本实施例结构设计简单而巧妙,利用垃圾桶醒目装置将垃圾桶“亮化”, 使得行人一眼识别垃圾桶的位置;即使身边没有垃圾桶,但一眼看到垃圾桶的位置,绝大数人会选择暂缓丢垃圾,等走到垃圾桶位置时再丢弃垃圾,这样大幅度提高了垃圾的回收率,大幅度缓解了城市环卫工人的压力,有效维护了城市干净整洁的城市面貌,有效维护了我国国民文明素养的形象;本实施例垃圾桶醒目装置的亮化进一步美化了城市形象,对增加市民幸福指数起到积极效果; 本实施例亮化采用LED 灯带,环保节能,使用寿命长;并与路灯共用同一电源, 结构设计简洁;本实施例结构制造容易,制造成本低,发明性很强,社会效益很明显。
实施例 2:
一种路灯灯杆,包括灯杆杆体 1,灯杆杆体 1 的一侧设有垃圾桶 2,在垃圾桶 2 与灯杆杆体 1 之间设有垃圾桶醒目装置;
垃圾桶醒目装置包括底座 3、透明箱体 4,透明箱体 4 承载于底座 3 上、并与底座 3 固定连接,底座 3 与灯杆杆体 1 固定连接;透明箱体 4 为中空结构, 透明箱体 4 的中空空间内设有LED 灯带 5,LED 灯带 5 的电源端与路灯的电控单元电气连接。底座 3 不能透明箱体遮盖住,也就是透明箱体除了底部位置处会陷在底座内,其余都为无遮挡处,以确保 LED 灯带的灯光不被遮挡。
本实施例垃圾桶 2 位于灯杆杆体 1 的其中一个侧面,也就是位于灯杆杆体 1的左侧或者右侧。垃圾桶 2 采用可拆卸式连接方式与底座 3 固接。
本实施例灯杆应用范围广,可用于太阳能路灯、市电路灯或者风光互补路灯。
本实施例透明箱体 4 为亚克力材质,其采用胶水粘接的连接方式与底座 3 固定连接;胶水为 UV 无影胶。利用胶水将透明箱体 4 和底座 3 进行一次固接, 为防止风吹日晒的户外环境对胶水的粘性的破坏,本实施例还利用螺丝将透明箱体 4 和底座 3 进行固接,起到双保险的作用。具体实现方式是:在透明箱体 4上预先开设有螺纹孔,底座 3 上与透明箱体 4 螺纹孔位置相对应的地方开设有螺纹通孔,透明箱体 4 采用螺丝 6 的连接方式与底座 3 进行二次紧固连接。本实施例底座 3 贴合灯杆杆体 1 的一侧面与灯杆杆体 1 采用焊接的连接方式固定连接。
本实施例 LED 灯带 5 采用胶水胶粘的连接方式固接在中空透明箱体 4 内; 胶水为无影胶。透明箱体 4、底座 3 上开设线束通孔 9,LED 灯带 5 的电源端线束从该线束通孔 9 中穿过与路灯电控单元电气连接。

实施例 3:
本实施例在实施例 2 的基础上,在底座 3 上开设有凹槽 7,垃圾桶 2 边缘设有可套于凹槽 7 内的凸起棱 8。凹槽 7 与凸起棱 8 构成方榫结构。简洁、稳定、可靠的可拆卸连接方式,即满足了垃圾桶 2 位置的固定,又满足了环卫工人能够快速倾倒垃圾的需求;倾倒垃圾后直接对准凹槽和凸起棱的位置即可,可以 说是免安装实现了垃圾桶位置的固定。
综上,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围,凡依本发明权利要求范围的形状、构造、特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰,均应包括于本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种路灯灯杆,包括灯杆杆体,其特征在于:所述灯杆杆体的一侧设有垃圾桶,在所述垃圾桶与所述灯杆杆体之间设有垃圾桶醒目装置;
    所述垃圾桶醒目装置包括底座、透明箱体,所述透明箱体承载于所述底座上、并与所述底座固定连接,所述底座与所述灯杆杆体固定连接;所述透明箱体为中空结构,所述透明箱体的中空空间内设有 LED 灯带,所述 LED 灯带的电源端与路灯的电控单元电气连接;
    所述垃圾桶采用可拆卸式连接方式与所述底座固接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述透明箱体为亚克力材质,其采用胶水粘接的连接方式与所述底座固定连接;所述胶水为UV 无影胶。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述垃圾桶位于所述灯杆杆体的其中一个侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 或 3 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述透明箱体上预先开设有螺纹孔,所述底座上与所述透明箱体螺纹孔位置相对应的地方开设有螺纹通孔,所述透明箱体采用螺丝的连接方式与所述底座进行二次紧固连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述底座贴合所述灯杆杆体的一侧面与所述灯杆杆体采用焊接的连接方式固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述底座上开设有凹槽,所述垃圾桶边缘设有可套于所述凹槽内的凸起棱。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述凹槽与所述凸起棱构成方榫结构。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述 LED 灯带采用胶水胶粘的连接方式固接在中空透明箱体内;所述胶水为无影胶。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述透明箱体、所述底座上开设线束通孔,所述 LED 灯带的电源端线束从该所述线束通孔中穿过与所述路灯电控单元电气连接。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种路灯灯杆,其特征在于:所述路灯为太阳能路灯、市电路灯或者风光互补路灯。
