Abstract
本发明涉及一种振动穿戴装置,其包含一本体,所述本体包含第一层体与第二层体,第一层体与第二层体之间形成隔间,其中第一层体远离穿戴者的人体表面,第二层体靠近穿戴者的人体表面;另外本体包含至少一共振频率供应单元,所述共振频率供应单元依照一排列方式设置于所述第二层体内或所述隔间中,其排列方式可涵盖本体全部或局部。
Description
本发明涉及一种振动穿戴装置,特别是一种用于生物共振疗法的振动穿戴装置。
共振是指一物理系统在特定频率下,比其他频率以更大的振幅做振动的情形,这些特定频率称之为共振频率,在共振频率下,很小的周期振动便可产生很大的振动。大多数物体都具有固定的物理组成与结构,所以大多数物体都有其特定的共振频率,当大多数物体在一段时间内,接收带有共振频率的外来波动,不论是音频、光、机械式振动、电场波动或是无线电波等形式,均能累积这些能量,这样的外来波动即称为共振波。同种的生物体于不同层次,由细胞、组织、器官乃至于生理系统,都有一定的完整组成与结构,所以同种的生物体都会拥有相近的共振波频率。一般来说,人体各器官的自然共振波频率约介于3-17赫兹(Hz)的范围,任何带有特定强度与共振频率的波动,其对于特定生物层次有作用,即称这个波动为生物共振波。
生物共振疗法(Bio-resonance therapy)即是基于物理学中众所周知的共振原理,将此物理原理应用于生物体,透过一外加的波动频率,进而反转生物体内的频率或与之产生共振;透过适度的物理能量引起人体组织细胞发生和谐共振现象,会直接影响人体的脑电波、心率、呼吸节奏等,使细胞体产生轻度共振,使人的身体有一种充实、流畅的感觉。
生物共振疗法的实施方式包括向身体施加某些特定频率的各种方法。例如PCT公开号WO2012160549公开的生物共振疗法,将各种不同配方的频率产生源 压印或嵌入到单个载体上,该载体可以是软膏、乳膏、手镯、项链或手表等物体,并在用户身体上使用所述载体,以达到生物共振疗法的效果。
台湾专利公告号TWI524880B公开了一种生物共振波作用于生物体的控制系统及方法,其依据一生物体的生理信息产生对应的具变异性的生物共振波,将该生物共振波作用于生物体上,藉由生物共振波的作用,以达到调节或转化生物体的波动频率。
另一方面,台湾专利公告号TW180375提供的体感音响振动床,将一可接受低频的声音讯号而产生振动的振动单元装设于水床上,透过给予一适当的低频声音讯号,让与用户身体密接的水床传达此一体感音响振动,藉此能让使用者全身感受出具临场感的振动,并辅以设于水床附近的扬声器或连接于设于水床的端子的耳机而鉴赏音乐,让用户可得到配合音响的体感音响振动的同时,亦可得到如临场感的音乐美妙感受而使身心得以松弛,达到消除精神性压力的目的。
本发明申请人有鉴于前述已知技术,欲利用生物共振的原理并结合体感音响振动床的形式来提供一生物共振频率给予用户,藉以调节或转化用户的波动频率,达到生物共振疗法的效果。然而,受限于上述体感音响振动床的体积,使用者需要于宽阔的空间或限定的场域中方能使用上述振动床,大大降低了使用上的便利性。
因此,为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一方便轻巧的振动穿戴装置,本振动穿戴装置紧密包覆于穿戴者的身体表面并提供穿戴者一精确的特定频率,透过精确的特定频率传递给人体或人脑,藉此调节或转化穿戴者的波动频率使其可以达到生物共振的效果,该特定频率可以经过声音、光、远红外线、机械震动、电磁波或电流或其任意组合等形式传递。由于本发明装置所提供的特定频 率无需前述体感音响振动床所需较高功率,透过现行一般电源的优化即可提供穿戴者合适的特定频率,让穿戴者于短时间内可透过身体表面感受本发明装置提供的特定频率与刺激,迅速得到生物共振疗法的效果,使身体恢复原本协调波动频率的状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种振动穿戴装置,特别是一种用于生物共振疗法的振动穿戴装置。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种振动穿戴装置,其包含一本体,所述本体包含一第一层体与一第二层体,所述第一层体与所述第二层体形成一隔间,其中所述第一层体远离穿戴者的人体表面,所述第二层体靠近穿戴者的人体表面;以及至少一频率供应单元,所述频率供应单元依照一排列方式设置于所述第二层体内或所述隔间中,其中所述频率供应单元的所述排列方式可涵盖所述本体的全部或局部。

本实施例中的振动穿戴装置的第二层体42为一可传递振动的复合结构层,包含由棉、亚麻、羊毛、蚕丝、嫘萦(人造丝)、尼龙、特多龙、压克力纤维、醋酸纤维、三醋酸纤维、弹性纤维、玻璃纤维、金属纤维、橡胶纤维、氯丁橡胶复合织物、聚氯乙烯薄膜复合织物、不织布或上述之任意组合所构成。
本实施例中的振动穿戴装置,其所述频率供应单元的所述排列方式至少涵盖人体之一穴位位置,例如肩髃穴、膻中穴、中脘穴、神阙穴、天枢穴、气海穴、足三里穴、涌泉穴、命门穴、会阴穴、百会穴、三阴交穴等。
当使用者躺在前述习知技术的体感音响振动床上时,因为人体的重量重压可以使得同一振动源的同相位频率传遍全身,然而当用户使用穿戴装置时则无法达到这个效果,为克服这个技术问题,本发明提供的振动穿戴装置更特别设置了所述隔间,使得本发明的频率供应单元所产生的特定频率传递至所述隔间后,再利用隔间空腔的振动,扩大特定频率与皮肤的接触面积,藉以传递此特 定频率予人体表面,诱使人体大脑产生相应的生物共振反应,从而达到身心调节的效果。
本发明提供的振动穿戴装置,其中所述频率供应单元可以仅包含所述频率产生元件或是包含了所述频率产生元件与所述频率传导元件的组合,并藉由本发明中所述的控制元件发生的讯号来控制或调整所述频率产生元件产生的特定频率,使每个频率产生元件产生的特定频率得维持同相位的频率或波形。此外,频率传导元件为类似于导线的固体结构,其具有接触面积小但可以传递较远的特性,由于所述频率产生元件物理连接于所述频率传导元件,故所述频率产生元件所产生的特定频率可直接经由所述频率传导元件的传递,同步传导至所述隔间后,再利用所述隔间空腔的振动,扩大其与皮肤的接触面积,藉以传递此特定频率予人体感官,诱使人体大脑产生相应的生物共振反应。
本实施例中的振动穿戴装置可应用于生物共振疗法,让穿戴者于短时间内可透过身体表面感受本装置提供的特定频率与刺激,使其能够迅速得到生物共振疗法的效果,让穿戴者身体能迅速达到生物频率波动协调平衡的最佳状态。
本发明提供的振动穿戴装置,也可透过调整频率至舒曼波范围(7.8–10赫兹)的低频波动,并利用L.D.Usanova,A.D.Usanova,与A.V.Skripal("Analysis of Effect of Audiovisual on Parameters of Encephalogram and Rate of Pulsation Wave Propagation in Humans",Biomedical Engineering,Vol.46,No.1,2012,pp.25-28)或HelanéWahbeh,Carlo Calabrese,与Heather Zwickey("Binaural Beat Technology in Humans:A Pilot Study To Assess Psychologic and Physiologic Effect"The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine,Vol.13,No.1,2007,pp.25-32)提出的方法,提供穿戴者光线及声音的刺激,以调整穿戴者的脑波进入Alfa波 的频段,更可以达到最佳的精神放松效果。
本发明已透过上所述的实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此一技术领域具有通常知识者,在了解本发明前述的技术特征及实施例的情况下,当可在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围须根据权利要求所界定者为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种振动穿戴装置,其特征在于,包含:一本体,所述本体包含一第一层体与一第二层体,所述第一层体与所述第二层体形成一隔间,其中所述第一层体远离穿戴者的人体表面,所述第二层体靠近穿戴者的人体表面;以及至少一频率供应单元,所述频率供应单元依照一排列方式设置于所述第二层体内或所述隔间中,其中所述频率供应单元的所述排列方式可涵盖所述本体的全部或局部。
- 如权利要求1所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述频率供应单元包含至少一频率产生元件,所述频率产生元件可产生至少一特定频率。
- 如权利要求1所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述频率供应单元包含至少一频率产生元件与至少一频率传导元件的组合,所述频率产生元件物理连接于所述频率传导元件,所述频率产生元件可产生至少一特定频率,藉由所述频率传导元件传递所述特定频率,所述特定频率进入所述隔间后再利用所述隔间空腔的震动,扩大所述特定频率与皮肤的接触面积。
- 如权利要求2-3任一项所述的振动穿戴装置,其中更包含一控制元件,所述控制元件电性连接于所述频率产生元件,可发出一讯号控制或调整所述频率产生元件产生的所述特定频率具有相位一致的频率或波形。
- 如权利要求2-3任一项所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述频率产生元件产生的所述特定频率可直接或间接传导至穿戴者身体表面,其中所述特定频率的形式包含音频、光、远红外线、机械震动、电磁波、或交流电其中之一或其任意组合。
- 如权利要求2-3任一项所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述特定频率的刺激可以使穿戴者全部或部分身体的波动频率达到共振的效果。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的振动穿戴装置,其中更包含一光源输出元件,设置于穿戴者视觉范围内,可配合所述共振频率输出一可见光,提供穿戴者感官的刺激以加强所述特定频率对于穿戴者的作用。
- 如权利要求1所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述第二层体为一可传递振动的复合结构层。
- 如权利要求1所述的振动穿戴装置包含帽子、衣服、裤子、手套、袜子、鞋套、背背佳其中之一或其任意组合。
- 如权利要求1所述的振动穿戴装置,其中所述频率供应单元的所述排列方式至少涵盖人体之一穴位位置。
