为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。如图1所示,为本申请一个实施例的一种系统架构的结构示意图,所述系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的处理产品数据的方法一般由服务器/终端设备执行,相应地,处理产品数据的装置一般设置于服务器/终端设备中。如图2所示,为本申请一实施例的一种处理产品数据系统的结构示意图,该处理产品数据系统可以为一种理财系统,可以通过一个或多个服务器实现。
本申请实施例所提供的处理产品数据的方法用于处理产品信息,例如,理财产品信息或设备产品信息等等,但为描述方便,下述实施例均以理财产品信息为例进行说明。
例如,一种理财系统包括:现金管理交易系统(cash managementtransaction system,CMTS)21、消息中心(Message Queue,MQ)22、财务制证系统(Financial Management system,FMS)23、投资管理服务平台(investmentmanagement serving platform,IMSP)24、资金管理系统(cash management system,CMS)25、企业服务治理平台(enterprise serving government,ESG)26、银行支付中心(Treasury Management System,TMS)27和数据库服务器(database server)28,其中,所述现金管理交易系统21、所述消息中心22、所述财务制证系统23、所述投资管理服务平台24、所述资金管理系统25、所述企业服务治理平台26、所述银行支付中心27和所述数据库服务器28均可以通过计算机和服务器实现。任意两个设备之间开通防火墙,所述消息中心22分别与所述现金管理交易系统21、所述财务制证系统23、所述投资管理服务平台24和所述资金管理系统25通信,所述财务制证系统23、所述投资管理服务平台24和所述资金管理系统25分别通过数据库连接(Java DataBase Connectivity,JDBC)协议与所述数据库服务器28通信,所述资金管理系统25还分别与所述企业服务治理平台26和所述银行支付中心27通信,所述企业服务治理平台26和所述银行支付中心27相互之间通信。
所述理财系统的工作过程可以如图3所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种处理产品数据的方法的流程示意图,当该处理产品数据的方法应用于银行理财系统时,该处理产品数据的方法为一种处理理财产品数据的方法,结合图2的理财系统,所述处理理财产品数据的方法的具体过程可以如下所述。
步骤301,管理处理系统接收用户终端发送的处理产品请求消息。
所述处理请求消息包括身份标识和处理内容,例如,所述处理请求消息的包头包括身份标识,所述处理请求消息的数据段包括处理内容,所述处理内容包括产品名称或产品编码和处理方式信息,所述处理方式信息为要求电子用印的信息、要求数据交换处理的信息(例如,要求交易的信息)或者要求电子制证的信息。例如,所述处理请求消息为16比特的字段,其中,所述处理请求消息的包头为4比特,用于携带身份标识,所述处理请求 消息的数据段为12比特,其中,前4比特用于携带要求电子用印的信息(例如,0001)、要求数据交换处理的信息(例如,0011)或者要求电子制证的信息(例如,0111),中间4比特用于携带产品名称或产品编码,后4比特为空余比特,用于后续自定义功能,无数据时为全零。

所述消息中心以消息队列的方式将所述处理金融产品请求消息所包括的身份标识(例如,用户名和秘钥)、金融产品名称或编码、处理金融产品的方式和处理金融产品的数值(例如,数量或金额)进行广播或推送给相关服务平台。例如,所述相关服务平台可以是财务制证系统、投资管理服务平台和/或资金管理系统。
所述消息队列是一种应用程序对应用程序的通信方法,所述相关服务平台与所述消息中心的通信是指通过空口读写消息队列的信息,而无需专用物理连接来连接,消息传递指的是设备之间通过在消息中发送数据进行通信,而不是通过直接调用彼此来通信,直接调用通常是用于诸如远程过程调用的技术。本实施例中,将各个对接系统都接入消息中心,不同的处理请求分别建立对应的队列名称,每个环节根据指定的队列名称分别监听消息和消费消息并将处理结果以消息形式传递给下一环节的系统,例如,消息中心为交易理财产品设置一个队列名称。
步骤304,管理服务平台读取所述消息中心的所述消息队列并根据所述消息队列所包括的所述处理内容通知与电子用印、数据交换或电子制证处理相关的系统完成相应的电子用印、数据交换或电子制证处理。
例如,当所述消息队列包括要求电子制证的信息时,所述管理服务平台通知所述财务制证系统完成制证处理流程;当所述消息队列包括要求电子用印的信息时,所述管理服务平台通知投资管理服务平台完成电子用印处理流程;当所述消息队列包括要求数据交换处 理的信息(例如要求电子交易的信息)时,所述管理服务平台通知资金管理系统完成交易流程,例如申购、赎回或回款处理流程。
因此,所述消息中心以消息队列的方式广播所述处理请求消息所包括的内容以使得相关服务平台读取所述消息中心的所述消息队列并根据所述消息队列的内容完成相关的处理,不会导致数据拥挤,各个服务平台处理归属于其自己的业务,可以提高处理速度,而且,还能实现电子化处理,减少了财务人员的重复劳动力的投入,及提高处理的准确性
下述分别就电子用印流程、电子交易流程和电子制证流程进行详细的描述。
如图4所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种电子用印处理系统结构示意图,所述电子用印处理系统包括投资管理服务平台、印章集中作业系统、文件处理系统、企业服务治理平台、消息中心、现金管理交易系统和数据库服务器,所述投资管理服务平台分别与所述企业服务治理平台、所述印章集中作业系统、所述文件处理系统、所述消息中心、所述数据库服务器和终端设备连接,所述印章集中作业系统与所述文件处理系统均与企业服务治理平台连接,所述消息中心还与现金管理交易系统连接。
在所述电子用印处理系统建立后,所述印章集中作业系统和所述文件处理系统均需要到所述企业服务治理平台进行业务注册,例如,所述印章集中作业系统到所述企业服务治理平台注册电子用印业务,所述文件处理系统到所述企业服务治理平台注册文件处理业务,例如打印电子文件和/或向预定地址(例如,电子邮箱)传送所述电子文件。如果不注册,就不能进行通信,本流程结束。
如图5所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种电子用印处理方法的流程示意图,结合图4的电子用印处理系统,所述电子用印处理方法的具体过程可以如下所述。
步骤501,管理处理系统将携带要求电子用印的信息的处理请求消息广播到消息中心,所述消息中心生成携带所述要求电子用印的信息的第一消息队列并进行广播。
例如,所述管理处理系统为现金管理交易系统,所述现金管理交易系统将携带要求电子用印的信息的交易信息广播到消息中心,所述消息中心将该交易信息通过第一消息队列进行广播。
例如,消息中心为电子用印消息设置一个队列名称,所述交易信息包括当前理财产品的购买交易单、针对净值类的理财产品基金的赎回交易单和/或针对非净值的理财产品的回款交易单,例如,所述交易单信息包括该用户的交易编号、投资主体名称、理财产品名称、银行账号、交易类型、交易金额、交易日期、到期日、交易状态等等信息,具体的,所述交易信息可以如表1所示。

步骤502,管理服务平台监听到所述第一消息队列时,根据所述第一消息队列包括的所述身份标识进行合法性校验,如果校验通过,确定所述第一消息队列包括的内容是否为要求电子用印的信息。
例如,管理服务平台为投资管理服务平台,所述投资管理服务平台监听到所述第一消息队列时,解析所述第一消息队列包括的内容,并根据所述第一消息队列包括的所述身份标识(例如,用户名和秘钥)进行合法性校验,如果校验通过,根据所述第一消息队列是否包括电子用印消息进行相应的处理。
在本申请的另一实施例中,所述投资管理服务平台完成校验后,还保存所述第一消息队列包括的内容。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如果所述第一消息队列包括要求电子用印的信息,则所述投资管理服务平台向所述印章集中作业系统(CSMS)发送电子用印请求,并把数据交换处理单文件(例如,交易单文件)发送给所述印章集中作业系统。
在本申请的另一实施例中,对于申购非预授权的理财产品,所述投资管理服务平台生成框选项“是否线下电子用印”来控制是否走电子用印环节,如果用户选择是,则无需再进行电子用印申请;否则需要提交电子用印系统。对于申购预授权的理财产品,可以不用走电子用印环节。
所述印章集中作业系统完成电子用印后,将电子用印后的数据交换处理单文件(例如,交易单文件)发送给所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台),然后所述投资管理服务平台将电子用印后的数据交换处理单文件(例如,交易单文件)发送给文件处理系统(EOA),例如,所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台)向所述文件处理系统发送签报请求消息,所述签报请求消息携带所述电子用印后的数据交换处理单文件(例如,交易单文件),在所述文件处理系统完成审批后,所述文件处理系统将其签报成功消息发送给所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台),所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台)将数据交换处理单信息(例如,交易单信息)广播给消息中心。
如果所述第一消息队列没有包括要求电子用印的信息,所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台)直接向所述文件处理系统发送签报请求消息,所述签报请求消息携带所述数据交换处理单文件(例如,交易单文件),在所述文件处理系统完成审批后,所述文件处理系统将其签报成功消息发送给所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台),所述管理服务平台(例如,投资管理服务平台)将数据交换处理单信息(例如,交易单信息)广播给消息中心。
步骤503,所述消息中心将所述管理服务平台发送的数据交换处理单信息通过第二消息队列进行广播。
例如,所述数据交换处理单为交易单,则所述消息中心将所述投资管理服务平台发送的所述交易单信息通过第二消息队列进行广播。
例如,所述消息中心将所述投资管理服务平台发送的所述交易单信息添加到所述第二消息队列,然后进行广播。
完成电子用印过程后,就进行如下描述的交易流程,如图6所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种产品处理系统的结构示意图。该处理系统可以为一种理财交易系统,所述理财交易系统包括投资管理服务平台、资金管理系统、企业服务治理平台、消息中心、银行支付中心和数据库服务器。其中,所述投资管理服务平台分别与所述消息中心和所述数据库服务器连接,所述资金管理系统分别与所述消息中心、所述数据库服务器、所述企业服务治理平台和所述银行支付中心连接,所述企业服务治理平台和所述银行支付中心相互连接。
如图7所示,为本申请另一实施例的一种产品处理方法的流程示意图,结合图6,所述处理过程可以为一种交易过程,具体可以如下所述。
步骤701,所述管理系统监听到所述第二消息队列,根据所述第二消息队列包括的身份标识完成合法性校验,根据所述第二消息队列的内容进行相应的处理后广播数据交换处理完成指令。
例如,所述管理系统为资金管理系统(CMS),所述资金管理系统(CMS)监听到所述第二消息队列并解析,在根据所述第二消息队列包括的所述身份标识完成合法性校验后,根据所述第二消息队列的内容进行相应的处理。
在本申请的另一实施例中,所述资金管理系统还保存所述第二消息队列的内容。
例如,如果所述第二消息队列包括的数据交换处理单为交易单,所述交易单是申购单,则所述资金管理系统触发支付流程,所述数据交换处理完成指令为交易完成指令。

例如,所述资金管理系统调用银行支付中心系统(TMS)完成线上支付,然后所述资金管理系统定时(例如完成线上支付起12小时或24小时)从所述银行支付中心系统获取银行流水信息,然后根据所述银行流水信息进行自动匹配,例如匹配哪些理财产品申购成功,如果线上支付未成功,则自动匹配不成功,例如,没有匹配到申购成功的理财产品。
如果是线下支付,则所述资金管理系统定时(例如完成线上支付起12小时或24小时)从所述银行支付中心系统获取银行流水信息,然后根据所述银行流水信息进行自动匹配,例如匹配哪些理财产品申购成功,如果线下支付未成功,则自动匹配不成功,例如,没有匹配到申购成功的理财产品。
所述自动匹配,是指应收应付指令和收付款银行流水进行双向比较,例如,交易双方的名字、交易双方的账户号、交易双方的账户名、交易金额、交易日期、交易币种、交易流入流出方向这7个因素都相同的情况下才认定为已完成实付实收。
例如,所述交易单是赎回单/回款单,则所述资金管理系统触发收款流程,所述资金管理系统定时从所述银行支付中心系统(TMS)获取银行流水信息,然后进行自动匹配,例如匹配那些理财产品的赎回或回款。
交易完成且完成自动匹配后,所述资金管理系统广播数据交换处理完成指令(例如交易完成指令)到消息中心。
步骤702,所述消息中心通过第三消息队列广播所述数据交换处理完成指令。例如,所述消息中心通过第三消息队列广播数据交换处理完成指令(例如,交易完成指令)。
步骤703,所述管理服务平台从所述消息中心监听到所述第三消息队列,根据所述第三消息队列包括的数据交换处理完成指令更新数据交换处理单据的状态,更新后广播数据交换处理完成确认指令。

如图9所述,为本申请另一实施例的一种电子制证方法的流程示意图,该电子制证方法可以为一种电子制证交易单凭证的方法,结合图8,所述制作交易单凭证的主要过程可以如下所述。
步骤901,制证系统从所述消息中心监听到所述第五消息队列,根据所述第五消息队列携带的制证指示完成制证流程,完成制证流程后将凭证信息广播给所述消息中心。
例如,所述制证系统为财务制证系统,所述财务制证系统从所述消息中心监听到所述第五消息队列,根据所述第五消息队列携带的制证指示完成制证流程,完成制证流程后将凭证信息广播给所述消息中心。

完成制证流程后,所述财务制证系统将所述凭证信息广播给所述消息中心。
步骤902,所述消息中心根据所述制证系统发送的凭证信息生成第六消息队列并进行广播,所述第六消息队列携带制证完成指令。

综上所述,用户发起的每一次交易请求,经理财产品报告岗复核之后,投资管理服务平台(IMSP)发送交易指令给资金管理系统(CMS),则可以完成自动匹配流水,即资金管理系统(CMS)自动从银行支付中心系统(TMS)获取银行流水数据并和交易指令进行核对,核对正常则自动标识指令已完成交易、流水已使用,并同步状态给投资管理服务平台(IMSP),并完成自动制证,即投资管理服务平台(IMSP)收到自动匹配的结果后立即下发制证请求给财务制证系统(FMS),财务制证系统(FMS)根据指令和流水自动识别制证科目和规则并完成制证流程,并立即通知投资管理服务平台(IMSP)标识该交易已完成制证。
由此,IMSP投资管理平台前期建设完成了债权、股权、海外等业务的合同管理、付款审批及财务制证,实现了一体化的无缝对接,减少了财务人员的重复劳动力的投入,及提高制证的准确性。

所述存储器51至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等,所述计算机可读存储介质可以是非易失性,也可以是易失性。在一些实施例中,所述存储器51可以是所述计算机设备5的内部处理模块,例如该计算机设备5的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器51也可以是所述计算机设备5的外部存储设备,例如该计算机设备5上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器51还可以既包括所述计算机设备5的内部处理模块也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器51通常用于存储安装于所述计算机设备5的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如该处理产品数据的方法的可读指令等。此外,所述存储器51还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
在本申请的另一实施例中,所述存储器51可能包含易失性或非易失性存储器,所述存储器51还可能是外部闪存、至少一个磁盘存储器或缓存器。
所述处理器52在一些实施例中可以是一个或多个中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器52通常用于控制所述计算机设备5的总体操作。本实施例中,所述处理器52用于运行所述存储器51中存储的可读指令或者处理数据,例如运行所述处理产品数据的方法的可读指令,用于实现所述处理产品数据的方法。

在本申请的另一实施例中,该计算机设备还包括与所述总线连接的触摸传感器55,所述触摸传感55所提供的供用户进行触摸操作的区域称为触控区域。此外,这里所述的触摸传感器55可以为电阻式触摸传感器、电容式触摸传感器等。而且,所述触摸传感器55不仅包括接触式的触摸传感器,也可包括接近式的触摸传感器等。此外,所述触摸传感器55可以为单个传感器,也可以为例如阵列布置的多个传感器。
此外,该计算机设备还可以包括显示器54,该显示器54也可以称为显示屏或发送模块。在一些实施例中,该显示器54可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)触摸器等。所述显示器54用于显示在计算机设备中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。该显示器54的面积可以与所述触摸传感器55的面积相同,也可以不同。可选地,将所述显示器54与所述触摸传感器55层叠设置,以形成触摸显示屏。该装置基于触摸显示屏侦测用户触发的触控操作。
本申请还提供了另一种实施方式,即提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的处理产品数据的方法的步骤。

  1. 一种处理产品数据的方法,所述方法包括:
    管理处理系统接收用户终端发送的处理请求消息,其中,所述处理请求消息的包头包括身份标识,所述处理请求消息的数据段包括处理内容,其中,所述处理内容包括要求电子用印的信息、要求数据交换处理的信息或者要求电子制证的信息;
    所述管理处理系统确定所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,广播所述处理请求消息;
    消息中心接收所述管理处理系统广播的所述处理请求消息,确定取所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,所述消息中心以消息队列的方式广播所述身份标识和所述处理内容;
    管理服务平台读取所述消息中心广播的所述消息队列,根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子用印的信息通知与电子用印处理相关的系统完成电子用印处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求数据交换处理的信息通知与数据交换处理相关的系统完成数据交换处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子制证的信息通知与电子制证处理相关的系统完成电子制证处理。

  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述管理服务平台将所述数据交换处理单文件所包括的数据交换处理单信息广播给所述消息中心后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心将所述管理服务平台广播的所述数据交换处理单信息通过第二消息队列进行广播;
    管理系统监听到所述第二消息队列,根据所述第二消息队列所携带的所述身份标识完成合法性校验,根据所述第二消息队列包括的所述数据交换处理单信息进行相应的数据交换处理后广播数据交换处理完成指令;
    所述消息中心接收管理系统广播的所述数据交换处理完成指令。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述消息中心接收所述管理系统广播的所述数 据交换处理完成指令后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心通过第三消息队列广播所述数据交换处理完成指令;
    所述管理服务平台从所述消息中心监听到所述第三消息队列,根据所述第三消息队列包括的数据交换处理完成指令更新数据交换处理单据的状态,广播数据交换处理完成确定指令;
    所述消息中心接收所述管理服务平台广播的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述消息中心接收所述管理服务平台广播的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心生成第四消息队列和第五消息队列并进行广播,其中,所述第四消息队列包括所述数据交换处理完成确定指令,所述第五消息队列包括制证指示;
    所述管理处理系统监听到所述第四消息队列,根据所述第四消息队列携带的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令更新其保存的单据信息;
    制证系统从所述消息中心监听到所述第五消息队列,根据所述第五消息队列携带的制证指示完成制证流程。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述消息中心广播所述第四消息队列和所述第五消息队列后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心接收所述制证系统广播的凭证信息;
    所述消息中心根据所述制证系统广播的所述凭证信息生成第六消息队列并进行广播,其中,所述第六消息队列携带制证完成指令;
    所述管理服务平台从所述消息中心监听到所述第六消息队列,根据所述第六消息队列中的所述制证完成指令更新单据状态,并向所述消息中心广播制证完成确认消息;
    所述消息中心根据所述管理服务平台广播的所述制证完成确认消息生成第七消息队列并进行广播,所述第七消息队列携带所述制证完成确认消息;

    管理处理系统,用于接收用户终端发送的处理请求消息,其中,所述处理请求消息的包头包括身份标识,所述处理请求消息的数据段包括处理内容,其中,所述处理内容包括要求电子用印的信息、要求数据交换处理的信息或者要求电子制证的信息;确定所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,广播所述处理请求消息;
    消息中心,用于接收所述管理处理系统广播的所述处理请求消息,确定取所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,以消息队列的方式广播所述身份标识和所述处理内容;
    管理服务平台,用于读取所述消息中心广播的所述消息队列,根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子用印的信息通知与电子用印处理相关的系统完成电子用印处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求数据交换处理的信息通知与数据交换处理相关的系统完成数据交换处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子制证的信息通知与电子制证处理相关的系统完成电子制证处理。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下所述的处理产品数据的方法的步骤:
    管理处理系统接收用户终端发送的处理请求消息,其中,所述处理请求消息的包头包括身份标识,所述处理请求消息的数据段包括处理内容,其中,所述处理内容包括要求电子用印的信息、要求数据交换处理的信息或者要求电子制证的信息;
    所述管理处理系统确定所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,广播所述处理请求消息;
    消息中心接收所述管理处理系统广播的所述处理请求消息,确定取所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,所述消息中心以消息队列的方式广播所述身份标识和所述处理内容;
    管理服务平台读取所述消息中心广播的所述消息队列,根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子用印的信息通知与电子用印处理相关的系统完成电子用印处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求数据交换处理的信息通知与数据交换处理相关的系统完成数据交换处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子制证的信息通知与电子制证处理相关的系统完成电子制证处理。

  14. 如权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其中,所述消息中心接收所述管理服务平台 广播的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心生成第四消息队列和第五消息队列并进行广播,其中,所述第四消息队列包括所述数据交换处理完成确定指令,所述第五消息队列包括制证指示;
    所述管理处理系统监听到所述第四消息队列,根据所述第四消息队列携带的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令更新其保存的单据信息;
    制证系统从所述消息中心监听到所述第五消息队列,根据所述第五消息队列携带的制证指示完成制证流程。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的计算机设备,其中,所述消息中心广播所述第四消息队列和所述第五消息队列后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心接收所述制证系统广播的凭证信息;
    所述消息中心根据所述制证系统广播的所述凭证信息生成第六消息队列并进行广播,其中,所述第六消息队列携带制证完成指令;
    所述管理服务平台从所述消息中心监听到所述第六消息队列,根据所述第六消息队列中的所述制证完成指令更新单据状态,并向所述消息中心广播制证完成确认消息;
    所述消息中心根据所述管理服务平台广播的所述制证完成确认消息生成第七消息队列并进行广播,所述第七消息队列携带所述制证完成确认消息;
    所述管理处理系统从所述消息中心监听到所述第七消息队列,根据所述第七消息队列携带的所述制证完成确认消息更新单据状态为已制证。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,实现如下所述的处理产品数据的方法的步骤:
    管理处理系统接收用户终端发送的处理请求消息,其中,所述处理请求消息的包头包括身份标识,所述处理请求消息的数据段包括处理内容,其中,所述处理内容包括要求电子用印的信息、要求数据交换处理的信息或者要求电子制证的信息;
    所述管理处理系统确定所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,广播所述处理请求消息;
    消息中心接收所述管理处理系统广播的所述处理请求消息,确定取所述处理请求消息的数据段携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息时,所述消息中心以消息队列的方式广播所述身份标识和所述处理内容;
    管理服务平台读取所述消息中心广播的所述消息队列,根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子用印的信息通知与电子用印处理相关的系统完成电子用印处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求数据交换处理的信息通知与数据交换处理相关的系统完成数据交换处理,或根据所述消息队列包括的所述要求电子制证的信息通知与电子制证处理相关的系统完成电子制证处理。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述消息中心在收到所述管理处理系统广播的所述处理请求消息后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心根据所述处理请求消息所携带的所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息,对应地生成携带所述要求电子用印的信息、所述要求数据交换处理的信息或者所述要求电子制证的信息的所述消息队列。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述消息队列为第一消息队列,所述根据所述消息队列所包括的所述要求电子用印的信息通知与电子用印处理相关的系统完成电子用印处理具体包括:
    所述管理服务平台监听到所述第一消息队列时,根据所述第一消息队列所包括的所述身份标识进行合法性校验,如果校验通过,确定所述第一消息队列包括的内容是否为要求电子用印的信息;
    如果所述第一消息队列包括所述要求电子用印的信息,则所述管理服务平台向印章集中作业系统发送电子用印请求,并把数据交换处理单文件发送给所述印章集中作业系统; 所述管理服务平台接收所述印章集中作业系统完成电子用印后发送的电子用印后的数据交换处理单文件;所述管理服务平台向文件处理系统发送携带所述电子用印后的数据交换处理单文件的签报请求消息;所述管理服务平台接收所述文件处理系统根据所述签报请求消息完成审批后发送的签报成功消息;所述管理服务平台将所述数据交换处理单文件所包括的数据交换处理单信息广播给所述消息中心;
    如果所述第一消息队列没有包括所述要求电子用印的信息,所述管理服务平台向所述文件处理系统发送签报请求消息,所述签报请求消息携带所述数据交换处理单文件;所述管理服务平台接收所述文件处理系统完成审批后发送的签报成功消息;所述管理服务平台将所述数据交换处理单文件所包括的数据交换处理单信息广播给所述消息中心。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述管理服务平台将所述数据交换处理单文件所包括的数据交换处理单信息广播给所述消息中心后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心将所述管理服务平台广播的所述数据交换处理单信息通过第二消息队列进行广播;
    管理系统监听到所述第二消息队列,根据所述第二消息队列所携带的所述身份标识完成合法性校验,根据所述第二消息队列包括的所述数据交换处理单信息进行相应的数据交换处理后广播数据交换处理完成指令;
    所述消息中心接收管理系统广播的所述数据交换处理完成指令。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述消息中心接收所述管理系统广播的所述数据交换处理完成指令后,所述方法还包括:
    所述消息中心通过第三消息队列广播所述数据交换处理完成指令;
    所述管理服务平台从所述消息中心监听到所述第三消息队列,根据所述第三消息队列包括的数据交换处理完成指令更新数据交换处理单据的状态,广播数据交换处理完成确定指令;
    所述消息中心接收所述管理服务平台广播的所述数据交换处理完成确定指令。
