目前,振动电机在很多器械上得到应用。例如,大多数智能手机包含有振动电机以产生振动效果,某些玩具或按摩器械上也包含有振动电机。但现有器械,特别是玩具或者按摩器械所包含的振动装置的振动节奏通常是单一的,只是起到产生振动效果的作用,比较乏味。

图1是本发明中所涉及的振动装置100的结构示意图;图2是本发明中所涉及的振动装置100的爆炸图;图3是本发明中所涉及的壳体10的爆炸图;图4是本发明中所涉及的振动装置100的剖视图。
如图1至图4所示,本发明较佳实施例提供的一种振动装置100包括:壳体10、振动电机20、音频播放模块30、电路组件40和套体50。
在本实施例中,壳体10包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一壳体11围设形成第一容置空间119,第二壳体12围设形成第二容置空间129,第二壳体12与第一壳体11连接。第一壳体11由第一上壳111和第一下壳112通过螺纹连接而组成。第一壳体11的靠近第二壳体12的一端设有与第一容置空间119连通的第一开口118。第一上壳111和第一下壳112的外壁均设有卡槽117。第一上壳111和第一下壳112的内壁均设有凸筋116。在第一壳体11的靠近第二壳体12的一端还设有呈弧板状的端盖113,端盖113的内壁设有两个凸出部1132, 凸出部1132和卡槽117卡接,以令端盖113卡接至第一壳体11。端盖113还设有第三通孔1131。第二壳体12由第二上壳121和第二下壳122通过卡接而组成。第二壳体12的靠近第一壳体11的一端设有与第二容置空间129连通的第二开口128,第二壳体12的远离第一壳体11的一端设有与第二容置空间129连通的第三开口127。第二上壳121的侧面设有与第二容置空间129连通的第一通孔126,第二下壳122的侧面设有与第二容置空间129连通的第四通孔125。第二上壳121的内壁设有圆形凹槽。
在本实施例中,第一上壳111和第一下壳112锁合而将振动电机20压紧固定于第一容置空间119内。
在本实施例中,音频播放模块30位于第二容置空间129内且安装于圆形凹槽,可以通过过盈配合或粘接的方式固定于第二上壳121的内壁。音频播放模块30用于播放音频。
在本实施例中,电路组件40包括电池41、电路板42、按键43和导电端子44。电池41位于第一容置空间119内并与电路板42电连接。可以通过第一上壳111和第一下壳112锁合而将电池41压紧。电池41可以是可充电的锂电池。电路板42位于第二容置空间129内,可以通过螺钉将电路板42固定于第二上壳121或第二下壳122的内壁。振动电机20、音频播放模块30均与电路板42电连接。按键43安装在第二下壳122上,通过第四通孔125与电路板42连接。按键43用于控制振动电机20的启停。导电端子44安装在第二壳体12的远离第一壳体11的一端并从第三开口127伸出,导电端子44包括两个触点且均与电路板42电连接。导电端子44可用于对电池41充电。
在本实施例中,振动装置100还包括护网13和护盖14,护网13和护盖14安装于第二上壳121的外表面,护盖14位于护网13的远离第二上壳121的一侧。护网13覆盖设在第二上壳121的第一通孔126,护盖14设有第二通孔141,第二通孔141和第一通孔126存在相互重叠的区域,即第二通孔141可透过护网13和第一通孔126而与第二容置空 间129连通。
音频播放模块30发出的声音可以通过第一通孔126和第二通孔141传出去。护网13用于防止灰尘进入第二容置空间129内,护网13还有一定的防水功能。护网13可以粘接在第二上壳121的外表面,也可以通过护盖14压接于第二上壳121的外表面。护盖14与第二上壳121卡接。第一通孔126和第二通孔141可以正对着音频播放模块30的出声口,以提高声音的传播效率。第一通孔126和第二通孔141也可以与音频播放模块30的出声口错开,某些情况下可以产生特殊的音效。
在本实施例中,套体50包括第一套体51、第二套体52和连接管53,第一套体51和第二套体52分别覆盖第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一套体51和第二套体52由橡胶或硅胶制成。连接管53的两端分别与第二套体52和第一壳体11连接,连接管53可以与第二套体52一体成型。连接管53依次穿过端盖113的第三通孔1131和第一壳体11的第一开口118,而与第一壳体11卡接。连接管53的靠近第一壳体11的一端的外周设有环形凹槽532,第一上壳111和第一下壳112锁合时,凸筋116伸入环形凹槽532内以形成对连接管53的卡接。连接管53设有腔道531,腔道531经由第一开口118和第二开口128分别与第一容置空间119和第二容置空间129连通。由此,能够通过连接管53将第一壳体11和第二壳体12连接起来,并且,可以在腔道531内设置导线将振动电机20和电池41与电路板42电连接。第一套体51的靠近端盖113的一端设有第四开口511,第四开口511的轮廓与端盖113的外周轮廓一致。端盖113盖设于第四开口511。由此,第一套体51与端盖113配合能够将第一壳体11完全包裹住。第二套体52设有第五开口521,第五开口521的轮廓与护盖14的外周轮廓一致。由此,第二套体52与护盖14配合能够将第二壳体12完全包裹住。导电端子44从第二套体52穿出,可用于对电池41充电。套体50可以保护振动装置100的零部件及提高振动装置100的接触手感,也可以提高振动 装置100的使用安全性。第一套体51的外表面还可以设置纹路,以增加美观或改善按摩效果。
图5是本发明中所涉及的电路板42的原理图;图6是本实用新型中所涉及的控制模块421的原理图;图7是本发明中所涉及的振动电机20的驱动电路原理图。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,电路板42包括控制模块421、存储模块422,通讯模块423、信号放大器424、接口模块425、接口端子J1、接口端子J2和接口端子J3。存储模块422,通讯模块423、信号放大器424、接口模块425和接口端子J1均与控制模块421电连接,接口端子J2和接口端子J3与信号放大器424电连接。接口端子J1、接口端子J2和接口端子J3可以分别与电池41、振动电机20和音频播放模块30电连接。存储模块422用于存储音频数据,控制模块421用于根据音频数据控制振动电机20和音频播放模块30的工作。即控制模块421根据音频数据控制音频播放模块30播放音频,同时令振动电机20跟随音乐的节奏振动,从而能够令第一壳体11产生与音乐的节奏一致的振动效果。具体而言,控制模块421调用存储模块422内的音频文件并解码成音频信号,音频信号经信号放大器424放大后输出至振动电机20和音频播放模块30,使振动电机20随着音频信号的节拍振动,并通过音频播放模块30播放音频信号。通讯模块423、接口模块425、信号放大器424、存储模块422以及电池41分别电连接到控制模块421,振动电机20与信号放大器424电连接。其中,控制模块421包括单片机,通讯模块423包括蓝牙模块和/或WiFi模块,接口模块425包括MicroUSB接口、Type-C接口、光接口和插接端子中的一种或多种。
使用时,振动装置100通过通讯模块423或接口模块425以无线通讯或有线通讯的方式连接到电子设备,将音频文件下载并保存在存储模块422中。电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑,电子设备预先将音频文件存储至存储模块422中,控制模块421将音频文 件解码生成模拟音频信号,模拟音频信号经过信号放大器424放大处理后输入振动电机20和音频播放模块30,使振动电机20随着音频信号的节拍震动并带动第一壳体11震动,同时音频播放模块30也播放音乐。或者,振动装置100通过通讯模块423连接到路由器,再通过路由器连接到互联网,从而在互联网上获取音频文件并保存至存储模块422,控制模块421再将上述音频文件输入到振动电机20和音频播放模块30,以使振动电机20随音乐节拍震动,并使音频播放模块30播放出音乐。
如图6所示,控制模块421可以是CPU,控制模块421的引脚分别与接口J4、J5和J6电连接。J4用于接收音频数据,J4可以通过蓝牙或WIFI与电子设备连接,电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑,J4也可以与存储模块422连接。J5和J6可以分别与振动电机20和音频播放模块30电连接。控制模块421可以根据从J4输入的音频数据分别控制振动电机20和音频播放模块30的工作。具体地,控制模块421以1KHz的基准控制脉冲信号控制电流电压从J5输出占空比,控制振动电机20跟随音乐节奏振动。
如图7所示,振动电机20的驱动电路可以包括接口J5、J7、J8、电阻R1、电阻R2、电容C1、电容C2、电容C3、二极管D1和三级管M1。电阻R1、电阻R2、电容C1、电容C2、电容C3、二极管D1和三级管M1组成振动电机20的驱动电路。J7和J8分别与振动电机20的负极和正极电连接。控制模块421输出的信号从J5进入,通过控制由电阻R1、电阻R2和三级管M1组成的开关电路,能够控制振动电机20的工作。电容C1、电容C2、电容C3和二极管D1可以用于整流和稳压。在其他实施方式中,三级管M1可替换成MOS管。
在本实施例中,振动装置100能够一边播放音乐,一边随着音乐的节拍振动。振动装置100可以用于玩具产品上,令玩具产品一边播放音乐,一边运动,例如跳舞。振动装置100也可以用于按摩产品上,可以在按摩的同时欣赏音乐。振动装置100还可以用于音乐教学,可 以将第一壳体11握在手中感受音乐的律动。但本申请不对振动装置100的适用场景做限定。

Claims (10)
- 一种振动装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体,围设形成容置空间;振动电机,位于所述容置空间内;电路板,位于所述容置空间内,所述电路板包括控制模块和存储模块,所述振动电机和所述存储模块均与所述控制模块电连接,所述存储模块用于存储音频数据,所述控制模块用于根据所述音频数据控制所述振动电机的工作;音频播放模块,位于所述容置空间内并与所述电路板电连接,所述音频播放模块用于播放所述音频数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的振动装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体围设形成第一容置空间,所述第二壳体围设形成第二容置空间,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体连接,所述振动电机位于所述第一容置空间内,所述电路板和所述音频播放模块位于所述第二容置空间内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括按键,所述按键安装于所述第二壳体上并与所述电路板连接,所述按键用于控制所述振动电机的启停。
- 根据权利要求2所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括护网和护盖,所述护网和所述护盖安装于所述第二壳体的外表面,所述护盖位于所述护网的远离所述第二壳体的一侧,所述第二壳体设有与所述第二容置空间连通的第一通孔,所述护网覆盖所述第一通孔,所述护盖设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔和所述第一通孔连通。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括第一套体和第二套体,所述第一套体和所述第二套体分别 覆盖所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,所述第一套体和所述第二套体由橡胶或硅胶制成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括连接管,所述连接管的两端分别与所述第二套体和所述第一壳体连接,所述第一壳体设有与所述第一容置空间连通的第一开口,所述第二壳体设有与所述第二容置空间连通的第二开口,所述连接管设有腔道,所述腔道经由所述第一开口和所述第二开口分别与所述第一容置空间和所述第二容置空间连通。
- 根据权利要求6所述的振动装置,其特征在于,所述连接管与所述第二套体一体成型,所述连接管的靠近所述第一壳体的一端的外周设有环形凹槽,所述第一壳体的内壁设有凸筋,所述凸筋伸入所述环形凹槽内以形成对所述连接管的卡接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括端盖,所述端盖与所述第一壳体的靠近所述第二壳体的一端卡接,所述端盖设有用于容纳所述连接管的第三通孔,所述第一套体的靠近所述端盖的一端设有开口,端盖盖设于所述开口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振动装置,其特征在于,所述第二套体的靠近所述护盖的一侧设有避让口,所述避让口用于容纳所述护盖。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振动装置,其特征在于,还包括导电端子,所述导电端子安装于所述第二壳体的远离所述第一壳体的一端并从所述第二套体穿出,所述导电端子与所述电路板电连接。
