一种喉镜,包括显示屏(1)、与显示屏(1)相连接的手柄部(2)、与手柄部(2)相连接的镜头部(3)、以及套设于镜头部(3)和手柄部(2)且与手柄部(2)相配合的壳体部(4);壳体部(4)包括壳体(41)以及与壳体(41)紧固的透明罩(42b);镜头部(3)插设于壳体(41)且镜头部(3)的拍摄部(31)外露于壳体(41),透明罩(42b)罩设于镜头部(3)的拍摄部(31)且与壳体(41)密封紧固。

一种喉镜
本申请要求在2019年8月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910785818.1的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,例如涉及一种喉镜。
背景技术
喉镜的镜头部的壳体的前端一般都设置有用于摄像头透光的镜片,以此类结构设置的镜片,镜片大多都较厚,且会存在安装不牢靠,使用过程中出现晃动的现象,且不方便维护,此外,由于镜片较厚,因此也使得镜片的透光性较差,在使用过程中容易受摄像头四周的补光灯的照射发生反光,继而影响摄像头的拍摄效果。
发明内容
本申请提供一种喉镜,该喉镜结构稳定可靠,能够有效提升喉镜拍摄清晰度,且方便拆装和维护。
一种喉镜,包括显示屏、与所述显示屏相连接的手柄部、与所述手柄部相连接的镜头部、以及套设于所述镜头部和手柄部且与所述手柄部相配合的壳体部;所述壳体部包括壳体以及与所述壳体紧固的透明罩;所述镜头部插设于所述壳体且所述镜头部的拍摄部外露于所述壳体,所述透明罩罩设于所述镜头部的所述拍摄部且与所述壳体密封紧固。
所述镜头部包括镜头主体和外延设置于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部的压舌片,所述拍摄部设置于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部的一端。
所述镜头主体和所述压舌片为一体弯折成型。
所述拍摄部包括埋设于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部一端的摄像头和补光 灯,所述摄像头和所述补光灯与设置于所述镜头主体内的电控装置电连接。
所述壳体包括套设于所述手柄部和所述镜头主体且靠近所述手柄部的第一部分的外围的第一壳体,以及外延于所述第一壳体且套设于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部的第二部分的外围的第二壳体,所述压舌片插设于所述第二壳体内。
所述第二壳体开设有用于所述拍摄部外露于所述第二壳体的长槽,所述透明罩罩设于所述拍摄部且与所述长槽的四周的边缘密封紧固。
所述透明罩为包覆于所述拍摄部的柔性透明薄膜片形成。
所述第一壳体的一侧壁设置有视窗。
所述第一壳体端口的边缘设置有卡扣,所述手柄部远离所述镜头部的一端设有卡勾,所述卡扣与所述手柄部的卡勾卡接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
如图1至图3所示,提供了一种喉镜,包括显示屏1、与所述显示屏1相连接的手柄部2、与所述手柄部2相连接的镜头部3、以及套设于所述镜头部3和手柄部2且与所述手柄部2相配合的壳体部4;所述壳体部4包括壳体41以及与所述壳体41紧固的透明罩42b;所述镜头部3插设于所述壳体41且所述镜头部3的拍摄部31外露于所述壳体41,所述透明罩42b罩设于所述镜头部3的拍摄部31且与所述壳体41密封紧固。为了便于和壳体部4之间进行拆装,本实 施例中的显示屏1、手柄部2及镜头部3可预装为一体,之后将其插入壳体部4的腔体内,由于透明罩42b与壳体41密封连接,因此可以避免传统喉镜中因采用镜片所带来的诸多问题。
本实施例中,所述镜头部3包括镜头主体32和外延设置于所述镜头主体32远离所述手柄部2的压舌片33,镜头主体32和压舌片33为一体弯折成型;所述拍摄部31设置于所述镜头主体32远离所述手柄部2的一端,所述拍摄部31包括埋设于所述镜头主体32远离所述手柄部2一端端面内的摄像头311和补光灯312,所述摄像头311和所述补光灯312与设置于所述镜头主体32内的电控装置电连接。有关此部分的具体结构连接及电控装置的设计,与传统喉镜的结构和原理相近,相关技术中也较为常见,在此不做具体赘述。
本实施例中所述壳体41包括套设于所述手柄部2和所述镜头主体32且靠近所述手柄部2的第一部分的外围的第一壳体411,以及外延于所述第一壳体411且套设于所述镜头主体32远离所述手柄部2的第二部分的外围的第二壳体412。所述压舌片33插设于所述第二壳体412内,为了便于拍摄部31中的摄像头311和补光灯312透过透明罩42b进行拍摄,且便于透明罩42b的安装,本实施例在所述第二壳体412上开设有用于所述拍摄部31外露于所述第二壳体412的长槽4121,所述透明罩42b罩设于所述拍摄部31且与所述长槽4121的四周的边缘密封紧固。
本实施例中的透明罩42b可以由包覆于所述拍摄部31的柔性透明薄膜片42a(参照图1所示)形成,柔性透明薄膜片42a可设置为PP材质的塑料薄膜,安装时,将预先裁切好的塑料薄膜片通过激光焊接、环氧树脂粘接或激光焊接等工艺将其罩设于长槽4121位置处,并使其与壳体41密封连接,之后将镜头部3设置有压舌片33的一端插入壳体41内,当镜头部3的拍摄部31安装到位 时,即可将预先设置的塑料薄膜顶起,使其包覆于拍摄部31外侧且与拍摄部31的外形一致,即由图1中柔性透明薄膜片42a的形状变成图2中透明罩42b的形状,以此有效避免传统喉镜采用镜片时所造成的诸多麻烦。
为了便于观测壳体41内部状况,本实施例在所述第一壳体411的一侧壁还设置有视窗,该视窗可以为设置于第一壳体411一侧壁缺口处的透明片5。此外,为了便于壳体41拆装,所述第一壳体411远离所述第二壳体412一端的端口的边缘设置有卡扣4111,所述手柄部2远离所述镜头部3的一端设有卡勾(图中未标出)。所述卡扣4111与所述手柄部2的卡勾卡接,以此能够方便灵活的将壳体部4取下,继而方便的对各部件进行清洁维护。
本申请提供的喉镜能够通过透明罩与壳体之间的紧固,有效避免因传统喉镜的镜片较厚或安装不稳所造成的拍摄异常,且便于壳体部与其它部件之间的拆装和维护。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种喉镜,包括显示屏、与所述显示屏相连接的手柄部、与所述手柄部相连接的镜头部、以及套设于所述镜头部和手柄部且与所述手柄部相配合的壳体部;所述壳体部包括壳体以及与所述壳体紧固的透明罩;所述镜头部插设于所述壳体且所述镜头部的拍摄部外露于所述壳体,所述透明罩罩设于所述镜头部的所述拍摄部且与所述壳体密封紧固。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述喉镜,其中,所述镜头部包括镜头主体和外延设置于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部的压舌片,所述拍摄部设置于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述喉镜,其中,所述镜头主体和所述压舌片为一体弯折成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述喉镜,其中,所述拍摄部包括埋设于所述镜头主体远离所述手柄部一端的摄像头和补光灯,所述摄像头和所述补光灯与设置于所述镜头主体内的电控装置电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述喉镜,其中,所述壳体包括套设于所述手柄部和所述镜头主体且靠近所述手柄部的第一部分的外围的第一壳体,以及外延于所述第一壳体且套设于所述镜头主体3远离所述手柄部的第二部分的外围的第二壳体,所述压舌片插设于所述第二壳体内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述喉镜,其中,所述第二壳体上开设有用于所述拍摄部外露于所述第二壳体的长槽,所述透明罩罩设于所述拍摄部且与所述长槽的四周的边缘密封紧固。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述喉镜,其中,所述透明罩为包覆于所述拍摄部的柔性透明薄膜片形成。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述喉镜,其中,所述第一壳体的一侧壁设置有视窗。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述喉镜,其中,所述第一壳体端口的边缘设置有卡扣,所述手柄部远离所述镜头部的一端设有卡勾,所述卡扣与所述手柄部的卡勾卡接。
