本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有身份识别功能的电子烟。 
背景技术
现有电子烟通常包括雾化装置和供电装置,雾化装置或供电装置上设置有用于电子烟工作的气流开关组件或按键开关,通过气流开关或按键开关开启控制电子烟工作,可以进行烟雾吸食。
所以任何拿到具有气流开关或按键的电子烟的人都可以吸食,这种方式极不卫生,特别是在多人吸烟场所或一个烟盒放置多根不同人吸的电子烟时极其容易弄混,产生交叉使用的情况,特别是导致小孩误吸。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的电子烟。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括壳体、电池、主控电路;还包括
与所述主控电路连接用于接收预设控制信号进而启动电子烟进入预工作状态的启动模块;
与所述启动模块及所述主控电路连接用于判断用户身份的身份识别模块,当所述电子烟进入预工作状态且所述身份识别组件判断用户身份合法时,所述身份识别组件向所述主控电路发出控制信号,使所述电子烟进入正常工作状态。
优选地,所述身份识别组件包括用于接收语音信息的语音录入模块;
与所述语音录入模块连接、用于判断所述语音信息与预设语音信息是否匹配并输出语音信息判断结果信息的语音对比判断模块,所述语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征,所述预设语音信息包括预设语音内容以及预设声纹特征。

如图1所示,是本发明的带有身份识别功能的电子烟,电子烟通过用户身份识别后,进入正常工作状态,如启动雾化装置工作,非用户本人无法通过电子烟的身份识别,由此可以保证用户本人使用,由此保证电子烟使用卫生,且提高专属感。以下分别进行详细说明。
第一实施例
请参阅图2,图2为本发明提供的第一实施例的带有身份识别功能的电子烟,其包括壳体、电池、主控电路1,还包括与主控电路1连接用于接收预设控制信号进而启动电子烟进入预工作状态的启动模块2,与启动模块2及主控电路1连接用于判断用户身份的身份识别模块3,当电子烟进入预工作状态且身份识别组件3判断用户身份合法时,身份识别组件3向主控电路1发出控制信号,使电子烟进入正常工作状态。
在本实施例中,该主控电路1包括但不限于微处理器、微控制器、数字信号处理器、微型计算器、中央处理器、场编程门阵列、可编程逻辑设备、状态器、逻辑电路、模拟电路、数字电路和/或任何基于操作指令操作信号(模拟和/或数字)的设备。
该启动模块2为轻触开关、气流传感器、压力传感器中的一种,或者多种相互配合,用户先通过该启动模块2唤醒该电子烟,使得电子烟进入到预工作状态中,此时雾化装置等并不启动。启动模块2还用于接收预设操作指令进而发出控制信号到主控电路1,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入休眠状态,可以理解的,当用户不使用该电子烟时,可以通过预设操作指令,如按压轻触开关两次,或者呼气一定次数,或者停止抽吸时间超过指定时间后,此时启动模块2发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入到休眠状态,直到下一次需要使用电子烟时才进行唤醒以及身份识别,可以有效防止电子烟在存储或运输过程中出现意外启动,并且可以节省电量,降低功耗。
进一步的,该身份识别组件3包括用于录入并存储预设语音信息的预设语音信息存储模块33,以及显示模块35。
电子烟还包括与主控电路1以及身份识别组件3连接、用于提醒用户输入身份识别信息的提醒模块4,以及与主控电路1以及身份识别组件3连接计时模块5,计时模块5用于当用户超过预设时间未输入身份识别信息则发送控制信号到主控电路1,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入休眠状态。该提醒模块4以及显示模块35可设于电子烟壳体表面。
在本实施例中,该预设语音信息存储模块33用于录入并存储预设语音信息,该预设语音信息包括预设语音内容以及预设声纹特征,可以理解的,其可以包括预设语音信息录入的麦克风以及用于预设语音信息存储的存储器件,该存储器件可由一个或多个存储组件所实现。于此,存储组件可以是诸如内存或缓存器等,但在此并不对其限制。内存可诸如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory;ROM)、随机存取内存(Random Access Memory;RAM)、非永久性内存、永久性内存、静态内存、易失存储器、闪存和/或任何存储数字信息的设备。
具体的,主控电路1接收到启动模块2的启动信号后,控制显示模块35显示特定状态,如:指示灯闪烁指定次数后常亮,提示可以进行预设语音信息输入,也可以是由主控电路1控制提醒模块4提醒用户进行预设语音信息的输入,进一步的,该提醒模块4可以包括蜂鸣器或者光学器件(如LED指示灯)或者振动马达等,并开启预设语音信息存储模块33,用户可根据个人喜爱录入预设语音信息(比如:嗨,开始吧)作为预设语音信息(包含语音内容信息以及声纹特征)并进行存储,预设语音信息录入完成后需要再次开启启动模块2,对当前预设语音信息进行存储确认,如果预设语音信息录入不成功,需要重启启动模块2以进行重新录入、存储确认。
上述的计时模块5还用于当用户在预设时间内没有进行预设语音信息输入时,发送控制信号到主控电路1,以进一步控制显示模块35或者提醒模块4对用户进行提醒,该预设时间可以根据用户个人习惯进行设置,如5秒、10秒等。或者,发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入休眠状态。
进一步的,身份识别组件3包括用于接收语音信息的语音录入模块31以及与语音录入模块31连接、用于判断语音信息与预设语音信息是否匹配并输出语音信息判断结果信息的语音对比判断模块32,语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征。
在本实施例中,主控电路1接收到启动模块2的启动信号后,控制显示模块35显示特定状态,如:指示灯闪烁指定次数后常亮,提示可以进行语音信息输入,也可以是由主控电路1控制提醒模块4提醒用户进行语音信息的输入,进一步的,该提醒模块4可以包括蜂鸣器或者光学器件(如LED指示灯)或者振动马达等,并开启语音录入模块31,上述的计时模块5还用于当用户在预设时间内没有进行语音信息输入时,发送控制信号到主控电路1,以进一步控制显示模块35或者提醒模块4对用户进行提醒,该预设时间可以根据用户个人习惯进行设置,如5秒、10秒等。或者,发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入休眠状态。
进一步的,该语音录入模块31可以是麦克风,当用户使用该电子烟时,对电子烟的麦克风输入特定的语音信息,比如:嗨,启动电子烟。又比如:嗨,开始吧。
此时,语音对比判断模块32对上述的语音信息进行判断,在本实施例中,该语音对比判断模块32包括语音内容判断模块以及声纹特征判断模块,可以理解的,语音内容判断模块对语音信息中的语音内容与预设语音信息中的预设语音内容进行对比判断,声纹特征判断模块对语音信息中的声纹特征与预设语音信息中的预设声纹特征进行对比判断,该声纹特征具有唯一性,当用户输入的语音信息与预设语音信息一致时,语音对比判断模块32发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟正常工作,如使得雾化装置工作。
如果语音信息录入不成功,需要重启启动模块2以进行重新录入、存储确认,或者语音对比判断模块32判断该用户身份不合法时(不是用户本人),则发送控制信号到主控电路1中,进而控制电子烟不工作,乃至控制提醒模块4发出警报信号。
可以理解的,该语音内容判断模块以及声纹特征判断模块可以同时工作,也可以由语音内容判断模块先对语音内容进行判断后,如语音内容与预设语音内容一致时,再由声纹特征判断模块对声纹特征进行判断,如语音内容与预设语音内容不一致时,则不启动该声纹特征判断模块,或提醒用户重新输入语音信息。当然,也可以是声纹特征判断模块先对声纹特征进行判断。
可以理解的,语音对比判断模块32也可以仅包括语音内容判断模块或声纹特征判断模块。
在本实施例中,该身份识别组件3包括用于存储语音信息和/或语音信息判断结果信息的语音信息存储模块34,该语音信息存储模块34可以与上述预设语音信息存储模块33的存储器件一致,也可以是独立设置的存储器件,可以理解的,该存储器件可由一个或多个存储组件所实现。于此,存储组件可以是诸如内存或缓存器等,但在此并不对其限制。内存可诸如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory;ROM)、随机存取内存(Random Access Memory;RAM)、非永久性内存、永久性内存、静态内存、易失存储器、闪存和/或任何存储数字信息的设备。
进一步的,上述的显示模块35还用于显示所述语音信息和/或语音信息判断结果信息。如当用户身份识别通过时,主控电路1控制显示模块35进行特定显示(如:指示灯常亮指定时间),并且开启电子烟;如当用户身份识别不通过时,显示模块35进行相应显示(指示灯闪烁指定次数),电子烟将不会工作。
本发明的电子烟能保证用户本人使用,避免非用户启动吸食,由此保证电子烟使用卫生,且提高专属感。
第二实施例
请参阅图3,图3为本发明提供的第二实施例的带有身份识别功能的电子烟,其包括壳体、电池、主控电路1,还包括与主控电路1连接用于接收预设控制信号进而启动电子烟进入预工作状态的启动模块2,与启动模块2及主控电路1连接用于判断用户身份的身份识别模块3,当电子烟进入预工作状态且身份识别组件3判断用户身份合法时,身份识别组件3向主控电路1发出控制信号,使电子烟进入正常工作状态。
在本实施例中,该主控电路1包括但不限于微处理器、微控制器、数字信号处理器、微型计算器、中央处理器、场编程门阵列、可编程逻辑设备、状态器、逻辑电路、模拟电路、数字电路和/或任何基于操作指令操作信号(模拟和/或数字)的设备。

在本实施例中,该预设语音信息存储模块33用于录入并存储预设语音信息,该预设语音信息包括预设语音内容以及预设声纹特征,可以理解的,其可以包括预设语音信息录入的麦克风以及用于预设语音信息存储的存储器件,该存储器件可由一个或多个存储组件所实现。于此,存储组件可以是诸如内存或缓存器等,但在此并不对其限制。内存可诸如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory;ROM)、随机存取内存(Random Access Memory;RAM)、非永久性内存、永久性内存、静态内存、易失存储器、闪存和/或任何存储数字信息的设备。

该身份识别组件3包括可与外部智能终端连接、用于接收外部智能终端发送的语音信息的蓝牙通讯模块36,还包括与蓝牙通讯模块36连接、用于判断语音信息与预设语音信息是否匹配并输出语音信息判断结果信息的语音对比判断模块32,语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征。
其中,该外部智能终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能手环、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、MP3、MP4等具有录音功能的终端。终端的操作系统可包括但不限于Android 操作系统、IOS 操作系统、Symbian(塞班)操作系统、Black Berry(黑莓)操作系统、Windows Phone操作系统等等。
 可以理解的,用户通过该外部智能终端的录音装置,如麦克风录入语音信息,并将该语音信息发送到电子烟的语音对比判断模块32中,该语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征。
此时,语音对比判断模块32对上述的语音信息进行判断,在本实施例中,该语音对比判断模块32包括语音内容判断模块以及声纹特征判断模块,可以理解的,语音内容判断模块对语音信息中的语音内容与预设语音信息中的预设语音内容进行对比判断,声纹特征判断模块对语音信息中的声纹特征与预设语音信息中的预设声纹特征进行对比判断,该声纹特征具有唯一性,当用户输入的语音信息与预设语音信息一致时,语音对比判断模块32发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟正常工作,如使得雾化装置工作。
可以理解的,该语音内容判断模块以及声纹特征判断模块可以同时工作,也可以由语音内容判断模块先对语音内容进行判断后,如语音内容与预设语音内容一致时,再由声纹特征判断模块对声纹特征进行判断,如语音内容与预设语音内容不一致时,则不启动该声纹特征判断模块,或提醒用户重新输入语音信息。当然,也可以是声纹特征判断模块先对声纹特征进行判断。
可以理解的,语音对比判断模块32也可以仅包括语音内容判断模块或声纹特征判断模块。
在本实施例中,该身份识别组件3包括用于存储语音信息和/或语音信息判断结果信息的语音信息存储模块34,该语音信息存储模块34可以与上述预设语音信息存储模块33的存储器件一致,也可以是独立设置的存储器件,可以理解的,该存储器件可由一个或多个存储组件所实现。于此,存储组件可以是诸如内存或缓存器等,但在此并不对其限制。内存可诸如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory;ROM)、随机存取内存(Random Access Memory;RAM)、非永久性内存、永久性内存、静态内存、易失存储器、闪存和/或任何存储数字信息的设备。
进一步的,上述的显示模块35还用于显示所述语音信息和/或语音信息判断结果信息。如当用户身份识别通过时,主控电路1控制显示模块35进行特定显示(如:指示灯常亮指定时间),并且开启电子烟;如当用户身份识别不通过时,显示模块35进行相应显示(指示灯闪烁指定次数),电子烟将不会工作。
在本实施例中,可以先在外部智能终端上进行语音信息录制,录音录入更成熟、可靠,便于对录制的语音信息进行设计、筛选,更易操作。无需在电子烟上设置麦克录制模块,减少电子烟体积,方便携带。
同时,本发明的电子烟能保证用户本人使用,避免非用户启动吸食,由此保证电子烟使用卫生,且提高专属感。
第三实施例
请参阅图4,图4为本发明提供的第三实施例的带有身份识别功能的电子烟,其包括壳体、电池、主控电路1,还包括与主控电路1连接用于接收预设控制信号进而启动电子烟进入预工作状态的启动模块2,与启动模块2及主控电路1连接用于判断用户身份的身份识别模块3,当电子烟进入预工作状态且身份识别组件3判断用户身份合法时,身份识别组件3向主控电路1发出控制信号,使电子烟进入正常工作状态。
在本实施例中,该主控电路1包括但不限于微处理器、微控制器、数字信号处理器、微型计算器、中央处理器、场编程门阵列、可编程逻辑设备、状态器、逻辑电路、模拟电路、数字电路和/或任何基于操作指令操作信号(模拟和/或数字)的设备。

启动模块2还用于接收预设操作指令进而发出控制信号到主控电路1,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入休眠状态,可以理解的,当用户不使用该电子烟时,可以通过预设操作指令,如按压轻触开关两次,或者呼气一定次数,或者停止抽吸时间超过指定时间后,此时启动模块2发送控制信号到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟进入到休眠状态,直到下一次需要使用电子烟时才进行唤醒以及身份识别,可以有效防止电子烟在存储或运输过程中出现意外启动,并且可以节省电量,降低功耗。
在本实施例中,该身份识别组件3包括可与外部智能终端连接的蓝牙通讯模块36,蓝牙通讯模块36可接收智能终端基于用户身份判断结果发来的控制信号并传送至主控电路1。
其中,该外部智能终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能手环、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、MP3、MP4等具有录音功能的终端。终端的操作系统可包括但不限于Android 操作系统、IOS 操作系统、Symbian(塞班)操作系统、Black Berry(黑莓)操作系统、Windows Phone操作系统等等。
 可以理解的,用户通过该外部智能终端的录音装置,如麦克风录入语音信息,并由该外部智能终端判断该语音信息是否与预设语音信息一致,当一致时,发送控制信号到电子烟中。
进一步的,该身份识别组件3还包括语音信息存储模块34,其用于存储外部智能终端发来的控制信号或者语音信息判断结果信息等。还包括与该语音信息存储模块34连接的显示模块35。当然,也可以不设置该语音信息存储模块34以及显示模块35。
可以理解的,该外部智能终端发送的控制信号可以先存储到该语音信息存储模块34中,再发送到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟正常工作。也可以经过蓝牙通讯模块36将控制信号发送到主控电路1中,由主控电路1控制电子烟正常工作。进一步的,如当接收到控制信号后时,主控电路1控制显示模块35进行特定显示(如:指示灯常亮指定时间),并且开启电子烟。
在本实施例中,可以先在外部智能终端上进行语音信息录制并进行语音信息的判断,外部智能终端录音录入更成熟、可靠,便于对录制的语音信息进行设计、筛选,更易操作。无需在电子烟上设置麦克录制模块,减少电子烟体积,方便携带。
同时,本发明的电子烟能保证用户本人使用,避免非用户启动吸食由此保证电子烟使用卫生,且提高专属感。
上述第一实施例、第二实施例、第三实施例中的身份识别还可以是指纹识别、虹膜识别以及人脸识别等,该电子烟上设置有摄像头、指纹采集装置、麦克风、触摸屏等等,启动电子烟或者外部智能终端的采集装置对用户的身份识别信息进行采集,包括但不限于:启动摄像头拍摄用户的人脸;或启动摄像头拍摄用户的虹膜;或启动指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹等。
其中,既可以是单个采集装置对用户的单个身份识别信息进行采集,也可以是多个采集装置对用户的多个身份识别信息进行采集。单独的一个身份识别信息或者多个身份识别信息的组合,其组合可以是有序的排列,也可以是无序的组合,通过摄像头、触摸屏等装置将这些身份识别信息采集起来。例如,电子烟或者外部智能终端启动指纹采集装置采集用户的指纹信息的同时,启动摄像头拍摄用户的人脸。
进一步的,请一同参阅图5-图10,是本发明的带有身份识别功能的电子烟,该电子烟包括壳体200,以及通过电池支架300设置于该壳体200内腔的电池400,壳体200上设有与该电池400连接的充电端口500,该电子烟还包括设于该壳体200内部且与该电池400电性连接的控制装置100,该控制装置100包括但不限于上述的主控电路1、启动模块2、身份识别组件3、提醒模块4以及计时模块5。
还包括通过弹性电极600与电池400电性连接的气流开关组件700,所述气流开关组件700通过气流开关支架701固定支撑在壳体200的内腔中。
该电子烟还包括雾化装置800,以及套设于该雾化装置800外周的雾化装置壳体900,在该雾化装置壳体900外顶端设有至少一层吸油棉901,还包括套设于该雾化装置壳体900以及吸油棉901外周的吸嘴201,该吸嘴201与壳体200紧密连接。
该雾化装置800设于该气流开关组件700上方。该雾化装置800包括底座801,以及至少一个导体802,该导体802穿设于所述底座801并与上述弹性电极600连接,进而与电池400连接以获得电能,还包括设于该底座801背离气流开关组件700一侧、并与导体802连接的发热组件803,以及围设于所述发热组件803的硅胶座804,该硅胶座804上设有导油棉805,该导油棉上设有多孔板806,该多孔板806上设有供导气管807插设其中的连接筒,在一些实施例中,该导气管807也可以直接设于该多孔板806中。
进一步的,前述的雾化装置壳体900顶部设有“Y”形导气机构,其底部与导气管807的顶部连接,该“Y”形导气机构上部与吸嘴201的顶部内侧壁相配合形成气流空间,该吸嘴201上设有至少一个吸气孔,该吸气孔与该气流空间连通。
该电子烟还包括设于壳体200上的进气孔202,该进气孔202、雾化装置壳体900外周与壳体200内壁以及导气管807及吸嘴201连通形成吸气通道。气流开关组件700控制气流进出以及气流流量大小。
当用户需要使用电子烟时,进行身份识别认证,当身份识别组件3判断用户身份合法时,则由主控电路1控制雾化装置等工作。当用户不使用该电子烟时,可以通过预设操作控制电子烟进入休眠状态。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括壳体、电池、主控电路(1);其特征在于,还包括
    与所述主控电路(1)连接用于接收预设控制信号进而启动电子烟进入预工作状态的启动模块(2);
    与所述启动模块(2)及所述主控电路(1)连接用于判断用户身份的身份识别模块(3),当所述电子烟进入预工作状态且所述身份识别组件(3)判断用户身份合法时,所述身份识别组件(3)向所述主控电路(1)发出控制信号,使所述电子烟进入正常工作状态。 
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括用于接收语音信息的语音录入模块(31);
    与所述语音录入模块(31)连接、用于判断所述语音信息与预设语音信息是否匹配并输出语音信息判断结果信息的语音对比判断模块(32),所述语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征,所述预设语音信息包括预设语音内容以及预设声纹特征。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括可与外部智能终端连接、用于接收所述外部智能终端发送的语音信息的蓝牙通讯模块(36),还包括与所述蓝牙通讯模块(36)连接、用于判断所述语音信息与预设语音信息是否匹配并输出语音信息判断结果信息的语音对比判断模块(32),所述语音信息包括语音内容以及声纹特征,所述预设语音信息包括预设语音内容以及预设声纹特征。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括可与外部智能终端连接的蓝牙通讯模块(36),所述蓝牙通讯模块(36)可接收所述智能终端基于用户身份判断结果发来的控制信号并传送至所述主控电路(1)。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括用于录入并存储所述预设语音信息的预设语音信息存储模块(33)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括用于存储所述语音信息和/或所述语音信息判断结果信息的语音信息存储模块(34)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述身份识别组件(3)包括与所述语音信息存储模块(34)连接、用于显示所述语音信息和/或语音信息判断结果信息的显示模块(35)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述启动模块(2)还用于接收预设操作指令进而发出控制信号到所述主控电路(1),由所述主控电路(1)控制所述电子烟进入休眠状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括与所述主控电路(1)以及所述身份识别组件(3)连接、用于提醒用户输入身份识别信息的提醒模块(4)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括与所述主控电路(1)以及所述身份识别组件(3)连接计时模块(5),所述计时模块(5)用于当用户超过预设时间未输入身份识别信息则发送控制信号到所述主控电路(1),由所述主控电路(1)控制所述电子烟进入休眠状态。
