具体来说,本实施例所述温度调节装置2包括风扇21、发热件及控制模块25,控制模块25连接所述风扇21及发热件;所述发热件设置于收纳箱3里,所述收纳箱3具有第三开口36,所述第三开口36与所述睡袋本体的第一开口103对接;所述控制装置控制风扇21转动,同时发热件发热,使得所述风扇21向所述通风腔101吹热风。在本实施例中,所述发热件具体为发热丝网25,所述发热丝网25的两侧通 过魔术贴固定于所述收纳箱3的内部,发热丝网25老旧或损坏时方便更换;所述风扇21吹出的风经由所述发热丝网25形成热风吹向所述通风腔101。具体来说,所述风扇21镶嵌固定于所述收纳箱3的后侧壁上,所述发热丝网25设置于容置部与风扇21之间,这样就可以保证风扇21的风可以经过发热丝网25吹向通风腔101。风扇21的出风面面向发热丝网25,风扇21背向出风面的一面面向外部,为了方便收纳,所述收纳箱3在风扇21设置的位置还设置有第二封板32,所述第二封板32通过拉链实现开合,在睡袋闲置时,拉上拉链使风扇21不暴露与外部。
具体来说,所述控制模块包括控制器、显示组件以及第一按键22、第二按键23;所述控制器连接显示组件、第一按键22以及第二按键23,所述控制器还连接有风扇21及发热丝网25;具体来说,所述控制器采用的是AT89C2051单片机,控制器连接有时钟电路,用于定时。显示组件采用的是LED电子显示屏;具体电路原理图参考图9;所述第一按键22为图9电路图中的Key_Timeset按键,所述第二按键23具体为图9电路图中Key_Powerset按键;长按所述第一按键22,所述控制器的P3.0脚接收到信号,所述控制器通过P3.4脚发送第一开启信号至风扇21,所述风扇21转动,再长按所述第一按键22,所述控制器发送第一关闭信号至风扇21,所述风扇21关闭;长按所述第二按键23,所述控制器的P3.1脚接收到信号并通过P3.3脚发送第二开启信号至发热丝网25,所述发热丝网25发热,再长按所述第二按键23,所述控制器发送第二关闭信号至发热丝网25,所述发热丝网 25停止工作;短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示加时后的时间,再短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器再次发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示再次加时后的时间。在本实施例中,短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示1;再短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示2;再短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示4;再短按一下第一按键22,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示8;分别表示控制器按照显示组件上显示的时间1、2、4、8控制风扇21转动1小时、2小时、4小时及8小时。用户可以根据实际情况进行选择。当显示组件显示8时,再短按依次第一按键22,所述控制器发送初始化信号至显示组件,所述显示组件重新显示1,用户可以根据实际情况重新选择风扇21转动的时间。除了调节风扇21转动的时间,还可以调节风扇21转动的风力,通过调节输出功率来调节风扇21出风风力。具体来说,短按第二按键23,所述控制器发送大功率信号至风扇21,所述风扇21风力增大;再次短按第二按键23,所述控制器发送小功率信号至风扇21,所述风扇21风力减小;在本实施例中,所述风扇只设置了两个风力档位,还可以设置多个风力档位,属于简单替换,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
具体来说,所述控制模块连接有电源模块,所述电源模块为控制模块提供电源,且通过第三按键24来控制电源的开启或关闭;所述电 源模块可以为移动电源4或其他户外可方便取得的电源。
具体来说,所述控制模块设置于所述收纳箱3的侧壁或所述睡袋本体1的侧部靠近人手臂的位置,或所述控制模块与所述风扇21及发热件无线连接,通过遥控器控制。在本实施例中,所述控制模块设置于所述收纳箱3的外侧壁,所述收纳箱3的外侧壁通过拉链连接有第三封板33,拉开拉链,为控制模块连接上电源,在本实施例中,所述电源模块采用的是充电宝类的移动电源4,可以将移动电源4也放在所述收纳箱3的侧壁,并拉上拉链,通过第三封板33使控制模块及电源模块不暴露于外部。还可以将控制模块设置在靠近人手臂的位置,这样人在躺下以后不用起身就可以控制风扇21及发热丝网的开关,方便便捷。另外,还可以通过遥控来进行无线控制,以及通过手机app进行遥控控制。
本实施例中,所述收纳箱3第三开口设有拉链,相应的睡袋本体第一开口103也设有拉链,使用时,第三开口与第一开口通过拉链对接;同时,收纳箱3的第三开口还连接有第一封板31,其边缘也设有拉链,所述睡袋本体收纳,所述第一封板31通过拉链将第三开口封闭。
收纳箱3的顶部还设置有一提手35,方便携带。
实施例3
参考图10至11,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,所述温度调节装置包括风扇21、制冷件及控制模块,控制模块连接所述风扇21;所述风扇21镶嵌于所述收纳箱3的侧壁,所述制冷件设置于一收纳箱3里,所述收纳箱3具有第三开口,所述第三开口与所述第一开口对接; 所述控制装置控制所述风扇21转动,使得所述风扇21向所述通风腔101吹冷风。所述收纳箱3里设置有一防水收纳盘34,所述制冷件设置于所述防水收纳盘34内,所述制冷件具体为冰袋;所述风扇21吹出的风经由所述冰袋形成冷风吹向所述通风腔101。睡袋在需要冷风时,将制冷件放入防水收纳盘34放入收纳箱3内,即可实现吹冷风功能,若不需要时,将防水收纳盘34取下即可,方便便捷。
通过在睡袋本体1的内部设置两个腔体,即通风腔101和容纳腔102,实现风向管理功能;风扇21吹出的风先到达通风腔101再由出风口121进入容纳腔102吹向人体。另外,本装置通过控制器设定风扇21转动的时间来实现节约风扇21的耗电量,节约用电在野外这种资源有限的情况下尤为重要。
实施例2、3中,所述收纳箱3不仅具有收纳功能,更为重要还是空气混气室;实施例2为送热风状态,所述风扇21转动,同时发热件发热,收纳箱3内的空气加热混合,再向通风腔101吹热风。实施例3为送冷风状态,所述风扇21转动,同时制冷件制冷,收纳箱3内的空气冷却混合,再向通风腔101吹冷风。
实施例4
一种椅子,参考图12、图13;包括椅背5及椅面7;所述椅背5及椅面7均由第一面料及第二面料层叠设置形成,所述椅背5及椅面7的第一面料与第二面料之间均形成通风腔;人坐在椅面7上直接接触所述第一面料;所述第二面料镶嵌有风扇9;所述第一面料上设置有出 风口50;所述风扇9吹出风至通风腔,风经由通风腔后再由出风口50向人吹去。所述第一面料上设置有开口,所述开口的封口处设置有网格纱封口,从而形成所述出风口50。在本实施例中,所述出风口50设置于所述椅背5和椅背5的两侧和中部位置。本发明提供了一种椅子,通过设置两层面料的椅背5和椅面7,使椅背5与椅面7形成通风腔,风扇9吹出的风先经由通风腔再通过出风口50吹向用户。这样可以使得风扇9吹出的风吹向指定的位置,以至于不会给用户带来不适感。
具体来说,所述第二面料上设置有容置口51,所述容置口51设置有两层面料,所述容置口51的末端两层面料之间设置有一松紧绳52,所述风扇9置于所述容置口51上时,拉紧所述松紧绳52,所述容置口51变小使得所述风扇9被锁紧固定。
具体来说,所述风扇9连接有一控制模块,所述控制模块包括控制器、显示组件以及第一按键、第二按键;所述控制器连接显示组件、第一按键以及第二按键,所述控制器还连接有风扇9。长按所述第一按键,所述控制器发送开启信号至风扇9,所述风扇9转动,再长按所述第一按键,所述控制器发送第一信号至风扇9,所述风扇9关闭。短按第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示加时后的时间;所述控制器按照显示组件上显示的时间控制风扇9转动的时间。具体来说,短按一下第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示加时后的时间,再短按一下第一按键,所述控制器再次发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组 件显示再次加时后的时间。在本实施例中,短按一下第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示1;再短按一下第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示2;再短按一下第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示4;再短按一下第一按键,所述控制器发送加时显示信号至显示组件,所述显示组件显示8;分别表示控制器按照显示组件上显示的时间1、2、4、8控制风扇9转动1小时、2小时、4小时及8小时。用户可以根据实际情况进行选择。当显示组件显示8时,再短按依次第一按键,所述控制器发送初始化信号至显示组件,所述显示组件重新显示1,用户可以根据实际情况重新选择风扇9转动的时间。除了调节风扇9转动的时间,还可以调节风扇9转动的风力,通过调节输出功率来调节风扇9出风风力。具体来说,短按第二按键,所述控制器发送大功率信号至风扇9,所述风扇9风力增大;再次短按第二按键,所述控制器发送小功率信号至风扇9,所述风扇9风力减小;在本实施例中,所述风扇只设置了两个风力档位,还可以设置多个风力档位,属于简单替换,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。通过控制模块来控制风扇9的开启及关闭,以及风扇9的风力大小,操作便捷方便。
在本实施例中,所述控制器采用的是AT89C2051单片机,控制器连接有时钟电路,显示组件采用的是LED电子显示屏;具体电路原理图参考图9。
具体来说,所述椅子还包括设置于椅背5左右两侧的第一扶手81 及第二扶手82;所述第一扶手81及第二扶手82均设置有收纳部,用于放置饮料或是一些杂物;在本实施例中,所述控制模块设置于所述第一扶手81或第二扶手82上,方便用户操作。还可以将所述控制模块与所述风扇9无线连接,通过遥控器控制。
本发明提供的椅子具体是一种折叠椅,所述椅子还包括一支撑架6,所述椅背5及椅面7、第一扶手81、第二扶手82均设置于所述支撑架6上。所述支撑架6具体包括第一支撑杆61、第二支撑杆62、第三支撑杆63、第四支撑杆64、第五支撑杆65、第六支撑杆66、第七支撑杆67及第八支撑杆68;还包括第一安装座69、第二安装座610、第三安装座611、第四安装座612、第五安装座613及第六安装座614。
所述第一支撑杆61与第二支撑杆62相互交叉设置,所述第一支撑杆61的两端分别转动连接有第一安装座69及第二安装座610,所述第二支撑杆62的两端分别转动连接有第三安装座611及第一安装座69,所述第二安装座610及第三安装座611与地面接触,在椅子实际使用时是设置于地上的;所述第一支撑杆61连接第一安装座69的一端向上延伸形成连接椅面7的一侧的第一连接杆601。
所述第三支撑杆63与第四支撑杆64相互交叉设置,所述第三支撑杆63的两端分别转动连接有第四安装座612及第五安装座613,所述第四支撑杆64的两端分别转动连接有第六安装座614及第四安装座612,所述第五安装座613及第六安装座614与地面接触,在椅子实际使用时是设置在地上;所述第三支撑杆63连接所述第四安装座612的一端向上延伸形成连接椅面7的另一侧的第二连接杆602。
所述第五支撑杆65与第六支撑杆66相互交叉设置,所述第五支撑杆65的一端转动连接所述第三安装座611,另一端向上延伸一端距离后延水平方向再延伸一段距离形成所述第二扶手82;所述第六支撑杆66的一端转动连接所述第四安装座612,;另一端向上延伸一端距离后延水平方向再延伸一段距离形成所述第一扶手81。
所述第七支撑杆67及第八支撑杆68相互交叉设置,所述第七支撑杆67的两端分别转动连接第二安装座610及第四安装座612,所述第八支撑杆68的两端分别转动连接所述第五安装座613及第一安装座69。
当所述第一支撑杆61与第二支撑杆62之间,第三支撑杆63与第四支撑杆64之间,第五支撑杆65与第六支撑杆66之间,第七支撑杆67与第八支撑杆68之间的夹角为四十五度时,所述支撑架6撑起来投入使用;当所述第一支撑杆61与第二支撑杆62之间,第三支撑杆63与第四支撑杆64之间,第五支撑杆65与第六支撑杆66之间,第七支撑杆67与第八支撑杆68之间的夹角为零度时,所述支撑架6收起来进入收纳状态。所述椅背5及椅面7随着支撑杆的转动而折叠或张开。在本实施例中,所述第一安装座69、第二安装座610、第三安装座611、第四安装座612、第五安装座613及第六安装座614均设置有转动销,所述第一支撑杆61、第二支撑杆62、第三支撑杆63、第四支撑杆64、第五支撑杆65、第六支撑杆66、第七支撑杆67、第八支撑杆68均设置有转动孔,所述转动销插入转动孔并通过螺栓固定。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构 思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种风管理系统、睡袋及椅子,通过其温度调节装置向通风腔输送风后,再由定点设置的出风口出风吹向人体,实现定点出风的功能。经过通风腔输送风柔和,可以在很大程度上减轻人在的不适感。本发明可装设在睡袋、椅子等户外用品。具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种户外用品风管理系统,其特征在于包括一通风腔、温度调节装置和移动电源;
    所述通风腔为柔性通风腔,一体设置在户外用品上,其面向人体的一面设置有复数个出风口;
    所述温度调节装置包括风扇和控制模块;
    所述温度调节装置与移动电源电连接;
    所述温度调节装置向所述通风腔输送冷风或暖风,所述冷风或暖风进入所述通风腔后由所述出风口吹向人体。
  2. 一种睡袋,其特征在于采用了上述权利要求1所述的户外用品风管理系统,包括睡袋本体,所述睡袋本体设置有第一开口、第二开口及容置部;所述容置部设置有相互独立的柔性通风腔及容纳腔;所述第一开口连通所述通风腔与温度调节装置;所述通风腔与容纳腔之间通过复数个的出风口连通;
    所述温度调节装置通过第一开口向所述通风腔输送冷风或暖风,再由复数个出风口吹向所述容纳腔内的使用者。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述通风腔设置有复数个相互独立的通风部,所述通风部的入口均连通所述第一开口,所述出风口设置于所述通风部上;使温度调节装置向通风腔输送冷风或暖风时,冷风或暖风集中于各个通风部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述复数个的出风口分别对应人的手臂、腿部以及肩膀所在位置;所述出风口均设置 有网格纱封口。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,还包括一收纳箱,所述收纳箱具有第三开口,可与睡袋本体第一开口拆卸对接;
    所述温度调节装置包括风扇、发热组件和控制模块,控制模块连接所述风扇及发热件;所述风扇镶嵌于所述收纳箱的后侧壁,所述发热件设置于收纳箱内;
    使用时,第三开口与睡袋本体第一开口连接,所述控制装置控制所述风扇转动及发热件发热,使得所述风扇向所述通风腔吹热风;
    收纳时,第三开口与睡袋本体第一开口分离,睡袋本体收纳在收纳箱内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述发热件为发热丝网,所述发热丝网的两侧通过魔术贴固定于所述收纳箱的内部,所述风扇吹出的风经由所述发热丝网形成热风吹向所述通风腔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,还包括一收纳箱;所述收纳箱具有第三开口,可与睡袋本体第一开口拆卸对接
    所述温度调节装置包括风扇、制冷件及控制模块,控制模块连接所述风扇;所述风扇镶嵌于所述收纳箱的后侧壁,所述制冷件设置于所述收纳箱里;
    使用时,第三开口与睡袋本体第一开口连接,所述控制装置控制所述风扇转动,使得所述风扇吹出的风经由所述制冷件向所述通风腔吹冷风;
    收纳时,第三开口与睡袋本体第一开口分离,睡袋本体收纳在收 纳箱内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述收纳箱里设置有一防水收纳盘,所述制冷件设置于所述防水收纳盘内,所述制冷件具体为冰袋;所述风扇吹出的风经由所述冰袋形成冷风吹向所述通风腔。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8中任意一项所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括控制器、显示组件、第一按键以及第二按键;所述控制器与显示组件、第一按键、及风扇电连接;第一按键为开关按钮。
  10. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述控制模块还包括第二按键;所述控制器连接所述第二按键及发热件,长按所述第二按键,所述控制器发送第二开启信号至发热件,所述发热件发热,再长按所述第二按键,所述控制器发送第二关闭信号至发热件,所述发热件关闭;短按第二按键,所述控制器发送大功率信号至风扇,所述风扇风力增大;再次短按第二按键,所述控制器发送小功率信号至风扇,所述风扇风力减小。
  11. 根据权利要求5或7所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述收纳箱的外侧壁设置有一收纳袋,所述收纳袋通过拉链开合;所述控制模块设置于所述收纳箱的收纳袋内;
    或所述控制模块设置于所述睡袋本体的侧部靠近人手臂的位置;
    或所述控制模块与所述风扇及发热件无线连接,通过遥控器控制。
  12. 根据权利要求5或7所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述收纳箱第三开口设有拉链,相应的睡袋本体第一开口也设有拉链,第三开 口与第一开口通过拉链对接;
    所述第三开口还设有封板,其边缘也设有拉链,所述睡袋本体置于所述收纳箱内部收纳,所述封板通过拉链将第三开口封闭。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种睡袋,其特征在于,所述收纳箱为空气混合室,送热风时,所述风扇转动,同时发热件发热,收纳箱内的空气加热混合,再向通风腔吹热风;送冷风时,所述风扇转动,同时制冷件制冷,收纳箱内的空气冷却混合,再向通风腔吹冷风。
  14. 一种椅子,其特征在于采用了上述权利要求1所述的户外用品的风管理系统;包括椅背及椅面;所述椅背及椅面均由第一面料及第二面料层叠设置形成,所述椅背及椅面的第一面料与第二面料之间均形成柔性通风腔;人坐在椅面上直接接触所述第一面料;所述第一面料上设置有复数个出风口;
    所述温度调节装置包括风扇、控制模块;所述风扇镶嵌在椅背部位的第二面料上;
    所述风扇吹出风至通风腔,风经由通风腔后再由复数个出风口向人吹去。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述第一面料上设置有数条长条形开口,所述长条形开口的封口处设置有网格纱封口,从而形成所述出风口。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述风扇连接有一控制模块,所述控制模块包括控制器、显示组件以及第一按键、第二按键;所述控制器连接显示组件、第一按键、第二按键以及风扇。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述椅子还包括设置于椅背左右两侧的第一扶手及第二扶手;所述第一扶手及第二扶手均设置有收纳部;所述控制模块设置于所述第一扶手或第二扶手上。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述控制模块与所述风扇无线连接,通过遥控器控制。
