本发明公开了一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置,包括主体,还包括防尘装置和清洁装置,所述主体包括保护壳体,所述防尘装置包括固定杆和收纳筒以及限位杆,所述固定杆位于保护壳体的一侧,所述保护壳体的前表面固定连接有磁条,所述收纳筒位于保护壳体的内侧,所述收纳筒的内侧固定连接有收卷轴,所述收卷轴的两侧均固定连接有扭簧,所述扭簧的一侧连接有轴承;通过设计安装了收纳筒等,便于在不使用装置时,为装置表面遮蔽灰尘,解决了现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置收纳筒等装置,造成在不使用装置时,保护壳体直接裸露在外界,使得灰尘直接附着在保护壳体的表面,再次使用时需要二次清洁的问题。

一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置 技术领域
本发明属于对讲装置技术领域,具体涉及一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置。
背景技术
智能楼宇对讲装置集成防盗报警、视频监控、智能家居应用等功能。
现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置收纳筒等装置,造成在不使用装置时,保护壳体直接裸露在外界,使得灰尘直接附着在保护壳体的表面,再次使用时需要二次清洁的问题,且现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置主轴等装置,造成用户使用装置时,手指无法清洁,导致按键组的表面容易沾染油脂的问题,为此我们提出一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置收纳筒等装置,造成在不使用装置时,保护壳体直接裸露在外界,使得灰尘直接附着在保护壳体的表面,再次使用时需要二次清洁的问题,且现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置主轴等装置,造成用户使用装置时,手指无法清洁,导致按键组的表面容易沾染油脂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置,包括主体,还包括防尘装置和清洁装置,所述主体包括保护壳体,所述防尘装置包括固定杆和收纳筒以及限位杆,所述固定杆位于保护壳体的一侧,所述保护壳体的前表面固定连接有磁条,所述收纳筒位于保护壳体的内侧,所述收纳筒的内侧固定连接有收卷轴,所述收卷轴的两侧均固定连接有扭簧,所述扭簧的一侧连接有轴承,所述收卷轴的外表面连接有防尘布,所述防尘布的一端连接有固定杆,所述防尘布的内表面连接有柔性磁贴,所述限位杆位于保护壳体的底面。
优选的,所述清洁装置包括透明保护盖和主轴,所述透明保护盖位于保护壳体的一侧,所述主轴位于保护壳体的一侧内部,所述主轴的外表面固定连接有棉层,所述主轴的两侧表面均开设有限位孔,所述主轴的两端均连接有限位块,所述限位块的内侧连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接有限位凸起,所述限位凸起的一侧连接有限位板。
优选的,所述主体还包括摄像头和按键组,所述保护壳体的前表面固定连接有按键组,所述保护壳体的内侧固定连接有摄像头。
优选的,所述收卷轴与收纳筒之间通过轴承转动连接,且所述固定杆的两侧开设有限位凹槽。
优选的,所述防尘布内侧的柔性磁贴与所述保护壳体表面的磁条相互吸附固定,所述防尘布的表面设置有聚乙烯薄膜。
优选的,所述限位孔与主轴为一体式结构,且所述主轴与限位块与限位凸起均相互紧密连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过设计安装了位于保护壳体内侧的收纳筒等,便于在不使用装置时,为装置表面遮蔽灰尘,防止保护壳体的表面吸附灰尘,解决了现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置收纳筒等装置,造成在不使用装置时,保护壳体直接裸露在外界,使得灰尘直接附着在保护壳体的表面,再次使用时需要二次清洁的问题。
(2)通过设计安装了位于保护壳体一侧的主轴等,需要时可将用户的手指进行清洁,防止按键组的表面沾染手指的油脂,解决了现有的智能楼宇对讲装置,由于没有设置主轴等装置,造成用户使用装置时,手指无法清洁,导致按键组的表面容易沾染油脂的问题。

请参阅图1-图7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置,包括主体,还包括防尘装置和清洁装置,主体包括保护壳体3,防尘装置包括固定杆1和收纳筒8以及限位杆6,固定杆1位于保护壳体3的一侧,保护壳体3的前表面固定连接有磁条5,收纳筒8位于保护壳体3的内侧,收纳筒8的内侧卡合连接有收卷轴9,收卷轴9的两侧均卡合连接有扭簧10,扭簧10的一侧卡合连接有轴承11,收卷轴9的外表面连接有防尘布7,防尘布7的一端连接有固定杆1,防尘布7的内表面连接有柔性磁贴20,限位杆6位于保护壳体3的底面。
为了便于保证清洁装置的正常使用,本实施例中,优选的,清洁装置包括透明保护盖12和主轴13,透明保护盖12位于保护壳体3的一侧,主轴13 位于保护壳体3的一侧内部,主轴13的外表面固定连接有棉层14,主轴13的两侧表面均开设有限位孔16,主轴13的两端均连接有限位块15,限位块15的内侧连接有弹簧18,弹簧18的一端连接有限位凸起17,限位凸起17的一侧连接有限位板19。
为了便于保证主体的正常使用,本实施例中,优选的,主体还包括摄像头2和按键组4,保护壳体3的前表面固定连接有按键组4,保护壳体3的内侧固定连接有摄像头2。
为了便于保证收卷轴9的转动,本实施例中,优选的,收卷轴9与收纳筒8之间通过轴承11转动连接,且固定杆1的两侧开设有限位凹槽。
为了便于提升防尘效果,本实施例中,优选的,防尘布7内侧的柔性磁贴20与保护壳体3表面的磁条5相互吸附固定,防尘布7的表面设置有聚乙烯薄膜。
为了便于增加装置的紧密性,本实施例中,优选的,限位孔16与主轴13为一体式结构,且主轴13与限位块15与限位凸起17均相互紧密连接。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:该装置使用时,用户可先将透明保护盖12向上翻转,然后将需要与按键组4触碰的手指与棉层14接触,并向下滑动,重复二至三次,由于弹簧18和限位凸起17的限位,使得手指滑动主轴13时出现较强阻尼感,且迫使用户增加力度,使得手指与棉层14紧密接触并在棉层14表面滑动,即可将手指表面的油脂清洁,不使用装置时,抠动固定杆1并向下拉,即可带动收卷轴9转动并将防尘布7抽出,直至将固定杆1与限位杆6卡合,即可将固定杆1和防尘布7固定,此时防尘布7内侧的柔性磁贴20与保护壳体3表面的磁条5相互吸附,即可减少保护壳体3与防尘布7之间的间隙,有效隔绝灰尘。

  1. 一种建筑用智能楼宇对讲装置,包括主体,其特征在于:还包括防尘装置和清洁装置,所述主体包括保护壳体(3),所述防尘装置包括固定杆(1)和收纳筒(8)以及限位杆(6),所述固定杆(1)位于保护壳体(3)的一侧,所述保护壳体(3)的前表面固定连接有磁条(5),所述收纳筒(8)位于保护壳体(3)的内侧,所述收纳筒(8)的内侧固定连接有收卷轴(9),所述收卷轴(9)的两侧均固定连接有扭簧(10),所述扭簧(10)的一侧连接有轴承(11),所述收卷轴(9)的外表面连接有防尘布(7),所述防尘布(7)的一端连接有固定杆(1),所述防尘布(7)的内表面连接有柔性磁贴(20),所述限位杆(6)位于保护壳体(3)的底面。
