第二方面,本申请还提供了一种手表,包括:表盘和与所述表盘连接的表带,所述表带为上述第一方面的任一实现方式中的表带。
本申请实施例提供的手表,由于采用了上述第一方面的任一实施例中的表带,表扣与表带本体的端部连接,表扣具有用于夹持表带本体的夹持腔,以及将表带本体插入夹持腔内的插入口,由于表扣可沿与表带本体平行的方向移动以使表带本体穿过插入口插入夹持腔,再通过弹性压紧件将表带本体压紧在夹持腔内以完成表带的佩戴,由于表带本体夹持在夹持腔内,且采用弹性压紧件将表带本体压紧在夹持腔内,这样可保障表扣的扣合牢靠性,随着表扣使用频率的增加,表扣的扣合牢靠性减弱的程度很小,相比现有技术的磁铁吸附和魔术贴粘附,可延长表扣的使用寿命,且本申请实 施例提供的表带根据手腕的环向尺寸,可通过调节层叠长度以使适配于手腕的环向尺寸,表带佩戴方便、调节方便,相比现有技术,能够提高用户体验度。
在第二方面可能的实现方式中,设置有所述表扣的所述表带本体层叠设置在其余所述表带本体的远离手腕的一侧。即手表佩戴后,设置有表扣的表带本体设置在远离手腕的一侧,这样能够提高用户佩戴舒适度。
在第二方面可能的实现方式中,所述表扣设置在所述表带本体的相对两端部的其中一个端部上,所述表带还包括回环件,所述回环件具有回环孔,设置有所述表扣的所述表带本体的端部穿过所述回环孔,所述回环件通过第一生耳轴与所述表盘铰接,所述表带本体的另一端通过铰接结构与所述表盘铰接。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例涉及表带及手表,下面结合附图对表带及手表进行详细描述。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种表带,参照图1、图2和图3,该表带包括表带本体1,表带本体1的端部设置有表扣3,表带本体1可层叠设置并通过表扣3与表带本体1的其余部分连接,参照图5和图6,表扣3内形成有用于夹持表带本体1的夹持腔301、以及将表带本体1压紧在夹持腔301内的弹性压紧件306,表扣3的侧面开设有可将表带本体1插入夹持腔301的插入口302,即表扣3可沿与表带本体1平行的方向移动以使表带本体1穿过插入口302插入夹持腔301。
具体实施时,只需表扣3沿表带本体1的侧面移动,以使表带本体1穿过插入口302插入夹持腔301内,实现表扣3与表带本体1的连接,佩戴方便,有效提高用户体验度。
参照图1、图2和图3,表带还包括回环件2,回环件2用于与表盘连接,回环件2具有回环孔201,设置有表扣3的表带本体1的端部穿过回环孔201且可沿回环孔201移动以调节未穿过回环孔201的表带本体1的长度,以使表带本体1的未穿过回环孔201的部分形成佩戴段101,穿过回环孔201的部分形成调节段102。
也就是说,可通过穿过回环孔201的表带本体1移动,以调节佩戴段101的长度尺寸,以使佩戴段101的长度尺寸适配于手腕的环向尺寸,具体操作时,只需拉动穿过回环孔201的调节段102运动即可,操作简单,会提高用户体验度。由于表扣3与调节段102连接,表扣3具有用于夹持佩戴段101的夹持腔301,以及将佩戴段101插入夹持腔301内的插入口302,表扣3的插入方向P平行于佩戴段101,即表扣3 采用侧滑的方式将佩戴段101夹持在夹持腔301内,且利用弹性压紧件306将佩戴段101压紧在夹持腔301内,相比吸附和粘结的方式,可保障表扣与佩戴段的扣合牢靠性。
采用弹性压紧件306将佩戴段101压紧在夹持腔301内,在将夹持佩戴段101的表扣3移出佩戴段101时,可施加与弹性作用力相反的力推动表扣3,以使表扣3脱离佩戴段101。例如,若弹性压紧件306对佩戴段101施加朝下的弹性作用力时,就可对表扣3施加朝上的推力,以使佩戴段101从夹持腔301内移出。
弹性压紧件306对佩戴段101的弹性压紧力可以朝上,也可以朝下;在具体佩戴时,由于佩戴段101靠近皮肤,为了增加弹性压紧件306对佩戴段101施加的弹性作用力稳定,优选于弹性压紧件306对佩戴段101的弹性压紧力可以朝下。
表带主体1呈带状结构,佩戴段101和调节段102在表带主体1上的布设方式具有多种情况,在一些实施方式中,参照图1、图2和图3,表带本体1沿其延伸方向形成有一个佩戴段101和一个调节段102,表扣3设置在调节段102的远离佩戴段101的端部;在另外一些实施方式中,参照图4,表带本体1沿其延伸方向形成有一个佩戴段101和两个调节段102,两个调节段102分别设置在佩戴段101的两侧,每一个调节段102的远离佩戴段101的端部均设置有表扣3。如图1和图2所示的佩戴段101和调节段102的布设方式相比如图4所述的佩戴段101和调节段102的布设方式,更适用于用户的使用习惯,且可满足用户对佩戴段101长度调节的要求。当表扣3沿插入方向移动,以使佩戴段101插入夹持腔301内后,为了防止佩戴段101在使用的过程中脱出插入口302,夹持腔301内设置有第一限位结构,第一限位结构用于阻止佩戴段脱出插入口,这样可保障表扣3与佩戴段101的连接强度,保障该表带的使用性能。
第一限位结构具有多种结构,在一些实施方式中,参照图7和图8,夹持腔301的与佩戴段101相配合的夹持面上开设有形成第一限位结构的限位槽305,限位槽305的延伸方向平行于佩戴段101的延伸方向,方佩戴段101夹持的夹持腔301内,可滑入限位槽305内,以阻止佩戴段101沿方向P1滑出插入口302。在另外一些实施方式中,第一限位结构包括设置在插入口302处的弹性挡板,通过弹性挡板阻止佩戴段101滑出插入口。如图7所述的第一限位结构,限位槽设置在夹持腔301内,不仅结构简单,设置位置也较隐蔽,不会影响整个表带的外形美观度。
当表扣3将佩戴段101连接后,为了防止佩戴段101沿与其延伸方向一致的方向移动,以使佩戴段101的长度尺寸发生变化,进而造成戴在手腕上的表带松垮,夹持腔301内设置有第二限位结构,第二限位结构用于阻止佩戴段101沿与其延伸方向一致的方向移动。
第二限位结构具有多种实现的结构,在一些实施方式中,参照图9,表扣3的夹持腔301的与佩戴段101相配合的夹持面上设置有防滑纹307,防滑纹307的延伸方向与佩戴段101的延伸方向垂直,即通过防滑纹307增加表扣3与佩戴段101的摩擦系数,以增加佩戴段101沿其延伸方向运动的阻力,防滑纹307具有多个,多个防滑纹307沿与佩戴段101的延伸方向一致的方向(P2方向)布设;当然,第二限位结构也可以为其他结构,任何用于阻止佩戴段101沿其延伸方向移动的结构均在本申请的 保护范围之内。若采用防滑纹作为第二限位结构时,结构简单,制造工艺也简单,且不会影响整个表带的外形美观度。
参照图5和图6,夹持腔301形成有呈上下相对布设的第一夹持面303和第二夹持面304,弹性压紧件306设置在第一夹持面303上,且用于对佩戴段101施加朝下的挤压力,第二夹持面上开设形成第一限位结构的限位槽,限位槽内布设形成第二限位结构的防滑纹。具体实施时,佩戴段101沿插入口302滑入夹持腔301内后,位于第一夹持面303上的弹性压紧件306对佩戴段101施加朝第二夹持面304的弹性压紧力,且佩戴段101处于限位槽内,并与防滑纹接触。通过弹性压紧件306施加的朝下的压紧力、和限位槽以及防滑纹的限定,增加了表扣3与佩戴段101的连接强度,以使佩戴在手腕上的表带不会出现松垮的现象。
弹性压紧件306具有多种结构,示例的,弹性压紧件306包括弹片、弹簧或者具有弹性的橡胶层。其中,弹片、弹簧或者橡胶层所具有的弹力可使佩戴段夹持在夹持腔内,佩戴段不会与夹持腔产生相对运动。
参照图5和图6所示的弹性压紧件306为弹片,弹片呈朝下弯曲的弧形结构,这样可增加弹片的弹性作用力。
在一些实施方式中,表带本体1可以选用金属材质的编织表带,也可以选用尼龙材质的编织表带,当然,也可以选用其他材质。
调节段102与表扣3的连接结构具有多种情况,示例的,调节段102与表扣3固定连接;再示例的,调节段102与表扣3通过卡扣结构卡接。本申请优选于通过卡扣结构卡接,因为这样便于拆装,若需要更换表扣时,也便于操作。
卡扣结构包括卡槽和与卡槽相配合的卡块,在一些实施方式中,表扣上开设有卡槽,调节段102上设置有卡块,在另外一些实施方式中,表扣上设置有卡块,调节段102上设置有卡槽。本申请优选于将卡槽开设在表扣上,卡块设置在调节段102上,因为在表扣上设置卡槽和在调节段102上设置卡块,制造工艺简单。
通常,表带本体1的横截面呈矩形结构,为了提高整个表带的外形美观度,在一些实施方式中,参照图5和图6,表扣3呈长方体结构,长方体结构的四个侧面中,与表带的侧面相对应的一个侧面上开设插入口,与开设有插入口的侧面相邻的两个侧面开设有开口,以供佩戴段穿过,与开设有插入口的侧面相对的侧面封闭。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种手表,该手表包括表盘和与表盘连接的表带,表带为上述实施例所述的表带。
也就是说,表带的表带本体1形成佩戴段101和调节段102,穿过回环件2的回环孔201的调节段102可沿回环孔201移动,这样就可根据手腕的环向尺寸,通过调节段102调节佩戴段101的长度尺寸,且调节方便,同时,本申请实施例提供的手表的表扣3未采用现有的结构较复杂的压扣式,而是采用夹紧式,即将佩戴段101穿过插入口302夹持在夹持腔301内,并通过弹性压紧件306将佩戴段102压紧在夹持腔301内,且表扣3可沿与佩戴段101平行的方向移动。具体操作时,只需将表扣3沿与佩戴段101相平行的方向移向佩戴段101,以使佩戴段101夹持在夹持腔内,佩戴方便,会明显提高用户体验度,另外,该手表的结构简单,外形美观大方。
为了进一步提高用户体验舒适度,调节段102层叠设置在佩戴段101的远离手腕 的一侧,且通过表扣3与佩戴段101连接。即手表佩戴在手腕后,调节段102设置在佩戴段101的远离皮肤的一侧,这样不会因为调节段102与皮肤贴近,调节段1与佩戴段101层叠设置给用户造成不适感。同时,将调节段102设置在佩戴段101的远离皮肤的一侧,也便于佩戴。
在一些实施方式中,回环件2通过生耳轴与表盘铰接,参照图1,回环件2上卡设有供第一生耳轴穿过的第一铰接孔202。在表带本体沿其延伸方向形成有一个佩戴段和一个调节段,表扣设置在调节段的远离佩戴段的端部的情况下,该手表还包括铰接结构,佩戴段101的远离调节段102的端部通过该铰接结构4与表盘铰接。示例的,铰接结构包括与佩戴段101连接的连接件4,连接件4通过第二生耳轴与表盘连接,连接件4上开设有供第二生耳轴穿过的第二铰接孔401。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种表带,其特征在于,包括:
    表带本体,所述表带本体的端部设置有表扣,所述表带本体可层叠设置并通过所述表扣与所述表带本体的其余部分连接;
    所述表扣内形成有用于夹持所述表带本体的夹持腔、以及将所述表带本体压紧在所述夹持腔内的弹性压紧件,所述表扣的侧面开设有可将所述表带本体插入所述夹持腔的插入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述表扣设置在所述表带本体的相对两端部的其中一个端部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述夹持腔内设置有第一限位结构,所述第一限位结构用于阻止夹持在所述夹持腔内的所述表带本体脱出所述插入口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的表带,其特征在于,所述夹持腔内设置有第二限位结构,所述第二限位结构用于阻止夹持在所述夹持腔内的所述表带本体沿与其延伸方向一致的方向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的表带,其特征在于,所述夹持腔形成有呈上下相对布设的第一夹持面和第二夹持面,所述弹性压紧件设置在所述第一夹持面上,且用于对所述表带本体施加朝下的挤压力,所述第一限位结构包括开设在所述第二夹持面上的限位槽,所述第二限位结构包括设置在所述限位槽内的防滑纹,所述防滑纹的延伸方向与所述表带本体的延伸方向垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述弹性压紧件包括弹片、弹簧或者橡胶层。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述表扣通过卡扣结构与所述表带本体的端部卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的表带,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构包括开设在所述表扣上的卡槽,以及设置在所述表带本体上的卡块。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述表带还包括回环件,所述回环件与表盘连接,所述回环件具有回环孔,设置有所述表扣的所述表带本体的端部穿过所述回环孔且可沿所述回环孔移动以调节未穿过所述回环孔的所述表带本体的长度。
  10. 一种手表,其特征在于,包括:表盘和与所述表盘连接的表带,所述表带如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的表带。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手表,其特征在于,设置有所述表扣的所述表带本体层叠设置在其余所述表带本体的远离手腕的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的手表,其特征在于,所述表扣设置在所述表带本体的相对两端部的其中一个端部上,所述表带还包括回环件,所述回环件具有回环孔,设置有所述表扣的所述表带本体的端部穿过所述回环孔,所述回环件通过第一生耳轴与所述表盘铰接,所述表带本体的另一端通过铰接结构与所述表盘铰接。
