技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其是指一种Profile的迁移方法、装置、SM-DP+及运营商后台系统。
背景技术
eSIM卡(embedded SIM,嵌入式SIM卡,或称为内置芯片式用户身份识别卡)的概念就是将传统SIM卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入设备中,用户无需插入物理SIM卡。eUICC(嵌入式通用集成电路)上可以保存一个或多个Profile(用户签约参数集),当某个Profile处于激活状态时,用户可以使用该Profile接入其归属运营商的网络。用户与运营商完成合约签署后,可以从SM-DP+(Subscription Manager-Data Preparation+,用户管理-数据准备网元)上下载Profile。
用户在更换eSIM设备时,通常希望在新设备上继续使用原有的手机号码。因为eSIM卡无法通过插拔的方式移到新设备上,按照相关的技术规范,用户要达到Profile迁移的目的,需要在新设备上重新订购、下载新的Profile,同时将旧设备上的Profile失效或删除。
相关技术方案存在如下缺点:
1)用户需要重新向运营商订购新的Profile,如果旧设备上eSIM包含多个Profile,则需要多次执行该操作。
2)SM-DP+需要生成新的Profile,同时回收旧的Profile;
3)运营商后台系统需要将手机号与旧Profile解绑,并绑定新的Profile,改动较大。
发明内容
本公开实施例的目的在于提供一种Profile的迁移方法、装置、SM-DP+及运营商后台系统。
本公开的一些实施例提供一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法,应用于用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括:
获取第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述目标Profile的迁移令牌;所述迁移令牌中携带目标Profile的标识信息以及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息;
接收第二设备发送的第二迁移请求信息,所述第二迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息、第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及所述迁移令牌;
根据所述第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息对所述迁移令牌进行检查,若检查通过,将所述迁移令牌中携带的目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定;
向第二设备发送所述目标Profile。
其中,所述根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述待迁移的Profile的迁移令牌之后,所述方法还包括:

如图1所示,本公开的一些实施例提供一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法,应用于用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括:
步骤11,获取第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
其中,待迁移的目标Profile可以是一个Profile,也可以是多个Profile,在此不做具体限定。
步骤12,根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述目标Profile的迁移令牌;所述迁移令牌中携带目标Profile的标识信息以及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识 信息;
步骤13,接收第二设备发送的第二迁移请求信息,所述第二迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息、第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及所述迁移令牌;
可选的,本步骤中,为避免他人操作第二设备发起迁移请求而导致用户损失,可以通过其它渠道向用户发送确认码,用户只有输入正确的确认码才能完成目标Profile在第二设备上的下载、安装操作。
步骤14,根据所述第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息对所述迁移令牌进行检查,若检查通过,将所述迁移令牌中携带的目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定;
步骤15,向第二设备发送所述目标Profile。
本公开的一些实施例中,第一设备一般为旧eSIM设备,第二设备一般为新eSIM设备,用户更换新设备之后希望继续使用原有的手机号码。
本公开的一些实施例中,用户可以一次性迁移旧设备上的一个或多个Profile至新设备;SM-DP+无需生成新的Profile,只需复用旧的Profile;则4)
运营商后台系统无需将手机号与新的Profile绑定,避免后台改造。
需要说明的是,本公开的一些实施例中步骤11和步骤12可以称为Profile迁移准备流程,Profile迁移准备流程为第一设备、运营商后台系统以及SM-DP+之间的交互流程;而步骤13、步骤14以及步骤15可以称为Profile迁移流程,Profile迁移流程为第二设备、运营商后台系统以及SM-DP+之间的交互流程。
可选的,步骤12之后,所述方法还包括:
向所述第一设备发送所述迁移令牌,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。则新、旧设备上的Profile不会共活,不会出现Profile克隆问题。
作为一个可选实施例,步骤11包括:
在运营商后台系统判定目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,接收所述运营商后台系统发送的所述第一设备的第一迁移请求信息。
具体的,第一设备向运营商后台系统发送第一迁移请求信息,运营商后 台系统判断其满足迁移条件时将所述第一迁移请求信息转发至SM-DP+。其中,该迁移条件可以是预先定义的,在此不做具体限定。例如,迁移条件为:目标Profile未与第一设备绑定;或者,第一设备不是特定类型的设备(如物联网设备,或者,手表等)。例如,运营商后台系统判定目标Profile与第一设备绑定,则目标Profile不满足迁移条件,否则,目标Profile满足迁移条件;或者,运营商后台系统判定发送第一迁移请求信息的第一设备为物联网设备,则目标Profile不满足迁移条件,否则,目标Profile满足迁移条件。
可选的,本公开的上述实施例中步骤15之后,所述方法还包括:
向运营商后台系统发送迁移结果,所述迁移结果包括:目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定。

可选的,本步骤中,为避免他人操作第一设备发起迁移请求而导致用户损失,需要对用户身份进行验证;例如:PIN保护、指纹或面部识别等。
步骤22,在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指示信息。
其中,该迁移条件可以是预先定义的,在此不做具体限定。例如,迁移条件为:目标Profile未与第一设备绑定;或者,第一设备不是特定类型的设备(如物联网设备,或者,手表等)。例如,运营商后台系统判定目标Profile与第一设备绑定,则目标Profile不满足迁移条件,否则,目标Profile满足迁移条件;或者,运营商后台系统判定发送第一迁移请求信息的第一设备为物联网设备,则目标Profile不满足迁移条件,否则,目标Profile满足迁移条件。
本公开的一些实施例中,运营商后台系统辅助完成的,即步骤21和步骤22为Profile迁移准备流程中的步骤。
进一步的,步骤22中将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+之后,所述方法还包括:
接收SM-DP+发送的目标Profile的迁移令牌,将所述迁移令牌发送给所述第一设备,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。则新、旧设备上的Profile不会共活,不会出现Profile克隆问题。

为了更清楚的描述本公开的一些实施例提供的Profile的迁移方法,下面分别对Profile迁移准备流程和Profile迁移流程进行详细说明。
如图3所示为Profile迁移准备流程:
1.用户在第一设备上选择要迁移的Profile,即目标Profile;
2.用户通过第一设备提交目标Profile迁移申请(即第一迁移请求信息),包含eSIM卡的标识EID1及目标Profile标识;
3.运营商后台系统检查目标Profile是否满足迁移条件;
4.若目标Profile不满足迁移条件(如:与第一设备绑定),则拒绝用户的Profile迁移请求,流程结束;
5.若目标Profile满足迁移条件,则运营商后台系统通知SM-DP+迁移申请,包含eSIM卡的标识EID1及目标Profile标识;
6.SM-DP+登记目标Profile的迁移请求信息,生成迁移令牌Token(Token可以是包含EID1、目标Profile标识及SM-DP+随机数等信息在内的MAC码,用于后续目标Profile的下载确认);
7.SM-DP+返回迁移令牌,运营商后台系统转发迁移令牌至第一设备;
8.第一设备接收到迁移令牌将目标Profile的状态设置为不可用,并保存迁移令牌。
如图4所示为Profile迁移流程:
1.用户在第二设备上触发目标Profile迁移申请(即第二迁移请求信息),第二设备需要提前从第一设备获取EID1(第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息)、迁移令牌(可采用蓝牙、WiFi直连或二维码扫描等方式);
2.用户通过第二设备提交目标Profile迁移申请(即第二迁移请求信息),包含第二设备的eSIM卡的标识EID2及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识EID1、迁移令牌;
3.SM-DP+根据EID1检查迁移令牌,若通过检查将目标Profile与EID2绑定;
4.若未通过检查,SM-DP+拒绝目标Profile迁移申请;
5.若通过检查,SM-DP+与第二设备交互完成目标Profile的下载,目标Profile成功安装后自动启用;
6.可选的,SM-DP+向运营商后台系统同步迁移信息。
综上,本公开的一些实施例提供了将Profile从第一设备迁移到第二设备的方法,SM-DP+无需生成新的Profile,只需复用旧的Profile;且运营商后台系统无需将手机号与新的Profile绑定,避免后台改造;进一步的新、旧设备上的Profile不会共活,不会出现Profile克隆问题。

如图7所示,本公开的一些实施例还提供一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移装置,应用于运营商后台系统,包括:
信息接收模块71,用于接收第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
信息发送模块72,用于在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指示信息。
可选的,本公开的上述实施例中,所述装置还包括:
令牌接收模块,用于接收SM-DP+发送的目标Profile的迁移令牌,将所述迁移令牌发送给所述第一设备,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。
综上,本公开的一些实施例提供了将Profile从第一设备迁移到第二设备的方法,SM-DP+无需生成新的Profile,只需复用旧的Profile;且运营商后台系统无需将手机号与新的Profile绑定,避免后台改造;进一步的新、旧设备上的Profile不会共活,不会出现Profile克隆问题。
需要说明的是,本公开的一些实施例提供的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移装置是能够执行上述用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法的迁移装置,则上述用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法的所有实施例均适用于该装置,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
如图8所示,本公开的一些实施例还提供一种运营商后台系统,包括处理器800和收发器810,所述收发器810在处理器800的控制下接收和发送数据,所述处理器800用于执行以下操作:
接收第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指示信息。
可选的,本公开的上述实施例中,所述处理器800还用于:
接收SM-DP+发送的目标Profile的迁移令牌,将所述迁移令牌发送给所述第一设备,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态 设置为不可用。
综上,本公开的一些实施例提供了将Profile从第一设备迁移到第二设备的方法,SM-DP+无需生成新的Profile,只需复用旧的Profile;且运营商后台系统无需将手机号与新的Profile绑定,避免后台改造;进一步的新、旧设备上的Profile不会共活,不会出现Profile克隆问题。
需要说明的是,本公开的一些实施例提供的运营商后台系统是能够执行上述用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法的运营商后台系统,则上述用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法的所有实施例均适用于该运营商后台系统,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种基站,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如上所述的应用于运营商后台系统的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法法实施例中的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的应用于运营商后台系统的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法实施例中的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可读存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
可以理解的是,本公开实施例描述的这些实施例可以用硬件、软件、固件、中间件、微码或其组合来实现。对于硬件实现,模块、单元、子模块、子单元等可以实现在一个或多个专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSP Device,DSPD)、可编程逻辑设备(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、通用处理器、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、用于执行本公开所述功能的其它电子单元或其组合中。
对于软件实现,可通过执行本公开实施例所述功能的模块(例如过程、函数等)来实现本公开实施例所述的技术。软件代码可存储在存储器中并通过处理器执行。存储器可以在处理器中或在处理器外部实现。
以上所述是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和 润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法,应用于用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括:
    获取第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述目标Profile的迁移令牌;所述迁移令牌中携带目标Profile的标识信息以及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息;
    接收第二设备发送的第二迁移请求信息,所述第二迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息、第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及所述迁移令牌;
    根据所述第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息对所述迁移令牌进行检查,若检查通过,将所述迁移令牌中携带的目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定;
    向第二设备发送所述目标Profile。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述待迁移的Profile的迁移令牌之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一设备发送所述迁移令牌,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向第二设备发送所述目标Profile之后,所述方法还包括:
    向运营商后台系统发送迁移结果,所述迁移结果包括:目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定。
  4. 一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法,应用于运营商后台系统,包括:
    接收第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指 示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收SM-DP+发送的目标Profile的迁移令牌,将所述迁移令牌发送给所述第一设备,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。
  6. 一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移装置,应用于用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述目标Profile的迁移令牌;所述迁移令牌中携带目标Profile的标识信息以及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息;
    接收模块,用于接收第二设备发送的第二迁移请求信息,所述第二迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息、第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及所述迁移令牌;
    检查模块,用于根据所述第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息对所述迁移令牌进行检查,若检查通过,将所述迁移令牌中携带的目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定;
    发送模块,用于向第二设备发送所述目标Profile。
  7. 一种用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据,其中,所述处理器用于执行以下操作:
    获取第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    根据所述第一迁移请求信息,生成所述目标Profile的迁移令牌;所述迁移令牌中携带目标Profile的标识信息以及第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息;
    接收第二设备发送的第二迁移请求信息,所述第二迁移请求信息包括第 一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息、第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及所述迁移令牌;
    根据所述第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息对所述迁移令牌进行检查,若检查通过,将所述迁移令牌中携带的目标Profile的标识信息与所述第二设备的eSIM卡的标识信息绑定;
    向第二设备发送所述目标Profile。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,其中,所述处理器还用于:
    向所述第一设备发送所述迁移令牌,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。
  9. 一种用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序;其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1-3任一项所述的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法。
  10. 一种用户签约参数集Profile的迁移装置,应用于运营商后台系统,包括:
    信息接收模块,用于接收第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    信息发送模块,用于在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指示信息。
  11. 一种运营商后台系统,包括处理器和收发器,所述收发器在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据,其中,所述处理器用于执行以下操作:
    接收第一设备的第一迁移请求信息,所述第一迁移请求信息包括第一设备的eSIM卡的标识信息以及待迁移的目标Profile的标识信息;
    在所述目标Profile满足迁移条件的情况下,将所述第一迁移请求信息发送至用户管理-数据准备网元SM-DP+;否则,向第一终端发送拒绝迁移的指示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的运营商后台系统,其中,所述处理器还用于:
    接收SM-DP+发送的目标Profile的迁移令牌,将所述迁移令牌发送给所述第一设备,以使所述第一设备根据所述迁移令牌将所述目标Profile的状态设置为不可用。
  13. 一种运营商后台系统,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序;其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求4或5任一项所述的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-3任一项所述的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法中的步骤;或者,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求4或5所述的用户签约参数集Profile的迁移方法中的步骤。
