目前吸尘器中尘筒的打开及倒尘动作极为繁杂,市场上主流的方式是整体拆卸式和前端翻盖式,而前端翻盖式需要手动的打开扣位以实现前盖翻转打开动作,同样并不方便。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,现提供一种旨在能够实现自动倒尘功能的应用于吸尘器内的尘筒,用以克服上述技术缺陷。
具体技术方案如下:
一种应用于吸尘器内的尘筒,包括尘筒主体、盖体,且盖体下端铰接或柔性连接于尘筒主体的前侧下端,盖体能够相对于连接端翻转自动打开或在外力压迫下盖合至尘筒主体的前侧。
较佳的,盖体下端通过翻转构件铰接于尘筒主体前侧的下端。
较佳的,翻转构件包括连接轴、套装于连接轴外的固定套、嵌装于固定套内并套设于连接轴外的扭簧,且盖体和尘筒主体的下端边缘通过连接轴共轴相连,固定套卡接尘筒主体,扭簧一端抵接盖体外缘并给与盖体相对于尘筒主体翻转的力
较佳的,尘筒主体的下端开设有进尘口,用以连接至吸尘器的机架上连通的进尘通道。
上述技术方案的有益效果在于:

参阅图1至图5中所示,本实用新型提供的应用于吸尘器内的尘筒包括尘筒主体1、盖体2,且盖体2下端铰接或柔性连接于尘筒主体1的前侧下端,盖体2能够相对于连接端翻转自动打开或在外力压迫下盖合至尘筒主体1的前侧,用以封闭尘筒主体1的前侧开口。
基于上述技术方案,应用于吸尘器内的尘筒包括尘筒主体1和盖体2,且盖体2仅下端连接尘筒主体1,使得其在外部锁止部件解除锁止后自动翻转打开,以实现自动倒尘功能,无需额外的对尘筒整体拆卸或解除锁扣进行倒尘动作,极为便利,更能够实现一键倒尘的效果。
在一种优选的实施方式中,盖体2下端铰接于尘筒主体1前侧的下端。此外,盖体2也可通过例如软塑等柔性材质连接至尘筒主体1前侧下端,具体操作中只需要倾斜尘筒主体1,即可能够在重力作用下使得盖体2自动翻转打开。进一步的,盖体2通过翻转构件3铰接尘筒主体1,翻转构件3包括连接轴5、套装于连接轴5外的固定套6、嵌装于固定套6内并套设于连接轴5外的扭簧7,且盖体2和尘筒主体1的下端边缘通过连接轴5共轴相连,固定套6卡接尘筒主体1,扭簧7一端抵接盖体2外缘并给与盖体2相对于尘筒主体1翻转的力,使得其能够在脱离外部锁止部件的锁止状态后自动打开,但显然,该铰接结构中还可设计例如电磁驱动、翻转马达等多种结构实现,并不局限于 此。
