Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Parfümflasche 1 besteht aus einem Grundkörper 8 mit einer Sprühvorrichtung 4. Der Grundkörper 8 ist beispielsweise aus Kristallglas gefertigt. Auf der Außenfläche des Grundkörpers 8 können verschiedene Konturen als Markenname, grafische Elemente oder dergleichen ausgestaltet werden. Als Beispiel für solche Konturen ist in Fig. 1 eine sternförmige Darstellung mit dem Bezugszeichen 6 stilisiert. Im Innenraum des Grundkörpers 8 wird das Parfüm aufgenommen, das neben seinen flüssigen Komponenten auch feste Partikel 3 aufweist. Diese festen Partikel 3 sind beispielsweise extrem kleine Kugeln, Fäden oder sonstige geometrische Figuren als Glitzermaterialien oder aus Gold. Das Parfüm wird über die Sprühvorrichtung 4 aus dem Innenraum vom Grundkörper 8 entnommen und außerhalb von diesem versprüht, vorzugsweise auf die Haut der die Sprühvorrichtung betätigenden Person. Somit wird neben den funktionellen Vorteilen durch die erfindungsgemäße Nutzung eines Verwirbelungselementes 9 eine zusätzliche optische Aufwertung erreicht, so dass eine solche Variante eine besonders exklusive Parfümflasche 1 ergibt, die eine hohe Akzeptanz beim Kunden ergeben wird. Patentansprüche Claims

Parfümflasche, bestehend aus einem Grundkörper mit einer Sprühvorrichtung, wobei ein Parfüm im Innenraum des Grundkörpers aufgenommen, über die Sprühvorrichtung aus dem Innenraum entnommen und außerhalb des Grundkörpers versprüht wird und wobei das Parfüm neben flüssigen Komponenten auch feste Partikel aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im unteren Bereich vom Innenraum des Grundkörpers (8) der Parfümflasche (1) mindestens ein elektrisch betätigbares Element (9) zur Verwirbelung der sich im Innenraum befindlichen flüssigen Komponenten und festen Partikel (3) angeordnet ist, wobei dieses Verwirbelungselement (9) mit der Sprühvorrichtung (4) über zugeordnete Bauteile derart in Wirkverbindung steht, dass bei einer Bewegung einer Abdeckung für die Sprühvorrichtung (4) oder bei einer Betätigung der Sprühvorrichtung (4) der elektrische Antrieb zur Betätigung des Verwirbelungselementes (9) funktionswirksam geschaltet wird. 1.
