其中,当智能防丢失行李箱处于正常拖动模式,且监测到自身停止运动超过1分钟,将自动从正常拖动模式切换到等候模式;当智能防丢失行李箱处于等候模式,用户手指再次放置在拉杆上的指纹传感器,检测用户指纹,如果用户指纹 与系统中的指纹数据库匹配,则自动从等候模式切换到正常拖动模式。

进一步的,当处于正常拖动模式状态,所述步骤3具体包括:
蓝牙模块实时监测蓝牙通讯的信号强度及通讯连接状态;
当监测到蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm后或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开,上报CPU模块;
CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
当蓝牙通讯的信号强度持续低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开超过五分钟后,CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过GPRS模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
进一步的,步骤3中,当处于等候模式状态,丢失报警条件为以下多种条件的至少一种:
蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开;
智能防丢失行李箱移动距离超出2m。

蓝牙模块实时监测蓝牙通讯的信号强度及通讯连接状态,三轴加速度传感器实时监测智能防丢失行李箱的运动状态;
当监测到蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开后,和/或当通过三轴加速度传感器监测到智能防丢失行李箱处于拖动状态,且通过拖动轮光电编码器监测到拖动距离超出2m,上报CPU模块;
CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
当蓝牙通讯的信号强度持续低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开超过五 分钟,和/或拖动距离超出2m后,CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过GPRS模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
进一步的,步骤2还包括:将智能防丢失行李箱设置为乘车模式后,通过移动设备设置目的地的预定到达时间。

如未到预定到达时间,则丢失报警条件为以下条件中的至少一种:
智能防丢失行李箱移动距离超出2m;
智能防丢失行李箱收到暴力冲击;
行李箱被强行开启,
如已到预定到达时间,则丢失报警条件为:
用户在预定到达时间后未将乘车模式切换为正常拖动模式。
进一步的,当处于乘车模式状态,所述步骤3具体包括:
在预定的时间未到时:
三轴加速度传感器实时监测智能防丢失行李箱的运动状态;
当监测到智能防丢失行李箱处于拖动状态且通过拖动轮光电编码器监测到拖动距离超出2m,和/或震动/冲击传感器监测智能防丢失行李箱受到震动或冲击,上报CPU模块;
CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过GPRS模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理,
在预定的时间已到时:
若用户未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式,CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
当用户未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式超过五分钟后,CPU模块启动 GPRS模块,通过数据通信模块给用户发送提醒信息,如发送提醒信息超过一分钟后,用户仍然未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式,则CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过数据通信模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
进一步的,所述方法还包括:
当智能防丢失行李箱处于正常拖动模式、等候模式或乘车模式,且智能防丢失行李箱被强行开启时,光敏开关被触发,语音输入模块采集接收语音信号并发送给所述CPU模块进行AD采样,内置摄像头拍摄实时音视频并发送所述CPU模块,经由所述数据通信模块传输到远程服务器,以便于进行调查取证。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明的优点在于,除了可以在行李箱与用户的距离超限时发出警报之后,还可以在被盗或者被抢之后,实现实时定位,用户可以通过服务器得到行李箱的实时位置。当行李箱被强行打开之后,还可以拍摄实时音视频传输给服务器,方便后期的调查取证。
1.内置蓝牙模块,可与手机通讯,蓝牙模块本身即可监测信号强度或连接是否断开。因此,当蓝牙信号强度下降或者连接断开时,行李箱和手机均会报警;
2.当行李箱被强行拿走时,行李箱会启动GPS定位和GPRS通讯,将其实时位置发送给远程服务器,用户可以通过服务器得到行李箱的实时位置。与此同时行李箱会启动外置摄像头拍摄周围图像,并将图像上传到服务器;
3.当智能防丢失行李箱的智能报警系统启动后,用户不会自行开启行李箱。因此,当行李箱在智能报警系统启动后被打开则认为是被他人强行开启,故可以拍摄实时音视频传输给服务器,方便后期的调查取证。

具体实施方式
下文将结合具体附图详细描述本发明具体实施例。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。在下述实施例的附图中,各附图所出现的相同标号代表相同的特征或者部件,可应用于不同实施例中。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明的智能防丢失行李箱由CPU、GPS模块、GPRS模块、语音输入模块、语音播报模块、内置&外置摄像头、光敏开关、蓝牙模块、手机充电模块、LED报警提示灯条、拖动轮光电编码器、震动/冲击传感器、三轴加速度传感器、指纹传感器、电池、电源管理模块等组成。整个系统由电池供电,可使用大容量锂电池或者蓄电池,实现较长时间的电池续航。电池接到电源管理模块上,经过电源管理模块变换成各种电压值,给系统中的其他模块供电。电源管理模块同时具有充电管理、电压监测、过热保护等功能,保证系统的正常运行。
本系统的框图如图2-3所示,各部分位置及功能为:
电池:可使用蓄电池或者锂电池,实现较长的电池续航,它连到电源模块上;
电源管理模块:实现启动智能报警系统、充电管理、电压转换、电压监测、过热保护等功能,它的输入是电池,输出是系统各个模块需要的电压,输出到系统各个模块上;
CPU:它是智能行李箱的核心,下面其他模块均与它相连。它的功能是控制和协调其他模块,实现所需要的功能;
GPS模块:获取行李箱的实时位置,该位置由CPU上传给服务器进行轨迹跟踪和记录;
GPRS模块:实现行李箱与远程服务器之间的数据通信。当由于信号遮挡使GPS模块定位失败时,也可以通过它来获取当前位置;
语音输入模块:由麦克风、前置放大器组成,将语音信号采集放大给CPU进行AD采样;
语音播报模块:当行李箱检测到自己被丢失时,实现报警语音提示;
蓝牙模块:实现手机与行李箱的通信,实现防丢功能;
光敏开关:内置于行李箱内部,可以检测行李箱是否被打开;
外置&内置摄像头:外置摄像头位于行李箱外部,当行李箱检测到自己处于丢失状态时,开启外置摄像拍摄外部图像,将图像定时上传到服务器;内置摄像头位于行李箱内部隐蔽处,用于在行李箱被盗走或者抢走,并且被强行打开时拍摄实时影像;
手机充电模块:能够对用户手机充电,以防用户在出行过程中手机电量耗尽;
LED报警提示灯条:当行李箱检测到自己被丢失时,发出醒目的闪烁光亮,引人注目;
拖动轮光电编码器:与行李箱的拖动轮同轴连接,当行李箱被拖动时,能够检测出拖动的距离;
三轴加速度传感器:用于检测行李箱的运动状态;
震动/冲击传感器:用于检测行李箱是否受到暴力冲击;
指纹传感器:置于行李箱拉杆上,行李箱检测用户指纹,实现模式切换;
行李箱可以通过手机设置为各种不同的模式,以应用于不同的场景,实现不同的防丢失报警功能,如图4所示。具体来说,具有以下几种场景和报警功能:
1.正常拖动模式:这种模式是用户正常拖动行李箱的场景,此时行李箱内的蓝牙模块会不断与用户的手机进行通讯以保证行李箱没有超出一定范围。如果此时用户的行李箱遭到暴力抢劫,那么当行李箱的蓝牙模块检测到信号强度降低到一定阈值(比如-80dbm)甚至通讯中断时,行李箱便会发出较大的语音播报声提醒行李箱丢失,行李箱外框上的LED报警提示灯条会发出醒目的闪烁光亮以让行李箱引人注目,同时用户的手机也会发出提醒。如果中断持续进行一定时间,那么行李箱的CPU会启动GPS定位模块获取实时位置,并通过GPRS模块上传到远程服务器。此时用户可以使用智能手机或者电脑经由服务器获取到行李箱的当前位置。同时CPU会开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到服务器。如果行李箱被强行打开,则触发光敏开关,CPU启动语音输入模块和内置摄像头,拍摄实时音视频并立刻传输到服务器。这样,如果在用户拖动行李箱过程中有不法分子抢夺行李箱,便会发出声光报警,在行李箱被抢走之后,还能实现对行李箱的实时位置追踪,以及获取行李箱周围环境的图片。当行李箱被打开时,还能够录制音视频,拍摄到不法分子的照片,以便于进行调查取证。
2.等候模式(候车模式):行李箱在工作过程中,还会通过拖动轮光电编码器和内置的三轴加速度传感器来检测自身的运动状态。当用户携带行李箱来到火车 站或者长途汽车站的候车厅候车,不再拖动行李箱时,行李箱会检测到自身停止运动,当超过一定时间后(比如说1分钟),自动切换到候车模式,用户也可以操作手机将行李箱人为的切换到候车模式。在这种模式下,行李箱的蓝牙模块仍然与用户手机进行通讯,监测蓝牙信号有无丢失。如果蓝牙信号丢失,则与正常拖动模式下的处理流程一样。除此之外,行李箱还通过拖动轮光电编码器和内置的三轴加速度传感器来检测行李箱是否位置移动。如果检测到行李箱拖动,并且拖动距离超过一定的上限(比如说2米),即使蓝牙信号没有丢失,也会立刻发出报警音,同时LED报警提示灯条会闪烁进行提醒,并且通过蓝牙向用户手机发出信息,用户手机接收到之后,同样发出报警声音和振动。此外,CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过GPRS模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器。当蓝牙信号下降到一定阈值或者完全丢失后,行李箱执行与正常拖动时蓝牙信号丢失一样的处理流程。在此模式下,如果用户想自己再次拖动行李箱,则需要通过将手指放置在拉杆上的指纹传感器,行李箱会检测用户指纹,如果指纹匹配,则自动切换到正常拖动模式,不再因为行李箱的位置移动而发出丢失报警。用户也可以通过手机来手动的将行李箱切换到正常拖动模式。如果行李箱被强行打开,则触发光敏开关,CPU启动语音输入模块和内置摄像头,拍摄实时音视频并立刻传输到服务器。
3.乘车模式:当用户拖动行李箱坐上火车或者长途汽车之后,有可能要将行李箱置于与自己较远的位置,或者置于长途汽车下层的行李仓内。因为距离和遮挡的因素,有可能行李箱与用户不能建立稳定的蓝牙通信,那么此时要防止行李箱的丢失,用户应该通过手机让行李箱进入乘车模式。在此模式下,用户提前在手机上设定好预定的目的地到达时间,然后将行李箱置于火车上的行李箱搁置处或者长途汽车上的行李仓内。在预定的时间未到达时,行李箱不会将蓝牙是否断开作为丢失的判断条件,而是综合使用其他传感器进行判断。如果行李箱检测到自己在被拖动并且超过一定距离(比如说2米),或者检测到行李箱受到暴力撞击,或者其内部的光敏电阻检测到行李箱被打开,那么均会认为自己已经遭窃。此时会启动GPS定位模块和GPRS通信模块进行定位和传输,同时内外摄像头和麦克风也都开启进行拍摄,将音视频进行传输,并且语音播放开启,LED报警提示灯条开始闪烁提示。
如果到达了预定时间,用户没有过来将模式切换到正常拖动模式,那么行李箱会认为用户可能将行李箱遗忘了,此时也会开启语音和LED提示。在超过一定时间后(比如说5分钟),如果用户仍然没有来进行模式切换,那么就会启动GPRS模块,通过GPRS网络给用户发送提醒信息。如果一定时间后(比如说1分钟)仍然没有得到响应,那么开启丢失报警流程,启动GPS、摄像头、语音播放和LED报警闪烁。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的几个实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能防丢失行李箱,包括箱体、拉杆及拖动轮,其特征在于,
    所述智能防丢失行李箱具有智能报警系统,所述智能报警系统包括内置在箱体中的CPU模块,所述CPU模块连接有电源管理模块、位置获取模块、数据通信模块、语音输入模块、语音播报模块、蓝牙模块、光敏开关、内置摄像头、外置摄像头、震动/冲击传感器、三轴加速度传感器、指纹传感器、拖动轮光电编码器以及LED报警提示模块,
    所述CPU模块通过数据通信模块与远程服务器进行数据通信,
    所述蓝牙模块与用户的移动设备进行蓝牙通信。
  2. 一种基于根据权利要求1所述的智能防丢失行李箱的报警方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤1:通过电源管理模块启动智能报警系统,建立用户的移动设备与智能防丢失行李箱的蓝牙模块之间的蓝牙通讯,以及CPU模块与远程服务器的数据通信;
    步骤2:用户通过移动设备或设置在拉杆上的指纹传感器设置或切换智能防丢失行李箱的工作模式,所述工作模式包括正常拖动模式、等候模式以及乘车模式;
    步骤3:实时监测当前工作模式的丢失报警触发条件,若丢失报警触发条件成立,则进行自动报警处理,
    其中,当智能防丢失行李箱处于正常拖动模式,且监测到自身停止运动超过1分钟,将自动从正常拖动模式切换到等候模式;当智能防丢失行李箱处于等候模式,用户手指再次放置在拉杆上的指纹传感器,检测用户指纹,如果用户指纹与系统中的指纹数据库匹配,则自动从等候模式切换到正常拖动模式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的报警方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,当处于正常拖动模式状态,丢失报警触发条件为:蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的报警方法,其特征在于,当处于正常拖动模式状态,所述步骤3具体包括:
    蓝牙模块实时监测蓝牙通讯的信号强度及通讯连接状态;
    当监测到蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm后或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开,上报CPU模块;
    CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
    当蓝牙通讯的信号强度持续低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开超过五分钟后,CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过数据通信模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
    用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的报警方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,当处于等候模式状态,丢失报警条件为以下条件中的至少一种:
    蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开;
    智能防丢失行李箱移动距离超出2m。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的报警方法,其特征在于,当处于等候模式状态,所述步骤3具体包括:
    蓝牙模块实时监测蓝牙通讯的信号强度及通讯连接状态,三轴加速度传感器实时监测智能防丢失行李箱的运动状态;
    当监测到蓝牙通讯的信号强度低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开后,和/或当通过三轴加速度传感器监测到智能防丢失行李箱处于拖动状态,且通过拖动轮光电编码器监测到拖动距离超出2m,上报CPU模块;
    CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
    当蓝牙通讯的信号强度持续低于-80dbm或者蓝牙通讯信号丢失断开超过五分钟,和/或拖动距离超出2m后,CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过数据通信模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
    用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的报警方法,其特征在于,步骤2还包括:将智能防丢失行李箱设置为乘车模式后,通过移动设备设置目的地的预定到达时间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的报警方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,当处于乘车模 式状态,丢失报警条件为:
    如未到预定到达时间,则丢失报警条件为以下条件中的至少一种:
    智能防丢失行李箱移动距离超出2m;
    智能防丢失行李箱收到暴力冲击;
    行李箱被强行开启,
    如已到预定到达时间,则丢失报警条件为:
    用户在预定到达时间后未将乘车模式切换为正常拖动模式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的报警方法,其特征在于,当处于乘车模式状态,所述步骤3具体包括:
    在预定的时间未到时:
    三轴加速度传感器实时监测智能防丢失行李箱的运动状态;
    当监测到智能防丢失行李箱处于拖动状态且通过拖动轮光电编码器监测到拖动距离超出2m,和/或震动/冲击传感器监测智能防丢失行李箱受到震动或冲击,上报CPU模块;
    CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过数据通信模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
    用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理,
    在预定的时间已到时:
    若用户未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式,CPU模块控制语音播报模块进行语音播报,并控制LED报警提示模块进行提示,移动设备发出语音提醒或震动;
    当用户未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式超过五分钟后,CPU模块启动GPRS模块,通过数据通信模块给用户发送提醒信息,如发送提醒信息超过一分钟后,用户仍然未将乘车模式切换到正常拖动模式,则CPU模块启动位置获取模块获取实时位置,并通过数据通信模块上传到远程服务器,同时CPU模块开启外部摄像头进行图像拍摄,将拍摄到的图像上传到远程服务器;
    用户通过移动设备经由远程服务器获取智能防丢失行李箱的实时位置及图像,进行找回或人工报警处理。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的报警方法,其特征在于,当智能防丢失行李箱处于正常拖动模式、等候模式或乘车模式,且智能防丢失行李箱被强行开启时,光敏开关被触发,所述CPU模块控制语音输入模块采集接收语音信号并发送给所述CPU模块进行AD采样,内置摄像头拍摄实时音视频并发送所述CPU模块,经由所述数据通信模块传输到远程服务器,以便于进行调查取证。
