Abstract

A method and a system for notification of an abnormal posture of a human body. The method comprises: by means of a camera, acquiring video frame data of human body posture in real time, and inputting the acquired video frame data into a preset neural network model (S101); by means of computation and analysis processing by the preset neural network model, determining whether the human body is in an abnormal posture, and calculating a first duration of the human body being in the abnormal posture (S102); if the first duration surpasses a first preset duration, then depicting the abnormal posture of the human body and performing overlapping comparison with a normal posture of the human body, and generating first notification information (S103); and displaying the first notification information (S104). The present invention is able to notify people to appropriately move their body and adjust their own posture, and cause people to have an awareness of the danger of abnormal posture towards the body.
