- a user who installs an application or program that can use the system of the present invention in a user terminal may be a patient who needs symptom management and symptom relief of a disease, a family member or a nursing home of such a patient, or a medical staff or a disease and health care provider. You can be a management expert.
- a management group centered on the first user who is a patient is created (step S501).
- a management group may be created by checking information of various users displayed on an execution screen of an application. You can also delete or add members of the management group in the same way.
- prescription and management services of medical staff and experts may be provided for free or for a fee. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, when information of the medical staff or expert user is selected to add a medical staff or expert user as a member of the management group, the prescription and management service provision period, provision range, provision method, usage amount, etc. This can be guided in advance.
- the patient can receive a reasonable management service selected in consideration of his or her own finances, and the medical staff or experts correspond to the cost.
- the quality of patient care can be consistently maintained.
- the medical staff or specialist can be deleted from the patient's management group and another new medical staff or specialist can be added, so that the medical staff or specialist can provide the management more systematically and professionally. It has a motivating effect to enable it.
- the management service of a medical staff or specialist is provided for a fee, not only the medical staff or specialist, but also other members of the group, such as the patient and the patient's family, actively participate in the patient management, so that the self-management of the patient can also be performed voluntarily have.
- the application using the system of the present invention includes a function that allows a previous user of the application to invite non-users. Using such a function, it is possible to induce a non-user to register as a user of the application through a social network.
- the invitation function is configured to transmit a message through various network services such as SMS, email, social network services such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and messenger services such as WhatsApp and Skype. Therefore, it is possible to easily transmit a participation message to non-users of the application using the system of the present invention, and by allowing non-users to participate in the disease management service through the application, the existing users of various participating roles each have a group of members sufficiently desired Can be created.
- the group may include one or more medical staff or experts.
- a patient's diseases and symptoms can be managed in a variety of ways, and since the effect of cooperative management of medical staff or experts is generated, a personalized healthcare industry for patients becomes possible. .
- the members of the group may be classified according to the member's participation role and displayed on the application.
- Members of the created management group can chat through the messenger function of the application as shown in FIG. 6. All members of the group may have a group chat in one chat room, and various types of chats, such as one-on-one chats between specific users in the group, are possible.
- a chatbot function may be included in the messenger function of the application. Therefore, the chatbot can induce a member's conversation, provide information, or input or output a conversation.
- the content of the conversation is received by the symptom management and symptom alleviation system 100 through the first input unit 1.
- the input content of the conversation may be output to the chat room through the first output unit 2 and provided to group members.
- the first input unit may receive various types of data input through.
- conversation contents of members of the management group may be input and output through the first input unit and the first output unit.
- step S502 When data about the patient's current state and information about the biometric data are received by the first input unit (step S502), the received data is staged in the staging database 11 of the control unit 10 (step S503).
- the received data is mapped to a unique user ID generated by the master data management unit 12 based on the patient (step S504).
- the unique user ID may be given in various forms, such as letters, numbers, and combinations of letters and numbers to identify the patient.
- data on the patient's current state and biometric data can be input in various forms from a number of members in the group, but all are mapped to the patient's unique user ID and loaded into the integrated database 21 (step S505).
- Patient data can be managed in an integrated manner.
- treatment and management information suitable for the role of each member of the group is automatically mapped in the analysis tool 31 of the analysis unit 30, and the result values are ranked.
- the result is stored in the integrated database 21 (step S506).
- the analysis tool 31 may be an On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) analysis tool.
- OLAP On-Line Analytical Processing
- the analysis tool 31 is based on the data loaded from the staging database 11 into the integrated database 21, for each member, and more specifically, within the group to which the members belong, patients, medical staff, patient's family, nursing home, Information appropriate to the role of participation of classified members, such as disease and health experts, is automatically mapped through the analysis tool 31, and these result values are ranked and stored in the integrated database 21.
- the analysis tool 31 analyzes the data loaded in the treatment database 32.
- the treatment database 32 is loaded with information about various diseases and various palliative treatment regimens according to diseases, articles, clinical data, and treatment guideline data. In a more preferred embodiment, the data may be loaded for each disease and situation.
- the data of the treatment database 32 is combined with the data loaded on the integrated database 21 through the ranking operation of the analysis tool 31, and the analyzed and extracted data according to the patient's disease and situation is a result value. As stored in the integrated database 21. Then, the result value is output to the second output unit 4 (step S507).
- the analyzed and extracted data according to the patient's disease and situation may be output in more detail together with the patient's disease information and the history information of all participants other than the patient.
- the data may be provided to the user terminal in a schematic form through a dashboard (step S507).
- Data provided in a schematic form through the dashboard is transmitted to medical staff such as doctors and medical experts (third users) among users of various roles. Accordingly, the access authority for the dashboard is granted after the user is authenticated by the symptom management and symptom relief system (symptom management and symptom relief computer server system) 100 that the user is a medical staff and/or a medical professional.
