El dispositivo tiene además un muelle (4) en la cara inferior (5) en uso de la placa principal (2), que tiene una segunda abertura (6) bajo la primera abertura (3) de la placa principal (2), de menores dimensiones que esta primera abertura (3) y extensible hasta las dimensiones de dicha primera abertura (3).

Description

DISPOSITIVO DE SUJECIÓN DE BOTELLAS PARA MÁQUINA EXPRIMIDORA
DESCRIPCIÓN
Campo de la invención La presente invención pertenece al campo técnico de la industria agroalimentaria, y concretamente al de las máquinas exprimidoras de frutos, principalmente naranjas, aunque también otros cítricos. La invención se refiere a las máquinas exprimidoras que se utilizan en supermercados y otras superficies para el exprimido y embotellado de zumo por parte de los clientes, y más concretamente al soporte para botellas que se sitúa en la parte inferior de dichas máquinas exprimidoras para sujetar la botella que va a alojar el zumo.
Antecedentes de la invención
Son conocidas del estado de la técnica diversas máquinas exprimidoras de frutos automáticas, principalmente de naranjas, aunque también de otros cítricos. Estas máquinas pueden ser de carga manual o automática, y pueden presentar diferentes complementos o añadidos, aunque todos se basan principalmente en el movimiento de la naranja para que ésta sea cortada, exprimiéndose posteriormente las partes resultantes.
Estas máquinas exprimidoras se disponen en supermercados, centros comerciales y otras diferentes superficies, para uso y autoservicio de los clientes. Es decir, los clientes exprimen in situ su zumo y lo envasan en una botella proporcionada por el supermercado.
En la actualidad en la mayoría de estas máquinas exprimidoras se dispone de un soporte dispuesto en la parte inferior de la máquina, bajo la salida del zumo, para la sujeción de la botella, y evitar que el usuario tenga que sujetarla para llenarla. Este soporte consiste en una placa con una abertura para el alojamiento del cuello de la botella y sujeción de ésta.
Este tipo de soporte presenta el problema de que es válido únicamente para un diámetro específico de cuello de botella. Así, botellas con cuello de mayor tamaño no caben en el soporte, y botellas con cuello de menor tamaño no se sujetan en éste. Esto origina una limitación en cuanto a tipo y tamaño de las botellas, y con ello de proveedores que proveen éstas.
Es por tanto deseable un soporte para botellas para máquinas exprimideras que proporcione una adecuada sujeción a botellas con cuellos de diferentes tamaños, evitando los inconvenientes existentes en los anteriores soportes del estado de la técnica.
Descripción de la invención
La presente invención resuelve los problemas existentes en el estado de la técnica mediante un dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora, que está formado por una placa principal que se fija a la parte inferior de la máquina exprimidora, que tiene una primera abertura para el alojamiento de un cuello de botella, y un muelle dispuesto en la cara inferior de la placa principal. La cara inferior de la placa se refiere a la cara inferior cuando dicha placa está en uso, dispuesta en la máquina exprimidora.
El muelle tiene una segunda abertura bajo la primera abertura de la placa principal, y que tiene menores dimensiones que la primera abertura, siendo extensible al menos hasta las dimensiones de dicha primera abertura. De esta forma podrá albergar diferentes tamaños de cuello de botella, desde la dimensión de la segunda abertura del muelle, hasta la dimensión de la primera abertura de la placa principal, adaptándose la segunda abertura del muelle a la dimensión del cuello de la botella. Incluso, si el tamaño del cuello de botella es menor que la dimensión de la segunda abertura del muelle, la botella podría descansar sobre el muelle apoyando en un resalte de la boca de la botella, y en este caso el muelle no ejercería fuerza sobre el cuello de la botella. A medida que aumente el tamaño del cuello de la botella, éste extendería el muelle, y dicho muelle ejercería fuerza sobre el cuello para su sujeción. Es decir, el dispositivo de sujeción se adapta a la botella a sujetar.
Por tanto, otra ventaja adicional de la presente invención es que en el caso de que el tamaño del cuello de la botella sea mayor que la dimensión de la segunda abertura del muelle, la botella queda mejor sujeta e inmovilizada en el dispositivo de sujeción debido a la fuerza ejercida por el muelle, no siendo necesarios resaltes en la boca de la botella para sujetarse en la abertura.
De acuerdo con una realización particular de la invención, el muelle se dispone en la placa principal a través de una placa auxiliar, la cual tiene medios de fijación para sujetar el muelle, y una tercera abertura igual a la primera abertura y en coincidencia con ésta, que permite que la segunda abertura del muelle quede bajo la primera abertura de la placa principal.
De forma preferente, la placa principal está realizada en acero inoxidable. Preferentemente también, la placa auxiliar puede estar realizada en plástico.
Breve descripción de los dibujos
A continuación, para facilitar la comprensión de la invención, a modo ilustrativo pero no limitativo se describirá una realización de la invención que hace referencia a una serie de figuras.
La figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva de una realización del dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2 es una vista en planta inferior del dispositivo de sujeción de botellas de la figura 1, que muestra sus elementos esenciales.
La figura 3 es una vista en perspectiva de la placa principal del dispositivo de sujeción de botellas de las figuras 1 y 2.
La figura 4 muestra el muelle del dispositivo de sujeción de botellas de las figuras 1 a 3. La figura 5 muestra la placa auxiliar de la realización del dispositivo de sujeción de botellas de las figuras 1 a 3. La figura 6 muestra la disposición del muelle de la figura 4 en la placa auxiliar de la figura 5, en el dispositivo de sujeción de botellas de las figuras 1 a 3.
La figura 7 muestra el dispositivo de sujeción objeto de la presente invención fijado a una máquina exprimidora y sujetando una botella.
En estas figuras se hace referencia a un conjunto de elementos que son:

8. medios de fijación para el muelle

Descripción detallada de la invención El objeto de la presente invención es un dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora.
Tal y como se puede apreciar en las figuras, el dispositivo de sujeción está formado por una placa principal 2 que se atornilla a la parte inferior de la máquina exprimidora, y que tiene una primera abertura 3 para el alojamiento y sujeción de un cuello de botella 1, y un muelle 4 dispuesto en la cara inferior 5 de la placa principal 2.
Como se observa en las figuras, el muelle 4 tiene una segunda abertura 6 bajo la primera abertura 3 de la placa principal 2, y que tiene menores dimensiones que esta primera abertura 3, siendo extensible al menos hasta las dimensiones de dicha primera abertura 3, bajo la acción de la fuerza ejercida por el cuello de una botella 1 cuando se introduce en dicha segunda abertura 6. De esta forma el dispositivo de sujeción podrá albergar diferentes tamaños de cuello de botella 1, desde la dimensión más pequeña de la segunda abertura 6 del muelle 4, hasta la dimensión más grande, que se corresponde con la primera abertura 3 de la placa principal 2, adaptándose la segunda abertura 6 del muelle 4 a la dimensión del cuello de la botella 1, y ejerciendo fuerza sobre éste para su sujeción. Así, al introducirse una botella 1 con un cuello de un determinado diámetro en el dispositivo de sujeción, el muelle 4 se acopla a este diámetro. Cuanto mayor sea el diámetro del cuello de la botella 1, mayor será la fuerza ejercida sobre éste, estableciendo como límite la dimensión de la primera abertura 3 de la placa principal 2.
De acuerdo con una realización particular de la invención que se puede observar en las figuras, el muelle 4 se dispone en la placa principal 2 a través de una placa auxiliar 7, la cual tiene medios de fijación 8 para sujetar el muelle 4, y una tercera abertura 9 igual a la primera abertura 3 y en coincidencia con ésta, que permite que la segunda abertura 6 del muelle 4 quede bajo la primera abertura 3 de la placa principal 2. Así, el muelle 4 queda doblado y colocado sobre los medios de fijación 8 de la placa auxiliar 7, que tienen la forma adecuada para alojarlo.
La placa auxiliar 7 con el muelle 4 se fija a la placa principal 2 mediante elementos de unión 10, los cuales pueden ser preferentemente pequeños pomos que atornillan y fijan el conjunto, y que se pueden disponer en la cara inferior 5 de la placa principal 2, tal y como se observa en la figura 2, quedando así ocultos al usuario. Esta realización proporciona la ventaja de poder desmontar el conjunto para su limpieza de forma sencilla y sin herramientas.
De forma preferente, la placa principal 2 está realizada en acero inoxidable. Preferentemente también, la placa auxiliar 7 puede estar realizada en plástico.
Una vez descrita de forma clara la invención, se hace constar que las realizaciones particulares anteriormente descritas son susceptibles de modificaciones de detalle siempre que estén incluidas en el alcance de las reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora, que comprende una placa principal (2) configurada para fijarse a la parte inferior de una máquina exprimidora, que comprende una primera abertura (3) configurada para el alojamiento de un cuello de botella (1), caracterizada por que comprende un muelle (4) dispuesto en la cara inferior (5) en uso de la placa principal (2), que comprende una segunda abertura (6) bajo la primera abertura (3) de la placa principal (2), de menores dimensiones que la primera abertura (3) y extensible hasta las dimensiones de dicha primera abertura (3).
2. Dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora, según la reivindicación 1, en el que el muelle (4) se dispone en la placa principal (2) a través de una placa auxiliar (7) que comprende medios de fijación (8) para el muelle (4), y una tercera abertura (9) igual a la primera abertura (3) y en coincidencia con ésta.
3. Dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la placa principal (2) está realizada en acero inoxidable.
4. Dispositivo de sujeción de botellas para máquina exprimidora, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la placa auxiliar (7) está realizada en plástico.
