一种移动电源的存取设备 技术领域
本公开涉及但不限于移动电源技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动电源的存取设备。
背景技术
随着移动支付逐渐普及,人们的生活和消费习惯也在慢慢改变,其中,比较突出的变化是共享消费,例如共享单车、共享汽车等。手机在其中扮演着重要角色,同时,有些人也伴随着产生了“低电量焦虑症”。为了解决“低电量焦虑症”,共享的移动电源如雨后春笋般出现,无论是餐厅、咖啡厅、会所还是酒店,就连写字楼里,都有着共享移动电源的布置。
但是,移动电源的借出和归还又成为了一个难题。现有的设备,通常由伸出的锁止件插入移动电源的锁扣槽来锁定移动电源。其中,锁止件由设备上的动力单元推入或抽出锁扣槽,其提高了制造成本,且在断电情况下无法实现移动电源的归还和借出。
发明概述
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本公开至少一实施例提供了一种移动电源的存取设备,包括壳体,所述壳体设置有一端开口的安装腔,所述壳体外壁设置有锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括一伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆伸长时可通过所述壳体上对应的通孔穿入移动电源上的锁扣槽以锁定移动电源,所述伸缩杆收缩时退出所述锁扣槽以解锁移动电源。

具体实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本公开的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
针对相关存取设备的缺陷,本公开实施例提供了一种移动电源的存取设备,此存取设备利用可伸缩的伸缩杆实现移动电源的锁定,简化了结构,降低了生产成本,减少碳排放,节能环保。
下面结合实施例阐述本公开的移动电源的存取设备。
参照图1至图3,本公开实施例提供了一种移动电源的存取设备,包括壳体1,其中,壳体1内设置有安装腔5,该安装腔5的上端设有开口3,而移动电源2可由开口3插入安装腔5内,移动电源2的侧壁设有锁扣槽7,壳体1的内壁设有通孔9和伸出通孔9的伸缩杆6,上述伸缩杆6对应锁扣槽7设置,当移动电源2安装在该设备上时,伸缩杆6一端插入锁扣槽7内,实现移动电源2锁定在壳体1上。由此,锁定装置设置为控制伸缩杆6的伸缩,实现了移动电源2锁定和释放。
如图1至图3所示,伸缩杆6穿通通孔9内,伸缩杆6包括杆体19和弹簧(图中未示出),该杆体19一端水平伸入安装腔5,且其上部设有斜切面8,该斜切面8倾斜设置,而杆体19的另一端设置为于弹簧连接。由此,当斜切面8承受竖直向下的作用力时,该杆体19会克服弹簧向通孔9内移动,而失去作用力时,杆体19又会在弹簧作用下恢复到伸出通孔9的状态,实现手动归还,简化了结构,降低了生产成本,减少碳排放,节能环保。
上述锁定装置4包括处于壳体1的外壁且对应通孔9设置的电磁开关20,上述杆体19设有弹簧的一端设置在该电磁开关20的输出端,该杆体19为金属材质或套设有金属环。由此,该电磁开关20可在通电时可产生磁力,设置为吸引杆体19克服弹簧作用而退入到通孔9内,实现伸缩杆6完全退入通孔9并锁定,而且其还可控制夹持杆体19,锁止其位置,实现在伸缩杆6插入锁扣槽7时锁定伸缩杆6。
另外,该存取设备上还设有识别模块、通信模块和控制器,该控制器分别设置为与通信模块和锁定装置4电连接。当用户将移动电源2归还时,仅仅需要将其插入到安装腔6内即可,在插入的过程中,移动电源2的下部会挤压斜切面8,使得杆体19退回到通孔9内;直至移动电源2安装就位,伸缩杆6一端插入锁扣槽7内,干涉移动电源2向上取出,实现移动电源2的归还。值得注意地,上述过程无耗电,仅需手动操作即可。而在用户需要租用移动电源2时,存取设备的识别模块会识别移动电源的设备标识,访问租赁服务器,租赁服务器生成租赁授权信息,通信模块接收该租赁授权信息,将该租赁授权信息发送至控制器,控制器控制该锁定装置4对待租赁移动电源2解除锁定,即吸附伸缩杆6退入通孔9内,用户可抽出移动电源2,完成租赁过程。
在本公开另一个示例性实施例中,如图4所示,斜切面8设置在移动电源2的底部。由此,移动电源2在插入的过程中,其下部的斜切面8会挤压伸缩杆6,使得杆体退回到通孔9内,直至移动电源2安装就位,伸缩杆6一端插入锁扣槽7内,干涉移动电源2向上取出,实现移动电源2的归还。
在本公开又一个示例性实施例中,如图5至图8所示,安装腔内设置有活动件,该活动件设置为与安装腔滑动连接,该活动件为上端开口的活动套10,而移动电源2的下部安装在活动套10内。其中,活动套10套设在壳体1内,而且活动套10设置有容纳腔,移动电源2的底部安装在该容纳腔内,而活动套10对应锁扣槽7设有缺口12,以便伸缩杆6可插入到锁扣槽7内。该安装腔下部设置有凹陷的滑动腔11,滑动腔11提供给活动套10上下滑动的空间并上下限位活动套10。同时,为了引导活动件10滑动,该壳体1的侧壁设置有滑道17,滑道17设置为两条竖直延伸且相互平行的长条孔,相对应地,该活动件10的外壁设有两个突出的导向筋18,导向筋18分别伸入上述滑道17内。
另外,为了便于移动电源抽出,该壳体1上还设置有弹性件14,该弹性件14为弹簧,其两端分别与壳体1和活动套10连接,当移动电源2插入到壳体1底部时,弹性件14处于拉伸状态,弹性件14的弹力可带动移动电源2脱离壳体1。其中,壳体1的侧壁设有用于裸露其内部的开放孔13,壳体1的外壁设有第一固定凸起15,而活动套10的外壁设有第二固定凸起16,该第二固定凸起16伸出开放孔13,上述弹性件14设置在第一固定凸起15和第二固定凸起16之间。由此,当控制器控制该锁定装置4对待租赁移动电源2解除锁定后,吸附伸缩杆6已退入到通孔9内,弹性件14就可拉动活动套10和待租赁移动电源2向上移动,移动电源2逐渐突出壳体上端面,方便用户手动抓取移动电源2,省时省力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动电源的存取设备,包括壳体,所述壳体设置有一端开口的安装腔,其中,所述壳体外壁设置有锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括一伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆伸长时可通过所述壳体上对应的通孔穿入移动电源上的锁扣槽以锁定移动电源,所述伸缩杆收缩时退出所述锁扣槽以解锁移动电源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述安装腔内设置有活动件,所述活动件设置为与所述壳体滑动连接,所述移动电源安装在所述活动件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述壳体上设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与壳体固定,另一端设置为与所述活动件连接,所述弹性件设置为在所述移动电源解锁后带动所述移动电源脱离所述壳体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述伸缩杆的一端设置有倾斜的斜切面,所述斜切面设置为被竖直插入的移动电源挤压而推动所述伸缩杆收缩。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述活动件为套设在所述壳体内的活动套,所述活动套设置有容纳腔,所述移动电源承载在所述容纳腔内,所述活动件对应所述锁扣槽设有缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述壳体的侧壁上设置有滑道,所述活动套的外壁设有突出的导向筋,所述导向筋伸入所述滑道内,实现所述活动套与所述壳体间的滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,包括通信模块和控制器,所述控制器分别与所述通信模块和锁定装置电连接,所述通信模块设置为接收到租赁授权信息后发送给所述控制器,所述控制器设置为控制锁定装置动作,使所述伸缩杆收缩。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述壳体设有开放孔,所述壳体的外壁设有第一固定凸起,所述活动套的外壁设有第二固定凸起,所述第二固定凸起伸出所述开放孔,所述弹簧设置在所述第一固定凸起和第二固定凸起之间。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述安装腔内设置有凹入的滑动腔,所述活动套在所述滑动腔内上下滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的移动电源的存取设备,其中,所述锁定装置包括固定在所述壳体外壁的电磁开关。
