技术领域
本公开涉及视频制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种短视频制作方法、存储介质及终端。
背景技术
相对于完整的影视视频,现在短视频已经成为影视资源传播的主流载体,从完整的影片中截取精彩片段制作成短视频分享出去的做法已经非常常见。
但是,在现有技术中基本上都局限于将完整的影片下载下来再进行剪辑来制作短视频,这种短视频制作方法不仅繁琐,而且需要专门的视频剪辑软件,制作门槛高。
因此,现有技术还有待改进和发展。
公开内容
本公开要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种短视频制作方法、存储介质及终端。
本公开解决技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
本公开的第一方面提供了一种短视频制作方法,所述短视频制作方法包括:
接收针对目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码;
根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点,其中,所述第一时间点为目标短视频的开始时间,所述第二时间点为所述目标短视频的结束时间;
根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作所述目标短视频。
在一个实施例中,所述短视频制作指令包括语音形式的短视频制作指令。
在一个实施例中,所述接收针对所述目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码具体包括:
接收所述短视频制作指令中的第一语音信息,从所述第一语音信息中提取出关键字段;
将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行匹配,当所述关键字段与所述关键词匹配成功时,获取所述目标影片的影片识别码。
在一个实施例中,所述将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行匹配具体为:
将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行模糊匹配。
在一个实施例中,所述第一语音信息包括影片名称,所述获取所述目标影片的影片识别码具体包括:
从所述第一语音信息中提取影片名称,并搜索所述影片名称对应的候选影片;
接收候选影片选择指令,根据所述候选影片选择指令确定所述目标影片,并提取所述目标影片对应的影片识别码。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点具体包括:
接收所述短视频制作指令中的第二语音信息,从所述第二语音信息中提取所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点;
对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点进行确认,并存储确认后的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。
在一个实施例中,所述第一时间点对应的播放时刻早于第二时刻点对应的播放时刻。

控制所述目标影片从所述第一时间点播放至所述第二时间点;

本公开的第二方面,提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述任意 一项所述的短视频制作方法。
本公开的第三方面,提供了一种终端,包括:处理器、与处理器通信连接的存储介质,其中,所述存储介质适于存储多条指令;所述处理器适于调用所述存储介质中的指令,以执行实现上述任一项所述的短视频制作方法。
本公开通过获取目标影片的影片识别码、第一时间点和第二时间点,将所述目标影片中的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点之间的内容作为目标短视频的内容,直接根据正在播放的影片制作短视频,不需要借助专门的视频剪辑工具,降低了短视频制作难度。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解 释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
请参阅图1,图1是本公开提供的一种短视频制作方法的实施例一。本实施例提供的一种短视频制作方法是可以应用于智能电视上,也可以应用于其他能够与视频流服务器进行数据传输的其他智能终端上,例如,手机、电脑、平板电脑等。
从图1可以看出,本实施例提供的所述短视频制作方法包括步骤:
S100、接收针对目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述影片的影片识别码。
所述短视频制作指令为用于控制终端进行短视频制作的指令,所述影片识别码可以理解为影片对应的标识,例如,在CDN服务器中影片识别码可用于标识影片,一般来说,在观看网络影片时,影片数据都存储在CDN(content delivery network,内容分发网络)视频服务器中,在所述CDN视频服务器中存储的所有影片都有各自对应的影片识别码,并且二者是一一对应的,也就是说,不同的影片的识别码是不相同的,根据影片识别码,所述CDN视频服务器就可以查找到一个其对应的影片。
具体地,当用户想要针对某个影片(下面称之为目标影片,即目标影片为需要进行的短视频制作的影片)制作短视频时,可以发送一个短视频制作指令来触发短视频制作,终端接收到所述短视频制作指令即开始短视频制作,获取所述目标影片的影片识别码。
所述短视频制作指令的触发方式可以是在终端的遥控器上直接设置一个短视频制作按钮,用户按下该按钮即可触发所述短视频制作指令;也可以是如图6-7所示,在终端界面提供短视频制作菜单,用户点击菜单中的短视频制作选项发送所述短视频制作指令;还可以是用户通过语音发送所述短视频制作指令。
在一种实现方式中,本实施例采用用户通过语音发送的所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码。
本实施例中的所述接收针对所述目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码的具体实现方式具体如图2所述,主要包括:
步骤S110、接收所述短视频制作指令中的第一语音信息,从所述第一语音 信息中提取出关键字段。
第一语音信息是用户通过语音方式发送的短视频制作指令中用于触发制作短视频的语音信息,所述关键字段是指所述第一语音信息中包含的与短视频制作相关的字段。
具体来说,利用语音接收装置,例如麦克风,先接收所述短视频制作指令中的第一语音信息,然后对所述第一语音信息进行解析,提取所述语音信息中的关键字段,例如,当用户说出:“我想剪一个短视频”,则提取出“我想”、“剪”、“短视频”等关键字段。
步骤S120、将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行匹配,当所述关键字段与所述关键词匹配成功时,获取所述影片的影片识别码。
所述短视频制作关键词是指预先设置的用于触发短视频制作的字符,具体实施时,是预先在终端的短视频制作模块中配置所述短视频制作关键词,例如:“制作短视频”、“我要剪辑”、“我要推荐”等等,当然,本领域技术人员可以理解,所述短视频制作关键词是可以根据实际情况选择配置,并不限于以上举例的这些。
将所述关键字段与所述短视频制作关键词进行匹配时,是采取模糊匹配的方式,也就是说,并不要求所述关键字段与所述短视频制作关键词一模一样,例如,当所述短视频制作关键词为“制作短视频”时,提取出“剪”“短视频”的关键字段,也判断为匹配成功。匹配成功时则获取所述目标影片的影片识别码。
而所述目标影片可以是用户主动点击影片点播界面上显示的影片链接打开观看的影片,也可以是根据用户的需求进行搜索后得到的影片。
根据用户的需求进行搜索得到影片可以是在界面上提供搜索栏,用户在搜索栏中输入自己想要观看的影片名称触发服务器进行搜索,也可以是采集用户的语音信息,从用户的语音信息中提取影片名称,视频服务器根据所述影片名称进行搜索。
值得说明的是,由于根据影片的名称进行搜索可能会得到包含多个影片的搜索结果,因此,在一种实现方式中,在搜索得到影片之后,还获取用户的确认指令选择正确的目标影片。当然,所述获取用户的确认指令选择正确的目标影片可以是通过接收用户操作遥控器或者界面菜单发出的指令去进行,也可以是采集用户的语音信息,从语音信息中提取指令进行确认选择,例如,用户选择搜索结果 中的第三个影片作为所述目标影片,则说出“选择第三个播放”,在采集到所述第一语音信息后提取出“选择”、“第三个”等关键字段后所述CDN服务器自动获取搜索结果中的第三个影片作为所述目标影片。此外,在获取到的用户的确认指令后,可以根据获取到的用户的确认指令选择正确的目标影片,并获取目标影片对应的影片识别码。
值得说明的是,所述搜索并播放所述目标影片的语音信息也是可以包括在所述短视频制作指令中,例如,用户想要根据如懿传第24集制作短视频,则可以直接说出:“我想剪辑如懿传第24集”以发出短视频指令,那么,通过“如懿传第24集”是可以触发所述CDN服务器搜索如懿传第24集的相关影片并播放,然后通过“我想剪辑”是可以获取如懿传第24集对应的影片的影片识别码。
下面回到图1,在步骤S100后,实施例一还包括步骤:
S200、根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点,其中,所述第一时间点为目标短视频的开始时间,所述第二时间点为所述目标短视频的结束时间。
所述目标短视频是指用户想要根据所述目标影片制作出的短视频。在接收针对所述影片的短视频制作指令后,本实施例提供的一种短视频制作方法是会接收用户的指令获取所述目标影片的两个时间点,为了方便描述,下面称为第一时间点和第二时间点,所述第一时间点为用户想要从所述目标影片中剪辑出的所述目标短视频的开始时间点,所述第二时间点为用户想要从所述目标影片中剪辑出的所述目标短视频的结束时间点。例如,用户想要截取所述目标影片中10分20秒到13分10秒中的内容作为所述目标短视频的内容,则可以将10分20秒作为所述第一时间点,将13分10秒作为所述第二时间点。
具体来说,所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点是根据所述短视频制作指令获取的,所述短视频制作指令中可以包括用户利用预先设置的菜单填写的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点的信息,也可以包括用户通过预先设置的触摸屏手写输入的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点的信息。
在本实施例中,所述短视频制作指令包括第二语音信息,从所述第二语音信息中提取所述第一时间点和第二时间点。
本实施例中获取所述第一时间点和第二时间点的较佳的实时方法具体如图 3所示。
从图3可以看出,获取所述第一时间点和第二时间点包括步骤:
S210、接收所述短视频制作指令中的第二语音信息,从所述第二语音信息中提取所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。
具体地,第一时间点和所述第二时间点可以为用户根据终端向用户显示获取所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点的提示而填写。例如,在终端的显示屏上显示“请输入开始时间”的提示信息或者播放“请输入开始时间”的提示语音,此时,用户说出:“从21分30秒开始”,则提取出“21分30秒”这一时间点作为所述第一时间点。接着,在终端的显示屏上显示“请输入结束时间”的提示信息或者播放“请输入结束时间”的提示语音,此时用户说出:“到25分45秒结束”,则提取出“25分45秒”这一时间点作为所述第二时间点。
当然,本公开并不限定于所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点需要分别设置,例如,在向用户显示出获取所述第一时间点的提示后,用户说出:“21分30秒到25分45秒”,则一次提取出两个时间点,下面也就不显示获取所述第二时间点的提示。
本公开也不限定于用户说出具体的时间点作为所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点,例如,显示出获取所述第一时间点的提示后,用户说出:“现在”,则获取所述目标影片正在播放的时间点作为第一时间点,在显示出获取第二时间点的提示后,用户说出“三分钟后”,则获取所述目标影片正在播放的时间点往后三分钟的时间点作为所述第二时间点。
值得说明的是,在本实施例中,预先进行第二时间点晚于第一时间点的设置,也就是说,不论用户说出两个时间点的先后顺序是如何,根据提取出的时间点的早晚顺序将其设置为第一时间点和第二时间点,也就是说,即使用户是先说出“25分45秒”,再说出“21分30秒”,即,先提取出“25分45秒”这个时间点作为所述第一时间点,但是后面又提取到了“21分30秒”,那么,将“25分45秒”修改为所述第二时间点,将“21分30秒”作为所述第一时间点。
步骤S220、对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点进行确认,并存储确认后的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。
在提取出第一时间点和第二时间点后,还对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间 点进行确认。具体地,如图4所示,对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点进行确认,并存储确认后的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点具体包括步骤:
S221、控制所述目标影片从所述第一时间点播放至所述第二时间点;
此步骤主要是用于让用户知晓所述目标影片的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点之间是什么内容,从而确认自己输入的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点是否正确,也可以防止语音信息识别发生错误导致制作的所述目标短视频不正确的情况,提高了本实施例提供的一种短视频制作方法的容错性。
具体地,在控制所述目标影片从所述第一时间点播放至所述第二时间点时,可以提供让用户确认的提示,所述提示可以是以文字形式或是语音形式展示。例如:在屏幕上显示:“请确认短视频时间点”等字样,或者,播放“请确认短视频时间点”的语音提示。
步骤S222、当接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点正确的指令时,存储所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。
步骤S223、当接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点错误的指令时,丢弃所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点,并继续执行所述根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点的步骤。
在提供让用户确认的提示的同时,可以还提供用户进行确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点正确或确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点错误的界面,例如,提供“确认”和“修改”等按钮供用户选择点击。或者,还可以是接收用户的语音信息指令进行确认和修改操作,例如,用户说出“正确”、“确认”等词时,确定接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点正确的指令,存储所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。而当用户说出“错误”、“修改”等词时,确定接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点错误的指令,则丢弃所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点,并继续执行所述步骤S200、根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点。
下面回到图1,本实施例中还包括步骤:
S300、根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作所述目标短视频。
具体地,前文已经对所述影片识别码做出了解释:只要根据所述影片识别码, 所述CDN视频服务器就可以查找到对应的影片并播放。因此,在本实施例中,生成与所述目标短视频对应的短视频信息,所述短视频信息为用于确定所述目标短视频对应的播放内容的信息,所述短视频信息可以是包含所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点的一条文本信息,也可以是包含所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点的数据包。根据所述短视频信息中的所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点可以确定所述目标短视频的播放内容为所述影片识别码对应的所述目标影片中所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点之间的内容。将所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作与所述目标短视频对应的所述短视频信息后,建立与所述短视频信息关联的短视频存储地址。所述短视频信息可以存储在本地,也可以存储在短视频服务器中,所述短视频存储地址通过所述终端的界面展示给用户,终端可以通过所述短视频存储地址从本地或者所述短视频服务器中获取到所述短视频信息,根据所述短视频信息中的所述影片识别码就可以跳转至所述目标影片,并根据所述第一时间和所述第二时间播放出所述目标影片中的一段,即,播放出所述目标短视频。可以看出,本实施例提供的一种短视频生成方法,并不将所述目标影片中的部分内容单独截取出来作为所述目标短视频,而是控制所述目标影片播放出部分内容作为所述目标短视频。
而为了使用户能够更方便地了解制作出的所述目标短视频的内容,在本实施例中,还接收短视频标题设置指令设置所述目标短视频的标题,并建立所述标题与所述短视频存储地址的对应关系。如图5所示,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,可以提供一个界面,这个界面具有短视频设置菜单,用户可以根据实际情况在菜单提供的输入栏中通过语音或者键盘输入标题,例如,用户在进行短视频制作时,输入“恐怖,周迅被蛇咬”的标题。本实施例中将所述标题与所述短视频存储地址进行对应,这样在生成的短视频存储地址中就显示用户在制作时设置的所述标题(如图7所示),这样,当其他的用户在看到所述短视频存储地址时,可以获取到所述标题,从而对所述短视频存储地址关联的所述目标短视频的内容有初步的了解,可以从多个所述目标短视频中选取有自己感兴趣的内容的短视频进行观看。
当然,如图5所示,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,还可以在所述短视频设置菜单上提供短视频类型、简介等的输入栏,更进一步地,可以预先设置多个类 型名称供用户选择,如图5所示的,预先设置幽默喜剧、战争等类型,提示用户从中选择。用户可以输入短视频类型以及简介使得其他的用户更方便地了解所述短视频的相关信息。
具体实施时,同样的,是可以提供输入栏接收用户手动输入所述目标短视频的标题,也可以是利用语音采集分析模块接收用户的语音信息并提取所述目标短视频的标题。
当然,本领域技术人员还可以根据上述说明,在采集用户的语音信息提取所述标题时增加接收用户的指令对所述标题进行确认或修改的步骤。
本实施例仅仅是为了使用户能够更方便地了解制作出的所述目标短视频的内容而提供一种方式,在其他的实施例中,还可以接收用户的指令指定一副图片并建立所述图片与所述短视频存储地址的对应关系,使得用户可以根据图片了解所述短视频的内容(如图6所示)。
在完成所述短视频存储地址的创建后,为了使用户方便地观看制作出的所述目标短视频,本公开提供的一种短视频制作方法,还创建短视频列表,所述短视频列表中包括至少一个所述短视频存储地址,将所述短视频列表存储在预设的存储区域内,如图6所示,在用户使用界面上增加“短视频”这一栏,作为所述短视频列表的存储区域。这样,用户就可以通过访问所述预设的存储区域获得所述短视频列表,进而根据所述短视频列表中的所述短视频地址对应的所述目标短视频的标题等内容方便地查找到所需要的短视频(如图7所示)。
本实施例还提供了当创建了所述短视频存储地址后,当接收到对所述短视频存储地址的点击指令时,播放所述目标短视频的具体方法。
如图8和图9所示,在根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作短视频之后还包括步骤:
S410、接收对所述短视频存储地址的点击指令,通过所述短视频存储地址获取所述短视频信息;
具体地,是将所述短视频存储地址展示给用户时,用户通过操作遥控器点击所述短视频存储地址,即,发出所述点击指令。当然所述点击指令也可以是通过其他的方式发出,例如,用户通过终端设置的触摸屏对所述短视频存储地址进行点击发出所述点击指令,在接收到所述点击指令后,终端将所述点击指令发送至 短视频服务器,所述短视频服务器通过所述短视频存储地址查找所述短视频信息发送至所述终端。
步骤S420、获取所述短视频信息对应的所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点;
步骤S430、跳转至所述影片识别码对应的所述影片,根据所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点播放所述目标短视频。
所述终端在获取到所述短视频信息后,获取所述短视频信息对应的影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点,而由于所述影片识别码与所述影片是一一对应的关系,因此,如图9所示,当终端接收到对所述短视频存储地址的电机指令时,向所述短视频服务器请求所述短视频存储地址对应的短视频信息,所述短视频服务器将所述短视频信息发送至所述终端,终端获取到所述短视频信息中包含的所述影片识别码时,将所述影片识别码发送至所述CDN视频服务器,所述CDN视频服务器根据所述影片识别码获取存储在所述CDN视频服务器内的所述影片数据,并发送至终端,终端根据所述影片数据跳转至所述目标影片,并从所述第一时间点播放至所述第二时间点,完成对所述目标短视频的播放。
当然,本公开并不限定于所述短视频服务器将所述短视频信息发送至所述终端,由终端发送至所述CDN视频服务器获取所述目标影片的数据,也可以是所述短视频服务器获取到所述短视频信息后直接发送至所述CDN视频服务器请求所述CDN视频服务器将所述目标影片的数据发送至所述终端。
可以看出,实施例一提供的一种短视频制作方法,并不制作出一个包含大量数据信息量的传统意义上的短视频,而是创建一个短视频信息,根据所述短视频信息就可以跳转至影片的特定时间点播放。这样,用户不需要借助于专业的视频剪辑软件进行短视频的制作,也不需要繁琐的下载、剪辑、上传等步骤,整个过程用户需要做的只是输入第一时间点和第二时间点即可,操作十分简单,只需要很短的时间就可以制作出自己想要的短视频;在播放短视频时,是直接从视频服务器串流下来的,不会造成版权问题,其他人也不能随意地对用户制作的短视频进行抓取、剪拼改编;同时,由于短视频服务器只需要存储包含影片识别码、开始时间和结束时间这些极少的信息量就可以实现对制作出的短视频的存储和管理,运营成本相较于传统的短视频制作方法来说是可以大大降低。
应该理解的是,虽然本公开说明书附图中给出的的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,流程图中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
基于上述短视频制作方法,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本公开所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
基于上述实施例,本公开还提供了一种终端,其原理框图可以如图10所示。该终端包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、显示屏、温度传感器。其中,该终端的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该终端的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该终端的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种短视频制作方法。该终端的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏,该终端的温度传感器是预先在终端内部设置,用于检测内部设备的当 前运行温度。本领域技术人员可以理解,图10中示出的原理框图,仅仅是与本公开方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本公开方案所应用于其上的终端的限定,具体的终端可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种终端,包括存储器和处理器,存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器执行计算机程序时至少可以实现以下步骤:
接收针对目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码;
根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点,其中,所述第一时间点为目标短视频的开始时间,所述第二时间点为所述目标短视频的结束时间;
根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作所述目标短视频。
综上所述,本公开提供了一种短视频制作方法、存储介质及终端,所述短视频制作方法通过获取影片的影片识别码、第一时间点和第二时间点,直接根据正在播放的影片制作短视频,不需要借助专门的视频剪辑工具,降低了短视频制作难度。
应当理解的是,本公开的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本公开所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种短视频制作方法,其中,所述短视频制作方法包括:
    接收针对目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码;
    根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点,其中,所述第一时间点为目标短视频的开始时间,所述第二时间点为所述目标短视频的结束时间;
    根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作所述目标短视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述短视频制作指令包括语音形式的短视频制作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述接收针对所述目标影片的短视频制作指令,并根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片的影片识别码具体包括:
    接收所述短视频制作指令中的第一语音信息,从所述第一语音信息中提取出关键字段;
    将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行匹配,当所述关键字段与所述关键词匹配成功时,获取所述目标影片的影片识别码。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行匹配具体为:
    将所述关键字段与预先配置的短视频制作关键词进行模糊匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述第一语音信息包括影片名称,所述获取所述目标影片的影片识别码具体包括:
    从所述第一语音信息中提取影片名称,并搜索所述影片名称对应的候选影片;
    接收候选影片选择指令,根据所述候选影片选择指令确定所述目标影片,并提取所述目标影片对应的影片识别码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点具体包括:
    接收所述短视频制作指令中的第二语音信息,从所述第二语音信息中提取所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点;
    对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点进行确认,并存储确认后的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述第一时间点对应的播放时刻早于第二时刻点对应的播放时刻。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述对所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点进行确认,并存储确认后的所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点具体包括:
    控制所述目标影片从所述第一时间点播放至所述第二时间点;
    当接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点正确的指令时,存储所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点;
    当接收到确认所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点错误的指令时,丢弃所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点,并继续执行所述根据所述短视频制作指令获取所述目标影片中的第一时间点和第二时间点的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作所述目标短视频具体包括:
    根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作与所述目标短视频对应的短视频信息;
    建立与所述短视频信息关联的短视频存储地址。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述短视频信息包括影片识别码、所述第一时间点以及所述第二时间点。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述根据所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点制作短视频之后还包括:
    当接收到对所述短视频存储地址的点击指令时,播放所述目标短视频。
  12. 根据权利要11所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述当接收到对所述短视频存储地址的点击指令时,播放所述目标短视频具体包括:
    接收对所述短视频存储地址的点击指令,通过所述短视频存储地址获取所述短视频信息;
    获取所述短视频信息对应的所述影片识别码、所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点;
    跳转至所述影片识别码对应的所述目标影片,根据所述第一时间点和所述第二时间点播放所述目标短视频。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的短视频制作方法,其中,所述建立与所述短视频信息关联的短视频存储地址之后还包括:
    获取短视频标题设置指令,根据所述短视频标题设置指令设置所述目标短视频的标题;
    建立所述标题与所述短视频存储地址的对应关系。
  14. 一种存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1-13任意一项所述的短视频制作方法。
  15. 一种终端,包括:处理器、与处理器通信连接的存储介质,其中,所述存储介质适于存储多条指令;所述处理器适于调用所述存储介质中的指令,以执行实现上述权利要求1-13任一项所述的短视频制作方法。
