Abstract
A helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device is provided. Each component is made of heat resistant PVC plastic that is molded by mold. The base (26) of the device prepares the cavity in the mold together with other parts in production. Each component is separated from the mold and then assembled together as a device. The electrical-electronic equipment is then mounted to the control unit of the device. Thus, the helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device is completed.
Description
HELMET DEHUMIDIFIER-DISINFECTION DEVICE
1. Purpose of the Invention
This invention is related to helmet dehumidifier- disinfection device which has the characteristics of a device base, and open- close cover. They have been molded with heat resistant PVC. Plastic. Within the helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device, there will be a dehumidifier and disinfection for helmet caused by wearing. There will be a hot air heater under the base of the device and also has UVC germicidal lamp built into the device for disinfection in helmet. Resulting from wearing for a long time causing the inside of the helmet to accumulate damp. The device has a control panel to operate the hot air heater and UVC germicidal lamp in front of the device. The device will be set to consumer safety therefore this device use D.C. 12 V power supply.
The purpose of this invention is to build a dehumidifier-disinfection for the helmet that has never been used before and is safe. This device can help the helmet wearer wear a clean helmet and free from germs, fungal scalp that causes hair loss.

3. Background Art
Figure 10 will be shown that No one has invented a dehumidifier-disinfection for the helmet. Normally, the helmet wearer will only bring the helmet to the sunlight or dry in the air.
4. Disclosure of the Invention
Figure 1 is shows Helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device 1 according to this invention. That consists of control panel, dehumidifier-disinfection device at front 2, device base 26, hot air heater 10, UVC germicidal lamp set 11.
Control panel for dehumidifier-disinfection device at front 2 is molded (as shown in Figure 2).
In the front area 3 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is an on-off switch to start the operate (as shown in Figure 2).
In the front area 4 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is a timer of UVC germicidal lamp set to disinfect (as shown in Figure 2). In the front area 5 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is a timer of hot air heater (as shown in Figure 2).
At the front area 6 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is a screen showing the digital setting time (as shown in Figure 2).

In the rear 12 of dehumidifier-disinfection device will be molded (as shown in Figure 3).
At the back of the base 1 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is the position of the power cord inlet to the device 100 - 220 V. (as shown in Figure 3).
At the back of the base 14 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is a main switch position to operate the device (as shown in Figure 3). At the back of the base 15 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is the switching position 100 - 220 V transforms electricity into D.C. 12 V. (as shown in Figure 3).
At the back of the base 16 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is heat dissipation fan D.C. 12V. (as shown in Figure 3).
At the back of the base 17 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is a timer switch, delay control D.C 12 V. (as shown in Figure 3).
The top 18 of dehumidifier-disinfection device will be molded (as shown in Figure
4)· The clear cover on the side 19 of dehumidifier-disinfection device (as shown in
Figure 5).
The side 20 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is molded into a mold, showing that there is no helmet inside (as shown in Figure 6).
The side 21 of dehumidifier-disinfection device is shows the characteristics of the helmet inside the device (as shown in Figure 7).
The image of the current normal helmet 22 (as shown in Figure 8).
The image of the current motocross helmet 23 (as shown in Figure 9).
From the characteristics of a dehumidifier-disinfection device, the device user will be convenient to use. Providing consumer safety helps to maintain healthy scalp of consumers, free from mold, and dampness, even when it rains and wetting the helmet. The helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device can be keep the helmet dry, clean, free from germs and dampness in just 10-15 minutes.

1. The helmet dehumidifier-disinfection device consisting of the base of the device, dehumidifier system, disinfection system (26) electric circuit control system, on-off cover (2), including Switch on-off the dehumidifier-disinfection device with a light show and without light show (3).
Timer switch for operating digital UVC germicidal lamps with light show and without light show (4).
Timer switch to operate the hot air heater, digital system with a light show and without light show (5).
Screen showing the digital timer (6).
Volume for adjusting the temperature of the hot air heater (7).
Red-light button indicating the heater is working (8).
Green-light button indicating the completion of the heater (9). Set of D.C. 12 V hot air heater hidden in the center of the base ( 10).

Special characteristics
In front of the dehumidifier-disinfection device base (2), there will be a switch to control the system of the device. Automatic command system which is convenient for use. Do not worry that when to turn off the machine and don't have to worry about the electricity inside the device. Because this device is using the D.C. 12 V. power system. It is safe for consumers. In the area of hot air heater (10) and at the position of UVC germicidal lamps (11) are hidden under the base of the device.
At the connection point of the dehumidifier-disinfection device (25) hides the spring hinge system as a connector to the device. For the best use without worrying that the cover will fall or disappear from the device.
