背景技术

请参照附图6-8,附图6是本实施例的一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的主机结构示意图,附图7是本实施例的一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的主机、操作键盘连接的示意图,附图8是本实施例的一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的操作界面平面图。所述主机(3)的下端固定连接有四个底轮(31),所述主机(3)的前面安装有手柄(32);在所述主机(1)的上端设有操作界面(33),所述的操作界面(33)由显示窗口(34)、A通道按键区(35)、B通道按键区(36)组成;所述的A通道按键区(35)和B通道按键区(36)均由开始键、停止键、时间增加键、时间减少键、代码输入键组成;所述操作界面(33)的右侧安装有电源开关(37),在所述电源开关(37)的上方安装有摇杆(38);所述主机(3)的右面设有磁性区域(39),所述的磁性区域(39)上吸附有操作键盘(6),所述的操作键盘(6)通过导线和主机连接;
请参照附图10,附图10是本实施例的一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的操作键盘结构示意图。所述的操作键盘(6)整体呈长方体状,所述操作键盘(6)的前面设有导线连接孔(61),所述操作键盘(6)的上面安装有六个按键(63),在所述按键(63)的上方设有压力显示屏(62)。
所述的硅胶套(5)为一次性用品。
所述的显示窗口(34)用于显示人体工学半球(16)压迫时的压力大小。
所述的时间增加键、时间减少键用于输入主机(3)的工作时间。
所述的代码输入键用于输入编写好的坐标代码。
所述的摇杆(39)和操作键盘(6)用于控制人体工学半球(16)压迫的方向和力度。
所述的显示窗口(34)和所述的压力显示屏(62)用于显示人体工学半球(16)压迫时的压力大小。
实施例2
请参照附图9,附图8是本实施例的一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的使用示意图。
所述耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统的使用过程及方法:
目前临床上经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术,因为膀胱镜进去切肿瘤的时候,病人是仰着的截石位,所以膀胱前壁的肿瘤在上方,需要主刀徒手按压病人耻骨联合上方的皮肤,使肿瘤暴露于视野中,但是主刀手很容易酸,且单手操作膀胱镜电切十分困难;所以这时候需要另一个助手在侧面进行按压;本发明趾骨上经尿道膀胱电切辅助压迫系统就是代替助手在侧面进行按压。
首先将机械手臂(1)通过固定装置(2)固定于手术台(7)上,由于固定装置(2)上板夹具(22)和杆夹具(23)的设计,使固定装置(2)可以固定于板状物体和杆状物体上,方便实用;
接着将一次性的硅胶套(5)套在人体工学半球(16)的表面;
然后计算出病人耻骨联合上方的皮肤坐标位置,接着编写出人体工学半球(16)的进步移动的坐标代码;然后将编写好的代码通过代码输入键输入主机(3);再通过时间增加键、时间减少键将主机(3)工作的时间输入。按动开始键,系统开始工作。当人体工学半球(16)移动到病人耻骨联合上方的皮肤坐标位置时,进行按压;使肿瘤暴露于视野中;接着主刀医师独自便可以进行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术。同时按压的压力大小可以通过显示窗口(34)观察。
需要说明的是,本发明的人体工学半球(16)的移动和进步移动的坐标代码的输入,类似于数控铣床上铣刀的移动和坐标代码的输入。
需要进一步指出的是:所述的主机(3)中装备有供电装置,所述的人体工学半球(16)上设有压力传感器,按压力度的大小可以通过压力传感器传输到主机(3)中,经过主机(3)的分析与处理后,在显示窗口(34)上显示出压力大小。
此外,主刀医生的助手也可以通过摇杆(38)或者操作键盘(6)操控机械手臂(1)使人体工学半球(16)按压病人耻骨联合上方的皮肤,使肿瘤暴露于视野中。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统包括机械手臂(1)、固定装置(2)、主机(3)、导线(4)、硅胶套(5)、操作键盘(6);
    所述的机械手臂(1)由伸缩杆(11)、大臂(12)、伸缩臂(13)、液压气缸(14)、方向调节杆(15)和人体工学半球(16)组成;所述伸缩杆(11)的上端固定连接有大臂(12),所述大臂(12)的头部连接有伸缩臂(13);所述的伸缩臂(13)一端和大臂(12)连接有、另一端连接有液压气缸(14);所述的液压气缸(14)下端连接有四个方向调节杆(15),所述的方向调节杆(15)的下端安装有人体工学半球(16);所述的人体工学半球(16)表面套有硅胶套(5);所述伸缩杆(11)的下端安装在固定装置(2)上;所述的固定装置(2)由连接管(21)、板夹具(22)、杆夹具(23)、旋转轮(24)、板夹具压板(25)和杆夹具压板(26)组成;所述的连接管(21)下端固定连接有板夹具(22),所述的板夹具(22)呈“匚”状,所述板夹具(22)的下端螺纹连接有旋转轮(24),所述的旋转轮(24)上固定连接有板夹具压板(25);所述板夹具(22)的左端垂直连接有杆夹具(23),所述的杆夹具(23)呈“匚”状;所述杆夹具(23)的左端螺纹连接有旋转轮(24),所述的旋转轮(24)上固定连接有杆夹具压板(26);
    所述的机械手臂(1)和所述的主机(3)通过导线(4)连接;
    所述主机(3)的下端固定连接有四个底轮(31),所述主机(3)的前面安装有手柄(32);在所述主机(1)的上端设有操作界面(33),所述的操作界面(33)由显示窗口(34)、A通道按键区(35)、B通道按键区(36)组成;所述的A通道按键区(35)和B通道按键区(36)均由开始键、停止键、时间增加键、时间减少键、代码输入键组成;所述操作界面(33)的右侧安装有电源开关(37),在所述电源开关(37)的上方安装有摇杆(38);所述主机(3)的右面设有磁性区域(39),所述的磁性区域(39)上吸附有操作键盘(6),所述的操作键盘(6)通过导线和主机连接;所述的操作键盘(6)整体呈长方体状,所述操作键盘(6)的前面设有导线连接孔(61),所述操作键盘(6)的上面安装有六个按键(63),在所述按键(63)的上方设有压力显示屏(62)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述 的硅胶套(5)为一次性用品。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的显示窗口(34)用于显示人体工学半球(16)压迫时的压力大小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的时间增加键、时间减少键用于输入主机(3)的工作时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的代码输入键用于输入编写好的坐标代码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的摇杆(39)和操作键盘(6)用于控制人体工学半球(16)压迫的方向和力度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耻骨上膀胱辅助压迫系统,其特征在于,所述的显示窗口(34)和所述的压力显示屏(62)用于显示人体工学半球(16)压迫时的压力大小。
