设有的滑动通孔与所述高压管的外壁接触,从而将所述高压管的外壁上粘结的蚊虫尸体等杂物清除,从而使得应用其的灭蚊灯具备快速便捷清理杂物的功能,灭蚊灯的效果得到长效的保证,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
如图1-8所示,一种快速清理结构,包括有灯架100和高压电支架200;所述高压电支架200包括有滑动清理件220和若干根高压管210;所述滑动清理件220设 有若干个滑动通孔221;所述高压管210至少一端与所述灯架100安装固定,且若干根高压管210彼此平行设置于所述灯架100的底部120和顶部110之间;每根所述高压管210穿过对应位置设有的所述滑动通孔221,所述滑动清理件220在外力驱动下能沿着所述高压管210的外壁滑动。
如图5-8所示,所述滑动通孔221位形状与所述高压管210的外壁轮廓形状相同,且所述滑动通孔221位于所述滑动清理件220的上表面一侧设有环形凹陷部222。在所述滑动清理件220的上表面设置环形凹陷部222,一方面,因为所述滑动清理件220在滑动过程中收到多点的反作用力,因此本身必须具备一定厚度才能保证自身支撑强度,但是所述滑动清理件220自身厚度越厚,所述滑动通孔221与所述高压管210的外壁接触的面的宽度会越大,越不利于滑动,增设所述凹陷减小所述滑动通孔221的内圆环面的宽度,使得所述滑动通孔221与高压管210的外壁接触面积更小,便于所述滑动清理件220滑动,不易卡死;另一方面所述环形凹陷部222设置在所述滑动清理件220的上表面时,此时所述快速清理结构在清理操作时,最优的滑动方向为从灯架100的顶部110向底部120移动,这样所述环形凹陷部222不会与杂物接触,杂物不会堆积在所述环形凹陷部222中,杂物在所述滑动清理件220的下表面没有复杂的接触结构,会更加轻易从所述滑动清理件220上掉落。
所述若干根高压管210等间距设置成环形;所述滑动通孔221呈环形分布于所述滑动清理件220,且每个所述滑动通孔221分别套设于对应位置设有的所述高压管210的外壁。所述高压管210呈环形,使得所述蚊虫在趋光路径上必须经过所述高压管210附近,从而能大大提高蚊虫被所述高压管210电击的可能性。
所述高压电支架200还包括有拉杆230;所述拉杆230设有行程限位部231;所述灯架100的底部120或顶部110设有抽拉滑孔140;所述拉杆230与所述高压管210平行设置;所述拉杆230的一端与所述滑动清理件220连接,其另一端穿过所述抽拉滑孔140延伸至所述灯架100的外部,所述行程限位部231无法从所述抽拉滑孔140通过,限位于所述灯架100内部。所述拉杆230更加方便操作者驱动所述滑动清理件220滑动,所述行程限位部231受到所述灯架100内部对应结构的阻挡,可以有效的而控制所述滑动清理件220的滑动行程,从而可以避免所述滑动清理 件220在外力作用下无限制滑动,进而造成所述灭蚊灯内部结构破坏的现象发生。
如图6和8所示,所述拉杆230的一端设有弹性卡扣部232;所述滑动清理件220设有与所述弹性卡扣部232卡合的卡环部223;所述弹性卡扣部232穿过所述卡环部223,并与所述卡环部223卡合。所述滑动清理件220和所述拉杆230采用可拆卸的快速卡合结构连接,一方面方便所述滑动清理件220和所述拉杆230组装连接及维修更换;另一方面所述滑动清理件220和所述拉杆230可以分开批量快速生产,降低了生产难度和成本。
所述拉杆230有两根;所述卡环部223数量与所述拉杆230数量相等,且多个所述卡环部223关于所述滑动清理件220的几何中心对称设置;两根所述拉杆230的一端在所述灯架100外部均连接固定于操作部233。因为所述灭蚊灯设有的高压管210往往不止一根,多根所述高压管210会给所述滑动清理件220多个不同位置的滑动阻力;为了使得所述滑动清理件220受外力作用更加合理,尽量避免局部过高受力,同时也为了保证所述滑动清理件220尽可能垂直于所述高压管210滑动,减少滑动阻力,所以在所述滑动清理件220上对称设有多个拉杆230,且拉杆230的一端连接在一起。
所述高压电支架200还设有固定件240,所述固定件240由绝缘材料制成;若干根所述高压管210的一端与所述灯架100固定,其另一端与所述固定件240固定。所述灭蚊灯中多根所述高压管210只有一端与所述灯架100的顶部110连接固定,而高压管210的另一端如果悬空不固定容易接触导电,造成短路等故障;因此在保证所述灭蚊灯的结构稳定性的要求下,所述高压电支架200在所述高压管210的下端增设了所述固定件240进行固定,该固定件240设有对应数量的固定孔,使得所述高压管210可快速的安装固定,且高压管210之间间距可以保证均匀,所述高压管210的底端之间不会出现导线接触。
如图1-5所示,应用如上所述的快速清理结构的灭蚊灯,其包括有所述快速清理结构、电路板和灯管300;所述电路板设置于所述灯架100,且所述高压管210和所述灯管300均与所述电路板电连接,所述高压管210带有电压,所述灯管300通电后用于发光;所述灯管300至少一端与所述灯架100安装固定 ,所述灯管300平行于所述高压管210,并位于所述高压电支架200内部。
结合图6至图8,所述滑动清理件220的中部设有中部清理孔224,所述中部清理孔224套设于所述灯管300的外壁,并沿所述灯管300外壁滑动;所述中部清理孔224与所述灯管300的外壁接触的环形面设有橡胶层225。所述滑动清理件220除了可以对所述高压管210的外壁进行快速清理外,还能利用所述清理孔对所述灯管300的外壁进行快速清理,此外所述橡胶层225可以在清理所述灯管300的外壁的同时,还能避免灯管300的玻璃材质的外壁被损坏。
所述灯架100还设有防护网罩130,所述防护网罩130设有网状镂空区域,所述防护网罩130将所述高压电支架200罩起。因为所述高压电支架200带有高压,所述防护网罩130可以避免操作者与之直接接触,使得所述灭蚊灯的安全性更好;另一方面所述防护网罩130设有的网状镂空区域可以在保证蚊虫趋光飞入所述灯架100内的同时,也有一定的装饰作用,使得所述灭蚊灯的整体性更好。
所述快速清理结构的工作原理:所述滑动清理件220位于所述灯架100的顶部110,所述滑动清理件220设有分别可以沿着每根高压管210和灯管300的外壁滑动的孔状结构,当所述灭蚊灯的高压管210或灯管300的外壁粘积有一定的蚊虫尸体等杂物后,使用者可以根据拉杆230的具体设置位置,向所述灯架100的底部120方向拉动所述拉杆230,从而使得所述滑动清理件220沿着所述高压管210或灯管300从所述灯架100的顶部110向底部120滑动,在滑动过程中,所述滑动清理件220设有的孔状结构会将所述高压管210和灯管300的外壁粘结的杂物刮除,从而使得所述灭蚊灯的高压管210和灯管300的外壁实现快速清理。
本申请提供一种快速清理结构,其设有的滑动清理件220在外力驱动作用下,沿着所述高压管210滑动,所述滑动清理件220设有的滑动通孔221与所述高压管210的外壁接触,从而将所述高压管210的外壁上粘结的蚊虫尸体等杂物清除,从而使得应用其的灭蚊灯具备快速便捷清理杂物的功能,灭蚊灯的效果得到长效的保证,使用寿命更长。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速清理结构,包括:
    灯架;
    高压电支架,其包括有滑动清理件和若干根高压管,所述滑动清理件设有若干个滑动通孔,若干根高压管彼此平行设置于所述灯架的底部和顶部之间,每根所述高压管穿过对应位置设有的所述滑动通孔,且至少一端与所述灯架安装固定,所述滑动清理件在外力驱动下能沿所述高压管的外壁滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述滑动通孔形状与所述高压管的外壁轮廓形状相同,且所述滑动通孔位于所述滑动清理件的上表面一侧设有环形凹陷部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述若干根高压管等间距设置成环形,所述滑动通孔呈环形分布于所述滑动清理件,且每个所述滑动通孔分别套设于对应位置设有的所述高压管的外壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述高压电支架还包括有拉杆,所述拉杆设有行程限位部;所述灯架的底部或顶部设有抽拉滑孔;所述拉杆与所述高压管平行设置;所述拉杆的一端与所述滑动清理件连接,其另一端穿过所述抽拉滑孔延伸至所述灯架的外部,所述行程限位部无法从所述抽拉滑孔通过,限位于所述灯架内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述拉杆的一端设有弹性卡扣部;所述滑动清理件设有与所述弹性卡扣部卡合的卡环部;所述弹性卡扣部穿过所述卡环部,并与所述卡环部卡合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述拉杆有至少两根;所述卡环部数量与所述拉杆数量相等,且多个所述卡环部关于所述滑动清理件的几何中心对称设置;多根所述拉杆的一端在所述灯架外部均连接固定于操作部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的快速清理结构,其中,所述高压电支架还设有固定件,所述固定件由绝缘材料制成;若干根所述高压管的一端与所述灯架固定,其另一端与所述固定件固定。
  8. 应用如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的快速清理结构的灭蚊灯,包括所述快速清理结构、电路板和灯管;所述电路板设置于所述灯架,且所述高压管和所述灯管均与所述电路板电连接;所述灯管至少一端与所述灯架安装固定,所述灯管平行于所述高压管,并位于所述高压电支架内部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灭蚊灯,其中,所述滑动清理件的中部设有中部清理孔,所述中部清理孔套设于所述灯管的外壁,并沿所述灯管外壁滑动;所述中部清理孔与所述灯管的外壁接触的环形面设有橡胶层。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灭蚊灯,其中,所述灯架还设有防护网罩,所述防护网罩设有网状镂空区域,所述防护网罩将所述高压电支架罩起。
