Abstract

A traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application which can be installed on mobile devices or mobile glasses and wherein those informing traffic rule violations can win a reward, emergency help, fire cases can be reported to concerned units and comprising login display (1) where username, password and plate number details are entered to log in the application displayed when application is started, a start button (9) starting video recording when pressed, account number entrance display (2) where details of account to which rewards payment to be paid as a result of reporting are paid, a camera tab (3) turning on the mobile device or mobile glasses camera used to send reporting to be sent and whereon the application is installed and thus providing video recording or enabling concerned units to monitor instant state, emergency tab (4) by which the unit such as ambulance, police, fire brigade unit to be reported of the recorded or installed reporting will be sent, a past tab (6) providing whether or not reports made in past are completed, an emergency button (8) providing live watching in mobile device by security forces by sending warning in terror incidents threatening public security and enabling obtain of coordinates. The invention also comprises the related method.

Description

APPLICATION FOR TRAFFIC RULE VIOLATION AND DISASTER REPORTING

AND ITS METHOD

THE RELATED ART

Invention in general relates to an application and method for traffic rule violation and disaster reporting providing transmission of required details of detection and record of cases such as traffic violations, emergency aid, fire etc.

The invention particularly relates to traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application which can be installed on mobile devices or mobile glasses and enabling those informing those violations detected, recorded and sent to concerned units and approved by them to be rewarded, and a method for such application.

BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART

Today traffic rule violations are checked by security by use of electronic inspection system. However, such system has a fixed range of visibility. People send photos and videos to security to report violations in areas out of range of visibility of the system. They have to send date, time and address of such sent photos and videos. However, said applications do not disclose any reward system and since reporting’s are totally sent by user, bad intended or false reporting may keep concerned unit busy unnecessarily. In addition, reports can not be sent to ambulances or fire brigade units by said applications.

In current related art fire early detection systems in forest areas are provided by detectors. Detectors can be seen by people walking around in the forest area. Bad faith ones may steal detectors and change their places and make them out of functioning. Also living beings in forest may damage detectors. Fire brigade may arrive late due to not functioning detectors and therefore fire getting bigger becomes inevitable. The document with application number TR2019/10386 seen in the related art describes informing teams to respond in case of any emergency health issue, fire, fighting, security incidents or disable individuals’ help request in social life areas such as shopping centers, hospitals, bus terminals, airports, hotels, schools, work places etc. by use of a program to be installed onto mobile devices and communication of mobile devices through close area coordinate detection system, and arrival of teams at the location of the person reporting it through the shortest routes by artificial intelligence applications. However, this invention does not disclose violation of traffic rules and reward mechanism.

Utility model application numbered TR2015/12765 seen in the related art discloses traffic rule violation detection pole detecting vehicles violating traffic rules by use of identity label reader and notifying such vehicles to central processor by means of communication module. However, said invention fails to conduct traffic violations in areas not having detection pole and does not mention any rewarding.

Another document seen in the related art is the application numbered AU2018101534 discloses a method for collection of traffic rule violation tickets. The invention mentions that violation is recorded by mobile phone by a person and submitted to a public member and a fixed percentage of fine charged from the violator is paid to the person reporting it. However, in the said invention, the details of person violating the traffic rule is not sent by use of an application and incidents like fire, accident etc. are not notified. In conclusion, developments have been made in traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application and, therefore, new embodiments eliminating the above disadvantages and offering solutions to existing systems are needed. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application and a method for said application meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.

Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application for informing traffic rule violations in the country where it is by means of mobile device or mobile glasses, and a method for it.

Another purpose of the invention is to enable required units to connect and use the application as mobese when the person using application turns of internet data exchange and thus provide concerned units such as police, fire brigade, ambulance etc. have many more cameras and thus have control over much wider area.

A further purpose of the invention is to provide sending notification to ambulance and fire brigade department in case of any accident or fire.

In order to achieve all advantages mentioned above and to be understood better with the detailed description given below, the present invention is traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application which can be installed on mobile devices or mobile glasses and wherein those informing traffic rule violations can win a reward, emergency help, fire cases can be reported to concerned units comprising

• Login display where username, password and plate number details are entered to log in the application displayed when application is started,

• Account number entrance display where details of account to which rewards payment to be paid as a result of reporting are paid,

• At least a start button starting video recording when pressed,

• A camera tab turning on the mobile device or mobile glasses camera used to send reporting to be sent and whereon the application is installed and thus providing video recording or enabling concerned units to monitor instant state,

• Emergency tab by which the unit such as ambulance, police, fire brigade unit to be reported of the recorded or installed reporting will be sent, • A past tab providing whether or not reports made in past are completed,

• An emergency button providing live watching in mobile device by security forces by sending warning in terror incidents threatening public security and enabling obtain of coordinates.

In addition, the invention is a method for traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application and characterized comprising process steps of

• Recording the incident to be reported by camera tab after entering username, password, plate number details, account number to which reward payment is made, into application

• if connected to internet, automatic recognition of location of the place where reporting is made by help of location feature of the application,

• Selection of the unit where police, fire brigade, ambulance to be reported by use of emergency tab and submission of notification to concerned unit.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better in the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and taking into account the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application being subject of this invention and the preferred embodiments have been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect.

Figure 1 shows an illustrative block diagram of traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application of the invention. Application mainly comprises a start button (9) starting video recording when pressed, login display (1) where user name, password and plate number details are entered to log in the application displayed when application is started, account number entrance display (2) where details of account to which rewards payment to be paid as a result of reporting are paid, a camera tab (3) turning on the mobile device or mobile glasses camera used to send reporting to be sent and whereon the application is installed and thus providing video recording or enabling concerned units to monitor instant state, emergency tab (4) by which the unit such as ambulance, police, fire brigade unit to be reported of the recorded or installed reporting will be sent, a past tab (6) providing whether or not reports made in past are completed, an emergency button (8) providing live watching in mobile device by security forces by sending warning in terror incidents threatening public security and enabling obtain of coordinates.

When registering for application, login display may require entering name surname, gender, identity card no/passport no, phone or mobile glasses no, electronic mail address , details of card for depositing rewards when earned, In addition, during recording the user is required to approve detection of location notification, date-time settings according to location, approval for consenting for security forces to receive video for public security when data transfer is open, acceptance of share of taken videos, acceptance of sharing application videos, approval of request for selection of 20 persons with whom the application is shared via Whatsapp or SMS, acceptance of application identity number to be assigned to user by the application.

For application, travel on foot or by vehicle in traffic can be selected. In such case plate number is also entered in the application. In addition, if user has more than one vehicle, recording can also be made in such case.

When start button (9) is pressed, video recording starts directly and recording continues even in case of incoming phone call while travelling. Verification is required by inquiry of pedestrian or vehicle details. During any fire, natural disaster, public security status or accident, start button (9) is pressed again and required live connection warning can be made, location details can be sent and video talk can be started.

In addition, the application comprises a violation loading tab (5) by which a notification recorded in a no internet place or when user does not have internet connection can be installed, and a location tab (7) providing adding location details to application while conducting loading for a notification recorded when location feature is not used in no internet case or when user does not have internet connection. In the application, location feature is automatically active at any time in environment with internet.

Training tab (10) provided in the application shows the user how to issue ticket and popular fine videos. In addition, training tab (10) also has trainer videos listing number of traffic rules and violations. Also said training tab (10) enables user to call for violations.

While reporting video in the application, required parts can be cut and recorded, reason for fine can be selected and added by use of a search button in the violation menu or a written explanation can be made.

When camera is turned on in internet available places, concerned units can use the camera as mobese and radar and can monitor incidents instantly. User can not log in into the application without entering plate number, and thus the plate number reporting the cases are sent to concerned units with evidence. In addition, list of persons reporting cases the most in a selected country and list of the products to be earned by those who will succeed to be in the top areas at the end of the period.

In the related method for traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application, the incident to be reported by camera tab (3) is recorded after entering username, password, plate number details, account number to which reward payment is made, into application if connected to internet, automatic recognition of location of the place where reporting is made is made by help of location feature of the application. Selection of the unit where police, fire brigade, ambulance to be reported is conducted by use of emergency tab (4) and submission of notification to concerned unit. By use of user past tab (6), whether or not reporting made before are concluded is checked and the rewards earned from reporting are displayed. In said past tab (6) user can approve the rewards earned and access to a list indicating if payment is made or not.

In addition, in said method, notifications that are taken before and could not be loaded into the application because of no internet connection can be taken by violation loading tab (5) and while loading for notifications taken before and not loaded because of no internet connection but to be loaded into application later, location information can be given by use of location tab (7). Videos taken by security camera located in work places can be loaded into mobile device or mobile glasses and reward can be earned through the application.

In preferred embodiments of the invention, to win reward for the notifications made, the user is required to share the application with a fixed number of users in the phone guide. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in case of noticing any terrorist activities threatening public safety, terrorist road blocking and identity controls and ambushing by terrorists, security forces are given warning by use of emergency button (8) and mobile devices are watched and coordinates of terrorists are taken. Thus terrorists are eliminated in a quick and appropriate way.

A traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application which can be installed on mobile devices or mobile glasses and wherein those informing traffic rule violations can win a reward, emergency help, fire cases can be reported to concerned units and characterized in comprising o Login display (1) where username, password and plate number details are entered to log in the application displayed when application is started, o Account number entrance display (2) where details of account to which rewards payment to be paid as a result of reporting are paid, o Start button (9) starting video recording when pressed, o a camera tab (3) turning on the mobile device or mobile glasses camera used to send reporting to be sent and whereon the application is installed and thus providing video recording or enabling concerned units to monitor instant state, o emergency tab (4) by which the unit such as ambulance, police, fire brigade unit to be reported of the recorded or installed reporting will be sent, o a past tab (6) providing whether or not reports made in past are completed, o an emergency button (8) providing live watching in mobile device by security forces by sending warning in terror incidents threatening public security and enabling obtain of coordinates.

The traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application according to claim 1 characterized in comprising; o a violation loading tab (5) enabling later installation into application, of the notification recorded in no internet connection place or in place user has no internet connection, o a location tab (7) providing addition of location details when conducting loading for notifications taken when location feature is not used in case where there is no internet or user has no internet connection and to be loaded into application later.

3. The traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application according to claim

1 and characterized in comprising a training tab (10) showing how to impose fine when pressed and listing the most popular fine videos and number of traffic rules and violations and having trainer videos listing number of traffic rules and violations by searching in said list.

A method for traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application and characterized in comprising process steps of o Recording the incident to be reported by camera tab (3) after entering username, password, plate number details, account number to which reward payment is made, into application o if connected to internet, automatic recognition of location of the place where reporting is made by help of location feature of the application, o Selection of the unit where police, fire brigade, ambulance to be reported by use of emergency tab (4) and submission of notification to concerned unit.

The traffic rule violation and disaster reporting application method according to claim 4 characterized in comprising process steps of; o Taking the notifications that are taken before and could not be loaded into the application because of no internet connection by violation loading tab (5) and while loading for notifications taken before and not loaded because of no internet connection but to be loaded into application later, location information can be given by use of location tab (7).
