请参阅图1,本申请提供一种移动终端100。移动终端100可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、 智能穿戴设备(智能手表、智能手环、智能眼镜、智能头盔等)、虚拟现实设备等。本申请以移动终端100是手机为例进行说明,可以理解,移动终端100的具体形式并不限于手机。移动终端100包括壳体30、处理器10及存储器20。其中,处理器10与存储器20电连接,存储器20可以存储处理器10处理后的数据或存储可以被处理器20执行的计算机可读指令。处理器10和存储器20收容在壳体30形成的收容腔内。
请参阅图2,本申请还提供一种可以用于图1的移动终端100的数据扫描方法。数据扫描方法包括:
01:获取触发关联信息;
02:判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件;
03:在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描数据,并在扫描数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息;
04:判断中断关联信息是否满足停止条件;和
05:在中断关联信息满足停止条件时,停止扫描数据。
请再参阅图1,本申请的数据扫描方法可以由移动终端100实现。其中,步骤01、步骤02、步骤03、步骤04及步骤05均可以由处理器10实现。也即是说,处理器10可以用于获取触发关联信息,并判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件。在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,处理器10开始扫描数据,并在扫描数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息。处理器10还用于判断中断关联信息是否满足停止条件,并在中断关联信息满足停止条件时,停止扫描数据。
手机上通常会安装有至少一个可以用于拍摄的应用,该应用可以对图片进行扫描(具体的扫描动作由处理器10执行)以获得图片中的人物、标签等信息。处理器10获取到人物、标签等信息后,可以根据人物、标签等信息来对图片执行后处理,例如,根据人物、标签等信息对图片做分类并将同一类别的图片制作成视频等;或者,处理器10还可以根据人物、标签等信息分析用户的喜好,并根据用户的喜好对用户做出推荐,如推荐制作视频的模板、背景音乐等等。
处理器10会在手机的屏幕为亮屏,或者在手机的屏幕熄灭且手机处于充电状态时在后台执行数据的扫描。但这种扫描方式既没有考虑到手机充电或使用时执行扫描可能引起的发热问题,也没有考虑到手机使用执行扫描可能引起的卡顿问题,使用这种扫描方式执行数据扫描将严重影响用户的使用体验。
本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法及移动终端100,通过设定触发条件和停止条件,在触发关联信息满足触发条件时才会扫描数据,并且在中断关联信息满足停止条件时会停止扫描数据,可以避免持续扫描引起的发热问题,还可以避免数据扫描引起的卡顿问题,从而在用户轻量使用、无感知的情形下进行扫描,提高了扫描速率,并提升了用户的使用体验。
在某些实施方式中,触发关联信息包括移动终端100的屏幕状态、移动终端100的电池状态、移动终端100的系统时间、扫描间隔时长、扫描中断因素中的至少一种。
其中,屏幕状态包括亮屏状态和熄屏状态;电池状态包括充电状态和非充电状态,扫描中断因素可以是屏幕状态由熄屏状态变为亮屏状态、温度过高、扫描的累计时长过长、移动终端100的剩余电量过低等等。
触发关联信息可以包括上述多个关联信息中的一个或多个。例如,触发关联信息可以仅包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、扫描间隔时长或扫描中断因素;或者,触发关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态和电池状态两种;或者,触发关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、及系统时间三种。或者,触发关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、及扫描间隔时长四种;或者触发关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、扫描间隔时长、扫描中断因素五种。
请参阅图3,在本申请的一个实施例中,触发关联信息包括屏幕状态及电池状态两种。步骤02判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件包括:

请再参阅图1,步骤021和步骤031均可以由处理器10实现。也即是说,处理器10可以用于判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、以及电池状态是否为充电状态。在屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为充电状 态时,处理器10在预定等待时长后开始扫描数据,并在扫描数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息。
具体地,在屏幕状态为亮屏状态时,无论电池状态为充电状态还是非充电状态,处理器10均不执行数据的扫描。可以理解,当屏幕状态为亮屏状态时,说明用户在使用移动终端100,移动终端100的内存已经被用户当前正在使用的应用所占用。而处理器10扫描数据是要占用较大内存的,如果在用户使用移动终端100过程中处理器10还在后台执行扫描数据的操作,则会使得移动终端100内存占用过大,可能出现移动终端100使用卡顿、不流畅的问题,甚至可能出现用户当前正在使用的应用被移动终端100强制关闭的问题,这将极大地影响用户的使用体验。在屏幕状态为亮屏状态且电池状态为非充电状态时,如果处理器10在后台扫描数据,那么不仅会导致内存占用过大的问题,同时处理器10后台扫描数据的消耗会加快移动终端100的电量消耗,这同样也会影响用户的使用体验。在屏幕状态为亮屏状态且电池状态为充电状态时,如果处理器10在后台扫描数据,那么不仅会导致内存占用过大的问题,还会使得移动终端100的充电速度降低,也会增加移动终端100的发热,使得移动终端100的温度过高,影响移动终端100的使用寿命。在屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为非充电状态时,处理器10也不执行数据的扫描。可以理解,当屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为非充电状态时,说明用户未使用移动终端100,此时处理器10扫描数据会消耗掉移动终端100的电量,这将给用户造成移动终端100未使用时电量也会急速消耗的错觉。
本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法只在屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为充电状态时才会触发处理器10执行扫描数据的操作。在屏幕状态为熄屏状态时,说明用户未使用移动终端100,此时移动终端100的内存占用较小,移动终端100具有足够的内存供处理器10执行扫描数据的操作。另外,虽然处理器10扫描数据会消耗电量,但是电池状态是处于充电状态下的,消耗的电量可以得到补充,可以避免给用户造成移动终端100未使用时电量也会急速消耗的错觉。此外,本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法中,在屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为充电状态时,处理器10不会立刻就扫描数据,而会等待预定等待时长之后才开始扫描数据,其中,预定等待时长的取值范围为[3min,20min],例如,预定等待时长为可以为3min、5min、7.5min、10min、13min、16min、18.4min、20min等等。可以理解,在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,此时屏幕可能处于刚刚熄灭的状态。屏幕刚刚熄灭说明用户刚使用完移动终端100,此时移动终端100还未进入静止状态。也即是说,用户刚使用完移动终端100时,用户使用移动终端100过程中启用的一些后台应用还未被关闭,处理器10需要执行后台清理的动作以关闭这些后台应用。那么在移动终端100刚刚熄屏的一段时间内,处理器10是比较繁忙的,如果在移动终端100刚刚熄屏时处理器10就开始扫描数据,则会加大移动终端100的功耗。而在预定等待时间后再扫描数据,则可以减小移动终端100的功耗。
请参阅图4,在本申请的另一个实施例中,触发关联信息包括屏幕状态、电池状态、及系统时间三种。步骤02判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件包括:

请再参阅图1,步骤022可以由处理器10实现。也即是说,处理器10可以用于判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、电池状态是否为充电状态、以及系统时间是否为预定时间。在屏幕状态为熄屏状态,电池状态为充电状态,且系统时间为预定时间时,处理器10确定触发关联信息满足触发条件。处理器10确定触发关联信息满足触发条件时即可开始扫描数据。
具体地,处理器10可以获取屏幕状态、电池状态及系统时间三个信息。其中,系统时间指的是移动终端100的系统时间,一般地,移动终端100的系统时间与移动终端100所处地域对应的时区的时间一致。在系统时间达到预定时间时,如果此时屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为充电状态,则处理器10会开始扫描数据。其中,预定时间可以是1:00~6:00中的任意一个时间,例如,预定时间可以是1:00、1:15、1:48、2:00、3:00、4:00、5:00、6:00等。可以理解,1:00~6:00中的任意一个时间均是处于深夜或凌晨的时间,这个时间下用户一般不会使用移动终端100,此时处理器10执行数据的扫描可以避免过多占用内存的问题。
移动终端100中可能安装有多个可以扫描数据的应用,不同的应用可以对应不同的预定时间。比如应用A的预定时间可以为1:00,应用B的预定时间可以为4:00,如果移动终端100在12:00开始熄屏并充电,则处理器10可以在1:00开始扫描应用A中的数据,在4:00开始扫描应用B中的数据。处理器10错开对应用A的数据和应用B的数据的扫描,如此可以避免同时扫描过多数据导致移动终端100发 热严重、耗能快等问题。
不同的移动终端100可以设置不同的预定时间,示例地,每个移动终端100的预定时间可以是移动终端100随机生成的,从而使得大多数移动终端100对应的预定时间可以不同。可以理解,处理器10扫描数据后生成的信息会传输到与存储有该数据的应用对应的服务器上。如果多个移动终端100的处理器10在同一个预定时间下开始扫描,那么多个移动终端100会在同一时间上传扫描后获得的信息(即扫描结果)至服务器,这将会造成服务器带宽负荷过大的问题,影响信息的传输。本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法随机配置多个移动终端100的预定时间以使多个移动终端100的预定时间不同,可以减小服务器的带宽负荷,保证信息的成功传输。
请参阅图5,在本申请的又一个实施例中,触发关联信息包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、及扫描间隔时长四种。步骤02判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件包括:

具体地,处理器10可以获取屏幕状态、电池状态、当前的系统时间、以及上一次扫描结束的系统时间,再根据这四个触发关联信息来判断是否要扫描数据。示例地,处理器10可以先判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态,在屏幕状态不为熄屏状态时,处理器10不执行电池状态以及两次扫描的间隔时长的判断;在屏幕状态为熄屏状态时,处理器10再判断电池状态是否为充电状态。在当前电池状态为非充电状态时,处理器10不执行扫描间隔时长的判断;在电池状态为充电状态时,处理器10计算当前系统时间与上一次扫描结束的系统时间之间的间隔,在间隔大于预设间隔时长时,处理器10开始扫描数据;在间隔小于或等于预定时间时,处理器10不扫描数据。当然,屏幕状态、电池状态、两次扫描的间隔时长三者的判断顺序并不限于此;或者,处理器10还可以同时执行屏幕状态、电池状态、两次扫描的间隔时长三者的判断等。
在间隔了预设间隔时长未扫描数据的情形下,当移动终端100进入熄屏状态以及充电状态时,处理器10立即开始扫描数据,可以快速地获取到扫描结果,扫描结果也可以快速传输给服务器。
请参阅图6,在本申请的再一个实施例中,触发关联信息包括屏幕状态、电池状态、及中断关联因素三种。步骤02判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件包括:

具体地,处理器10每一次扫描终止时都会记录引起该次扫描终止的因素(即扫描中断因素),扫描中断因素可以包括温度、剩余电量、扫描的累计时长、屏幕状态变化、电池状态变化、或者数据已扫描完毕中的一种或多种。本申请实施例中,在处理器10判断出屏幕状态为熄屏状态且电池状态为充电状态时,处理器10会进一步判断上一次扫描的扫描中断因素是否为屏幕状态从熄屏状态变为亮屏状态,如果不是,则处理器10可以等待预定等待时长后再开始扫描数据;如果是,则处理器10立刻开始扫描数据。可以理解,如果上一次扫描的扫描中断因素是屏幕状态从熄屏状态变为亮屏状态,则说明扫描进程是因为用户使用移动终端100导致的中断,此时可能出现数据仅扫描一小部分就被中断的情况。在确定屏幕状态为熄屏状态,电池状态为充电状态,且上一次扫描的扫描中断因素是屏幕状态从熄屏状态变为亮屏状态时,处理器10立刻开始扫描数据,可以尽快地对剩余的数据做扫描,也可以更快地向服务 器反馈扫描结果。
需要说明的是,本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法中,只要触发关联信息满足图3至图6的四个触发条件中的任意一个触发条件,处理器10就会扫描数据。在触发关联信息不满足图3至图6的四个触发条件中的任意一个触发条件时,处理器10就不会扫描数据。
请参阅图7,在某些实施方式中,步骤03在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描数据,并在扫描数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息,包括:

本申请的数据扫描方法中,数据可以包括图片和视频。其中,图片可以是静态图片,也可以是动态图片,比如GIF动图等。
预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描中的至少一种。示例地,预定扫描可以仅包括视频精彩片段、人物扫描、或标签扫描中的任意一种;或者,预定扫描可以同时包括视频精彩片段和人物扫描两种;或者,预定扫描可以同时包括视频精彩片段和标签扫描两种;或者,预定扫描可以同时包括人物扫描和标签扫描两种;或者,预定扫描可以同时包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描三种。其中,视频精彩片段扫描指的是识别一段视频中的精彩的片段。人物扫描指的是识别视频或图片中的人物。标签扫描包括识别视频或图片中的场景、物体等。
处理器10可以根据数据的量的大小将数据划分为一批或多批。具体地,数据的量较小时,处理器10将所有数据作为一批数据;数据的量较大时,处理器10将所有数据划分为多批数据。处理器10对数据执行预定扫描时,每次仅扫描一批数据。示例地,可以将50张图片作为一批数据,时长较短的单个视频作为一批数据,时长较长的视频可以分为多个片段,每个片段作为一批数据等。
具体地,在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,处理器10开始执行扫描数据的操作。处理器10首先会为当前要执行的扫描进程添加自保护(也可以理解为为当前要执行扫描动作的应用添加自保护)。如果当前的扫描进程所需要扫描的数据仅包括视频时,处理器10可以对当前的扫描进程设置第一保护时长的自保护,第一保护时长的取值范围可以为20min~40min,例如,第一保护时长可以是20min、23min、25min、27.8min、30min、32min、36min、39min、40min等。如果当前的扫描进程所需要扫描的数据仅包括图片,则处理器10可以对当前的扫描进程设置第二保护时长的自保护,第二保护时长的取值范围可以为5min~20min,例如,第二保护时长可以是5min、8min、10min、12min、14.5min、15min、17min、19min、20min等。如果当前的扫描进程所需要扫描的数据同时包括视频和图片,则处理器10可以对当前的扫描进程设置第三保护时长的自保护,第三保护时长的取值范围可以为25min~60min,例如,第三保护时长可以是25min、30min、35min、40min、45.8min、50min、53min、58min、60min等。添加自保护后,处理器10调用第三方软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)对当前所需扫描的数据做预定扫描。预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描和标签扫描中的至少一种。例如,预定扫描仅包括精彩片段扫描、任务扫描、或标签扫描;或者,预定扫描同时包括精彩片段扫描和任务扫描两种;或者,预定扫描同时包括扫描仅包括精彩片段扫描、任务扫描和标签扫描三种。当预定扫描为多种(两种或两种以上)时,处理器10对数据执行预定扫描具体为:处理器10串行执行多种预定扫描。例如,假设预定扫描包括精彩片段扫描、任务扫描和标签扫描三种,则处理器10可以串行执行三种预定扫描,其中,三个预定扫描的动作的执行顺序可以是任意的,在此不作限制。当然,在当前所需扫描的数据中不包含视频时,处理器10只需要执行人物扫描和标签扫描。在执行完三个预定扫描的动作后,处理器10释放对当前的扫描进程的自保护。随后,处理器10获取中断关联信息。如果中断关联信息不满足停止条件,则处理器10继续扫描下一批数据,处理器10会再依次执行为扫描进程添加自保护、对数据执行预定扫描、扫描完数据后释放自保护、获取中断关联信息的操作。如此循环往复,直至中断关联信息满足停止条件时,处理器10停止扫描;或者中断关联信息不满足停止条件,但多批数据已全部扫描完 时,处理器10停止扫描。其中,停止扫描数据指的是终止此次触发的数据扫描,直至触发关联信息再次满足触发条件时,处理器10才会再次开始新的一次数据扫描。如果数据未扫描完毕,比如仅扫描完3批数据,还有2批数据未扫描,则处理器10下一次扫描数据时,不会再对已扫描完的3批数据做扫描,仅会对2批还未扫描的数据做扫描。
可以理解,由于处理器10后台扫描数据的过程中会占用较大内存,存在扫描进程被强制关闭的风险,因此需要对当前的扫描进程添加自保护功能。如此,可以确保在处理器10扫描一批数据的过程中,扫描进程不会被强制关闭,打断扫描的连续性。根据数据的类型来设置自保护的时长,可以灵活地管控扫描进程,满足各类型数据的处理需求。另外,将数据分批进行扫描,可以避免一次需要扫描的数据量过大,无法及时响应中断,出现移动终端100温度过高、电量过低等等问题。
在某些实施方式中,中断关联信息包括移动终端100的屏幕状态、移动终端100的电池状态、移动终端100的系统时间、移动终端100的剩余电量、移动终端100的温度、执行扫描的累计时长中的至少一种。示例地,中断关联信息可以仅包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量、温度或执行扫描的累计时长中的任意一种;或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态和电池状态两种;或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括剩余电量和温度两种;或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态和温度三种;或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间和剩余电量四种;或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量和温度五种。或者,中断关联信息可以同时包括屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量、温度和执行扫描的累计时长六种。

其中,第一预定时间范围可以是[0:00,8:00],第一预定时间范围可以理解为夜晚时段;第一电量阈值的取值范围可以为20%~35%,例如,第一电量阈值可以是20%、25%、28.9%、30%、32%、34%、35%等。第二预定时间范围可以是(8:00,24:00),第二预定时间范围可以理解为非夜晚时段;第二点亮阈值的取值范围可以是40%~55%,例如,第二电量阈值可以是40%、45%、48.9%、50%、51%、53%、55%等。
具体地,在处理器10执行完一批数据的扫描后,处理器10先不执行下一批数据的扫描,而是先判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、电池状态是否为充电状态、系统时间是否位于第一预定时间范围内、以及剩余电量是否大于第一电量阈值,如果屏幕状态为熄屏状态,电池状态为充电状态,系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内,且剩余电量大于第一电量阈值,则处理器10确定中断关联信息不满足停止条件,处 理器10会扫描下一批数据。中断关联信息满足停止条件包括:(1)屏幕状态为亮屏状态;(2)电池状态为非充电状态;(3)系统时间处于第一预定时间范围内但剩余电量小于或等于第一电量阈值。中断关联信息满足停止条件时,处理器10会判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、电池状态是否为充电状态、系统时间是否位于第二预定时间范围内、以及剩余电量是否大于第二电量阈值。如果屏幕状态为熄屏状态,电池状态为充电状态,系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内,且剩余电量大于第二电量阈值,则处理器10确定中断关联信息不满足停止条件,处理器10会扫描下一批数据。中断关联信息满足停止条件包括:(1)屏幕状态为亮屏状态;电池状态为非充电状态;(2)系统时间处于第二预定时间范围内但剩余电量小于或等于第二电量阈值。中断关联信息满足停止条件时,处理器10停止扫描数据。
可以理解,如果扫描过程中屏幕亮屏说明用户要使用移动终端100了,此时如果还扫描数据则很可能造成移动终端100运行卡顿的问题。如果扫描过程中停止给移动终端100充电,此时如果还扫描数据,则会给用户造成移动终端100电池损坏,才导致未使用过程中也大量耗电的错觉。如果系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内,但剩余电量小于或等于第一电量阈值,此时如果还扫描数据,则可能导致电池迟迟无法充满电的问题。如果系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内,但剩余电量小于或等于第二电量阈值,此时如果还扫描数据,则可能导致电池无法较快充满电,影响用户使用的问题。
本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法中,设置屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间和剩余电量四种中断关联信息作为是否停止扫描的判断依据,从而可以在不影响用户使用的前提下进行扫描,提高扫描效率和用户使用体验。另外,考虑到用户白天会较多地使用移动终端100,对充电速度的要求较高,本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法对不同的时段设置不同的电量阈值,白天时段的第二电量阈值大于夜晚时段的第一电量阈值,可以进一步地改善用户的使用体验。
当然,在某些实施方式中,处理器10也可以先执行步骤042的判断,再执行步骤041的判断,在此不作限制。

其中,第一电量阈值小于第二电量阈值,且第一预定范围、第二预定范围、第一电量阈值、第二电量阈值与图8所示实施例中的一致,在此不再赘述。
具体地,在处理器10执行完一批数据的扫描后,处理器10先不执行下一批数据的扫描,而是先判断判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、电池状态是否为充电状态、系统时间是否位于第一预定时间范围内、剩余电量是否大于第一电量阈值、温度是否小于预定温度、以及累计时长是否小于预定累计时长,如果屏幕状态为熄屏状态、电池状态为充电状态、系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内、剩余电量大于第一电量阈值、温度小于预定温度、以及累计时长小于预定累计时长,则处理器10确定中断关联信息不满足停止条件,处理器10会扫描下一批数据。中断关联信息满足停止条件包括:(1)屏幕状态为亮屏状态;(2)电池状态为非充电状态;(3)温度大于或等于预定温度;(4)累计时长大于或等于预定累计时长; (5)系统时间处于第一预定时间范围内但剩余电量小于或等于第一电量阈值。中断关联信息满足停止条件时,处理器10会进一步判断屏幕状态是否为熄屏状态、电池状态是否为充电状态、系统时间是否位于第二预定时间范围内、剩余电量是否大于第二电量阈值、温度是否小于预定温度、以及累计时长是否小于预定累计时长。如果即屏幕状态为熄屏状态、电池状态为充电状态、系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内、剩余电量大于第二电量阈值、温度小于预定温度、以及累计时长小于预定累计时长,则处理器10确定中断关联信息不满足停止条件,处理器10会扫描下一批数据。中断关联信息满足停止条件包括:(1)屏幕状态为亮屏状态;(2)电池状态为非充电状态;3)温度大于或等于预定温度;(4)累计时长大于或等于预定累计时长;(5)系统时间处于第二预定时间范围内但剩余电量小于或等于第二电量阈值。中断关联信息满足停止条件时,处理器10停止扫描数据。
本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法中,设置屏幕状态、电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量、温度和执行扫描的累计时长六种中断关联信息作为是否停止扫描的判断依据,从而可以在不影响用户使用的前提下进行扫描,提高扫描效率和用户使用体验。另外,考虑到用户白天会较多地使用移动终端100,对充电速度的要求较高,本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法对不同的时段设置不同的电量阈值,白天时段的第二电量阈值大于夜晚时段的第一电量阈值,可以进一步地改善用户的使用体验。
当然,在某些实施方式中,处理器10也可以先执行步骤046的判断,再执行步骤045的判断,在此不作限制。
请参阅图12,在某些实施方式中,移动终端100包括当前应用和除当前引用以外的其他应用,数据扫描方法还包括:
06:判断当前时间下是否有其他应用在扫描其他数据;
在不存在其他应用扫描其他数据时,当前应用开始扫描数据;
07:在存在其他应用扫描其他数据时,当前应用取消扫描数据。
请再参阅图1,步骤06和步骤07均可以由处理器10实现。也即是说,处理器10还可以用于判断当前时间下是否有其他应用在扫描其他数据,在不存在其他应用扫描其他数据时,处理器10控制当前应用开始扫描数据,处理器10控制当前应用取消扫描数据。
具体地,在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,处理器10会进一步判断当前时间下是否有其他应用在扫描其他数据。示例地,应用扫描数据时,该应用会被添加到系统白名单中,此时该应用的包名就会处于保护状态中。在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,当前应用需要获取其他应用的包名的保护状态(具体操作由处理器10执行),如果任意一个其他应用的包名处于保护状态中,则当前应用取消扫描数据。如果其他应用的包名均未处于保护状态下,则当前应用可以开始扫描数据。需要说明的是,其他应用指的是需要执行数据扫描的操作的应用,而非移动终端100中的所有应用。
可以理解,由于扫描数据的功耗较大,会占用较多内存,如果同时存在多个应用执行后台扫描数据的操作,则势必会占用更多内存,功耗也会更大,导致移动终端100性能降低,扫描效率也会降低。
本申请实施方式的数据扫描方法在某个应用触发后台扫描前,判断其他应用是否在后台扫描,如果在则取消本应用此次触发的后台扫描,等下次触发再扫描,从而保证任意时刻都只有一个应用在后台扫描。如此,既不会占用太多内存,同时还可以提升扫描效率。
在某些实施方式中,不同应用之间的数据及扫描结果均可以共享,比如应用A可以将自己的数据和扫描结果共享给B应用,应用B可以将自己的数据和扫描结果共享给A应用。如此,各应用可以基于更多数据和更多扫描结果来做后续处理。当然,为保障数据的私密性和安全性,不同应用之间要实现数据共享需要经由用户同意。
请参阅图13,本申请还提供一种包含计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质200。计算机可读指令被处理器300执行时,使得处理器300执行上述任意一项实施方式所述的数据扫描方法。
请结合图2和图13,示例地,计算机可读指令被处理器300执行时,使得处理器300执行以下步骤:
01:获取触发关联信息;
02:判断触发关联信息是否满足触发条件;
03:在触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描数据,并在扫描数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息;
04:判断中断关联信息是否满足停止条件;和
05:在中断关联信息满足停止条件时,停止扫描数据。
请结合图7和图13,示例地,计算机可读指令被处理器300执行时,使得处理器300执行以下步骤:
032:为当前的扫描进程添加自保护;
033:对数据执行预定扫描;
034:在扫描完数据后释放自保护;和
035:获取中断关联信息。

Claims (27)

  1. 数据扫描方法,用于移动终端,其特征在于,所述数据扫描方法包括:
    获取触发关联信息;
    在所述触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描数据;
    在扫描所述数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息;和
    在所述中断关联信息满足停止条件时,停止扫描所述数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态及所述移动终端的电池状态;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态,且所述电池状态为充电状态时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件;
    所述在所述触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描所述数据,包括:
    在预定等待时长后开始扫描所述数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及系统时间;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述系统时间为预定时间时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述预定时间由所述移动终端随机设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、及扫描间隔时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及当前的系统时间与上一次扫描结束的系统时间之间的间隔大于预设间隔时长时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及扫描中断因素;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及上一次扫描的所述扫描中断因素是所述屏幕状态从所述熄屏状态变为亮屏状态时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述开始扫描所述数据,并在扫描所述数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息,包括:
    为当前的扫描进程添加自保护;
    对所述数据执行预定扫描,所述预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描中的至少一种;
    在扫描完所述数据后释放所述自保护;和
    获取所述中断关联信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,当所述预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描中的至少两种时,所述对所述数据执行预定扫描,包括:
    串行执行多种所述预定扫描。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、及剩余电量;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内、以及所述剩余电量大于第一电量阈值时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第二电量阈值时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件,其中,所述第一电量阈值小于所述第二电量阈值;
    所述数据扫描方法还包括:
    在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及温度;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述温度小于预定温度时,确定所述 中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    所述数据扫描方法还包括:
    在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及累计时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    所述数据扫描方法还包括:
    在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量、温度、及累计时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第一电量阈值、所述温度小于预定温度、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第二电量阈值、所述温度小于预定温度、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件,其中,所述第一电量阈值小于所述第二电量阈值;
    所述数据扫描方法还包括:
    在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括当前应用和除所述当前应用以外的其他应用,所述数据扫描方法包括:
    判断当前时间下是否有所述其他应用在扫描其他数据;
    在不存在所述其他所述应用扫描所述其他数据时,所述当前应用开始扫描所述数据;
    在存在其他所述应用扫描所述其他数据时,所述当前应用取消扫描所述数据。
  14. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括处理器,所述处理器用于:
    获取触发关联信息;
    在所述触发关联信息满足触发条件时,开始扫描数据,并在扫描所述数据的过程中,获取中断关联信息;和
    在所述中断关联信息满足停止条件时,停止扫描所述数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态及所述移动终端的电池状态;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态,且所述电池状态为充电状态时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件;
    所述处理器还用于在所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件时,在预定等待时长后开始扫描所述数据。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及系统时间;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述系统时间为预定时间时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的数据扫描方法,其特征在于,所述预定时间由所述移动终端随机设置。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、及扫描间隔时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及当前的系统时间与上一次扫描结束的系统时间之间的间隔大于预设间隔时长时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述触发关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及扫描中断因素;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及上一次扫描的所述扫描中断因素是所述屏幕状态从所述熄屏状态变为亮屏状态时,确定所述触发关联信息满足所述触发条件。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    为当前的扫描进程添加自保护;
    对所述数据执行预定扫描,所述预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描中的至少一种;
    在扫描完所述数据后释放所述自保护;和
    获取所述中断关联信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述预定扫描包括视频精彩片段扫描、人物扫描、标签扫描中的至少两种时,所述处理器还用于串行执行多种所述预定扫描。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、及剩余电量;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内、以及所述剩余电量大于第一电量阈值时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第二电量阈值时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件,其中,所述第一电量阈值小于所述第二电量阈值;
    所述处理器还用于在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  23. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及温度;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述温度小于预定温度时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    所述处理器还用于在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  24. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、及累计时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    所述处理器还用于在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  25. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述中断关联信息包括所述移动终端的屏幕状态、所述移动终端的电池状态、系统时间、剩余电量、温度、及累计时长;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第一预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第一电量阈值、所述温度小于预定温度、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件;
    在所述屏幕状态为熄屏状态、所述电池状态为充电状态、所述系统时间位于第二预定时间范围内、所述剩余电量大于第二电量阈值、所述温度小于预定温度、以及所述累计时长小于预定累计时长时,确定所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件,其中,所述第一电量阈值小于所述第二电量阈值;
    所述处理器还用于在所述中断关联信息不满足所述停止条件时,继续扫描所述数据。
  26. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括当前应用和除所述当前应用以外的其他应用,所述处理器还用于:
    判断当前时间下是否有所述其他应用在扫描其他数据;
    在不存在所述其他所述应用扫描所述其他数据时,控制所述当前应用开始扫描所述数据;
    在存在其他所述应用扫描所述其他数据时,控制所述当前应用取消扫描所述数据。
  27. 一种包含计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行权利要求1-13任意一项所述的数据扫描方法。
